[COLOR=darkblue]You may have heard that we descended from apes. This is merely a cover up for the unbelievable truth of how we formed.

Before humans existed, the Earth was divided into four colonies. Unlike most tales you hear, whether they are true or false, these races did not war with each other and lived in peace. They only had to use weapons when fools from the colonies decided they didn't like the peace. The only disadvantages were that each colony struggled to survive within the territory of the other colonies, and each colony had a territory they couldn't enter.

The Water colony, understandably, lived underwater. They were great swimmers and very adept with weapons such as bows,swords and blade weapons.

The Earth colony were almost human, but they were extremely skilled with magic.

The Fire colony lived within the volcanoes and magma streams around the land. Thye could harness the powers of fire to great advantage.

The wind colony lived in the skies. Giant wings were mounted on their backs, and they had great use of their claws. Unable to use any weapons, but highly skilled with their claws and strength.

One group, however, did not like the peace of this world. Whilst still living with their race, they acted normal and were suspected of nothing, but they were plotting to overthrow the peace and bring war upon the world.

Their plan was sorted. They killed memebers of each race, making it look like another race was responsible. The plan seemed to go without a hitch, but they were unaware of the fact they had been sighted by some other people. The killers were immediately executed, but the group still existed, living amongst their races.

The races worked together to try and stop this cult, but they knew that the group still acted as good people. Sometimes memebers of each race would feud, and good people would battle each other. The races had not yet crumbled into a war for a single race to be left, but if this group was not stopped soon, then a war would begin.

The only way the races will prevail is to successfully light up 5 special lighthouses around the world.But they must do it together.To light up each Lighthouse,they need a spell or piece of each element.There is one lighthouse in every colony,all in hidden places.Then the final lighthouse is in the center.It must be lit at the very end.However,if the cult light all of the lighthouses with their evil elements the world will be thrown into darkness and the war will begin.

[I]Mika swam around.Her chocolate brown hair flowed out around her.She was with her 3 best friends.That's normal right?Wrong.Her 3 best friends were dolphins and even Mika wasn't normal.Her whole family and the colony she lived with,lived underwater in a large ocean.That's impossible you say?Well it was something all members of the Water Colony were born with.They can breathe underwater without oxygen.

Mika spoke to the dolphins and all other sea creatures.It was a natural talent.But when others heard it it sounded like clicks and squeaHer 3 dolphin friends were named by her acording to their personality.the one she was closest to was Mizu(me-zoo).The other 2 were Kaze(car-zeh) and Hi(he).They always played around together and oftenly went to the surface to perform tricks before disappearing back into the depths.

Justks.She could even do sonar!Like how the dolphins spoke.Then when she talked to other animals she spoke in the way they do.That's how she earned the nickname of Dreamer.

The day before,the elders had an important meeting.Mika heard that there was trouble arousing and that every colony was sending 2 people from their colony to go and help.As soon as Mika heard that she swam in and stepped forward.She immediately volunteered.At first the elders were reluctant but soon let her go as the leader and told er to choose another to travel with her.

Mika went home to pack.She gathered her backpack full of supplies and her weapons;a glaive with a shaft made of polished oak and a blade made of hard,sharp,unbluntable silver.And a pair of daggers with hilts made of silver and blades made of sharp,hard,unbluntable,unbreakable crystal.

That was when Elf came in.He knocked on the door and entered.[/i]

"Hi Mika!....What are you packing for?....Are you leaving me and the family?"[i]he said sadly.[/i]
"Elf!!Exellent!You're gonna come with me!"[i]Mika said happily.Elf just looked confused.Mika explained everything and his eyes lit up happily.He ran to his room to pack as Mika headed down to tell her family.

Soon Elf came down to join Mika.Her parents were slightly upset but hugged them and wished them luck.Then they exited the house.Miak called out loudly with 2 large squeaks.Mizu and Kaze swam from the depths and squeaked at them.Mika had a conversation with them and then grabbed the dorsal fin of Mizu.Mika told Elf to grab Kaze's dorsal fin and the dolphins took off to the surface.

