This world is a very dangerous place. Forces from other worlds and the criminally insane threaten our very way of life. Luckily, there exists a force to protect us; a group of young men and women gathered from different parts of the world-- the Titans.

Things went from bad to worse when Slade teamed up with the notorious corporate giant Lex Luthor. Lex, knowing that he's better suited leading a team than simply joining one, decided that he and Slade should form their own teen titans-- the Teen Terrors. Gathering young criminals previously put away by the Titans, Static, and Justice League, Luthor and Slade are training them to get rid of the TT, Static, and JL once and for all. However, Slade and Luthor appear to have hidden agendas that they don't want the other to know about.

Realizing the Terrors would be too much to handle on their own, Robin has extended the team to include more young heroes from around the globe, forming a new team dubbed the Teen Titans Plus. Will the Titans Plus be able to subdue Luthor and Slade's new Terrors?

This story takes place in the animated DC universe, so you can sign up as any teenaged (or generally young) super-hero or villain from the cartoon versions of Teen Titans, Superman, Batman, or Static Shock. You cannot use characters from Zeta Project or Batman Beyond, because those take place too far in the future. Of course, you're allowed to make up your own characters and ally them with any side you want. Inspired by his favorite superheroes, Virgil used his newfound power over electricity to become the hero Static. Joined by his best friend, Richie (also known as Gear), they protect the city of Dakota from rogue metahumans. Static has also been known to team up with the Justice League to stop Static's enemies, the Metamen, and Superman's foe Braniac.

Biography:Tim was born to a family who were in the circus. His parents had died in a act(I think), and he was taken in by a man who was whaching the act, Bruce Wayne. Bruce had taken him in because he saw him inside the boy, his parents had also been killed when young, and he lost his only family. Bruce tought Drake everything he knew, and had even told him that he was Batman. Drake wanted to help Bruce fight crime, and he did as Robin. After some time Drake wanted to go solo, and over time had found the Teen Titans. He befriended the members, and became the "leader" of the group. He has a good sense of justice and always dose what is right.

The lighthearted jokester of the group, Beast Boy's positive outlook on life combined with his silly style of humor make him a pleasure for any of the Teen Titans to hang around. While he sometimes gets on his teammates' nerves with his annoying wisecracks and erratic behavior (like always borrowing Cyborg's stuff and then losing it), he is very valuable both in battle and as a companion and friend.

He possesses no other metahuman powers, so he relies mostly on martial arts and a twin wakizashi (very short katana) that he carries around with him.

[b]Power/Skill Origin:[/b] Gen has been one of the select few 'gifted' children brought to Lex Luthor's attention, namely due to his suspected ability to prevent the other 'gifted' children from using their powers. Luthor was quick to find this ability useful in combatting his long-time enemies, and subjected Gen to a grueling series of experiments in order to brainwash him as well as increase his already formidable powers. The result, an anti-metahuman drone known as 'Distortion'.

[b]Description:[/b] A blank, expressionless face, typically Asian with somewhat thin eyes, black hair, and a thin, lithe body. Usually wears an all-black trenchcoat with a dark-brown studded-leather jacket underneath, accompanied with dark-brown pants, also with similar protections as the jacket. His two blades are carried within the trenchcoat on both sides, and are invisible from view. Upon his forehead, there is a crimson red bandana with the kanji 'Sei', which stands for silence. Unbeknownst to him, within this bandana is a device implanted to keep him under Luthor's control at all times.

[b]Biography:[/b] Pulled out from his house early in his childhood, Gen was dragged around many institutions and labs, marvelled at and experimented on due to the exhibition of his unique powers as early on as his infancy. Eventually after travelling half-way around the world, he ended up being bought by Luthor in the black market to be used as one of Luthor's personal body guards. Luthor subjected him to even more tests and experiments, eventually chasing the humanity out of Gen and turning him into more or less of a machine; a machine which only obeys Luthor himself. Lina was born with her powers, she was always able to do such things with such great control. As she grew, her powes were too much and she was put up for adoption. No one could handle her. That was when she was sent to an institution, where she created even more chaos.

[b]Biography:[/b]Mika was born with her Metahuman powers.Both of her parents were Metahuman from accidents and she inherited her father's powers.Her father controlled Water like herself and her mother was in charge of animals.That's how Mika can talk to animals.Her parents started to train her at the young age of 4 so she could control her powers before she was too old for discipline.She was a fast study and in a year she was as good as her father.Of course her father was amazed and tested her to do things like move water and all sorts of crazy things.Then finally he got her to spar him.Only using the skills she knew.No hand to hand combat.Mika was 6 then.They battled hard but in the end Mika won.Her father was amazed and soon Mika was learning new things everyday from old books.When she reached 8 she had mastered her Water Dragon summon,all of her attacks and shields and barriers.

When Mika was 12 her father was murdered by Slade and Mika was heartbroken.They had formed a strong bond together.After that Mika started to learn from her mother about talking to animals.They were both grieving but Mika pushed on because se knew her father would have wanted her to keep going and make him proud.

She soon started High School.She would always go home straight after school and practise all of her attacks.Soon she even learned a way to make replicas of objects out of water.Then she would hear over the news that there was crime in the city and she would put on her suit and go out and help people.

One night she went out and met another person trying to be a hero.She discovered he went by the hero name as Robin.They rescued the people successfully and they left in seperate directions.

The next day at High School they met.He saw her in the halls and asked her to go with him.He introduced himself as Tim Drake and they became friends.She soon decided that she would travel around with him to help others.

She has a good sense of Justice and helps those who are in need of help and always does what's right.[/COLOR]

Raven often seeks the confines of her rooms to meditate and calm herselfm but she does genuinely care about the others in the midst of battle, using her powers to provide much needed backup for them. Craig had been taught martial arts by his father ever since he could walk, but he had been kept in the dark about his father's alter ego until he was eight years old, where he ran into the bat cave while Alfred was bringing his father something to eat. Bruce was initially determined not to let Craig follow in his footsteps, and even stopped teaching him martial arts for a time. However, Craig's percevierance finally paid off and Bruce took Craig, and taught him everything there was about being the dark knight. When the Teen Titans formed, Craig saw it as a calling, and joined. Instead of taking the father corny name of Batboy, he decided to keep the same name his father uses, which gave him an instant reputation among his peers.

Bio: Born to two very skilled psychics, Louis was kidnapped at the age of three months. He was raised by a man named Davis Schott by whom he was trained to use his gifts for evil purposes. And, so Louis did when he scared Davis to death, literally, after an intense argument when he was 14.

After that, he traveled the country using his abilities to get what he needed to survive. It was Lex Luthor who sought Louis out when he was begining to form the Teen Terrors. Louis quickly accepted the offer and now works for the evil organization.
