RPG Pokemon: Rogue League

[Kain]

[color=firebrick][I]Kain woke up lazily.He npticed he had over slept and everyone had gone.

Kain-Well geese they couldn't wait on me......

Kain goes down to the cafeteria in the pokemon center to get something for him and his pokemon to eat before they went out down to the gym.He let Mightyena,Houndour,and Heracross out of their pokeballs so they could get some grub.

Kain-I want you guys in tip top shape so we can win when we go face Gina today.

Kain had everything planned out.First he would start out with Heracross and start out the battle slow.Then he would change to either Houndour or Mightyena depending out what Gina does.As Kain finishes his food he packs up all his things and returns his pokemon to their balls.

Kain-I wonder where everyone is....oh well i'll probaly see them in Vanilla Hill.

With that Kain went off towards the town's pokemon gym.It was his first battle and he was really nervous.Kain approached the gym door only to find that the gym was closed but would be open a little bit later.

Kain-Well this sucks.I might as well try to find Sam and everyone else.[/I][/color]

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile.You can find me whenever you want and tell me when the gym is open Blanko.

Samantha and Starr stand in front of a cozy little house.. Vines crept up the sides of the brick house and a few bublasaur played in the front yard.

"SAM!!!! DID YOU FORGET ABOUT ME!!!" A voice shouts from across the street.

"Why kain... You slept so long we figured you didnt wanna tag along... " Sam smiled sweetly as her approched, "Sorry about that... tag along if you like... We are just going in to meet my parents.. their dinner shhould be done by now."

"Uh...cool" He replies.

The walk into the house after sam. Three Chickorita run from the front room as they enter. Sam smiles as a growlithe approches and sam pets it a little. Sams father approches out of another room quickly followed by Gina.

"Kain... Thats Gina... Gym Leader of EdgeWood and my little sister." Sam says pointing to the little girl. "And thats my dad... Just call him DoctorTap... heh"

"Thats mister Doctor Tap to you young lady..."

"Heh... He has... big sense of humor... Anyways.. This is my friend Starr and another named Kain" Sam introduces.

"Nice to meet you" All three say at the same time...

"Gina are you almost done... Heh.. Kain here wants to challenge you..." Sam points at him.

"How did you know that?" Kain asks surprised.

"I just know things" Sam points to her head and laughs.

"Oh brother... if three losses wasnt enough two more...sheesh" Gina sighs..

"I dont want to challenge you just yet" Starr says

"I wasnt speaking of you... Theres another coming... but hes just showing up to town... I picked up his brainwaves a while ago..."

"Sam.. who do you think it is..." Starr asks.

"Either Jim.... or...." Sam says

"Nate" Starr and Sam say together then both laugh...

"Anyways i just came to introduce you all... and check on Hyper"

"UM... hes in the back yard." Gina blurts...

"Thanks... Sheesh... shes still angry at me for beating her..." Sam walks past her and into the back yard.

The backyard was fenced and like a large garden. A few taillow flew off the back brick fence and feww off. Thee Growlithe ran out into the back yard barking at the birds flying away. A pokemon rustled through the bushes in the very back about 100 yards away.

"Whats that?" Kain asks...

"Ill Show you..." Sam runs over to the bush that actually was over twice her height. The pokemon emerged and let out a loud roar.

It had small wings and large arms and feet. Its tail was long and thick. It had a rounded face and seemed cheery. It was tan in color and stood literally twice the size of Sam.

"Guys this is Hyper" Sam smiles... "When it was a basic type it attacked the growlithe when it tried to investigate.. dad caught it... He let me help and train it before i was 10 years old... It evolved to the first stage... Gina helped it reach its Final stage... It was a Family pet now its a Family Friend."

"Wow.. That dragonite is huge...." Starr approches...

"Why is it named hyper..?" Kain asks.

"Um... Because its always been a hyper pokemon untill its later years in life... Once it evolved into dragonite... it got less hyper... Now its just overly protective of this house and town... "

"Thats understandable..."

