HunkyCorn
Ok, I am a LONG time fan of DragonBall Z. And Ive resently started watching DragonBall and DragonBall GT. But I soooo confused in GT for some reason... why can Vegeta cut his hair? I know why Trunks, Pan, and Goku are travalling the ends of the universe, but when does the good stuff happen?? Like Brolli, Cooler, and what happened to Buu? No effence for people who love GT, but I do find it a "lil" boring compared to Z... and by lil, I mean a lot. I should like it but I dont. Is there something wrong with me???:drunk:
PiroMunkie
I have never seen GT myself, but I have read that many fans of DragonBall Z did not like GT when it first came out and that the series is kind of boring ... or at least starts off that way. The series begins to pick up after a while, but it starts off slow. It really is not that long of a series either, only sixty-some episodes. So really, it is nothing compared to DragonBall Z, but I imagine it would at least be fun to watch once everything gets going. And I would imagine Vegeta can cut his hair because he wanted to. I do not ever remember hearing that Saiya-jins cannot cut their hair, just that it never really grows.
Jinzouningen17
Yeah, DBGT is really boring towards the beginning. It doesnt actually start gettin good until the Bebi saga, which I'm guessin is the main reason they skipped the first 16 episodes here in America and went straight into the Rirudo/Bebi saga. But the Bebi saga is pretty friggen good. Its somewhat like the Cell saga, but not much. But the best saga you'll see is of course the Super Jinzouningen 17 saga which begins right aftewards. So dont turn away from GT just yet. Watch the Bebi saga(especially after
Vegeta gets possessed
...I wonder if I needed to put that in a spoiler since the majority of peeps seen it already. *shrugs*), and then check out the Super Juunanagou saga and I guarantee that you'll be hooked through the last few episodes during the Shinron saga. HunkyCorn
Oh no... Vegeta gets possessed again? Great..... not really. But sayins can't cut their hair cuz it will always grow back. It's supose to never change, unless they turn into another transformation. I can't wait to see the super 17 sega, it looks awesome!
Xeno-
I agree with you hunkycorn, I've been waiting for GT to come on Cartoon network for a while now, And when it finally Did, I was so bored I couldnt even finish watching the first episode. It was a major let down.. I was majorly creeped out when I saw vegeta with a mustache. Him and mustaches dont mix, it makes him look homely instead of the almighty prince of vegeta-sia He is...
Morpheus
It's pretty obvious that Akira only did the character models because the plot is a rehash of the cell and buu sagas:evil genious creates impossibly strong creature.
Xyandar
No dragonball series can add up to Dragonball Z. That is the best series and the only series I watch. I find it has way better fighting scenes and a better story line. I don't like Dragonball because it just doesnt interest me.
eazy e
I must be the only one who like the first episodes (the real first episodes) I enjoyed the whole series. Best episode has to be the ones when
past fighters return
(might not be a spoiler) but the best of all is Piccolo's Decision. Btw Broli and Cooler aren't in it.
Your actually wrong full blooded saiyans can cut there hair but it will never grow back. The reason why your wrong is in plenty of DB/Z/GT episodes Goku gets half of his hair gets cut of either by sword ki or other wise it still happens you even see the hair fallen off. My prove is in one of the DB episodes he gets his hair cut off in episode 37 or 38 By the puple Ninja. This is clearly not a mess in the script but true or for comedy reasons. p.s. Super 17 saga is the best DBGT saga
all though very short
Strange how it came out here in the UK before the US.

KAOS
yes and that's why i said for comedy reasons. The point is saiyans can cut thier hair but it's not supposed to grow back! Toriama relised this...ever noticed that Dragonball is supposed to be funny???
HunkyCorn
yeah, DBZ is hilarious! u know, with all the killing and crying when someone is getting the **** kicked outta them! Im laughing just thinking about it!! But when a pure blooded sayian gets his/her hair cut, it IS supose to grow back!! Goku get is hair cut all the friggin time and it NEVER changes!! Ever! Cuz it keeps growing back to what it origonally was!! ur wrong.
Megumi momo
Sorry But I would have to agree with Xyandar. DBz rocks GT sucks end of story Quit wasting time and watch the original show. You will find that it's better that the horrible storytelling that is known as Gt

Venge
DBGT is actually pretty good. You just watch the US version. Buy them uncut on DVD to see what really happens. And Vegeta is NOT Goku. Goku may grow his hair back, but Vegeta may not. But Super 17 has a shorter saga than Bebi so that means that Super 17 SUCKS! And he is supposed to be stronger.(of course Bebi possesed Vegeta). And one final thing. Babidy did not posses Vegeta. Vegeta still had control over what he does. He just went back to being his ol' evil self. Nuf said. I think each unique saiyan has a specific length for their hair, and they can cut their hair, and it will grow back to that length. Perhaps vegeta just maitains his haircut in GT. Seems like a logical explaination to me. For intsance, it's not like body hair keeps growing, it only grows back to the same length it was before it was removed, maybe a little bit longer. As for Goku, who always seems to grow his hair back instantly when cut off during battle, I think that's just something thats adds humor to the show.
