RPG Trigun: A New Start (WARNING: Smoking, drinking, and violence involved)

Sarah heard the gunshot echo from far away.
"Do you hear that Mr. Mayor?" she asked as she sat on the edge of the desk of the mayor of the town Julie and the gang where in. "The sounds of violence, and evil. Parading through your city...imagine that..."
"Please M'am! I don't know what's going on! I don't know anything!"
"That's the wrong answer" Sarah said quietly as in a flash she was behind the mayor, her sword on his neck. "You have been hearing those sounds for quick a few days now haven't you?"
"wel.....um....." was all the mayor could get out. He was sweating nervously. Sarah grabbed his hair and made him look right into her eyes. "Where is Vash the Stampede?" she said quietly.
"He....he left. A couple of days ago...With a girl...that's all i know...please don't hurt me!"
"Damn." Sarah said queitly to herself as she shoved the mayor's head down on the desk. "Thank you," she said as she walked out. The mayor was sobbing in the background.
"Shoot, i was so sure all the signs lead to here." she said as she began to walk down the city street. "but oh well, maybe i can get some money from the sherif for catching these people firing the guns. Distribing the peace," she said quietly to herself. "That's exactly what I am going to do," She began to laugh as she drew her sword, and walked toward the commotion.

"Who fired that," Julie said as she hugged Nick. Nick looked at her from the cornor of his eye. He lifted up his gun and looked in the direction the gunfire came from.

"I don't know," Nick said with a stern look,"but I personal think that they want us dead." Julie stopped hugging Nick as he spoke. She grabbed her gun and aimmed it in the direction of the gunfire. Everyone else did the same. They weren't about to kill anyone. They were even a little scared to fire.

"Now what," Tarren said as he held his gun high. Julie didn't say anything. All was slient until Stocatta started walking toward them. Julie's eyes widened as she looked at Stocatta. She relized that Stocatta was begin forced to do something. Someone was controling her, but who. Julie put her gun down. Everyone looked at her with a confused look.

[Artemis]

"Every damned one of you had better leave this instant. I'll give you a chance this time. Next time...no promises," Stocatta said evenly.
"Who the Hell are you???" the tall blonde woman asked inquisitively.
"Your life is on the line and you're askin' questions?!?!" Stocatta asked indignantly. "Who I am isn't important. It's who [I]you[/I] are...You're Knives' kin...that's all that matters to Legato. Now, like I said before, get the Hell outta here!!"
The group faltered slightly.
[I][color=red]"What are we gonna do?"
"Is she actually gonna shoot?"
"What the Hell is her problem??"[/I][/color]
The thoughts reverberated through her head.
"To answer your questions, you're going to leave now, I am going to shoot, I don't have a choice. Now, get moving."
They began to back away, several of them raising their guns to her.
[I][color=blue]What if I was shot right now, Legato? What would you do? I'm "valuable to you, remember?"[/I][/color]
[I][color=green]They're not going to shoot you, love.[/I][/color]
[I][color=blue]Oh, cut the crap. You know you can only control me from this distance. You're so full of it...[/I][/color]
By now, Stocatta's gun was again raised and cocked. Her finger braced the trigger.
"I'll be shooting any second now, folks. Run!" Stocatta commanded.
The tall blonde woman spoke again, "Listen to her guys...She's serious..."
[I][color=blue]She's probably Knives' sister. It'd be a shame to kill her. I hope she creams Legatos' ass someday.[/color]
[color=green]Hey, I heard that![/color][/I]
The group scattered as the bullet released. Unfortunately, she couldn't stop until she'd released the last four shells.
[I][color=green]You, bitch!! Why didn't you bring more ammunition?!?![/color]
[color=blue]Oops! Must've forgotten![/color][/I]
The smoke cleared. At first, she thought she'd missed them all and began to sigh in relief. Half-way through she realized that a tall man with black hair next to an odd large cross was clutching his left arm.
"Shit, not again!" he shouted.
He flipped his right arm around clutching a gun of his own. He fired three shots above Stocatta's head. She ducked, but that didn't stop the loose tavern sign from hitting her in the head...everything went dark...

