AzureWolf
I had the honor checking out this nifty anime, made from the same studio that brought us .hack//SIGN and Noir. Upon looking at the characters and landscape, you will immediately recognize the studio's "signature style." Like both of their previous projects, the first episode creates a myriad of questions, while only answering a trivial few. Here's my synopsis from watching two episodes of the series: It's the future, and some tragic incident has left the civilized world of Mars in ruins. Additionally, the people have seemed to have lost much will to do anything, and rely on "dolls" to get through their everyday lives. Fighting seems to be a big source of money in each run-down "city," where each town gives care to their top figher and loses vital assests should that fighter lose. Those that have been raised in the saturated atmosphere of the unsheltered parts in Mars are ideal fighters, and we watch as the story of one particular outcast unravels. IMO, I was a little skeptical, but this new anime seems to have promise. Questions or comments?
Whiteblaze
The way you talk about it, makes it seem interesting, but is there a site that I can check out to learn more about it? I need visual! Also, I've not heard anything about it.
AzureWolf
O_o http://www.jvcmusic.co.jp/m-serve/tv/avenger/top.html http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/anime/avenger/ Just click around and you should find some more pics. No english websites, though. Usually, I just take screen captures for pictures, so I can't really help with the visuals. That's the best I can do. Sorry. Unfortunately, Yuki Kajiura doesn't seem to be doing the music for this series. Instead, Ali Project is taking over. They did a few pieces for Noir, such as the opening (Copellia's Coffin) and Red and Black.
