Hmm... yeah, I'm one of the judges, but I have no clue when it's supposed to begin; eldai hasn't been on OB in a while. We could start without her, although that wouldn't exactly be fair, seeing how as the contest was her idea. So I guess we'll just have to sit tight a little while longer. Thanks for your concern, though--I was starting to worry that it would fall apart, much like the other contests you mentioned.

ok well im not sure if i submitted this yet or not but i looked abck to check and this pic wasnt there so here it is. not the girl is an angel and she isnt syaing the words on the pic, they r just there to set the whole mod of the picture. the words are the lyrics to evanesence-whisper

I told Edai this, but I may as well post it here. I'm going to have to drop my position as a judge, because I'm leaving Friday on vacation, and where I'm going, I won't have internet access. I'm not exactly sure when I'll be getting back, but I'm pretty sure it'll be after Dec. 28th. Stupid parents and their half planned family trips.... -_-*

ok well this is just a little sm fan art thing i did. her name is sailor water, shes like sailor mercurys grand daughter basically lol so she would be part of chibi chibi moons court i guess lol yea first i drew it then i scanned, cropped outlined cleaned and colored so yea! hope ya like it!

Okay, I'm getting worried.
With the deadline of scores coming up (two days), and after realzing that I forgot to put the background score into all of my scores, and after browsing through all the pics, I realized that, excpet for a very few people, [i]no one has a background[/i].
When I say background, I don't mean a color or a simple shape. I mean an actual background. If you're drawing a fish in the ocean and just draw the fish, how do we know where it is? That's what I noticed with a [b]lot[/b] of these drawings. Out of 32 entries, only [b]8[/b] of them had what I consider a background, so congrats to you guys that did.
I need to consult the other judges and eldai on this issue, because if only 1/4 of the drawings have backgrounds and 75% of them don't, then a lot of scores are going down the drain.