"Nick," Julie said as she ran to Nick's side. She waited for all the dust to clear to see all of the other side. She discovered a knocked out Stocatta. She knew that Legato was behind this.

"Lets go Julie," Dragus said as he grabbed Julie's hand, Julie shook her hand away from Dragus. Nick looked at her as he put his gun down and grabbed his arm. She looked at him and started to cry. He looked at Julie with a worried look.

"I don't want to fight any more," Julie cried, "everyone that I love is getting hurt and I can't stand it any longer." Nick dropped his gun and hugged Julie with his good arm. Julie started to cry on him. Dragus looked on with worryment. Terran, Angie, And Shonya looked upset as well.

"I know it hurts," Nick said kindly, "but if we don't get out of here, we don't know what'll happen if that girl wakes up." Julie looked at him with tears in her eyes. Nick looked as if he was about to cry as well. Julie wiped her tears away and started walking toward the town exit. Nick looked at his arm. He painfully ripped the bullet out and started fallowing Julie. Everyone else fallowed as well.

Stocatta woke up in daze. She looked around to find her self in a jail cell.

[color=green]If you'd stopped being so obstinant, this wouldn't have happened![/color]
[color=blue]Oh, shut up! I'll figure this out myself![/color]
[color=green]Suit yourself.[/color][/i]
Stocatta got slowly to her feet and walked up to her barred door. She winced in pain as she touched the tender spot on her head.
There was no one in the jail to guard her.
[i][color=blue]Man, it's like they [/i]wanted[i] me to escape.[/color][/i]
Her weapons, a long sword and her gun, were lying peacefully on the table. She closed her eyes and concentrated. Within a few moments they were floating slowly towards. A grin crept on her face. Again, she closed her eyes and her cell key floated up as well and unlocked her door.

(This takes place while Stocatta is in jail)
"Wow, thanks....thanks a bunch, ma'm. heh, now it looks like i'm doing my job. you just saved me!" the sherif said as he put the key to Stocatta's cell on the desk.
"Enough," Sarah said as she looked impatiently at the sherif. "My money. Now!"
"Yes, ma'm" the sherif said bumbly as he ran back to the safe to get the money.
"How pathetic," Sarah thought as she looked at Stocatta lying in her cell. "Some one who allows themselves to be controlled. By a weakling no less, someone who can't even fight his own battles, and takes orders from someone just as worse. Lazy, is what they are." she picked up the locket that was hanging around her neck. "You've got to fight your own battles. Isn't that right, my love." Sarah let the necklace fall as she heard the sherif come back into the room.
"Here you go!" he said as he handed her the bag. "$$1,000,000"
"Thanks." Sarah said as she took the bag and started to head out.
"You know, i heard her say something when i first put her in there," the sherif said as he nodded toward Stocatta.
"What?" Sarah asked as she turned back around.
"Something about Vash's kin. She said it like two or three times before she finally dropped out."
"thanks for the info," Sarah said as she walked out of the sherif's office.
"So they are Vash's brother and sister. Perfect. I'll just follow them, and let them lead me to him. Or better yet..." Sarah started to laugh as she followed after Julie and the group.

[Flo]

Shonya stood up,"I don't understand why your upset",Shonya said coldly,"Everything dies," she pointed a finger at Julia,"You know your just like Vash always caring and getting all emonal if someone you care about dies, everything dies and your suppose to just get over and pretend like nothing happened."
"But you can't do".Julia said.
Everyone was shocked to hear such strong word coming from such a young girl.Shonya then ran past them the tears swelling up in her eyes to afriad to cry.For once Shadow didn't speed off after her.

