What would it be to you? Would it be an Action, RPG, sports, racing, or what? Single player, or not? A story line, or just arcade? ould it be all origional or would it have parts of this, parts of that, and little sprinkle of these?

Mine would be a skateboarding video game. With T.H.U.G out, and that being the best ever (so far), i would take it to the next level. It would be one player up to 8 w/ two multi-tap, and would be a mix of skateboarding, free-style, and in-line. You would start off as a little skater/in-liner/bmxer punk in a run-down town in Texas. You design your character, down to the eye color, and everything. You are skateboarding/bmxing/inlining around, and a pro skateboarder/biker/inline skater (which-ever one you chose in the begining) happens to bump into you. He sees how good you are, and invites you to a demo. You come, then if you are good enough, you get a sponser, and you start to work you way up. In the very last level, you are in Tokyo, Japan, in the world X Games. You would be playing against nearly every pro skater/bmxer/inliner in existance, and if you win, every sponser sponsers you and you win the game. Also, once you beat it in all three modes (Sk8, BMX, and In-line), the three people play against each other in a massave game, and you play as one, against your own characters. The winner of that is crowned the king of Extreme, and you unlock about 5 more characters.

Characters-

SK8: Toney Hawk, Paul Rodrigez, Bam Margera, Bob Burnquist, Tosh Townsand, Mike Vallely, Eric Koston, Geoff Rowly, Rick McCrank, Danny Way, Ryan Sheckler, Rodrigo Tx, Rodney Mullen, Andrew Reynolds, Chet Childress

BMX: Ryan Nyquist, Dave Mirra, Mike Laird, Matt Beringer, Troy McMuray, Rick Moliterno, Tim Mirra, Kenan Harkin, Leigh Ramsdell, Joey Garcia, Toddy Lyons, John "Luc-e" Engleberg, Scott Wirch, Colin Mackay, Zach Shaw

Inline: Not determined (i don't know of any)

Features: (besides The main storyline) Free Skate/blade/ride, Multiplayer, Create a Trick, Create a deck/blade/bike, Create a player, Videos,

Sponsers:
SK8:{Deck} Element, Bird House, BlackLabel, ALmost: A skateboarding Company, World Industries, Flip, Zero, Shorty's, Girl, Pig, Popwar, Zoo York, Toy Machine, Darkstar, Alien Workshop, Blind, Anti-Hero, Baker, Habitat, Enjoi, Lucky, Santa Cruz, CCS{trucks}Blind, Destructo, Independant, Tensor, Unit, World Industries, Grind King, Kre-per, Royal, PHantom, Titan, Monster, BLing {wheels} Element, World Industries, Pig, Zero, Toy Machine, Flip, Girl, Popwar, Crime, CCS, Blind, BlackLabel, BonesAlien Workshop, Bird Houce, Accel{Bearings} Pig, Destructo, Lucky, Zero, Shorty's, Flip, Girl, Black Panther, World Industies {Grip Tape} Zero, Indepentdant, Monkey Boards, Pig, Lucky, World Industries, Black Magic, Destructo {Risers} World Industries, Lucky, Pig, dooks, Zero, Destructo, Shorty's, Independant

BMX: Coming soon!

Inline: Coming soon!

In case you lost the meaning fo the thread through all of of that, what would be your ulitmate PS2 Game?

The perfect game would be like make a Street Racing game that actually allow you to interact with other people and like bet on for real money. It would be online and theres like a little account thing that you have when you set up and you choose to put how much money you want in it. When you want to put in more money theres a little card that comes with the game. It gives you a phone number and a ID number that you give when you call in. You put in the number say how much cash you want to put and there. You bet actual real money not fake that you can use to hook up your own cars and if you want you can make up your own brand of cars and open up a dealership or a garage. But the whole thing costs no more than 25 bucks to get started. And you you cant bet more than what you have in your account.

Licenced Cars:
Mitsubishi,Toyota,Nissan,Isuzu,Honda,Hyundai,BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Acura, Suzuki,Ford, Chevrolet, Opal, Cadillac, Lotus, snd many more.. ( too many to think of)

Hook up: Engines, transmissions, Carboarators, Mufflers, Tires, Rims, Lights, Body, Windows, Shocks, Hydrolics, Paint color, Body Kit, Stero System, etc...

Garage and Dealerships:
Design you own cars
Sell them at your own price
Sell your accessories

To me the ultimate game has already been made. Final Fantasy X is the best all time game on PS2 to me. This game has it all. Its graphic are amazing and so realistic. The music is just wonderful and the sound effects are good also. The characters are the best and are so round and human like. They could actually be real people.

I would like to see a online dothack game though

Hmmm... The ultimate game is a really tricky question. I think that I couldn't really decide on the ultimate game because if I chose one, maybe later on I would decide that there is a much better game out there. If I was to choose a game that I would think would be my ultimate game for the time being, then this is what it would be.

It would be a cross between Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid 2 as I thought these games were both really great.

I like the storyline in Freedom Fighters so I would like to have that storyline inputted but maybe updated and improved.
The Enemy AI should be pretty high as I like challenging games.
Co-op mode would be good as I think most decent games are one player and I sometimes wish they were more than one.

The main character would be like Sam Fisher out of Splinter Cell but maybe sort of like Tommy Vercetti and Max Payne as well.

A set number of main levels but side levels and bonus ones to included..

That is about it for now, I may update more later.

Man this is a difficult one. Ill pcik some of My favs and just list them. The FF series, without a doubt is one of the greatest things to happen to video gaming. Socom U.S. Navy Seals is a great game as well, and theres also Budokai and Soul Calibur II. Haha there are so many great games out there, hopefully they get better.

yeah, I'm really excited about Budokai 2-it looks like its totally going to be better than Budokai 1, and the graphic look way better.

I say, take FF7 toss it in the stew, add a touch of socom, and a teaspoon of GTA: Vice City, and one stick of Tekken 4. Heat it and stir for an hour and Viola!

You know have the ultimate game:Incredible storyline, Bad ***$ non-stop action, be able to complete the adventure anyway you can, and be able to pull of ten hit combos on your poor, poor foes! IT"S BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT! sorry bout that.

Ultimate PS2 game...

Let me see here...

A game that is a MMPORG with a dash of GTA. Race cars, kill each other, make mobs, and relax.

That would be fun for me, and no two servers would be alike.

Probably... a game like Final Fantasy 7, with Final Fantasy 10 Battle System, Golden Sun 2 Summons and a non-linear format.

Example: You need to get into building. Options A)walk through front door. B)Walk through back door.C) Climb up two stories and smash into window. D)Take brick and smash in window on bottom floor. You know, just using whatever way you want to complete a task. Of course there would still be an epic storyline thrown in, just for good measure.

Mine would have to be one I've been working on that is still only on paper. It will be a twist on Buffy, but nothing of the like. All I'll reveal is that it is an Action/Adventure-esque that puts you in different Buffy-esque roles, but not in the way most would think. My ultimate game would have to have lots of (good) extra's and play modes like mine, not the 2-3 we see nowadays. For some odd reason, the games with the best(and most) extra's are fighters. Tekken Bowl anyone?