[Nate]

Nate continues walking down the path, Houndour beside him.As he walked down it, a Pikachu burst out of the shrubs on the other side and growled. Houndour barked back.Nate stepeb back, hopnig to catch this one.

Nate: Ok Houndour..........uhm........bite.

Houndour jumped out at Pikachu. It yelps and turned around, and was about to run when Houndour landed on it and bite in hard on the back. Pikachu turned, and his red cheecks glowed yellow, then sparks shot out of them. Then, finally, a bolt of lightning shot out, hittnig Houndour. He growled back.

Nate: Now, ember! Now!!!

Houndour opened his mouth and fire shot out of it, burning Pikachu. Pikachu stood there, and was about ot attack, but stoped.

Nate: Good, pokeball go!!!

Nate tossed the pokeball, and ti shook 3 times before the captuing device totally took over.

[b][i][Color=darkblue]Nitsuke continued her way threw the forest acompanied by her three pokemon who were enjoying the stay away from their pokeballs. Cyndaquil was perched on her sholder while Eevee and Bulbasaur remained on the ground next to her. She yawned and then stopped her pokemon stopped as well.
"Hey, lets take break for some food real quick." She said to them. They all seemed very pleased to know it was time to eat.
Nitsuke sat down on a near by rock and pulled a sammich out of her pack along with 3 tubs of pokemon food. A flame was on one tub, for fire pokemon. A white star, for normal pokemon. And a leaf for grass or bug pokemon. She poured some of the pokechow into three bowls and placed them on the ground for Cyndaquil and the others to eat.

Nitsuke chomped into the sammich. They talked a little even though Nitsuke couldn't understand what they were saying, it seemed that she could still understand them.
After they were finished, Nitsuke packed everything back up. Cyndaquil jumped back onto her sholder. "Lets get going!" Nitsuke announced. They hadn't taken 2 steps when they herd a screem from somewhere near by.

"Bulba!"
"Cynda!
"Eev!"

All three pokemon stood on the ground ready to attack anything that came charging threw the woods. The flame on Cyndaquil back was lit. Nitsuke called them off saying that someone could be in trouble. As soon as she was finished 3 things popped out of the trees and tackled Nitsuke and her pokemon. They rolled down the hill that was next to the path.
"AHHH!"
Nitsuke landed with a thud. Something heavy was on top of her. She looked up to see non other than Kyo, Charmander, and Doduo scattered around them.

"Taillow.... ow..." Kyo wobled up to his feet and then saw Nitsuke.

"What are you doing here?!" They both yelled at the same time. They both returned their pokemon except for Cyndaquil and Charmander. Nitsuke noticed that Kyo had cuts and scratches all over him. She laughed at his appearance and he clenched his fist.
"Shut up!"

"Excuse me! Could yopu keep it down, your going to scare all the costomers away!" A man with black hair and glasses yelled at the two rivals.
Kyo and Nitsuke stopped and looked around. There was a large pond that came out from a stream and there were many people with fishing poles and pokemon.

"Um... whats going on?" Nitsuke asked, comletly forgetting about Kyo. The man sighed and handed each Kyo and her a fishing pole.
"This is a pokemon fishing ground... for paying costomers only... $2.00." He said blankly. He held out his hand. Nitsuke smiled. This would be her chance to catch a water pokemon and maybe show Kyo that she did have some skill in catching pokemon. She handed the man two dollars.

"Cya Kyo!" [/COLOR][/i][/b]

[Nate]

Nate picked to the pokeball up happily, and put it in his pocket. He tossed 2 berry treats to Houndour, who ate them redally. His hp was now at full. He walekd down the path again, and slowly the path begam to widen. I became more walkable, and some small houses were built into the tree trunks around him. He walked nito the main part of the city, dominated by a huge maple oak tree. Nate looked at the top, in awe. Houndour barked at him, and he came back to his senses. He walked toward the pokemon center to heal the newly caught pikachu and sneasal.