Stocatta strolled confidently out of the jailhouse.
[i][color=blue]Looks like I'm free for a bit...[/color]
[color=green]It's nice that you're up and about again. I want you to follow them.[/color]
[color=blue]Figures...[/color][/i]
Stocatta shook her head and began walking to the tavern. Someone there was likely to know which direction the group had left in. If she was lucky, she wouldn't even have to ask questions.


[b]Question: Did Komeko fall off the face of the earth? I want to know what happened to her character. I need a way for Stocatta to meet up with the rest of the group.[/b]

[Hayate]

*Not being too far behind the group shuno srappes his sax to his back and takes off*

Shuno:finally I was gettin sick of waiting

"Question," Nick said as he turned and looked at Julie, "why the hell does everyone like shooting me? Why can't they shoot someone else for a change?" Julie was wrapping Nick shoulder as they were walking. Everyone else couldn't help but to giggle at Nick's complaints. Nick was getting really aggravated. Shadow had stayed with the group for some odd reason.

"Maybe everyone thinks that Gunsmoke can do without a homicidal priest." Dragus said with a chuckle. Nick glared at him from the corner of his eye. Terran let out a slight snicker. Even Angie thought Dragus' words were funny.

"Ha, ha laugh it up," Nick said as he flinched. Shadow looked at the group as they started laughing at Nick. He suddenly stopped and turned around. He ran over to a run down shirne. Dragus saw Shadow take off and ran after him. Inside the Shrine was Shonya. Dragus walked over to her and bent down.

"Why don't you come with us," Dragus said with a smile, "you could protect us." The thought of five adults needing protection made Shonya smile. Dragus smiled back and put out his hand. Shonya grabbed his hand. They both walked out of the shrine and caught up with the group.

"Shonya," Julie said as she looked Shonya, "I thought about what you said and you're right. Even if you are right, I can't change how I feel. I respect your opinion though." Julie smiled faintly. Shonya nooded and faintly smiled back. Nick rolled his eyes and suddenly stopped.

"Are you in pain Mr. Wolfwood," Angie said with a worried look, "Do you need to rest?" Julie looked at Nick. Something was wrong. Did he get shot again? Nick turned around and blocked a bullet with his gun. Everyone hit the deck accept Julie. She looked out into the distance.

"We're being fallowed," Nick said as he moved his gun. Everyone looked at Nick. Julie took her gun out with a shakey hand. Two more shots were fired. They whizzed by Nick's head. Nick got his wish of not getting shot, but he never wanted Julie to get shoot. Julie fell to the ground holding her hand. Her hand wasn't the only thing bleeding. Her side was also bleeding. Dragus quickly ran over to Julie to make sure nothing vital was hit.

"Julie," Terran said as he ran over to Julie, "are you alright?" Nick's eyes widen as he heard Terran speak. He turned around to discover Julie on her knees with both her hand and side bleeding. Nick dropped his gun and fell to his knees. He didn't want Julie to get injured. He would of rather got injured then her.

"Nick," Julie said with a pained voice, "don't get yourself shoot again. Get up and defend yourself." Nick grabbed his gun and stood back up. Everyone heard laughter come from the direction that the bullets came from.

*climbs back onto the face of the Adeventure Arena's earth, covered in paint, glue, and letters* Woah, sorry. The art forums were holding me hostage for a bit...