At that same time another Water Colony member who had also heard the elders' meeting left.If was Ijimeru.One of the members of the cult,though no one else but the other cult members.The cult members had secretly agreed to meet at the Misty Forest that wasn't too far from the shore.[/I][/COLOR]

[Doukeshi]

Gabriel landed gracefully upon a high rocky plateau that overlooked the valley. Birds wheeled high above him, frolicking in the cool breeze that buffeted the clouds overhead. Folding his wings about his body he looked out at the land before him and nodded silently. The tall figure stood gazing upon the majestic mountain, snow melting slowly upon it's peak. Gabriel ran his hand through long dark hair before exhaling a soft sigh from between barely parted lips. His mind was troubled, and not with such minor thoughts. The strong wind tugged at his trailing hair, whipping strands about his face like streamers. His soft white pants held tight against his legs, the air pulling at the cloth. Closing his stormy grey eyes Gabriel focuses, reaching his mind out into the air like a hand of greeting to distant friend.

[i]"The wind senses change my lord Dango...canst thou feel it?"[/i]

The rise of these new cultists alarmed the tribe of flyers that lived here high in these unreachable, barren mountains. For the first time fear was now among them. His lord and friend Dango had been greatly sorrowed by this and Gabriel felt it too. Ever watchful over these skies he stood vigilant at his post, a mounrful expression cast over his features.

Great ivory coloured wings spread out from his shoulder blades in a noble signal of defiance. A white pleated skirt fluttered about in the wind, the air tugging at his white pants underneith. Bare feet pressed into the earth as Gabriel stepped forward towards the edge of the cliff, grains tumbling down into the mass. Clasping his hands before his face he murmered softly in reverence.

"Cast not this gracious light from our world for the deeds of evil men."

In a flurry of feathers Gabriel took to the air once more, to be at peace among the clouds.

[B][SIZE=1]Dango flew slowly and quietly through the clouds, every now and then his wings hit the clouds making them move aside. He kept his speed at a certain speed all the time. He looked back, and flipped over. His wings flapped as he spun backwards and flew back.
[I]"Gabriel."[/I] Dango closed his eyes. He kne whe was flying to him, just ahead a little more and he would meet Gabriel. He flapped his wings hard and gained speed.

He stopped suddenly, as Gabriel flew ouot of the clouds. Gabriel stopped too.
"Nice to see you." Dango said in a shallow voice. Gabriel nodded. Again, Dango spun over backwards and Gabriel followed him. They both flew along side each other with great speed.
"Everything seems wrong abit...you know this?" Dango asked turning to Gabriel.
"Yes." Gabriel replied. Dango nodded. He looked down, and smiled. He put his thumb down to indecate 'Land' to Gabriel. Dango spun over and flew head first to the ground. Gabriel followed gracefully.

They both landed near a dark cave and looked at it, Dango turned around and smiled.
"I knew you would be near me soon." Dango said in his shallow voice.
"I am always here." Replied Gabriel. The wind blow wildly on there wings. Dango just kept his face normal.[/B][/SIZE]

[Dregen]

[B][COLOR=crimson]Dregen meditated along the reefs of the magma river. He?d been there for at least a week and still he hadn?t mastered his final technique. It?s been four years since his master died and he had improved by much. He surpassed his master almost four years ago. Alas it came with a heavy price, the life of his mentor and only friend.

He now spent his days training and meditating for weeks on end without food are rest. Men came into his training grounds one day, there were three of them one from each element. Wind, Water and Earth, they sought the bloodline of the evil cults fire member from days of old. They said that they need his help and they would be willing to give any part of the world he wanted/ He told them that he did not need their help and to achieve his goals. When they offered Dregen a chance to get revenge on those from his colony. He told them that he did not care about their fight and that he would only help them if helping them suited his goals of domination over the fire colony.


The three elementals left and h spent the next 2 weeks training. The time came and Dregen packed up his supplies and his weapons.
A black crystal hilt to a sword, the hilt can absorb any form of magic and becomes a sword of the exact opposite (element). A dagger that splits in half to form 2 daggers, and arrows of solid steel each one tipped with black widow venom. He has magical quiver that doesn?t run out of arrows. So he was off to the Misty forest to meet his newly acquired partners.