[Kyo no Ryu]

[i][b][color=silver]Kyo grew furius. He handed the man 2 bucks and ran out to the pond. He was on the opposite side of Nitsuke. He cast out the line. Both were impatient but held out. They werent gunna pull inintil the other one did. Suddenly Nitsuke started laughing. Kyo looked down. His reel was almost empty! He quickly started realing as best he could. He tugged and pulled and reeled until finally he pulled so hard that Nitsuke stumbled forward. The lines had tangled! Both collapsed in anger and surprise. They untangled and cast out again. Kyo suddenly got a tug! He realed in and a Poliwag camme flying out and hit him in the face. Nitsuke laughed so hard that by the time she stopped, Hoothoot was standing on a knocked out Poliwag and a Pokeball was flying.[/i][/b][/color]

[B][I][COLOR=darkblue]Nitsuke watched as the pokeball rattled on the Poliwag. Nitsuke watched as it shook. Bam! The pokeball busted open and the poliwag flew out and leaped back into the water. Nitsuke didn't laugh. That was wierd...
"What?!" Kyo exclaimed with his mouth wide open. Nitsuke was just as confussed as Kyo. That Poliwag was next to unconsious. The same man who had givin them the rods came over laughing.

"I guess I should have told you... the pokemon in this pond are pretty stuborn and really hate pokeballs. It will take alot more then a few hits from a Hoothoot to catch these pokemon." He chuckled and then walked off. Nitsuke frowned slightly, but soon replaced it with a grin. Having a pokemon that doesn't give up so easily can be a good thing.
"Ok then Kyo! A race to see who gets the first catch!" She yelled over to Kyo who had already cast his line back into the water. "Bulbasaur go!" Nitsuke released the grass pokemon. Grass types had the advantage over water so it would make the catch a bit more easier.

After the Poliwag came the pokemon seemed to stop biting, but the pokemon wern't the only ones who were stubborn. Nitsuke and Kyo didn't move from their spots.
"Quil..." Cyndaquil yawned and layed down in the grass near Nitsuke. It stuck it's paws into the water causing small riples to appear.
"Maybe this wasn't such a good idea..." Nitsuke thought to herself. She was about to call to Kyo and call it a draw when she felt a shapr tug on her rod. Nitsuke leaped to her feet and began realing it in, but it was really strong. It tugged so hard Nitsuke fell over onto her face. Kyo laughed.

"Is it too strong for you?" He asked in a very annoying tone. Nitsuke felt that flame ignite again.

"Bulbasaur, VineWhip! Help me pull it in!" Nitsuke ordered.

"Saur!" Bulbasaur sent it's vines into the water. It was a blind grab so it took a few moments. Bulbasaur's face lit up indicating that he had found the pokemon. With a tug from Nitsuke and Bulbasaur the pokemon flew out of the water strapped to Bulbasaur's vines. It was a cute little Mudkip. It was cute, but fearce. It bit into bulbasaur's vines causing the pokemon to drop onto the land and face it's opponent.

Nitsuke pulled out a pokeball for when she could catch it.
"Ok, Bulbasaur use-" But Mudkip decided to attack first. It tackled Bulbasaur, causing him to fall over.
"We won't let it surprise us again!" Nitsuke said as Bulbasaur got back on it's feet and faced the Mudkip.
Mean while, Kyo was facing off with his own water pokemon.[/COLOR][/i][/b]

Samantha hands the huge dragonite a box she puled from her bag, "Do me a favor would you... Please take this to my house in the Ocean Village.... I need it there when i get back there...for a rest."

"Niiiite!" It took the box and took off. A cloud of dust settled on the ground... Sams bandanna fell off in the blast of air and her hair fell down. It was shoulder tength and a dark blue color. She ... sighed and retied the bandanna back on before walking up to Kain and Starr.

"Um... Lets get going i guess...The pokemon should be ok by now..." Sam says to starr and Kain.

"Alright"

[Nate]

Nate walked into the pokemon center the same time as Starr, Kain, and Sam. Nate nodded to them, and walked over to the drop-off desk. he handed her the pokeballs, and she put them out for the Chansey and Blisey to get.

Nurse- They will be done in about 30 minutes...it's a busy day.

Nate- No problem...

