[color=red]Arik liked this man.. he showed off his wealth quite well. He'd have to keep an eye on him, see if he could pick up any cash from him.

Arik took the drink that Ry paid for and downed it rather quickly. Now he decided it was time to leave. He's spent to much time in one place for his own good.

"Well Ry, it's been a pleasure to meet you, I believe I will take my leave now," Arik said as he stood.

"Oh.. where will you be going?" Ry inquired.

"Heh, I never tell someone that," Arik replied with a crooked grin.

Arik left the place and went to his rent a car. Occasionally looking over his shoulder to make sure he wasn't being followed. He doubted it here, but he just had the feeling that something was brewing nearby. Probably just his imagination.

He got back to the Air Dock and turned in his car.

Thirty minutes later he was back in space. His computer asked for a destination.

"Hmm.. let's go see our old friend Boris Norishinikov. Planet Russia is our next destination."

Oddly enough, Planet Russia was much like Earth Russia. Cold in certain areas. So he would have to make sure he had the proper clothing for it. Also, if there was anything conspiring against him, the Russian Mafia would help him out. Luckily for him Norishinikov was a head hancho in the Mafia.

It would take three days for Arik to get to Planet Russia at warp speed. It was pretty far away.[/color]

[color=indigo][b][font=times new roman][size=2] Yelena ran down the revolting streets of the ghetto. Gunshots became the symphony, screams became the lead singers, the smell of smoke and sewage reaked through Yelena's nose.

She finally reached the docks and into fresher air. Cham was all charged and ready for flight. Yelena sighed and leaned on the hatch. Pulling out her compact she flipped up the screen and looked over the information she had received.

"California, eh? Let's see if the authorities have any information.." Yelena hooked up an ear piece and sent out a transmition to the California police.

"I need information on a smuggler," Yelena explained that she wanted his record, address, family, friends, anything that would give her an idea as to where to start.

She got one number and address. She said her thanks and jumped into Cham. Lifting off and shooting into space, heading for Planet California. Planet California wouldn't take long to reach from Planet New York.

It didn't matter to Yelena, just as long as she got out of New York. Disgusting planet.

It took three hours to get to California. She landed on a dry dock and tracked the address she was given. It was a motor shop, ship repairs.

"May I help you?" a pudgy man covered in grease walked into the office.

"Yes, I was wondering if you knew of a smuggler by the name of 'Ry'?" Yelena crossed one leg.

"Yeah I know that ass. He ain't here though. He left a few days ago," the grotesque man snorted up a lugi and spat it out the window.

Yelena shuttered and stared at him,"Do you know where he went?"

"Yeah, Planet Texas...I think.." the man scratched his groin.

"Thanks," Yelena ran out of the shop and back to the safety of Cham's hull.

"You're a pesky one aren't you?" Yelena wondered aloud.

[COLOR=Blue]Ry delt out one more round of cards, and took his enevitable winning, he had been there all day and part of the night. He smiled to the guys around the table and stood up, pocketing his credits.

"Well boys, I'll be off...Got some stuff to do, wifes to bang..Oh, did I say that out loud?" Ry said, laughing at the ruffians, who were clearly mad that they lost their credits. Ry shrugged and walked out of the bar. He made his way down the sidewalk, breathing in the air of Planet Texas, a mildly dusty air it was. Ry waved or a taxi, and hopped in when it stopped next to him. He told the cabbie where to drive and sat back in the seat, looking out the window.

Ry awoke when he heard the cabbie tell him they were at his destination. Ry paid the cabbie and exited the hover car, walking into a hotel, he checked in and made his way up to his room. Ry got in and flopped down on the bed, closing his eyes and falling asleep almost instantly[/COLOR]

"Okay Logos, where are we off to next?"

[I]Our next destination is Planet California, New Los Angeles, then we have...[/I]

"Thats all I need to know for now, the last 2 destinations will be seen in a few more hours," she replied to the computer, She sat at the helm counting her money. It was what she neede to buy a few extra parts and get the ship looked at but it would still be a bit before she couls do that, thanks to her him.

She still remembered that conversation. She was almost home free and then he asked But she still had no clue at to who this pirate was. She had yet recieved the package and it had been a day. She wondered how long it would take him to send the info.

She wanted to throw the money away but couldnt do it. The ship still had about another 3 hours befroe the reached Planet California. She just got up and placed the money in her room safe. She returned to the helm and sat down for a bit.

Trini fell asleep at the helm, she was awaken bt the ship andshe quickly rubbed her eyes and awoke.

"Good she said, contact the New L.A. Landing Station(NLALS) and I'll call our customer, she'll be very happy we're here."

[I] Both contacts have been made, The NLALS is seneding a ship to guide us in and she will be meeting you in 2 hrs at the usual place.[/I]

Trini sat back in her seat listening with interset to the ship. "Anything else happened?"

