There were two girls that go by the names of Kilani Tarot Shi'iandra and Miklara "Mika" Shi'iandra that believed in everything. The two believed in the supernatural and believed that "Seeing is not always believing." They were 2 of the Legend Ones. Mika, Kilani, and 3 others are the Legend Ones.

One day as Kilani and Mika walked the streets of Los Angeles, California the sky started to turn a maroon and swirl. It swirled and swirled until it turned into the the Eyes of The Maker as some would say. The two girls took this as a sign of trouble and ran home. As did the other 3. They told each other of it and while they spoke, their jewelry started to glow. A strange bright light was seen at their window and they walked to it. They opened their windows and they were blinded by the light, only to be taken....to SouSei.

This was where they began their journey as the Legend Ones of SouSei.

Kilani opened her eyes and stood up. She looked around and noticed that she and her sister were not in L.A. anymore. There many trees as well as clean air. She looked around even further and noticed that her sister was a little ways from her. She walked over and woke her up.

Mika woke up and stood up on her feet as well. She looked around as well. She then turned to Kilani.

"Where are we? How'd we get here?" Mika asked her younger twin.
"I don't know. But, it's not L.A. for certain. Too clean. Let's look around. We might find some answers." Kilani said to her sister.
"Right. Let's go." Mika agreed.

The two walked together and found themselves at the top of a hill. They looked down below the hill and found a large city filled with people. Excited, they ran down the hill and came to the bottom of the hill. That was when they started to walk towards the city. It was protected by a large wall as well as gates at four sides along with a moat. They stopped at the edge of the moat and looked to the gate. Kilani spoke up.

"Hey! Can you bring down this gate? We need to get in for information on where we are!"
A voice was heard from the top of the gates. "Who goes there?"
"Uhm. I'm Kilani Tarot Shi'iandra and this is my twin sister Miklara "Mika" Shi'iandra. We seemed to be lost. Can you help us?" Kilani asked the guard.
"Alright. Come on in. Watch out." The guard replied.

Kilani looked to the falling gate and stood there. Mika moved out of the way. Kilani looked to Mika and she came near. Together the two advanced into the city.

As soon as they stepped into the city, it sounded with noise. There were many different types of people as well as stores. It was nothing like L.A. Kilani kept walking and she turned around to walk backwards and to look around. When she turned around, she bumped into someone.

"Oh, shoot. Sorry about that. Let me help you." Kilani offered as she bent down and helped the lady.
"Why thank you." The person said to Kilani.
"No problem. But, maybe you can help us." Kilani said as she stood up to face the person.
"And that is?" The elf said when she looked to Kilani.
"Uhm. Well, we're not from here and I was wondering if you could tell me where we are and where we could go to find out more about this place." Kilani asked.
"Not a problem. You are in Igirisu. To be more specific, you are in Jeune, Igirisu, SouSei. SouSei is our world, Igirisu is one of the 7 Kingdoms in SouSei, and Jeune is one of the 13 minor kingdoms in Igirisu. If you would like to know more, you should visit the Igirisu Shrine." The elf replied.
"I'm sorry, the Igirisu Shrine? What is that?" Mika questioned politely.
"The Igirisu Shrine is a large castle-like temple. I know of someone that might be able to help you. If you go down the block and find a large building with the sign "Lacerta's Haven", there you will find Lucertola, a reptilian anthro." The elf told Mika and Kilani.
"Thanks. We'll find it." Kilani replied.
"Your welcome. I hope you find the information you need. Until then, good luck and good bye." The elf replied.

Mika and Kilani walked down the block and looked at the people that were coming in and out of the stores that they passed. They soon came upon a building with the sign that said "Lacerta's Haven". Kilani walked up the short flight of stairs with her sister and walked into the store. It had many different places and a flight of stairs. They saw an anthro fly up the stairs and speak to the reptilian anthro. It looked down and nodded. The bat flew to them.

"Good afternoon, ladies. I am Pipistrello Chauve-Souris. You can call me Strell if you would like. Come with me. Lacerta wishes to speak to you." The bat anthro had told them.

Kilani followed the bat as did Mika and they came to another flight of stairs and they walked up. They soon found themselves face to face with the reptilian anthro Lacerta. He greeted them.

"Welcome to my haven. I am Lacerta Lucertola. May I ask what your names are?" The reptile asked them.
"The name's Kilani Tarot Shi'iandra and this is my sister Miklara "Mika" Shi'iandra. We're not from here. But this one elf told us that you might be able to help us." Kilani said to Lacerta.
"No, not me. And did you say your last names were Shi'iandra? Hmm. I know someone who might be able to help you. Just a minute, if you will." Lacerta had said as he got up and walked to Pipistrello and told him to go find Azure and the other Guide. He accepted and went off to find Azure and the unknown Guide. Kilani and Mika waited.

Mika looked to Kilani.Mika took off the backpack that she always carries and put it on the ground. She unzipped it and inside were supplies;food, blankets etc. and 2 of her best items. Her laptop computer and a mobile phone that was also a scanner. She took out her laptop and flipped the lid.She sant down patiently and started to type away. Now and again she would look up and see Kilani's patience starting to wear thin.

Mika started to scan for such a place on earth but found nothing.Mika flipped open her mobile phone and scanned her surroundings into the phone before transfering it to the laptop.Mika did close ups on the walls of the shrine. They were written in a strange script.Mika ran it through a translator that ran the script through all languages and scripts on earth and nothing again. She started to look at the images carved on the walls. It was all very interesting.

Mika was about to start to explore them when Strell re-entered the chamber.Mika saved the files and closed the laptop and the mobile phone. She tucked the phone into her pocket and slid the laptop under her arm before re-shouldering the backpack.

"Thankyou for your patience. You are admitted entry."

Mika and Kilani looked at each other before following the bat creature.Mika was awed as they walked through the corridors and hoped she would get a chance to scan and inspect the writings and images.

*Meanwhile, in the hellish training arena of the Prophetic Knights...*

Bodies of the pawns flew, dismembered, decapitated, amputated... too hard to tell. So many had missing limbs, heads, appendages, some were frozen, others were scorched beyond recognition into cripsy ashes, and many others were simply torn apart mercilessly. Amidst the carnage stood two figures, both clad in full steel, but apparently too bored. Reptilian creatures, humanoid creatures, demonic creatures, and some other mutated ones formed a rank of infantry, charging towards the two lone figures with a variety of weapons. They didn't get close.