It?d been about three ours since he arrived at the Misty forest and Dregen hadn?t seen anyone. Then he heard a rustling in the bushes about 30 feet away. It grew louder and all of a sudden someone came out. He could not tell who are what it was but he drew an arrow just to be sure and held it at the head of this new figure.

Dregen: Who are you speak now are I will shoot.

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Cassandra looked out from the cliff towards the horizon and looked down to the warm Hot Springs that lay below the cliff. She jumped from the cliff down to the Springs. As she did, her form changed into fire. Her hair was a bright fiery red. Her clothes were the color of the magma and it swirled as she fell. She also had rings of fire around her wrists and ankles as well as her waist. Her eyes were a fiery red as well.

When she hit the water, she swam deep to the bottom and she swirled around a couple of times before she swam to the surface. When she swam up to the surface. She took a breath and she looked at everything. She put her hands on the water surface and it started to heat up. She stopped when it was the perfect temperature. She grinned a little before diving back to the bottom of the spring.

Cassandra stood near the bottom of the spring and extended her arms. The rings of fire were moving up and down as if they were dancing flames around her body. She closed her eyes and balls of fire appeared at her hands. She opened her eyes and they started to flame outward. Cassandra closed her hands and she sighed. She swam up to the surface.

Coming towards the springs was Dunner Wolfram. She sighed when he had found her.[/i]

"Did you forget the meeting with the Elders?" [i]Dunner had said to her.[/i]
[i]She looked up at him with a look of saying "Are you reminding me?"[/i]
"Of course. Cassandra Pyrin the Hidama Kyoukan does not forget anything. Let's go." [i]Dunner had said to her leaving.[/i]

[i]Cassandra got up without question and walked with him. As they walked, they soon entered the Elders' room. When they went in, Cassandra took her place in the shadows and leaned against a wall. She looked to the 5 Elders that sat at the front. They nodded at the audience and began their meeting. They told of trouble that had arose. They had told that each colony would send two volunteers. That was when they got to the point.[/i]

"Will anyone risk their lives to protect this colony?" [i]The Yougest Elder had asked looking around the room.[/i]
[i]Stepping out of the shadows, Cassandra volunteered.[/i] "I will."
[i]The people started to murmur. Cassandra just looked to them.[/i]
"Alright, Cassandra Pyrin. You will be our Colony's Leader. You shall have one other person to go with you." [i]The Middle Elder had said.[/i]
"I wish for someone who knows me well and I respect them. I wish for someone who does not care what people and does not care what happens, but will risk it for the Colony." [i]Cassandra had said to the Elders.[/i]
[i]The Elders spoke with each other for a moment before anwering.[/i] "It is granted. Who shall go with Cassandra Pyrin?" [i]The Oldest Elder had asked.[/i]
[i]No one made a move. Except for Dunner.[/i] "I'll go with her. She needs a partner and I know her well. She also respects me." [i]He had said.[/i]
"Alright then. It is done. We have our two volunteers. Please pack and ready for your departure." [i]The Female Elder had said.[/i]
[i]As the people left, the Elders stopped Dunner and Cassandra.[/i] "Cassandra, please do not jeopardize this mission. We need you to remember that this is for the colony. Not for whatever it is you wish to do." [i]The Female Elder had said.[/i]
"I understand Elderess Taiiyou." [i]Cassandra replied.[/i]
"Dunner, take care of Cassandra Pyrin. Make sure she does not become Hidama Kyoukan. When she is Hidama Kyoukan. Well, you know what happens." [i]Elderess Taiiyou said to Dunner.[/i]
"I will not let that happen, Elderess. We will go now." [i]Dunner replied.[/i]