Komeko sighed. The cries she had heard were nothing, just someone who had burned themself.
"Pathetic..." she mumbled, brushing her right hand across her face. She returned back to the tavern where she had been before, sat down, and ordered a glass of vodca.
"You like drinking strong stuff?" the bartender asked in a slightly gruff voice. Komeko nodded.
[i][color=green]She looks suspicious.[/color][/i]
[i][color=blue]Why? She's just a little kid. Nothing special about her.[/color][/i]
[i][color=green]I want you to investigate her, darling.[/color]
[color=blue]Stop calling me that. You don't care about me anymore...[/color][/i]
Komeko took a sip of the alcohol. She backed her head away from the disgusting scent. Although it tasted fine to her, the smell was something to watch out for.
[i]Why is that person looking at me? She's freaky. Wayyyy freaky..[/i]
[i][color=blue]I'm freaky, are I?[/color][/i]
Komeko bolted her head back. Something was wrong. Why was there a voice, a voice she had never heard before, intruding her mind?
[i]What do you want with me?[/i]
[i][color=blue]Just to talk. That's all. There's something I want to discuss with you that could help us both.[/color][/i]
Shifting her eyes to the strange character on the other side of the tavern, Komeko saw Stocatta, drinking a beer, with no expression of anything on her face.
[i]Fine. I will.[/i]
[i][color=blue]Good. Meet me outside this town in five minutes.[/color][/i]

I had this problem with somebody else; she said I was controlling her in a RPG. It was kinda pathetic...
If you think I'm "controlling" you, Artemis, please say so. ^^

(Between the time when Sarah left the sherif's office, and the guy's hear the gun firing)
"I need a dress please," Sarah said as she walked up to the desk of the clothing store.
"what kind?" the owner asked.
"Any kind will do," Sarah said as she took a look around the shop. There were many types of clothing, all different colors and sizes. She walked over to dress of blue color. "how bout this one?" she said as she picked it up and looked at herself in the mirror.
"You are so pretty!" the owner said.
Sarah went to try it on, and it fit perfectly around her slim figure. It was cut sort of low, and it only went down to the top of her knees.
"Thanks," she said as she walked out of the door with the dress on.
"Wait!" the owner yelled. "What about the money!!!!"
"Oh yeah, almost forgot," Sarah said as she turned around.
"But....but why?...." the owner said faintly as he fell to the floor dead.
"Thanks for your help," Sarah said as she took a scarf off the shelf. "This will hide my sword perfectly."
Sarah walked down the street, now wearing the dress. She walked up to the tavern and opened the door. Everyone looked up as she entered, and a couple of men whistled. There were three groups of men, sitting around a table, playing cards, and a couple of people at the bar, including a little kid. Sarah looked around. "hum....he looks good," she said as she headed toward a drunk man sitting in the corner.
"hey good-looking...want to make some quick money?" she asked.
"Sure!" the man said now fully awake.
"Follow me," she said as she beckoned him with her finger and lead him outside the bar. Once they were outside, she slammed him against the wall, and held her sword up to his neck.
"Now listen her, if you screw this up I am going to hunt you down and kill you!"
The man got a frigented look on his face.
"Now, when I say so, you are going to fire your gun, at the people I tell you to. Then pretend you are chasing me. I don't care if any of them get hurt, just fire the damn gun. Got it??" she said pressing her sword very close to his neck, almost cutting it.
The man shook his head nervously.
"All right, let's go" Sarah said as she led him with her sword on his back.


(Back on the Time Line----Julie is sitting with her wounds, and Nick is up trying to defend them)
"Ahhh!" Sarah yelled as she ran toward the group.
"Huh.. what's that?" Nick asked as he lowered his gun a bit.
Sarah turned her head around and nodded toward the man. He fired his gun again. Then while she was looking back, Sarah ran straight into Dragus.
"Please! You're got to help me!" she said in a girly out of breath voice.
"What's wrong?" Dragus asked as he grabbed her arms.
"That man....." Sarah said as she looked back, and winked at the man. "That man is trying to kill me!"
The man started to run forward, and fired one more shoot. "Come back here you, @#*%!"
"Don't worry," Dragus said as he hugged her. "We'll protect you. You're safe with us."
A smile came on Sarah's face as it was buried in Dragus' clothes...