A flash of the blade, a twirl of the staff, and half of them were suddenly split in two, some symmetrically, others randomly, all dead. Others yet were frozen into icy shards, followed shortly by a cracking sound as the ice clattered into hundreds of tiny little shards, the flesh and bones along with the ice. None survived, and yet the two figures seemed to be way too bored to care. This was the fourth charge, and none got within 10 feet of them. This was entertaining in the beginning, but it was beginning to get somewhat pointlessly boring. Besides, its a waste of mana.

Beyond the arena, multitudes of creatures lurked in prisons and cages, all staring frightenedly at the entrance leading to the arena. Many went out, many screams and cries were heard, many thuds of decapitated bodies, random body parts, and clattering weapons, then silence. And the mockingly suppressed conversation from the two in the middle, muttering lightly so that none can be heard, but continuing steadily, steadily to a maddening extreme. Such was the fate of the pawns of the legion, simply to feed the skills and blood lust of the elites.

Another blow of the trumpet, another call of names, another swarm of jailors streaming in and forcing the prisoners out, until the numbers dwindled down, down, down to none. And then there were none. And it was complete.

The two figures left the arena, leaving behind around two hundred or so scattered corpses and body parts, though most of them were incinerated before exiting, a courtesy to the janitorial squad. The two figures conversed in low voices, in the same tone and rhythm which dropped many of the prisoners into abyssal insanity. After a while, they came upon a staircase leading up to the palace above, and ascended, the footsteps of one echoing, the other gliding up effortlessly.

Once in the Shrine. Kilani looked at the armor that stood in the corridors along with the weapons that they held. She was mesmerised by the details and how they appeared. Kilani then kept walking. Soon, Pipistrello stopped and knocked on a large double door. An answer was heard.

"Come in, Pipistrello Chauve-Souris and company. We've been expecting you."
"Let us go in, Mika and Kilani. The Guides will explain everything." Strell had told them as the doors opened.

Mika took out her phone and started to scan the doors, the encrpyted writings awed her. They were exquisitely amazing. It was like no language she had seen before. Kilani and Mika followed behind the Bat Anthro. He stopped in the middle of the room and bowed to the creatures that sat at the top. They nodded to Pipistrello and then looked to the Shi'iandra twins.

"You must be Miklara "Mika" Shi'iandra and Kilani Tarot Shi'iandra, am I correct?" A blue dragon had questioned.
"Yeah. That's right. Listen, we've got questions and people have said that you might be able to answer them for us. It seems that there's only two of you, but there's 3 other seats." Kilani spoke up suddenly.
"Hmm. I assume you are the younger of the twins and you are more of the wild one. We are the Guides that know all and see all. We are the ones who helped the Guardians and Elite keep this world in shape. I am Azure the Water Guide. My colleague is Kruiden the Element Guide." Azure had said to the two.
"Now what are your questions?" Kruiden had asked.
"We are wondering what you can tell us about this place." Mika asked the two Guides.
"A wise question to ask. Long ago, in the ancient days, this world was created from the reflection of Earth. The Maker wanted to see how this world would improve. He created all creatures to be upon this world. There is no right or wrong, but Dark and Light. Most Dark is not evil, but some are good. There are 4 guardians that protect this world as well. The Guardian of the North, the South, the East, and the West. Noorden the Red Lion, the guardian of the North, Leste the Earth Tortoise, the guardian of the East, Zephyr the Wind Eagle, the guardian of the West, and Elric the Sea Serpent, the guardian of the South. I, Azure, am a reflection of Elric the Sea Serpent. I have the power of water, but Elric has strong powers. He has the ability to control the waters. He also has the role of making the day turn to night. Also, he can create droughts, rainfalls, monsoons, etc. Anything that has to do with Water. He is the Fall. Noorden has the powers of Fire and Light. The North's creature form is the Fire Tiger. He has the ability to turn the day into light. He also has the ability to control fire. He can create a firestorm, etc. He is the Summer. Zephyr has the ability to control the winds and snow. She lets the breeze blow which way, the currents of the air to change and to create air disasters. She also has the ability to make it snow. She is the Winter. Leste has the power to control the Earth and Rock. She makes the trees grow tall. She makes the grass grow green. But at times, she causes rockslides, earthquakes, etc. She is the spring. She is a pacifist before anything else. After all, she is the mother earth incarnate; she would rather create than destroy." Azure had explained.
"I see. What else can you tell us?" Mika asked again.
"There are 4 major points as well as 4 minor. At each Major Point is a Guardian and at each of the 4 minor are 4 Elites. The 4 most intelligent, caring, kind, understanding, and good creatures of any race that help SouSei keep in order and balance. They help the Guardians by taking the responsibility of the world. They are of any race and will do anything to protect SouSei, its residents, the Warriors, and the Guardians. And then there is the SouSei Legend." Kruiden had said.
"What? SouSei Legend? What's that? You've got my attention. Let's hear the Legend." Kilani said suddenly.
"Alright, I will tell of it. Long ago, in ancient days. The Maker had created Earth within 7 days. He created the winds, the light, the dark, the waters, the trees, the creatures that walk upon it and live within the waters, as well as the humans that would walk upon it.

As the Earth progressed and made itself into a great and well working Earth, there was nothing else to improve. The humans were improving it themselves.

The waters reflected something into The Maker's eye which triggered something within his Mind. A reflected World of the Earth. He created altered humans, creatures not seen on earth, creatures seen on earth, some humans, waters, forests, the terrains on Earth. He created a reflected world of Earth with the exceptions of what he created himself. He called it SouSei. He also created 4 Guardians to protect and balance SouSei's main points, North, South, East, and West. He then created the Elite of 4 to balance minor points in SouSei and to conference in the Middle Kingdom of SouSei.

The Elite would speak to the Guardians and ask them questions, who then replied back. The Maker was glad. He then watched both worlds grow.

SouSei grew to become a happy, wealthy, and healthy world. But, a resident was corrupted with greed and wanting more, he tried to take the Guardians' powers.

The Elite feared that the Evil would hurt the world and its residents and so they spoke to the Guardians, who in turn created the Legend Warriors who defeated the Great Evil. The Warriors roamed the world with great power. The Guardians and Elite feared that without someone to tame that power, they were too powerful and so the Guardians called for the Legend Warriors and sealed their powers, their weapons, and themselves. The powers were sealed away in Talismans, the weapons were turned into harmless Artifacts, and the Warriors were sealed away into Orbs.