[i]Cassandra slightly nodded to the Elders and left with Dunner. She walked to her home that was isolated from the others. When she walked in, she grabbed a bag and threw her things onto the bed. She placed the important things into her bag. She grabbed her [URL=http://www.cbswords.com/images/samurai3000katana.jpg]twin katanas[/URL] and sheathed them into their scabbards and placed them in an X onto her back. The hilts were that of a black dragon's mouth and in the eyes were black orbs. She then grabbed her [URL=http://www.bynoon.com/images/fantasy1.jpg]dagger[/URL] and sheathed it into a scabbard that was on her boot. She then grabbed her gloves that had retractable Neko-Tes and put them on. The Neko-Tes had poison in them. Apparently, Cassandra was immune to them, as was Dunner. She then grabbed her cloak and put that on as well. She was ready to leave. Before she left though, she grabbed her journal and book and put them into her bag.

Cassandra met with Dunner and together they left the colony. At the same time, the other Fire Colony had someone at the Misty Forest. His name was Dregen. He waited for the others as Cassandra and Dunner left the colony to meet the other colonies volunteers.[/size][/color][/i]

[Ben]

O.O.C. I'm picking up where Dregen left off.

A large, hulking figure crashed through the bushes and stepped into a clearing, facing Dregen. He raised his hands in supplication.

"Calm down, I'm a...well...I'm not exactly a friend, but I'm not an enemy either."

Dregen drew his bowstring back further. "Who are you, exactly?"

"I'm called Marakuta. I'm a cult-member from The Earth Colony. Who exactly are you?"

Dregen would not be convinced so easily. "How do I know that you're a cultist?" he demanded.

Marakuta growled and reached into a bag on his back. He pulled something out and tossed it on the ground in front of Dregen. It was the head of a Wind Elder. "Proof enough?"

Dregen lowered his bow and stepped closer to his fellow cultist. The brute didn't smell very good, and flies were clearly visible about him. "What do we do now?" asked Dregen.

"I'll be damned if I know, boy. I'm going to grab a bite to eat." Marakuta sat down, causing the ground to shudder slightly. He then picked up the Elders head, and started eating.

[COLOR=darkblue]Mika and Elf broke through to the surface.Mika lifted her hand and the dolphins lifted up onto their tails and clapped their flippers together.Mika clapped and they pushed off,did a somersault and dived back into the water.They swam up to Mika and she patted their fins.She pushed them gently and they turned onto their backs and Mika ran a hand along their underbelly.

Mika spoke to them in clicks and squeaks and then they turned around and swam away.

"Okay Elf.Let's go!"Mika said turning her back on the water.She pulled out a capsule from a skin tight pocket and pushed the bottom on the top.It opened and there was a suit in her hands and a room.She walked into the room and changed into the suit.She walked out and brushed her hair.She pushed a panel on the side of the room and it returned to capsule form.

Mika walked forward and looked around.It was midday and the sun beat down,giving her chocolate brown hair a glossy shine.Elf who had hardly ever been to the surface was astonished.

"We're going to meet some of the other Colony members at Limestone Cliffs."Mika said pointing to a cliff quite a distance away.
"I think we'll rest for the rest of this afternoon since you haven't been to the surface much.Tomorrow we'll wake up early in the morning and start the journey to avoid the hottest part of the day when the sun is directly above us."Mika told him before sitting on the sand and lying down.[/COLOR]

[Vicky]

[B][SIZE=1]Dango looked around. His eyes sharpened as he felt something change in the wind. His long gold hair (I never said what colour his hair was in the recruitment, sorry!) flew back as he and Gabriel stood aware of there surroundings. A small bird flew down and landed on Dango's shoulder. The bird had light blue feathers, a small bill and long wings. Dango looked at it. His powerful magic move was to summon flying creatures, which worked well on most people. He doesn't use them to fight, no....he doesn't like fighting, although he is a great fighter.