As she sat down and ordered a drink, Mai noticed Stocatta and Koheko walking out of the bar. She took a drink and walked out as well, just to speak with them. "Do one of you know who Legato Bluesummers is?" She said extreamly, almost hauntingly, camly. Stocatta nodded her head,"yes, I do." Mai smiled,"good. Then you can tell me where he is." She saiid. A chill ran down Stocatta's spine from the uncanny simularity of Mai's and Legato's appearence."No, all I know is that he's somewhere in the desert."
Mai's face turned expressionless as it was when she came out of the tavern,"I see. If he contacts you tell him...that his little sister is back." Mai said and walked away quickly, leaving Koheko and Stocatta confused.



OOC: I hope I did alright, I haven't done may of these.

[b]I don't think you're "controlling" me at all, Katana! I'm glad you're back! :D Oh, and just to clear something up, Stocatta is not Legato's sister like Mai is... It's a little confusing since we all have the same last name.[/b]

"Great," Stocatta muttered. "The last thing we needed was another one of them..."
Komeko blinked at her in confusion, "Another one of what?"
Stocatta shook her head, "It's not important. Anyway, I've got a few questions for you. You seem like the type of girl who can take care of yourself. You think you can handle all of this?"
Komeko eyed the taller woman warily before replying, "Of course I can."
"Alright," Stocatta replied nodding. "Now, I need to know: Have you seen a large group of people, most of them armed, leaving this town within the last 12 hours? One of them was a man carrying a large cross. You can't miss it."
Komeko stared blankly back at her, "No. I haven't. You were afraid I couldn't handle this??"
Stocatta calmly met her gaze in reply, "That's not what I thought you couldn't handle...What I'm worried about is whether or not you can handle the proposition I pose for you. I need to track them down, they're dangerous people and they need to be stopped. I'd like your help."
[i]I wonder if this'll help me find Vash at all.[/i] Komeko stood in silence for awhile trying to decide.
A grin nearly crept onto Stocatta's face after hearing that thought.
"And I can tell just how dangerous they are," Stocatta began. "They're trying to track down and kill Vash the Stampede. Apparently, they've got something against them. I'd like to think Vash is a nice guy, not nearly as terrible as everyone makes him out to be. I think he deserves better odds than one versus seven."

Stocatta let her words sink in for a moment before asking, "Are you with me? I'm not match for them alone."
Stocatta watched the girl's face as she battle w/ the question in her mind.
[i][color=green]What d'you think you're up to, Stocatta? You don't need any help, and I can't control her from this distance, not yet at least."[/color]
[color=blue]Look, I'm sick of being your toy. This girl has skills. I'll bring her to you. You can take her like you took me. Then, you can let me go... I'm no use to you anymore. After that fumble in town, I'm clearly not qualified any more.[/color]
[color=green]Don't fool yourself into thinking that I'll go for this.[/color]
[color=blue]I'll make a deal with you. See how she handles our quarry. If you think she's good enough, I'll bring her to you. Give me a chance.[/color]
[color=green]Fine. We'll see, but I make no promises.[/color][/i]
The frustration in his thoughts amused her. There was now a possiblity she could get out of this trap. She'd never even had a glimmer of hope before. Now she was nearly giddy with it. She waited expectantly for the girl's reply.

[b]The choice is up to you, Katana. Just remember that Komeko doesn't know the thought conversation that was raging b/t Stocatta and Legato.[/b]

Hey, sounds like fun. Yeah, I know that I can't hear the conversation between Stocatta and Legato. ^^

"So your coming?" Stocatta asked. Koemko gave her another blank stare.
"Uh..."

Komeko shrugged. "Yeah, guess so. But..." She looked Stocatta in the eyes, "I'm just giving you fair warning...be careful around me. Oh yes, and I'm 15."
Stocatta raised an eyebrow in a questioning look. "Really?"
"Yeah," Komeko replied. "And there's a lot of things you'll find out about me along the way."

[i][color=blue]I'm not going to let you kill her. Just remember that.[/color][/i] Stocatta could sense Legato smiling in her head.
[i][color=green]Of course darling. I wouldn't do anything against your will.[/color][/i]
[i][color=blue]That's new. Don't you do that all the time?[/color][/i]
Komeko looked at Stocatta, confused at the older woman's silence. "Shall we go?"
Stocatta snapped her attention towards the girl. "Yes."