It is said that the Elite and Guardians created spirits called the Legend Ones and blew them to the Earth. Those who receive it will believe in the Supernatural and believe that "Seeing is not always believing." and that is the Legend. Are there any further questions?" Kruiden had said to the two mesmerized twins.
"Yeah. Who are the Legend Warriors?" Kilani asked with excitement.
"The Legend Warriors were created to protect the world from the Great Evil. After they put the Great Evil into a dormant state, they roamed SouSei with great power. The Guardians and Supreme Elite feared that they were too powerful. So, they sealed the Warriors' powers, weapons, and even the Warriors themselves into Talismans, Artifacts, and Orbs. The Artifacts, Orbs, and Talismans are scattered throughout the world and no one knows where it is, even the Guardians do not know." Kruiden had explained.
"What about the Legend Ones?" Mika asked curiously
"Ah. The Legend Ones are spirits created by the Guardians. They lie within those who do not believe that what they see is always true. They also have powers within them that lie dormant. It will only be released when they come to SouSei and find the Warriors. The Warriors are within the Orbs. Once they are released, the Legend One who finds them will become the Legend Warrior. It is also said that the Shi'iandra Dynasty have never had real magic or power until Genesis and Revelation Shi'iandra were born. They are twins, just as you were. Genesis was the beginning and Revelation was the end. The two combined created powerful magic. They had emense power and they were able to give others powers as well. Genesis was the older and had the power of water. Revelation was the younger and had the power of the Elements. It was said that Genesis and Revelation gave their powers to the next set of twins, and that was you." Azure explained.
"We have powers? The Shi'iandra descendants were from SouSei? Whoa, wicked." Kilani replied.
"So, now what are we to do, Azure and Kruiden?" Mika asked.
"We will help you find the Water and Element Artifact, Orb, and Talisman. Then you shall have the powers of the Warriors. We shall wait though. Now is not the time to go. You still have much to learn and we must contact the other Guides." Azure told them.

Kilani stood there amazed at the Legend and what was told. Mika processed it through her computer. It was amazing of what was told. They could learn many things from here. With Kilani's wild and tough side and Mika's calm and cool side, they could learn great things as well as study about the world and its culture.

It took a moment, but June finally came to. She could feel the warmth from the sun on her cheeks, and a cool breeze that sifted through her hair. And voices.. with very strange accents. Slowly, she blinked open her eyes and stared at the cieling above her, immediately recognizing that it definitely wasn't the one at home. Her eyes narrowed in suspicion, just about the same time as somebody leaned over and looked down at her.

"Ah, you are awake, then," the woman exclaimed happily.

June could only blink at her for the time being. Though she looked and sounded like a woman, there were a few characteristics that made her think twice. There were dark markings, like tatoos, all around her eyes, and a small pair of horns just above her ears. And then her hair.. her hair was a wild, flaming red color that she knew just wasn't possible. "...um.."

The woman laughed and straightened up. "Oh, you poor dear. You must be so confused. And hungry - you've been sleeping for hours!" Offering June her hand, which June noticed was covered in the same markings, she said, "Here, let's get you out of bed. You'll feel better once you've been fed and you're up and about."

June could only nod as the woman nearly lifted her out of bed and nudged her towards a table. "There now, I'll just fix something up real quick," The woman said, turning towards her cabinets after she made sure June was seated. "Brand will be comin' back soon, too, to check up on ya."

"Brand..?" June repeated, taking the moment to glance around. It looked as though she was in some small little cabin. The room was furnished simply, but comfortably; most of everything was made out of wood, carved to perfection by somebody with still, delicate hands. Beautiful craftsmanship, to be certain.

"He's the one that found you, love." The woman turned and peered at her carefully, leaning back against the counter where she'd previously been working. June noticed then that her eyes weren't normal. They were almost cat-like, actually, and were a startling hue of gray. "I'm a healer, of sorts, so he called me over. This is his house, you know."

June nodded, feeling rather awkward. Where on earth was she, anyway? Probably not on earth... "Um, pardon me for asking, but where is this?"

"Why, Karui, of course."

At June's blank stare, the woman just raised an eyebrow. "You know, Aptus?"

Pressing her hand against her head, June wondered why the room suddenly seemed a bit tipsy. Aptus? Where was Aptus? Now, the only thing she could think about was that bright light in her room. It seemed as though whatever that was, it was the cause of all her problems. And yet.. for being in a state of utter confusion, she was feeling strangely.. at peace. "I'm sorry," she finally stated, clearing her throat. "I.. I guess I'm not from around here."

The flaming-haired woman just raised her eyebrows. "Huh. I guess not. Well, no matter, we take all kinds here in Karui, trust me. I'm Heliati, by the way. Heliati Redette."

June smiled, reaching out to grasp her extended hand. "June Fortere. Pleased to meet you."

Heliati's eyes narrowed as soon as she heard her speak, and she turned halfway, still peering at her in interest. "You don't say..." Chuckling then, she just shook her head before turning back to her task of fixing up some food. "What a fascinating name, June," she replied merrily, suddenly seeming much more exuberant. After a few minutes of listening to cheerful humming, June found herself suddenly surrounded by plates full of bread, cheese, fruits and other odd items. As she blinked at it all, Heliati said, "Eat up while I go find our friend Brand. He'll be interested to know that you're up and about."

June glanced at her just in time to see her walk out the door. Ruffling her hair a bit, she just shrugged to no one in particular, and began to nibble on some white cheese that looked rather tasty. She finished off a few good pieces of it before the door opened again and a particularly handsome young man entered, a look of excitement in his eyes.

"June?"

She just nodded mutely, a piece of cheese half way to her mouth.

The man grinned and nearly tackled her, squeezing her tightly as he picked her up out of the chair rather easily. "Oh, I love you!" His exclamation was rather loud, and behind them June could easily hear Heliati laughing hysterically. Dropping her cheese, now very, very bewildered, June could only nod and blush.

"..okay...."

Sei'ichi'ro sat on a cold stone step outside of the Prophet Knight's training arena. His short sword, the Sorugimasa, spun idely in his hand. The engravings on the blade seemed to blur and refocus a few times, and Sei'ichi'ro had to shake his head to keep from falling asleep. He hated long waits, and this one was going on three hours. The sky was a swirling grey as a foggy full moon barely manedged to pierce the clouds with it's shine. In it's light, Sei'ichi'ro could clearly make out the shadows of two people, just the people he was waiting for. He stood up and sheathed his blade, keeping it loose just in case.
"Sei'ichi'ro." One of them greeted him as he passed. Sei'ichi'ro's nostril's flared when he smelt the burning flesh from within the arena. "Prick." Sei'ichi'ro greeted back. He hated how the two trained, killing off hundreds just to break a sweat. Sei'ichi'ro always preferred going on a hunt, or sometimes grabbing a wooden sword to bash the prisioners heads in, but not kill them; they were too weak to kill, no fun. "You two are pretty early this time. Make sure you get your fill of mutilating there corpses?"

"You know, all that rightous "human life is precios" crud is really tiring."