[Flo]

Genim looked over at Nitsuke and Kyo and laughed to herself those two wounld do anything to bet each other.She then felt a tug on her line and she quickly pulled the line out with ease.The fishers near her looked shocked she smiled back and then turned her attenction back to the pokemon on her line.
"Darn a Marikarp".Genim unhooked the poor Marikarp and threw it back into the lake.The Pichu she catched was asleap beside her she had nicknamed it Sparky.She cast her line back into the clear blue water.

[b][i][COLOR=darkblue]"Bulbasaur, use razor leaf!" Nitsuke yelled. A swarm of sharp leaves poured from Bubasaur's back heading straight for the Mudkip, but it was countered by it's water gun.
Nitsuke thought for a moment. This would be harder then she thought. "Ok, go in for a tackle!" Nitsuke ordered. Bulbasaur charged at the water pokemon. Mudkip jumped in the air heading to land behind Bulbasaur. Nitsuke quickly yelled to Bulbasaur, "Hurry, turn and grab it with you vine whip!"
Bulbasaur listened and as soon as the Mudkip's feet hit the ground it was caught in Bulbasaur's vines once again.

Bulbasaur already knew what to do next. It started to band Mudkip againts the ground using it's extension.
"Mud! (THUMP) Kip!" It yelled out each time it was hit against the ground.
"Now throw it!" Nitsuke ordered. Bulbasaur tossed the Mudkip over to the left where it hit a bush and fell to the ground. "Good job! Pokeball go!" Nitsuke threw the pokeball at the Mudkip, but before it reached the pokemon, Mudkip stood up and wacked it with it's tail, sending it straight back to Nitsuke's hand.
This would be tougher then she thought. The Mudkip sent a stream of water at Bulbasaur causing it to lose balance and almost topple over. After the water gun attack it charged at Bulbasaur with a take down.

"Hurry, move out of the way!" Nitsuke yelled to Bulbasaur, but too late. Bulbasaur went flying and hit a tree. He staggered to it's feet panting hard, but Mudkip was as equally tired.[/COLOR][/i][/b]

Sam stared at nate for a minute and rolled her eyes.. She walked over to the pick up desk and grabbed Starr's pokemon and her own. Sam handed Starr her pokemon and released Shadow. Shadow stood quietly and licked its hand once in a while. Sam laughed at the Sneasle... there was something different about it.

"Hm... alright... You ready to catch up with those two rivles... or at least one of them?" Sam asks...

"Sure.... I guess we are done here..." Starr nods... while Kain remained silent...

Sam smiled at the silent kain and then looked back at nate just staring at the wall with the clock... The group walked past him to get out and sam stopped in front of him, "A watched pot never boils..." and with that they left the center.

"So where were you all headed again?" Kain asks.

"Vanilla Hill... Nitsuke went ahead of us a while ago... We plan on catching up to her. Im not comfortable with her being out there alone like that but she does have her pokemon and of course shes always fighting with Kyo so she isnt that alone now is she... Hehe" Sam laughs and runs her fingers through her hair a bit.

Shadow walked silently along with them. Sam smiled again and stared out into the forest some more. "Ok guys lets get going...Un less you have something else to finish up here...."

"Not that i can think of" Kain mummbles
"Nope" Starr says.

"Alright... Off to Vanilla hill!"

[Nate]

Nate: sam needs to mind her own business some times..just cause her family is all that she aint'..

Nate said this under his breath, then got up out of the sheet and started walking around. He came back later and got his pokemon, then went to the gym in the town. He walked into the gym, and lights came down onto the battle field. There stood the gym leader. Nate called out Houndour.

Nate: I'm challenging you to a pokebatle...and...have you beat Sam and them yet?

Leader: Heh..they beat me.

Nate: Well...add me to the list.

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Starr let out Eevee who yawned and arched its back. Shadow looked to Eevee and smiled. A pokemon playmate had appeared. Sam and Starr laughed and kept walking. Eevee trailed behind, as did Shadow.

As the three humans and two pokemon walked, they entered a forest and walked through. Tons of pokemon skittered around the area. Smiling, Starr took pictures of them. Shadow and Eevee perked their ears up. They looked around and went off in another direction, east to be exact.