"Something draws near...I can feel it..." Dango muttered. He turned to Gabriel.
"So can I my lord...." Gabriel replied. Dango nodded. The moutain air was fresh and it made Dango feel welcome.The small bird flapped its wings and rose into the air. Dango sat on a rock and covered his body with his long feathered wings. Gabriel stayed stood up.
"Things are changing....I noticed you can feel it too." Dango said looking up.
"Yes, many things." Replied Gabriel. Dango looked up as the clouds drifted slowly to the side. The moutain edge crumbled down, and small rocks fell beside Dango, who just looked at them. Gabriel looked up, then at Dango calmly.
"We are not alone..." Dango said in a low voice. The winds blew wildly on their faces again.[/B][/SIZE]

[Doukeshi]

Gabriel frowned, flaring his nostrils in an animal sense of alarm.

"Remain here my lord..."

With a great surge of air he took to the sky, his massive wings beating against the flow. Shooting upwards like a bullet Gabriel twirled and flared his ivory wings to halt his ascent and allow him to still himself at the summit of the great cliff. Beating softly he glared at the three newcomers who stood regally on the ledge before him. The obvious leader stood forward from the two behind him, his light brown wings folded across his shoulders like a cloak. The golden band promenant around his head illustrated his status, the jewel on his forehead glinting in the sunlight.

closing his eyes Gabriel held his hand over his heart and bowed gracefully.

"Your majesty for what reason dost thou grace us with thy presence?"

Dismissing his guards who stood, stoney faced behind him, King Solmon rose up level with Gabriel and placed his hand on the angelic man's shoulder.

"Peace noble Gabriel, we must speak most urgently with your lord, beckon him forth...all is safe."

Nodding Gabriel descended, intent on delivering the message to Dango.

[Ayokano]

[size=1]A jet black crow flapped its wings again in the grey sky. The wind blew across his feathers as he flew down. It was Yata, the cultist of the Wind colony. He had been searching for the others to form a party, and had no luck for the pass four hours. Comming to a thick forest, he spotted clearing with two people in it. He flew down to the thick forest, not wanting to be killed if he had landed in the clearing, and turned back to his normal form. He came out unarmed, and looked at the two.

He looked at the ground and saw the head of Kilen, one of the elders of his colony. It was not cutted off, but torn with great power. He looked at the two men, and saw the large man. He must of done it, but the other one could have.

"I am Yata Gurusumo, cultist of the Wind colony," he said to the two men, as he took out his theacher's bleached skull," This belonged to my former master of the dark magic." he told them. He looked at them both waiting for an answer.[/size]

[Dregen]

[COLOR=red]Dregen looked on as the new arrival, (a master of the dark wind) held his mastrs skull in his open claw.

[B]Dregen:[/B] We wait for one more, I do not like to be kept waiting. I feel as though we are being tested and I care not for these games.

[B]Yata:[/B] How so I am here of my own free will. I wouldn't allow myself to be triked and tested as you say.

[B]Dregen:[/B] I sense that someone has been watching us.Whoever or whateer it is their quite powerful.

Just then an arrow with a note attached flew out of the trees and landed next to Dregenand th others. The letter read .... [/COLOR]

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Dunner looked to Cassandra as they walked away from the colony. They soon came to a magma river. The two stopped and changed into their fire forms. They dived into the river and swam through to the other side.

Coming from the other side, they noticed the sun was getting lower. It would soon be dark.[/i]

"We should rest at a shelter, Cassandra. It's getting dark." [i]Dunner had suggested.[/i]
"We should. Let's go find a shelter." [i]Cassandra replied as she walked from the river of magma.[/i]

[i]Not knowing what to expect from this journey, Cassandra and Dunner were in for several surprises.[/size][/color][/i]

[the The Boy]

(OOC. Sorry I took so long to get this up. Won?t happen again. And I forgot to put this in my sign up but Dunner has a small tinderbox and a decent collection of maps. )


Cassandra and Dunner found a small cave in the rocks near the magma river and got a large fire. Dunner did really care where they were going, just glad to be going somewhere but He wanted to talk a bit so he asked Cassandra where they where they were meeting the others. ?We?re going to the Limestone Cliffs. You?ve got a map to there, right??

Dunner grinned ?Look who you?re talking to, of course I do? He then pulled a box out of his pack and pulled out a large map ?Here it is. Shouldn?t take to long to get to unless we get delayed somehow.?