"Human life isn't precios, it's just boring. And shut your trap before I decide to shut it for you." He said back. The two turned back to him. "A challenge?" It wasn't odd for Sei'ichi'ro to pick a fight with anybody he didn't like, as long as they were worthy. He grinned and turned around to face the two. "Yeah, good to see you can recognise it." He unsheathed the Sorugimasa and pointed it at them. "Are you going to stand there around like dummies or are you going to accept?"

OOC: You asked for it...

Ba'do's eyes, hidden under the demonic skull, merely twinkled lightly, again drawing his blade. He didn't need his shield, not just yet. The blade glittered red, then burst into flames, engulfing the jagged blade in a blue-black ominous flare.

"Stand down Reiki... I'd rather do this alone..." proclaimed the unearthly rumble from Ba'do.

Reiki nodded slightly, then left the two to themselves, heading off into the sanctum of ancient texts, probably to entertain himself with the spell books of the past, perhaps to concoct a new spell to give more torture to his 'victims' next time he decided to enter the training arena.

Ba'do and Sei'ichi'ro stared at each other for a while, one glaring, the other's emotions unfathomable under the accursed mask.

"Aren't you going to attack flame boy?" snickered Sei'ichi'ro, twirling his blade lightly.

"Its customary for challengers to attack first... fool..." rumbled Ba'do, calm but still violent.

Ba'do drew his blade back, his free arm stretching out in front, the palms open, the blade drawn back forcefully much like one would with a bow and arrow. Sei'ichi'ro raised his eyebrows. He saw this before. Growling menacingly, Sei'ichi'ro charged Ba'do, bringing his blade down full force onto Ba'do's face. Ba'do merely cocked his head off to the side a bit, causing the blow to miss and strike the burning armor. Instantly, Ba'do followed up, performing a stabbing motion of the blade, narrowly followed by the demonic flames enchanted within his blade. Sei'ichi'ro dodged the blade, but felt his flesh sear and burn from the titanic flames. In the next second, Ba'do slammed into Sei'ichi'ro, and again Sei'ichi'ro felt the burn, this time more furious, more hellish, more torturous.

"You cannot defeat me in close combat fool... I am fire itself... to strike a fire is futile... you shall only scorch yourself..." murmured Ba'do.

The Guides suddenly came back abruptly and looked to the two.

"Come with us. It seems that the Great Evil is after the Orbs, Talismans, and Artifacts. If they possess these, he will become powerful and he will make them evil." Kruiden had said.
"That is true, Kruiden. But remember that the Legend Warriors will not respond to anyone. They will only respond to those with a heart of the element they possess." Azure calmly replied.
"What? Great Evil? Where? Let's go kick it's ass." Kilani had said to the two.
"Calm down, young one." Mika replied. "What do you mean that they will not respond?"
"They will not show their true selves to anyone. They must show that they are worthy first before anything else. If the Great Evil is capable of this, then we are trully doomed. Even the Guardians will not be able to seal them again." Azure had said to the two.

Kilani stood there with her arms crossed. She wanted to do something active and this was nothing. It seemed that something was not right. She sighed and walked to Pipistrello.

"Do you know about this?" She asked him.
"Yes. I do. Do you wish to go to one of the locations?" He asked her.
"Hell yeah. Let's go." Kilani said. "Strell is going to show me the sights. If that's alright with you guys."

Azure, Kruiden, and Mika looked to each other and Mika nodded. A large grin came over Kilani's face. She walked with Pipistrello and walked out. When they did, she got onto his back and he flew up. As they did, Kilani took in the sights. Soon, they were near one of the kingdoms. It was Venustas.

"Alright. Here we are. This is Beau, Venustas. And we shall find what you're looking for over in the mountains. Let's go." Pipistrello had said as he flew to the mountains.

Within the mountains, they would see that they will find what they're looking for, but they'll also encounter two dangerous knights.

(Karanlik observes the Prophet Knights unseen)

Karanlik: (Thinking) Why must they fight each other? Do they not realize that it is pointless? Or is there truly no hope for them? At least Reiki has left them. There may still be hope for him.

(Karanlik follows Reiki to the sanctum of ancient texts. When he arrives, he allows himself to be seen. Reiki is startled by Karanlik's sudden appearance)

Reiki: Lord Karanlik!

Karanlik: How many times have I told you not to call me lord? Titles have no purpose. If you don't know who someone is without hearing a title, then there is no reason for you to know who that person is.

Reiki: I'm sorry, sir.

Karanlik: That's better. As you know, Ba'do and Sei'ichi'ro are fighting each other. You must stop this battle and tell them their assagnment.

Reiki: What is the assignment?

Karanlik: As you are aware, I have been trying to determine the locations of explorers who claim to know where strange artifacts are. I now know the locations of three of them. One is in a village on the southern border of Roza, minor kingdom of Silva. Sei'ichi'ro will go there. Another is in a town on the eastern border of Hyouden. You and Ba'do will go there. I believe that you will both be needed, as the explorer there always travles with a very skilled escort, the best he can find. The third is in a city at the center of Moll, minor kingdom of Aptus. I will go there myself. Once you find the explorers, which shouldn't be too difficult, you are to bring them here. You may use whatever methods you wish, but they must be kept alive. You will leave as soon as possible. Tell the other two now.

Mika looked at the two guardians.

"I have been studying the script and pictures on the walls of this temple. They are not any known human language.Could you tell me what they are?"Mika asked them.
"They are our language. You're correct. It has not been revealed to humans of your world. But the people of Sousei go by this language everyday like you would to your language."Azure said wisely.
"Would you be able to give me an alphabet of your language?I am very intrigued."Mika asked them.

Kruiden waved with a flick of his wrist and Mika's laptop started to beep. She flipped it open and on the screen was a language and the english underneath it and what some of the pictures meant.

"Thank you.I will study this."Mika said happily.
"It's good to see you intrigued by our culture, customs and languages."Azure said.

Mika continued to question the guardians about the Legend and the strange world they were in.The guardians smiled. It had been so long. They had waited and almost gave up hope but finally they had arrived.Genesis and Revelation Shi'iandra.MAybe the World of Sousei did have hope.Along with the other Legend one.

Reiki pondered for a moment, closing the scriptures with a thump which sent the dusts flying into the air. Turning away to deliver the news to his partner and his... comrade, Reiki left the arcane sanctum, somewhat disappointed with not being able to see Sei'icho'ro losing, and perhaps a little at having his research interrupted. Nevertheless, the orders were clear, and his mission was to see it through.

