They need a crack team of five assassins{Now only four, because I am one}to kill Noir. As you proably know, Noir is one good assassin. Oh, and also, we will need someone to be Noir. He was assigned to assasinate the leader of the Soviets. He snuck in under the cover of darkness and within 10 minutes the Soviet leader was dead and he was out. He has no family, they had all died from natural causes or from his enemies killing them.