*He stands up ad is immediatly pinned down by a hail of gunfire he pulls the sax from its case and plays a shrill riff sending shockwaves though the air blasting the side of the shrine their sreams can be heard even fro ma distance*

Shuno:NICHOLAS D WOLFWOOD Youe better come out and fight me right here right not or i'll blow that plce to peices with you and all your freinds in it

Shuno:Which is more imprtant you or julie because i can kill you all at the same time or have more fun by hunting you down like dogs your choice.

Mai walked through the desert, aimlessly.
[COLOR=purple]"Legato...I know you can hear me. Why don't you tell me where you are? It'll make things a lot easier."[/COLOR]
[COLOR=green]My dear, I'm afraid I can't tell you where I'm at.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=purple]What's wrong, brother, don't you want to see your own sister?[/COLOR]
[COLOR=green]I know just as well as you do that you want to kill me.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=purple]Well then, I suppose for as long as you ellude me, I will have to annoy you. Annoy you so much you'd have to come out of hiding and stop me yourself[/COLOR]
[COLOR=green]And what do you suppose could annoy that much?[/COLOR]
[COLOR=purple]Oh I was thinking something like maybe...joining the hmanoids.[/COLOR] Mai could feel her older brother's shock.

And with that she was at the same town as Julie and the others. She entered the city with a grin on her face, wondering what her brother is saying right now.

OOC: sorry I havn't posted for a long time...

IC: Terran pulled himself out of the rubble, rubbing his back. He stood up slowly and looked around. There was only one person.. a guy with... a saxaphone? Terran was really confused now. Well, whoever he is, he's the enemy.

Terran crouched down again and took careful aim. Bad idea. As soon as he fired, another wave of sound hit the obliterated temple.

O.O.C: Just so everyone knows, Humanoids are telepathic as well. I?m going to use [color=hotpink]pink[/color] for all of Julie thoughts. Just to make things more interesting, I?m going to make Nick a Humanoid. He can hear other Humanoids thoughts and he doesn?t know why. He doesn?t know he?s a Humanoid. His thoughts are going to be [color=gray]gray[/color]. Alright. ^_^

Julie stood up and dusted herself off with her good hand. She looked around at all of the rubble. She quickly grabbed her ears to drown out the deadly after tone of Shuno?s sax. Nick then stood up covered from head to toe in dust. He helped Shonya and Angie up. Dragus was the next one to stand up. He still had Sarah with him.

?Are you ok,? Julie said as she looked at Terran. Terran picked himself off the ground and nodded. He dusted himself off and looked at Shuno. Shuno grinned and went to play his sax again, but a bullet whizzing by his right hand stopped him. He looked at Sarah.

?When did Legato send you,? Sarah said as she pulled away from Dragus, ?I didn?t need any interruptions. I needed to get close to these people so that I could get to Vash.? Sarah quickly grabbed her mouth and turned around. Everyone was looking at her evilly. She turned back around and started arguing with Shuno.

?[color=hotpink]Legato, you bastard[/color],? Julie thought hoping Legato heard. Nick turned around and looked at Julie. A puzzled look crossed Julie?s face. Did Nick hear her? If he did hear her, how did he?

?I heard that Julie,? Nick said with a look of confusion across his face. Julie was just as confused as Nick. Could Nick possible be a Humanoid? Julie closed her eyes.

?[color=hotpink]Nick, I think you?re a Humanoid[/color],? Julie telepathically said. Nick turned completely around to face Julie. He didn?t have anything to say, but something did cross his mind.

?[color=gray]You mean like you and Vash[/color],? Nick thought without realizing it. Julie nodded and grabbed her side. Nick hurried to her side and helped her. Everyone else was paying attention to Sarah and Shuno?s argument. Their attention focused to their right when Stocatta and Komeko walked up.