Reiki came upon the two just as Sei'ichi'ro was trying to extinguish the heat blazing upon him. Ba'do was cackling madly, and Sei'ichi'ro, cursing, doing something comparable to a war dance, a futile attempt to cast off the flames. Reiki looked at the scene with amusement, and with some regret, made a magnificent sweep with his staff, extinguishing the flames, freezing them instantaneously. Ba'do looked up with some anger, and looked at Reiki questioningly.

"What was that for Reiki? Interrupting my fun now?" growled Ba'do.

"Nay. Lord Karanlik wishes us to go on a quest for him. I shall fill you in."

Ba'do sighed, twirling his blade nonchalantly. Just when it was getting fun... He looked at Sei'icho'ro, who was angrily brushing off the freezing ice shards implanted on him. Ah well... there will be a next time...

"The mission?" asked Ba'do calmly.

Reiki flicked his staff in the air, and an immediate replication of Karanlik's prior speech echoed through the hall.

"Understood..." murmured Ba'do.

OOC: Hmm. I hope this is good.. I'll be putting up Leste's intro soon. Probably after class.

It took a few minutes, but June finally managed to crawl out of the man's death grip and found herself back in that happy place where she could breathe normally again. As she smoothed out her clothes, she glanced briefly up at the darker-haired man and asked, "So you're.. Brand?"

He was now sitting in her chair, his arms resting casually over the back of it. "Yeah. Didn't mean to scare you," he added, his eyes crinkling in amusement. "Just got a little excited. We've been waiting for awhile, you know. For all of you."

June just raised her eyebrows, her eyes moving from him to Heliati, who was still by the door, then back to Brand. "...What?"

Heliati chuckled, and took a seat at the table, gesturing for June to do the same. Picking herself up off the ground, she took the seat opposite of the woman with the horns, and took another bit of cheese. "I take it there's going to be a story?"

"Yes," Heliati agreed, "A really long one."

Brand ignored her and launched into the explanation. "A long, long time ago, the great Maker created SouSei in the image of Earth. He created the heavens and the skys, the land and waters, the trees, the animals, the people. All you see is of his making. SouSei is a world of balance; of light and dark. Your concept of darkness is different than ours, but in some ways it is similar. There is darkness in our world, but it is not necessarily evil. However, to keep the evil that does exist in check, the Maker created the four Guardians, who watch over the four major points of SouSei, and the four Elites, who watch over the four minor points.

"The Guardian of the North is the keeper of fire. He is a great fire tiger, and has powers over both fire and light. He brings the sunlight into the sky, and can make fire fall from the heavens if he so chooses. He is Noorden, Guardian of Summer. You will find that he will be very important to you, June."

She opened her mouth to ask him exactly why, but he continued again, pushing a piece of cheese into her mouth so she wouldn't interrupt.

"Elric the Sea Serpent guards the Ssouth. He holds great power over the waters of SouSei, and he brings night to the land. As the Guardian of water, he creates both the rains and the droughts, and he is Fall. In the East, there is peace-loving Leste. She is the Guardian of Spring, and of all that is green and good. She has power over the earth, and thus shapes it to her will, either to grow or destroy. And finally, Zephyr, who controls the winds and snow. The Guardian of the West, and of Winter, she has the ability to create strong winds that destroy and terrorize SouSei, and cover the land in a blanket of white. They all watch over SouSei and keep her healthy, with the help of the Elites.

"Now the Elites guard the four minor points of SouSei. They are those who are good and kind above all else, and their intelligence is rarely matched. They help to keep order and balance within SouSei, especially with her people, and are of any and all races." He paused, his clear eyes carefully observing her. He asked very suddenly, "Did you sleep well?"

June blinked at him, nodding slowly. "Oh.. yes, I suppose so. Um, thank you."

"More cheese?" He offered, holding out a particularly nasty looking green piece.

June gulped, and shook her head mutely.

"So that's your general breakdown," he said, spreading his hands on the table. "There's a myth, too, which the people of SouSei have learned generation after generation, passing it on to their children, and their children's children, and so on. And now I'm going to pass it onto you, June, so remember it well.

"Long ago, the Maker had created Earth within 7 days; I'm sure you're familiar with this. He created the winds, the light, the dark, the waters, the trees, the creatures that walk upon it and live within the waters, as well as the humans that would walk upon it and rule over the animals. Time went by, and as the Earth progressed and made itself into a great and well working planet, there was nothing else to improve. The humans were improving it themselves.

"The waters reflected something into The Maker's eye which triggered something within his Mind. A reflection of your world; the world of SouSei. He created altered humans and normal ones, both creatures seen and not seen on Earth, waters, forests, the terrains on Earth. He created a reflected world of Earth with the exceptions of what he created himself. He called it SouSei. He also created 4 Guardians to protect and balance SouSei's main points, North, South, East, and West, as I have just told you. He then created the Elite of 4 to balance minor points in SouSei and to conference in the Middle Kingdom of SouSei. The Elite would speak to the Guardians and ask them questions, who then replied back. The Maker was glad. He then watched both worlds grow.

"SouSei grew to become a happy, wealthy, and healthy world. But, a resident was corrupted with greed and wanting more, he tried to take the Guardians' powers.

"The Elite feared that the Evil would hurt the world and its residents and so they spoke to the Guardians, who in turn created the Legend Warriors who defeated the Great Evil.

"It is said that the Elite and Guardians created spirits called the Legend Ones and blew them to the Earth. Those who receive it will believe in the Supernatural and that 'Seeing is not always believing.'

"And that's the Legend of SouSei," he finished.

June massaged her forehead lightly; that was a lot to take in. And yet just as Brand had said, she knew that it must be true. It felt right; it felt good. "What about these Legend Ones, then? Who are they?"

Brand smiled, pleased. "Guess."

She paused, glancing to Heliati. "You mean.. I...?" A brief flicker of doubt crossed her mind, but then she remembered something Brand had said earlier. About Noorden, Guardian of the North, and of Fire. Fire. She realized then the peculiar designs carved into the wood weren't just curvy lines; they were flames. Somehow, Brand was connected to fire, just as the great Noorden was. And she knew that she must have been, too. He must have noticed the look of recognition in her eyes because he just laughed, and set some more cheese in front of her.

"Rest up while you can, Legend One, because we'll soon be leaving. If you are here, that means the others will be here as well, and surely Azure will be sending out messages soon. In the meantime," he stated, ruffling her hair a bit, "We're going to have some fun getting to know each other. Cause you're stuck with me, now."

Not knowing what they'll encounter, Pipistrello was always on the alert, as was Kilani. She was awed by the wonders of SouSei. It was a replica of Earth, but with a much better intention. SouSei had cleaner air and was blessed with many waters and mountains, as well as trees and flowers. It was absolutely amazing at this sight.

Pipistrello led Kilani to where the Artifact was found. It was the Artifact of the Elemental Legend Warrior. Some people were guarding though. Wanting to go nearer, Kilani advanced, but was quickly drawn back by Pipistrello.

"It is not wise for you to go near that Artifact. Those men are waiting for someone. Possibly one of the Prophet Knights. At this moment, there are only three known: Sei'ichi'ro, Reiki Ado'shi, and Ba'do Kutogen. Then there is the Great Evil, Karanlik. There is not much know about him. All we know is that he wishes to become Supreme Ruler. Perhaps he had an agenda of his own, though. Hold on, someone's coming." Pipistrello had said.

Lookin towards the men, another had come. Kilani thought it was time for some action and she advance forward not knowing what would happen.

Ba'do shivered slightly, his eyes flickering about somewhat uncomfortably. Reiki stood beside him, channeling a spell, his staff held out in front of him. The staff glowed in an eerie green light, small green light dancing about it in the darkness of the orb. Ba'do and Reiki were travelling in a shadow orb, a method of travel invisible to most and the fastest granted to them. Ba'do didn't object, but he hated being powerless, especially under magic. Reiki's constant chanting was gibberish to him, and he was getting rather impatient.

"Are we there yet anytime soon?" muttered Ba'do.

Reiki didn't answer immediately, but the incantations slowed down, eventually stopping. Reiki released the staff carefully, but the staff stayed in mid air, floating unnaturally, the green slowly turning into red.

"We will be there in the next 20 or so minutes.... keep calm..." replied Reiki indifferently.

Ba'do growled slightly, annoyed with the calm demeanor.

"Where are we going again?"

"Hyouden... we shall land there..." murmured Reiki.

As Kilani walked further and further from Pipistrello, she got closer and closer to the men. She sighed and was finally in front of them. They looked to her, then to each other. They awaited somethign.

"Hello, my name is Kilani Tarot Shi'iandra. Maybe you could be of some help." She had asked.
"Shi'iandra? My goodness, the resemblance is uncanny. Am I right, brother?" The first man had spoken.
"Yes, it is. My, how she looks just like Revelation Shi'iandra. It's incredible. Young girl, what was it that you needed?" The second man had said.
"Uhm...it is to my knowledge that you may have found some items that are connected to the Legend Warriors, am I correct?" Kilani questioned.
"Yes, that is correct. Do you wish to see them?" The first man asked.
"Yes, that would be wonderful. Oh, I have a friend as well." Alexandra turned to Pipistrello. "He is a bat anthro. His name is Pipistrello Chauve-Souris. Come on, Strell."

The two men led Pipistrello and Kilani to a cave. They stopped at the entrance. They cleared some vines from the closed entrance and looked to Pipistrello and Kilani.

"Great the one time that Mika isn't here, I find some language I don't know. Strell, a little help?" Alexandra asked.
"This is the language of Venustas, Venustan. Similar to Hawaiian on Earth. I cannot tell you what it says." Pipistrello had answered back looking to Kilani.
"Italian, huh? Let me try. I'm lingual. This ought to be easy." Kilani said as she neared the entrance.

Looking it over, it read from left to right. It was engraved into the entrance door. Breathing a sharp breath before beginning, Kilani looked to the door.

"Alright, let's see. 'Mauka heiau `aumakua, E hele mai ana au. Pili Olua E, Moku Ka Pawa O Ke Ao. Lei aloha, Pili lani, Mo'olelo Koa, Ã hui hou.'
'Towards the mountains in the Temple of the Family Guardian Spirits, I will come. You two are now one, the darkness is past. Beloved Child, close to heaven, Legend Warrior, Until we meet again.'
That was the translation. Then at the bottom is a four pointed star. Going clockwise it says, "Ka hau lani- Dew of Heaven, Moani ke 'ala- Fragrant Breeze, Ka lama- the torch, and Puanani- Beautiful Flower. Then in the center it says Malu lani- Protected by Heaven. Strange. I wonder if I press this." Kilani said as she pressed the star.

Suddenly, as the star pressed into the entrance, the door began to open. Kilani looked to the two men and then Pipistrello. She entered the cave with a torch and looked on in. It was adorned with many gems and jewels, but that was not what she looking for. Beautiful with paintings and weapons, it was a magnificent area.

Mika had continued to talk to the guardians. They told her about their customs and lots of information about Sousei.

There was a knock at the door and a large bird creature walked in.

"You called for me Guardians?"it said.
"Ah yes.Machitrello.This is Miklara Shi'iandra."Azure said.
"Shi'iandra?!Really?!I'm so proud to meet you!!"Machitrello babbled.
"Uh...Hi.You can call me Mika."
"Oh wow.Machi for short.Guardians.What do you need??"
"We wish for you to take Mika safely to the temple of Genesis."
"It would be an honour guardians."
"Good.Mika,Machi will take care of you.Just be careful yourself."
"I will. Thanks for all of your help Azure and Kruiden."

They walked out of the room and out of the temple.

Machi bent down and signalled for Mika to climb on.Mika got up and they took off to the skies.

The abyssal orb melted its way across the dark forest, slithering through like a serpent, though it did not have need to avoid the trees. It simply passed through as if did not exist, continuing along at a constant speed. Whatever it touched, however, withered to death shortly after, and its path was obvious by the pathway of decaying trees and animal carcasses. Within, Ba'do fidgeted restlessly, and Reiki continued the incantations.

Moments later, the orb slowed down, hovering dimly near the edge of the forest, sweeping the grass under it to death. The staff within the orb emitted a hissing sound, the shadow composing the orb slowly seeped back into the staff, and the orb slowly disintegrated, leaving Reiki and Ba'do on a circular patch of earth, cleanly gone and dead. Ba'do shivered slightly, looking around with a sense of disgust.

"This is Hyouden...?" he asked disbelievingly.

"Yes..." murmured Reiki.

Snow danced around lightly, and the entire landscape was covered with a soft, pure white cover. Ba'do growled, annoyed with the scene. He hated white. Too pure. And he hated snow. Reiki, on the other hand, seemed to be rather pleased with the setting. He was a frost magi anyway. This place will suit him well. Reiki held out his staff horizontally, and a map appeared, sliding out from the side of the staff. Reiki examined it for a moment, then pointed northwards.

"A mile or so... and we should be in the town of Hyouden..." Reiki said.

Though somewhat hazy due to the snowfall, there appeared to be a flickering mass of lights where Reiki pointed out. Reiki twirled his staff lightly, depositing the map into his flowing robe. Looking back at Ba'do, Reiki scoffed.

"Please... you have that aura to protect you... now let's get going... we might as well finish this quickly...."

Ba'do grumbled, then followed Reiki, ready to wreak havoc upon the unwitting citizens of the little cozy city... he was annoyed... and when he was annoyed, people died.... alot....

Mika gasped as she looked at her surroundings. The wind rushed past her as Machi flew. They were high up and going at a fast speed.

"Are you ok Mika?"Machi asked.
"I'm fine!I love this!"Mika cried.

Before Mika knew it they were descending at a fast speed.Machi had his wings tucked in to be more streamlined. Then at the last minute,he opened his wings and they floated to the ground softly.

Mika slid off and looked at the temple. It was big and there were people at the doorway. The human and the giant bird anthro approached the door people.

"Excuse me.Would we be able to enter?"Mika asked.
"Who are you?Who sent you?"said a gruff man.
"My name is Miklara Shi'iandra.I was sent by the Guide, Azure.Oh and this is my bird anthro friend,Machitrello."
"Shi'iandra?!There is an uncanny resemblance between you and Genesis."said another man.
"Yes.The guides told me and my twin sister that we are descendants of Genesis and Revelation Shi'iandra."
"You and your bird friend are permitted."
"Thankyou."Mika said as she entered.

Mika looked at the walls.

"This language. It isn't like the alphabet that Azure and Kruiden gave me.What language is it Machi?"Mika said.
"It is Nihoshi. It is called Japanese on Earth."Machi said examining the walls.
"Japanese huh?This should be easy."

Mika walked along the walls and read the japanese. Then she came to a sealed door. One of the men from the front door followed them.

"Why isn't this door open?"Mika asked resting her hand on the cold stone.
"It has been sealed ever since Genesis passed on."said the man.

There was a few lines of script.Mika read it and translated it into.

"'Towards the mountains in the Temple of the Family Guardian Spirits, I will come. You two are now one, the darkness is past. Beloved Child, close to heaven, Legend Warrior, Until we meet again."(Arika-If you don't want this to be the same as yours then tell me and I'll change it.)

OOC:Sorry I haven't post sooner..... I had tried but didin't fell it was very good.
-------
Austin awoke laying on the ground. He when he got up his shirt had stick to his back because of the dew on the bright green grass. He was in the shadow of a large oak-like tree, and shaded his eyes from the sun. Everything differ from Earth. The sea was clearer, the air was fresher, the plants healthy. He sat down and the hill and looked down to a large city. He sat there for some time before getting up. He walked down the step hill and came to the city gates. A large man in armor looked down to him.

"Why do you come?" he said with a deep voice.
".... I don't really know why... I need a place to stay...." Austin answered.
"Do you have any weapons?" the deeped voiced man asked.
"No....." Austin said back. Why would he carry weapons?

The man shouted to the other side of the gate, and they opened. He let Austin into the busy streets of the city. He looked around amazed by it as others bumped into him. He walked into a small pub, and a waitress came to him. She had white hair and red eyes, but way young. She smiled at him as he stared at her.

"What can I do for you?" she said cheerly.
"Is there a place I can find some help? See I am new here and don't know my way around." he asked kindly.
"........ Ummm sure......." she said. She thought he would hit on her or somthing,"There is a tower where you can get some help."

Austin went out of the pub wishing he could find more help then that. He looked around and saw a cloaked figure infornt of him.
"You are one of the legends." the cloaked figure said with a strange voice as he took of the hood of the cloak. He was bird-like, and feathers with yellow. He had an orange beak, and hands where talons. "Come with me." and with these words he told the boy as he took him by hand to a stone building.

Walking to the main area of the cave, she had found it had many weapons, many scrolls, many books, many everything. It was decored with beautiful garments, glimmering gauntlets, etc. She looked to a scroll that was on the wall. It had the picture of the Elemental Legend Warrior. Underneath the scroll was its weapon.

Walking to it, she looked at its beautiful handle. She noticed that it had something written on it. It was hidden, when Kilani touched it, it was sealed away by an orb.

"Only those who are guided by the Good may be able to have this Artifact. This is the weapon of the Elemental Legend Warrior. It was used for good, may it fall into the hands of evil, then the Talisman and Orb shall rise and the Legend One shall find it once more."

With that, Kilani knew she needed Kruiden. She walked out with the two brothers and Pipistrello. Looking to the two of them, she shrugged her shoulders and got onto Pipistrello's back. The two flew to the Shrine. There, she snuck in, but the two knew she was out.

OOC: Oh, nuts. I had this thing half done and my connection fizzed out. Now I have to remember it, and between you and me, I have a terrible short-term memory. Damn the internet.

Leste stepped over the roots of the old oak as she made her way around its large trunk, her earthy eyes looking up towards its leafy branches. This tree was by far her favorite tree for the memories that it held - her memories. She traced her hand along the bark and sighed, leaning into the old tree. Soon, she told herself soothingly, Soon it will be my turn. But until then, there are many things for me to do here.

Her steps quickened and she ran through the forest swiftly, with as much grace as any deer would have. Leste knew the woods like the back of her hand - she could find her way through them blindfolded, if need be. In fact, she was pretty sure she did once, though that was many years ago.

It didn't take long for her temple to come into view. Like the other guardians, her temple incorporated many aspects of her element - the earth. It was made of smooth stone, much like marble on Earth, created around the tall trees, which were oldest here. The very temple itself was built into and onto the trees, and extended higher than any would think possible. The light circled through the center of it brilliantly and made it seem as though the very stones themselves were sparkling. Assorted vines and crawling plants bloomed with flowers and helped to create make-shift walls, perfuming the air with their radiance. This was the center of the forest, thus the ripest, and the wisest part, and fit for such a guardian.

Standing at the entrance to her temple, feet cushioned by hundreds of tiny flowers, she bowed a sweeping bow before entering, one important task on her mind - to reach the other guardians. As she headed for her throne within her temple, fashioned from stone and earth alike, covered in the same soft flowers and a type of moss that felt softer than any feather, she let out a high, musical whistle. The sound seemed not of any world, but not a moment later a number of creatures ambled to greet her, gathering round her dais.

Smiling at them all lovingly, she bowed her head to them in greeting, before whispering to them her urgent message. When she finished, they took off. Some took flight into the air, looking West, and some ran North with a great speed. Others went South, towards the ocean, to meet their brethren there and further the news to the guardian of that element. Her words were this:
My dear friends, change is upon the air. I have felt it in the earth, and I have felt death within my domain. I do not like what I sense, and I am sure you know what I speak of. Perhaps a meeting is in order, my siblings. For if the dark is coming, it will be balanced. The Legend has returned, it seems.
"Guard my words well," Leste told her messengers as they left, "And do not hesitate in your journey. May the sun shine on you and the land grant you a safe passage."

She leaned back in her mossy throne then, chewing idly on a piece of her long hair. It had begun; she was sure of it. But only time would tell. For the moment, however, Leste was much more comfortable on having any and all tidbits that would help to shed some light - any plan was better than none.

He?s had this kind of vision before. When it is over, he will try to understand wat it means. Untill then, he?ll just have to he what happens in the vision.
He is on a flat plain of some kind. It is completly flat. He knows that the flat plain has no meaning. It?s where he always is in these visions. As he looks around, he sees something. It is an indistinct shape that is pitch-black. It is moving toward him)

Noorden: What are you, and what do you want?

(The shape moves toward him. As it gets closer, it solidifies into a man)

Man: I want what you have.

Noorden: Who are you?

Man: That doesn?t matter. But if you give me what I want, I?ll be willing to tell you.

Noorden: What do you want?

Man: I?ve already told you. I want what you have.

Noorden: I won?t give you anything.

Man: Then I?ll just have to take it.

(The man dissapears and a black cloud appears in his place. It moves toward Noorden. It envelops him, and he starts to feel weaker. THen the vision ends, and he sees the temple again. He feels completly normal, and knows that nothing he saw, heard, or felt was real. It was a message)

Noorden: (Thinking) There is only one thing that that could mean. Karanlik is making another attempt. I knew he wasn?t dead.

OOC: Whoooo!! Registered for classes, baby! Yeah!! *does college dance of victory*

June took the time Brand gave her to eat up and relax a bit before she decided that she wanted to do a bit of exploring. When she mentioned this, he cast her a very withering look.

"You want to go exploring? Alone?" He asked, crossing his arms. June raised an eyebrow at the body language, wondering if he could be any more closed off to the idea, before nodding slowly.

"I would like to see the village, at least. Meet some people here, see what they do. That can't hurt, right?"

Brand looked doubtful, but Heliati interveened on June's behalf. "Oh, stop being such a worry-wart, Brand. I'll show her around while you take care of the preparations. The other guards should know the Legend One of Fire has been found, at the very least."

At that the dark-haired man relented and he sighed. "Okay, okay, you win. Just be careful, you understand? The Knights will be up and about very soon - they'll know just as we know that the Legend Ones will be appearing, and they'll try their best to get rid of you as quickly as they can. And that cannot happen."

"Knights?" June repeated, her tone curious. "Who are the Knights?"

"The Knights are not your friend," he explained, his eyes narrowing imperceptably. "They work for the Great Evil and assist him in his quest for the ultimate power. We cannot let them triumph, and so you must be extra careful. You will know them when you see them, Legend One. You will feel it. And if you should come across one," his voice dropped dangerously low, "run. Do not stay and fight it. You don't have a chance, not in this condition."

She couldn't have expected it to be all fun and games, but June was still disheartened by the idea that somebody she didn't even know was after her life. It just seemed so wrong. "I promise you, then," she agreed, "That I'll be careful. I'm sure that we'll be fine, Brand." June knew the optimistic tone wouldn't help his nerves, but she had to show him that she wasn't afraid - a life lived in fear was no life at all.

He nodded, seemingly satisfied. "Alright, then. Go ahead, and take this horn with you. Use it to call for help, just in case." The horn was small, finely polished and decorated with a careful, steady hand, and June couldn't help but grin at her reflection.

"Of course," she smiled at him, before Heliati linked arms with her and the two walked out into the open sunshine. Brand watched them leave before turning towards one of the windows in the room, letting out a low whistle. A small, slender bird creature hopped onto the window sill then, it's bright, beady eyes glancing around curiously. A strange clicking sound was emitted from it's beak, and it fluttered it's wings anxiously. Brand smiled and bowed to it briefly. "Falcii, I have a message for Azure and Kruiden. Tell them..."

---

As Brand dictated his message, June and Heliati wandered around the little Karui village, stopping to speak with people or take a look at some peculiar plant or animal every now and then. June had never seen so many interesting things in her life, and try as she might, she couldn't hide her amazement. Thankfully most seemed pleased by her open curiousity, and only returned it, questioning her strange garments and even stranger name. She wasn't sure what she should say, but Heliati often saved her and only replied to the inquiring minds, "June is foreign to these parts, truly. But she will be a great friend to us, make no mistake about it."

After what felt like an hour of wandering around, June strayed a little from the roads of the village and made her way up a small dirt path that looped around the side of a rather large, rocky hill. Heliati noticed the direction her feet had taken and could only smile; so the cycle really had begun again. She followed after the girl knowingly, pleased and quite sure that Brand would be, also.

The little path eventually led June around to a small cliff. There was ground beneath her some ways down, but as she looked over the area, the Legend One was sure she thought she saw a small passage way squeezed between some rocks. Sure enough, upon inspection, it was big enough for her to get through relatively unscathed by the hard, unyielding stones. The rocks grew around her, their bulky shapes slowly turning into smooth, stone columns as she continued into the heart of the hill. Torches lined the walls, giving her enough light to make her way through. Her heart was beating rapidly in her chest, but she couldn't stop - she knew she was meant to find something in here, she could feel it.

Soon the tunnel rounded out into a large, circular room, lined with torches. The flames flickered brightly and cast their light upon the glittering stone walls, refracting light every which way. June exhaled slowly, amazed by the sheer beauty of the cavern, before noticing the strange circular structure in the middle of the room. She stepped towards it, eyeing the strange words carved into the structure. It reminded her of Italian, or Latin, neither of which she could really read. There were one or two words she could pick out, though: something about water, one of the words on the outside, and then something about fire or light, which was intricately carved into the center of the stone. Her fingers brushed across it lightly, her mind reeling around the words, trying to connect the dots. Without warning, the center of the pedestal spun upwards slowly, emitting a low, groaning noise. June jumped back, quite sure she had somehow caused the entire cavern to collapse on top of her, only, it never did. Instead, a flame burst forth from the words she recognized as fire.

"...Um.." She turned to look at Heliati, but a creaking noise made her stop and avert her attention back in the direction she had been facing. The outer ring of the pedestal had fallen away, revealing a staircase that led down, deeper into the heart of the land. June began to start down the steps, but paused when she noticed that Heliati made no move to follow her. At June's questioning look, the horned woman just shook her head.

"I cannot follow you there. It is too hot for me."

June raised her eyebrows, glancing down the circular stairs, before looking back to Heliati. They shared a moment before June nodded, her eyes suddenly aflame with determination. "I'll be right back, then."

OOC: I'll continue this later, since it's going to be stupid long and I've got class in thirty minutes. T.T