Sam, Kain, and Starr looked to each other, then followed the pokemon. They soon heard splashing of water. They walked a little further and found Eevee and Shadow. They looked around and saw that it was a Pokemon Fishing Ground. They then heard the bickerings of Kyo and Nitsuke.

Sighing deeply, Starr pointed in the direction they were at. They were in plain view now. Nitsuke heard a clearing of a throat and saw Sam, Starr, and Kain. Kyo was happy to see Kain.[/i]

"Attacking each other again, are we?" [i]Starr had started to say.[/i]

"He started...." [i]Nitsuke didn't finish.[/i]

"Uh-uh. Always know it could be your fault as well." [i]Starr had told Nitsuke.[/i]

"Humph. Fine. But, look! It's a Pokemon Finishing Ground!" [i]Nitsuke replied.[/i]

"Yeah. It could be a good experience. How about it, Sam? Let's see if we can find some good water pokemon." [i]Starr looked to Sam.[/i]

[i]Sam fixed her bandana and looked to Starr and nodded. The two looked to Nitsuke who turned to Kyo with burning desire to catch the first water pokemon. Kyo's eyes were flaming as well. Kain grabbed Kyo's collar and dragged him away from Nitsuke. Starr began to laugh. She stopped and looked around at the natural environment that the pokemon had, but it was polluted with humans that the pokemon do not have peace at times. She needed to capture the moments at the grounds.[/size][/color][/i]

[KKC]

[b][i][COLOR=darkblue]Nitsuke turned her attention away from the others to face the Mudkip once again. It didn't seem like it wanted to run away, it wanted to prove that even though it was at a disadvantage, it could still win.
Bulbasaur was standing infront of Nitsuke panting.
"Bulbasaur! This our first time, but charge up for your solar beam." Nitsuke said in her normal tone, no need to shout now that it was right next to her.
The bulb on Bulbasaur's back strted to glow and sparkle as the gold beam started to form. Mudkip seemed to be waiting for the right moment to use it's water gun.

Nitsuke glanced down at Bulbasaur. It was ready to be fired. "Bulbasaur! Solar Beam!" Nitsuke Yelled.
"Bulba!" The gold beam burst from it's back heading straight for the Mudkip.
Mudikp launched it's water gun attack against the beam. The two beams collided about midway and pushed against the other, seeing which one was strongest. Bulbasaur couldn't keep up the beam much longer.
"Give it an extra boost!" Nitsuke yelled over the noise of the two pokemon's blasts. With the last of it's energy, Bulbasaur sent an extra push of energy into the beam. But instead of going threw the water. The beam's made a small explosion from the force they were being pressured on.

"Bulbasaur?!" Nitsuke yelled as the smoke started to clear.
"Saur..." It replied as it staggered out of the clearing smoke. Nitsuke ran over and bent down to it's level.
"You were toatally awesome! I'll give you some super potion is just a second." Nitsuke told it as she patted the Bulbasaur's head.
She then turned and faced the Mudkip. The smoke was now clear and she could see the water pokemon visibly. It was staggering alot like Bulbasaur, about to colapse. Nitsuke put the normal pokeball back on her belt and pulled out a different one.
"Lure Ball Go!" She yelled as she threw the ball at the Mudkip. It was flashed into the pokeball where it started to shake. Nitsuke clenched her fists as it shook. The red light turned to the normal white color. Nitsuke smiled, but the smile faded when the pokeball started shaking again! It was pretty rare for a pokemon to keep going even after it was supposed to be caught. Nitsuke waited a few moments again. The red light went off for the second time and didn't shake again.

"All right! Mudkip has joined the party!" Nitsuke said happily. She ran over and picked up the lure ball. "Go Mudkip!" The pokemon appeared out of the lure ball panting very hard. Bulbasaur seemed to drag itself over. Nitsuke pulled the super potion from her bag and sprayed it on Mudkip and Bulbasaur. They yelped from it's sting, but it made them feel much beter.
Nitsuke turned to see how Kyo was doing.[/color][/b][/i]

[Kain]

[color=firebrick][I]Kain tosses Kyo into the water so he can cool off.