[I] The information on your next job has ben sent. You can pull it up whenever you're ready.[/I]

"Okay, I'll check it out after this drop-off." She got up and went to her room to change. " Anmd have the ship ready in three hours to depart, we have to keep going. [/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=red]Arik landed softly in the Russian port. Felt good to be back in Mother Russia... even if it wasn't his home.. or the original Russia. It still felt good to be there.

After exiting his ship and walking a short ways, a very stretched hover limo pulled up.

"Welcome back to Russia my friend." A large man with a even larger mustache said with a thick Russian accent.

"Hello Sergei," Arik said with a smile.

"Well don't just stand there in the cold, get in! Get in!" Sergei said happily. Arik was just as happy to comply as he got into the warmed limo.

"How are things in Russia comrade?" Arik asked.

"Oh you know, Communism is finally working, so everything is just like old Mother Russia, except no crazy dictators. Things are peaceful." Sergei said.

"Alright, let me rephrase that, how are things with YOUR Mother Russia?"

"Well, we eliminated another family the other day, they stole something of ours, we don't approve of thieves much," Sergei said.

"Hey.. I'm an honest Pirate, I've never stolen from you," Arik said defensively.

"I know! That's why your still alive!!" Sergei let out a very boisterous laugh at that.

They pulled up to a large building, "Come, we go eat now, Caviar awaits us, along with the best vodka on the planet."

Everyone in the car piled out and went into the building to feast upon the food Sergei managed to have, even with the Communist government.

The drop-off was brief and as Trini planned, shewas back on board the Logos in 3 hours. She preparedfor take off and sat down casually counting her money. As she stood she went over a breif agenda, crossing off the third drop-off and noting the next one was on Planet Hawaii, New Honolulu. She sat for a moment as the ship blasted out of the planets atmosphere and was on it way to another 5 hour ride to Hawaii.

She came back to the deck adn sat down.

"What's new," she asked the ship, kicking herlegs up.

[I] The new mission file has been completely downloaded and is ready for you to read.[/I]

She sat up and opened the file on the monitor in front of her. It looked like a simple mission, but it also pissed her off. The guy basically wanted her to go on a Treasure Hunt.

"Who the fuck does he think I am," she said hitting her armrest on her seat.

She cooled down for a moment, and then scrolled to the mane of the person who would lead her to it. At first she thought she was imagining things but her eyes soon refoced clearly and the name was still there.

'ARIK NEMSCO, last seen Planet Texas 3 Days Ago.'

[color=indigo][b][size=1]Yelena flew out of Planet California and programed Cham's system to Planet Texas.

"Cham, autopilot," Yelena closed her visor and fell asleep.

~Four hours later~

"System's alert, system's alert," the computer woke Yelena.

Alarms were going off, the lights flickered, Yelena flipped open her visor. She looked to her computer screen to see that there was a technical problem within the system and the ship was starting to shut down, Cham's defense against viruses.

"Fuck! I thought I told them to disable that!!" Yelena growled and tried to override the system.

It wasn't working, the ship had already shut down. The only thing that Yelena could do was steer it and control the speed, somewhat. She looked out of her hull to see the Planet of Russia.

"Whoa! This is way off course!! Damnit!" Yelena steered her way as best as she could into the planet.

She crashed into a dry deck and knocked unconcious. She woke an hour later in the local hospital. A tall Russian doctor stood above her.

"You had quite a fall, young lady. You are in the local medical facilities. You are going to be alright," he soothed.

"Thank you for your hospitality," Yelena smiled.[/color][/b][/size]

"Shit, shit, shit," she cussed out loud to herself for a moment, as trhe name kept tossing in her head, even the trade on Planet Hawaii didn't keep her head calm.

The money she recieved from the trade she just tossed in the safe and didn't counting it. She set her destination on the last drop off which was on planet Alaska, although she was already on a mew assignment. She needed to drop off her last item before the next day, and to planet Alaska it was a 10 hour jump.

She set up her com, radioing for information from Planet Texas to see if anyone had leads on Arik, and went on to bed.

As she slept the events from a few days ago popped up in her head once more. Trini now called it, "The Day with Arik," to amuse herself, but now it began to haunt her dreams, she didn't want to relive that day and so woke up remembering the kiss they shared.

She went back to the deck and sat down to see what other informaton she could gather.

From the file it seemed her customer had been keeping tabs on Arik for over six months now. How she didn't now or care, but the majority of the visits were to Planet Russia, Planet New York, Planet Florida, and Planet France.

Seeig how she was over a days journey from each of these planets she went ahead and decide to go for Planet Russia.

"Loggs, how long till we reach Planet Alsaske," she got up and went to the small fridge near her seat.

[I] We have about another 4 hours to go.[/I]

"Okay here are our next destinations, Planet Russia and Planet Germany. The others will discuss after we search those two."

Like always the ship inputed the info while Trini reached for her Music Chips. She hoped something there would help her to go back to sleep and keep Arik off her mind.