O.O.C: I love messing with the original characters from the show and thoughts. You?ll notice I like driving characters insane. (laughs evilly, but gets something thrown at her by all evil people with evil laughs) 0.0

[b]Katana, I think I'm seeing what you meant about "controlling", but it's not you...Um...JoyKaiba, I think Sarah was not intended to be in league with Legato (she works solo) and I don't think Duorocks wanted Sarah's secret spilled yet. (Duo and I go to school together, and she's been telling her plan to me.) This is my first RPG, so I'm not sure how much people can think and act for other characters than their own. Since you're the one who started this story, JK, I feel really bad about trying to place a restriction on you. :nervous: Let me know if I'm out of line.[/b]

Off in the desert, there was an explosion of gunfire. Stocatta and Komeko had no problem finding the group of humanoids and their friends. The only problem was, it seemed that someone else had gotten a jumpstart on attacking the group.

Stocatta shook her head in disgust.
Komeko watched her with an odd look on her face.

[color=blue]Is there something wrong with that?!?![/color][/i] Stocatta thought idignantly back at the girl. She was not in the mood to put up with any crap.
Komeko looked back at her in surprise for a few moments before replying warily, "No, ma'am, nothing at all."
Her expression said otherwise.
"Never mind," Stocatta said irritably, "Let's just keep moving. I'll deal with moron carrying the saxaphone. I want you to sneak around the back and start shooting the group from behind. They'll never know what's comin' to them..."

[b]O.O.C: Can I please clear somethimg up. Sarah isn't working for Legato. She just knows him and his henchmen. I think she warned him about interrupting. She can't have the group dead. Another thing is that she hasn't really gave her plan away. She's going to stay with the group until they find Vash. I hope that she was intending on. I hope I cleared that up.[/b]

Julie looked at Stocatta as she walked up to Shuno. Sarah backed up and ran back over to Dragus. Dragus gave Sarah an icy cold stare. Sarah thought for a moment. She then smiled brightly.

"Listen," Sarah said with a smile, "I just want to see the legendary outlaw in person." Dragus icy cold look turned to a smile. Everyone was relieved that Sarah wasn't after Vash. Komeko was sneaking around behind the group. She didn't know if she should fire on people who she really didn't know. She did recognize one of them, Julie. She had seen wanted poster. Julie was known as Julie the Typhoon. Komeko steadly took her postion.

"Why did Legato send you Shuno," Stocatta asked Shuno with a evil glare. She was waiting for Komeko to make her move. Shuno snorted and put his hand on his sax.

"I was trying to get rid of these rebels," Shuno said as he closed his eyes, "but that lone wolf, Sarah, stopped me. She doesn't want anyone dead so she can meet "her hero" Vash." Shuno was being so sarcastic. Stocatta was getting really inpatient with Komeko. Komeko swallowed hard. She lifted her gun up and fired. She had no clue if she hit anyone or not. She did hit somebody. Julie fell to the ground. Nick grabbed her trying to see what was wrong.

O.O.C. You're fine JoyKaiba, and thank you for clearing that up. As Artemis said, Sarah works alone, and is searching for Vash, not reallying wanting to kill the group...yet.

Julie fell to the ground as Nick rushed over to her, checking her wounds.
"I've got to do something to earn their trust back," Sarah thought to herself. "This guy was pretty easy, but these others may need some convinceing."
Sarah rushed over to Julie's side and kneeled down next to her. "She's losing to much blood." She said as she examined Julie's side. "We need to get you to a doctor."
"I don't need a doctor," Julie said as she tried to stand, but fell back down as Nick caught her.
"Please, if you move any more, you'll lose to much blood. Here," Sarah said as she tore a piece of her dress from her skirt and wrapped it tightly around Julie's wounds. "This should help stop the bleeding a while."
"Why are you helping me? I thought you were with him." Julie said as she nodded toward Shuno.
"I already told you, I just want to see Vash. I have a question i need to ask him. Don't worrry, i'm not like them. I don't like to kill." Sarah said with a smile.
"Thank you," Julie said as she smiled back.
Nick turned around as another bullet when flying by his head.
"Enough of this," he said as he stood up and aimed his gun at the little girl.

