I'd also have Bon Jovi, Pat Benatar, and other 80s classics. (you gotta love the 80s.) If I had extra room, I'd add in Evanesence or the Ataris, just to keep it interesting. There would be some songs by Linkin Park, like "Faint," to rock out to. I'd put some Evanescence songs on there as well because they're my favorite band, and I think that Amy's voice is great. I've recently gotten into music from the .hack anime series, and even though many of the songs are Japanese, I love the way they sound. I'd definitely put those on the CD as well, especially "A Thousand and One Nights" and "Your Legacy." To fill up the rest of the CD, I'd put on Michelle Branch because her songs tend to relax me. I really don't want to have to buy a entire Cd just to get the songs I like. Thats a waste to me and not worth it. I would put the Inuyasha themes and closings songs on it then I would put Cowboy Bebop's Real Folks Blues on it, Heart of the Sword from Kenshin, Trigun's Humaniod Typhoon also. Fall Posted October 30, 2003 Share Posted October 30, 2003 At the moment, out of all the mixed burnt CDs that I have lying around my room, the one I listen to every night is as follows: Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams Marilyn Manson - Tainted Love Marilyn Manson - Coma White Metallica - The Memory Remains Metallica - Nothing Else Matters Metallica - Bleeding Me Metallica - Enter Sandman Maroon 5 - Harder To Breathe Sick Shift - Drug Staind - Outside Jagged Edge - All Out Of Love Seether - Fine Again Everlast - What It's Like Motorhead - The Game Finger Eleven - Slow Chemical I tend to like the rock sound to music more than the slow fast kind of sound, though there are a few slow moving songs on that CD. As you can see, none of the songs on there are rap, I can't listen to rap music while going to sleep. Everlast - What It's Like, is probably the closest you'll ever get me to listening to rap. In Da Club, P.I.M.P- I like 50-cent so much, I play it all day on the bus and at home. Anime songs is what I wished my friend would have put on the CDs, they are so nice to listen to. (I love Ride A Shooting Star by The Pillows) Eminem- Same thing, I like to listen to Eminem also. One of my favorite rappers, have to have him on a mix CD.