Kyo-Hey!!What's the big idea!?!

Kain-Chill out man....

Kain opens all of his pokeballs and lets his pokemon out to stretch and relax.He then falls into the cool refreshing lake and cools off just like he told Kyo to do.

Kain-If you just chill out and don't get so fired up you'll catch alot more pokemon and understand alot more....

Kyo-.........

Kain notices something is swimming around under him and touching his back.He doesn't try to swim away cause that might make things worse.

Kain- Uh-oh......something....is......in.......my.......pants!!!!!

Kyo-Yeah your really calm Kain ;)

As Kain jumps out of the water a Corphish jumps out of his pants.Mightyena runs over to Kain and tackles the Corphish sending it sliding on the ground.

Kain-Ok use Quick Attack now Mightyena!!

Mightyena dashes at the Corphish and smashes into it.But the Corphish clamps down on some of Mightyena's fur and they both go flying.Corphish takes most of the damage and is stunned leaving it open to be captured.

Kain-Good job!

Kain throws a pokeball at the Corphish and it is inside it in a red flash.The ball rocks for a second then turns white.

Kain-Now if you just chill out you'll have plenty of opportunities to catch pokemon.

Kain walks away leaving Kyo in the water to think and cool off so.[/color][/I]

[Nate]

Nate enlarged a pokeball, and droped it outside of the ring. Houndour come out.

Nate: Houndour, do your best. This should be easy.

Houndour barked, and Gina dropped her pokeball into the ring. Out came a Spinarak.

Nate: Ok, go Houndour!

Houndour steped nonchalontly into the ring, and barked loudly. Spinarak hissed back.

Nate: Ember!

Gina: String Shot!

Houndour growled, and fire shot out of his mouth. Spinarak turned arond, and a stirng of silk shot out of his abdomin(sp??). The silk, unfortunatly, melted in the heat of the ember, and the fire struck Spinarak head on. He wobbled a little, then shook his head and stood up straight.

Nate: Now, bite!

Gina: Dodge it! Double team!

Houndour barked, and ran off towards Spinarak. Spinarak started moving sidewys, slowly at first, until it looekd like there were several of him around the ring. Houndour wined, confused. Then, all of them disapeered and the real spinarak apeared behind him. Houndour was still looking around when something bit him on his back. He yelped, and turned around, seeing Spinarak hanging furiously to the fur on his back, biting as hard as he could. Houndour barked, and started snapping at Spinarak as good as he could. He finnaly got to him, and pulled him off of his back, then slamed the poor bug into the ground. Spinarak tryed to get up, but had an ember thrown at him. He stayed down.

Nate: Return Houndour.

Gina: *sigh* return.

They both disapeered in a flash of red light.

OOC: I hope i got it's attacks right....heh

ooc: Nate... Spinarak evolved into Ariados a while ago..i guess ill fix that in my other post o nthe first page. Oh by the way im really sick lately which is why i havent been postin often.

Sam stared at kain and controlled herself from breaking out into laughter. She looked at Nitsuke and then at Kyo... [i] This will be one long trip...[/i] Sam thought to herself.

"Sneee" The sneasle pointed into the water at a red shadowish thing swiming in the water. Sam smiled and pulled out her own foldable fishingrod from her backpack. The sneasle pointed at a spot and sam casted out. The line went in and the bobber kept the weight from sinking all the way to the bottom.

Sam stood for four minutes and finally the redish shadow got the bait and the bobber went under. Sam jerked the rod and began to reel in as the red blurr did its best to fight back.

"Thats just a..." Starr said as sam yanked the Magikarp out of the water, "Magikarp"

"I knew that..." Sam pointed and Sneasle used a slash on the flopping pokemon which neutralized it. Sam threw an empty pokeball and waited. After a few seconds the device locked.

"Id rather catch and raise a magikarp into a Gyarados on my own... Not just catch one... They seem to obay better" Sam shrugged.