Mai silently walked onto the battlefield,watching what was happening without even being noticed. Finally, she stepped in."So you're Shuno?" She pulled out her gun and shot the mouthpiece off of Shuno's saxophone.She smiled somewhat and said,"You are not the only one who knows about music. A saxophone player can't play without the mouthpiece. Now go tell my brother you've been defeated by his sister!" Shuno stayed where he was and just stared at Mai, as did everyone else. Shuno suddenly pulled out a gun of his own and aimed it at Mai. "I don't know who you are, but if you don't move you're gonna be dead like the rest of these idiots." He yelled. Her smile dissapeared as she spoke,"I told you already. I'm Legato's sister. And if you used all of your bullets, you would even get the air around me. Now go." Shuno ignored her and aimed carefully at her chest. Mai sighed as she shot the gun out of Shuno's hand and, as quick as lighting, was in Shuno's face with her gun directly in the middle of his forehead."I'm not going to tell you again. Go back to your master."This time Shuno listened and ran off. Mai turned around, putting her gun away. She looked at Julie, "are you OK? Here, I know the way to a doctor. Can you walk?" Julie look at Mai strangly. She had no choice but to trust her right now, she might not make it without her. "No, it hurts." Julie answered.

Mai carried Jullie to thee hospital and left her in the doctors' care, then went outside to be alone, wondering what was going to happen next.

OOC: In this one, Artemis, I'm going to have Komeko figure out that Stocatta is telepathic. But that's all. Also, Komeko's text color to Stocatta will be light blue. To herself, it'll be just italics.

Komeko piveted her way from behind the building and fired. At first, nobody fell down or clutched any part of their body.
"DAMN!" came a loud cry. It was Nick. "That's the, what, third time I've been shot today!" Turning around he yelled, "Who keeps shooting me?!"
Again hiding behind the building, Komeko bit her lip hard and laughed in her mouth. No sound came out.

Artemis (don't worry, you're fine), with the telepathicy, I think the rules for us about "controlling" each other have to be stretched out a bit. With conversations and stuff, we shouldn't make radical decisions for the other person, but more along the lines of, what would her stereotype do. Okay?

Stocatta watched as the mysterious Mai left with Julie.

Stocatta could sense the irritation in his thoughts and grinned despite herself.

Stocatta let the conversation end with that dry remark. She knew there was no way that Komeko could fight anymore until she had recovered, and the group was beginning to look at her funny.
"Look, miss," one of the young girls said, "We don't want anymore trouble from you. If possible, would you mind getting out of here?"
Stocatta's face contorted in pain and regret as her legs began to bring her stiffly towards the group. Her right hand reached jerkily to her gun.
She watched as they each reach towards their own guns, preparing herself. Suddenly their faces and thoughts revealed fear and surprise as each gun had moved swiftly out of its respective place and was now floating in the air aimed at each owner's head. Each gun seemingly cocked itself, and Stocatta could sense the fear increasing. Her expression of pain and regret turned swiftly to cruel humor. As long as she was in control, she had no problem manipulating these simple people.
She closed her eyes and focused her mind on the guns. As soon as these had been taken care of, she'd only have to finish off Julie.
The triggers inched slowly backward, and then, suddenly, a shot rang out. Stocatta and the guns fell to the ground.

OOC: Wow, I'm probably gonna have to come back to this one sometime when I'm more lucid. If you need a better picture of what was happening, watch the first X-Men movie. The scene where Magnito aimed all the guns at the police men was what I was goin' for.
BTW, I looked back at what I said to you, JoyKaiba, and it was kinda edgy. I'm sorry! :( That was a bad time of the month for me to say anything to anyone... :rolleyes:
