She saw a clouded face approach her in a dark room.

Who are you? What do you want?

The figure didn't answer her back. He just kept walking He remained silent but then he turn3ed away from her. As he turned around, she noticed the figure had double.

Why didn't you tell us, you knew what was going to happen and you did nothing to warn us...

Soon the two figures mutiplied once more. Asking the same question over and over, never cnaing the pace, the sound the pitch. Soon the figures were every where, surronding her, still speaking. Growing in nuber growing in force.

Elektra's head became troubled, she put her hands over her ears and yelled....

STOP IT, SHUT UP, LEAVE ME ALONE....[/I]

She sat straight up and looked around, she was in her room again her forehead and chest drenched with sweat. She sat there for a moment regaining her composure and holding her chest. Her hear beated rapidly. Too rapid for her to count. She held her hand there for a moment and began to breathe deeply trying to subside the feelings within her, and its physical effects.

Soon she sat there, and tears began to form, she sat there, both hands to her face. She cried, softly but yet the feeling hurt her deeply. She sat there alone, hurt no one yet there to comfort her.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[i][color=lightpink]Kalipso'seyes widened in fear looking to them wondering if they have seen her diary or not. Or if anyone that has it is reading. Oh no, she was is deep if they found it, she had her most deepest thoughts wrote in there and tried to keep it well hed, but now she needed a new place to hide it if she did every find it again. She looked to CR and seen him in confusion, then she looked to Michelle and Ryin trying to hold back their laughter, knowing it was becuase she had to talk to CR privately and they thought she was going to ask him out or something. "ok...for the last time...have any of you seen my diary?!" she sounded upset again. hoping that someone knew where it was.[/color][/i]

Elektra stayed on her bed rocking slowly holding herself. As she looked around her room she noticed everything in place and began to head to her computer, hoping that being on it will make her feel better.

She rose to her feet and began to head over but her feet brushed by someting. She looked down and noticed a small book on the floor. No words written on it, and she was about to open the cover...when a strange feeling came upon her.

Open it and her her feeling, or leave it closed and hurt her feeling either way you lose.

She immediately knew who it belonged to and went into the front room. Kalipso and the other wer in there as Kalipso stood up, she saw Elektra coming out of her room, holding the book.

"My diary," she said quickly taking the book away from her." Where was it?"

"On my room floor, I just found it," Elektra turned her back and walked back to her room....waiting for the question to pop up into Kalipso's mind. She clocked it..

"You read it didn't you?" Kalipso asked, Elektra slowly tured around knowing the situation, would probably be getting ugly.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[i][color=lightpink]Kalipso looked down at the diary, a tear running down her cheek feeling hurt, "You read it didn't you?" she sounded worried and afraid.

Elektra shook her head, "No..."

"Thank you..." Kalipso wiped her eyes and ran her fingers over the cover of the diary, seeing the design of a dragon on the front, sniffling a bit. Then looking up to CR, turning away some going upstairs to hide herself.[/i][/color]

Ryin giggled again, making CR give her an odd look. "Sorry- CR." She chocked out. Michelle nodded, and tears streamed from her eyes in suppressed laughter.

CR started as someone touched his shoulder. He looked up, adn relaxed. "Good gods, Shay, dont startle me like that!" Shaylee sat down, and shrugged. She met Ryin's eyes, which set off another round of laughter. Shay's eyebrows rose in suprise, and she looked at CR.

CR shrugged, just as in the dark as Shay. Shay looked again ast Ryin. [I] Ryin, stop it! I know what you did, and I dont think its very funny.[/I] Shay said in her quiet mental voice. She only ever talked to ryin, if at all. Ryin sent back, [i] Sorry, Shay, I couldnt resist the perfect opportuniy![/I]

Shay locked eyes with Ryin, and Ryin's eyes widened. Shay gasped, and clutched the onyx pendant at the hollow of her throat. Shay suddenley got up, and ran from the room, upstairs.

Ryin stared in shock,but said nothing. Lorn felt what was wrong, but didnt know for sure what it was. Ryin's hand flew to her mouth.

((OOC: No one but Catdemon adn I know whats going on, so you cant make something up!!!!!!))

IC: Ryin mind spoke to Michelle, [I] Hey, can I talk to you? outside?[/I] Michelle sent a telepathic assent, and the two left the room.

As soon as they were outside, on the back porch, Ryin said, her voice a slight whisper,? Michelle, I?? She broke off, and stared at the ground. After the fight, Ryin had takena a shower, and changed into a pair of flare jeans that holes in the knees, a black tank, and a black sweater tied to her waist. Her ears only had three of the five pairs of earings in, and she looked at the ground, her heart beating like a moths wings.

?Michelle, I? I think?? She met Michelles apprehensive look. ?I think I love you.?

IC: Lorn stood there, dumbfounded. The minute he walked in the door Kalipso had dashed upstairs, Shay had ran somewhere in the house, and Michelle and Ryin had jumped outside.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Once again, I'm clueless. Elektra... Would you mind?" She shook her head.

[b]Elektra-[/b] "Not at all Lorn. Kalpso lost her diary. I found it. I returned it. I [i]didn't[/i] read it. Shay came down and got this wierd look-"

[b]Elektra-[/b] "-and bolted out of the room. Then Michelle and Ryin went out there." She thumbed towards the outside. He nodded, dwelling on the surge of... Something he had felt. He peeled off his damp running shoes and set them next to the door. He'd have to throw some baking soda in there before they began stinking... Lorn made his way into the kitchen, noticing someone had made coffee. He took a cup, thankfully, and sauntered upstairs. He needed a shower badly.[/size][/color]

Shay walk though the town she was looking for something but she did not know what.She was also ponding about something her mom had said "protected the stone..."She went back to the house to ponder there.

When she got there she went to the backyard to ponder there when she heard Ryin & Michelle talking.

[color=lightpink]Kalipso sighed deeple shutting the door to her room leaving it cracked a bit. Laying down on her bed, on her stomach, openning the diary finding the last page she was on, as one hand brushed along her dresser to find a pen. She picked it up and pulled off the cap, laying it down next to her so she wouldn't loose it. She turned to a new page blinking a bit trying to think of where she would start at about the day.

Today and yesterday was strange. First off the panter guys came, and they had beatten CR. I was very upset with that fact. So we all fought them off and killed them. But, the strangest part was when we had to kill the leader, we all watched him take his last breath..it was actually sad. Anyways, well today I talked with CR privatly for a couple minutes. Michelle and Ryin were making fun of us, I could tell. I told CR that I liked him and Lorn, and all he said was "let it be...". I don't get what it means. Well I'm going to take a nap I think. Byes.

Kalipso put the cap on the pen and sat up, taking the diary and the pen back over to her dresser, hiding them in one of the drawers. Turning on her heel walking out of the room and shuts her door, going back downstairs.[/color]

[I]Damn, this is getting weird.[/I] CR couldn't help but feel lost in the midst of all the chaos. Lorn hadn't even noticed his small form when he walked in. After a moment, and already getting bored, CR found a deck of cards and began to set up solitair, even though he only knew half the rules. A few seconds later, Shay walked in, looking rather flustered.

"Cards?" CR asked her, "I think it helps you calm down."

Shay just nodded her head. She went to get some baking soda and put some of it in Lorn?s shoes. When she came back she tolled CR to ?wait? she needed to get some thing. Before she left the house she had tacking off her necklace and put it in the bathroom. Then she realizes that Lorn was in the shower. And she couldn?t get her necklace.

She went back downstairs and sat down across From CR and mind said, ?deal?.

Lorn passed Elektra and went into the kitchen. Leaving her alone for a moment to think. Whatever she was thinking,lckily had been swept from her mind and she followed in behind him.

He was still there for a moment drinking his coffee. She went to the fridge and grabbed an apple. She held one up to Lorn.

"NO thanks," he said still sipping on his drink. " I'll eat a bit later."

She took the apple and sat down to the table looking at him for a moment. Then she finally spoke up.

"Now was your run?" She took a bite from the apple waiting for answer.

"As good as any run could be..." he said not really wanting to talk to much.

"Looks like a good job was done to close up that hole then.....Seems you didn't have too much trouble with it this morning." In between her talks she took an small bit from the apple, not once keeping the conversation too drawn out.

"Yeah, I didn't think of it too much," he downed the last of his coffee and waved to Elektra, "be down later, gotta get cleaned up."

She watched him leave and leaned back in the chari. Trying to relax.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

OOC: wow, everyone forgot about this one...

IC: After several hands of blackjack, wich CR had tried desperately not to cheat on by mind-reading, he went up to the small room he had claimed as his own. It was the perfect night for mind-cruising.

Laying down on the worn and frayed bed, CR closed his eyes and fell successully into a half-sleep. He again reached out with his mind and made a mental picture of what he saw. He could not see physical objects, but his friends minds stood out like beacons.

He saw a blue sphere that must be Lorn, and a green one next to it that was Elektra. When he had joined the gang he had used a different color to identify each of his friends. Lower on his mental map, he saw Kalipso, bright crimson. Not far away he found Shay, a light orange. Where hat must be ouside, he could see Mitchell, silver, and Ryin, deep red. He decided they were better left alone.

He let his mind flow over the small house, and then outside, past the abandoned houses next door, past the street corner. All he could find were a few homeless people and a crack-head.

OOC: hope this makes up for the lack-of-posting.

Then outside, walking around some heading towards the tree, climbing up into it, sitting on a branch needing time to think things out. She leaned her head against the trunk of the tree, closing her eyes, thinking about things that have happened recently, not sure if she should tell Lorn about is she likes him or not. Starting to hit her head against the tree trying to help herself think.[/color][/i]

The silence that followed was almost to much for her to bear.

Ryin looked up at Michelle, her eyes glazed from forming tears. She gave Michelle a half-hearted smile and a shrug.

[b]"I'm fine, just fine,"[/b] Ryin smiled.

Michelle smiled back and gave Ryin a quick hug before walking into the house. Michelle looked at the mess of cards on the table and glared around the room.

[b]CR...[/b] Michelle walked down the hall and burst the door open. CR flew out of his bed.

[b]"Michelle! You scared the shit out of me!"[/b] CR stumbled on his shoe lace and tumbled to the floor.

[b]"Heh, you made a mess and didn't clean it up,"[/b] Michelle had to laugh at this amusing scene.

[b]"How come I didn't see you coming?"[/b] CR grumbled and climbed to his feet.

[b]"Because my mind is transperant. Everytime you try to read my mind, it slips away..So you're shit out of luck,"[/b] Michelle grinned.

As soon as Ryin was sure Michelle was busy, she broke down. She hugged her knees, hid her face, and her body shook with silent sobs. She didn?t even try to hide her feelings-hurt, confusion, need- from Lore, who undoubtedly felt them.

[I]Lore, oh gods, Lore-[/I] she sent to him. Need was projected in her mind-voice.

Ryin braced herself against the wood fence of their yard as she went into heartbroken convulsions. She couldn?t get away from the feeling that Michelle had pushed her away, not needing her, and it was to much for her. It hurt her, badly.

The toothbrush clattered into the white porcelin sink, spraying toothpaste all around the bowl. Too loud... He grasped the sink with both hands, biting back tears. Good god... It felt like someone had just ripped out his heart.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Oh.... God...." His knees buckled and he fell to the floor. Nausea swept across him. He scurried to the toilet and vomited up his coffee. One unfortunate thing about vomiting, is that when you are in the action of expelling ones stomach contents, you can't think of anything else. The vomiting stopped and he pulled himself away, wiping a strand of mucus from the corner of his mouth. He sat there, face against the cool tiled wall trying to figure out what had happened. Nothing seemed to make sence. Confusion... "Ghhhh..." He wiped his face with a towel and stood, shakily. The bathroom door opened silently.

[b]Michelle-[/b] "Lorn? You ok?" He looked at her, tears swimming in his eyes.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Why couldn't you just understand?" Her eyes looked hurt. "I'm sorry... I was just sick... I'm a little disoriented..." She nodded.

[b]Michelle-[/b] "Anything I can do?" He shook his head. She smiled and left. Lorn threw a shirt on and ran, shakily, from the house.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Ryin?" He stretched out his mind and felt for her. He snapped his head to the right and walked over to the fence. He looked over at Ryin, sitting there and crying her eyes out. "Ryin? You ok?" She looked up at him, tears streaming down her cheeks.

[b]Ryin-[/b] "You know I'm not..." He nodded and walked around the fence, sitting next to her.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Yeah, I know. You wanna talk about it?" She nodded and wiped her eyes. "I'm guessing it's about Michelle. I kinda blew up at her..."

[b]Ryin-[/b] "Yeah... I don't really know how to begin..." He scrunched his face down.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "You want me to link to you? Might make things easier..." Never in his life had he done two links in a day. He tried to never do more than two in a week... "And you really wouldn't have to say anything."

[b]Ryin-[/b] "I don't know... I guess..." He smiled, trying to hold back his fear.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Ok... Just try to relax. I'm... A little tired. You being relaxed will help me out." She nodded and took a few deep breaths. Her shaking stopped and her crying quieted.

[b]Ryin-[/b] "I'm ready." He smiled slightly to himself and placed his hands on her forehead. He drove every thought from his mind and concentraited on getting into hers. A white light began shining from his own forehead. The surface layres of Ryins mind parted easily, but the deeper he got, the more difficult she was to bond to. Sweat began to stand out on his skin. It was so hard... So much sadness and pain... He breathed sharply, deepening his mental strength.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Almost..." He pushed through the last layre, sweat stinging his eyes. He found himself in a large black room, a purple fog hanging in the distance. Purple... "Signifies sadness... Ryin? You there?" She stepped out of the fog, clad in an outfit of black, tears tracing streamlets down her face. "We can talk here. No one will hear us." She nodded and walked closer. He hugged her tight and she cried into his chest. "Shhhhhh... It's ok Ryin. Now, tell me what happened."

[b]Ryin-[/b] "Ummmm..." She hitched. "Ummm, well... I've been friends with Michelle a long time." Lorn nodded. "And, well..." She looked up at him with pleading eyes. "Don't get weird, ok?" He was surprised.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Why would I-"

[b]Ryin-[/b] "Just promise..." He looked into her eyes.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Promise." She looked down for a moment.

[b]Ryin-[/b] "Lorn, I'm bisexual. I told Michelle that I loved her. And it didn't seem to have any effect at all. I... don't know what happened. I don't know what I did! I don't think she needs me anymore, Lorn... I'm... Afraid..." He frowned and looked off into the distant black.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "Ryin, I'd never judge you. Especially on something as trivial as that." He looked down at her. "What you said was the truth. I truely don't think that Michelle doesn't need you. I think you may have startled her. It might have shocked her. I..." Something twinged in his neck. He rubbed it and looked back down at Ryin. "I think you need to give it time." Ryins eyes lit up slightly.

[b]Ryin-[/b] "You really think so?" He smiled.

[b]Lorn-[/b] "I really do. Time heals everyth-" His head crained to the left, popping the vertebrea in his spine. "Oh God..."

[b]Ryin-[/b] "Lorn? What's wrong?" He pulled out rapidly, the layres of her mind slapping at his conciousness. He awoke to a convulsing body, his teeth firmly clamped together and every muscle on fire. Ryin opened her eyes and gawked at him. "Lorn! Help! Everyone help!" [i]HELP![/i][/size][/color]

[color=indigo][i][size=1]Michelle looked up from her blade she had just morphed. She heard Ryin's cry and bolted through the house, knocking over CR.

[b]"God damn you!"[/b] CR stood up.

Elektra stood in the doorway of the kitchen,[b] "What's going on?''[/b]

[b]"I don't know, I just heard Ryin scream,"[/b] Michelle started to panic.

[b]Her voice, it sounded of horror and pain. What could have happened? I hope to God she's okay...[/b] Michelle burst out of the front door and out into the yard. She looked around and heard Ryin's sobbing. But it echoes, Michelle looked around, confused.

[b]"Ryin?!"[/b] Michelle darted towards the direction she thought the sobbing was coming from.

Michelle's vision started to blur, her chest began to hurt, her stomach turned. She shook her head and continued to search for Ryin. The sobbing was now so loud that Michelle could feel it within her fingertips, like a pulse. She fell to her hands and knees. Looking up, she say Ryin, Lorn lay in her arms.

[b]"Ryin! What happened?"[/b] Michelle crawled, her head throbbed.

[b]"I-I don't know.."[/b] Ryin's lip trembled.

Michelle blinked rapidly and finally managed to stand. She jogged over to Lorn and Ryin. Lorn was shaking uncontrollably, his teeth clenched, his breath escaped between the cracks and his nostrils. Michelle looked at him and then to Ryin, who looked like she'd been crying already.

[b]"We have to get him into the house,"[/b] Michelle rubbed her temple and leaned over to help Lorn to his feet.

His legs dragged underneath Ryin's and Michelle's hold, he lay his head on Ryin's shoulder and struggled to breathe. Michelle's vision mixed colors for shapes, shapes for colors, she began to dizzy and feel faint. However, she dragged Lorn.[/size][/i][/color]

Shay sat down on the couch when Michelle came in and saw the mess on the table. Michelle ran up the stairs and yanked open CR's door. She heard CR and Michelle yelling at each orther. she gave herself a silent smile and silently giggled. Then she heard Ryin yelling for help and Mich runing though the house this was all happening to fast for her she was still dazed from earlyer. Before she knew it thay were carrying Lorn inside the house. She just sat there with a dazed looked on her face.

Getting his balance back in order and fighting back the grogginess of coming out of a trans-state, CR bounded down stairs after Michelle and nearly ran into her dragging Lorn into the house. Trying to find out what had happened, he read Ryin's mind, and instantly fell over for the fifth time that day. Recovering from the dizziness, he helped get Lorn onto the grungy couch, still crusted with some of his blood.

Michelle looked Lorn over, despite her increasing nausia, for signs of injury or illness. Finding nothing, she turned to the others.

"I can't find anything wrong with him, what happened Ryin?"

Ryin looked hesitant, and, despite being their leader, looked at the floor.

"It's mental." CR said to Michelle after quickly examining Lorn's mind.

"What?"

"He's not sick, he's mentally ill or something like that..."

OOC:Hi! Hope nothing exciting happened while I was gone... what's this about a third round of otaku idol...?

[i][color=lightpink]Kalipso heard everything going on and slowly came downstairs a bit hesitently. She was afraid of what happened and didn't want to know really, but this feeling in her stomach made her want to know, knowing it was [b]Lorn[/b] that was mentally ill or something. She looked at them then to CR.

"What's wrong with Lorn....?" She asked a bit shakily, her voice cracked some as she trailed off.[/color][/i]

At the sight of Kalipso, CR was filled with guilt and a bit of longing, but Lorn was in trouble and now was not the time to worry about a relationship. "He's got somethin' in his head."

"What?" Kalipso didn't know how exactly to interpret that.

"We were... outside..." Ryin was finally in a mood to talk, "and he just... fell down and he looked like he was in pain..."

"OooKaay..." Kalipso hated it when she seemed to be the only sane one in the group. Especialy with all of the mixed feelings currently going through her head. First the talk with CR, and now Lorn was having some kind of spaz... perfect.

He heard voices. So distant... Like listening to music through a steel wall, you could make out sounds, but no words. Just garbled noise... Lorn looked around. He'd only found himself here once before, and it had been during a much worse time in his life. A large white room. Circular in shape. No windows. No furniture. Just a sphere. From prior experiance with this place, he knew he could walk constantly around the room. On the 'cieling', the 'floor', even the 'walls'... If you could put such labels on a spherical room.... But he'd just wear himself out, like when he last visited this place.

A few years ago, before he met up with Ryin and all these people, he had been a college guy. He had his fair share of women, no denying that. Anything from drunken one-night stands to long lasting relationships. He hadn't been doing well in school. There was the possibility of losing his scholarship. The probability of him failing his psycology classes. And the definate fact that he was spiriling into addiction. But things have a way of saving you, even if it's not the best way.

He was walking home froma frat party one night. They had a keg. It had been emptied by nine. Someone ran for liquer and came back with ten gallons of vodka. That was gone by midnight. Everyone was quite literally fucked up. On his way home from the party, Lorn stumbled into a passing pedestrian. The man, with the obvious intent of robbing him fromt he start, pulled a gun and told Lorn to hand his wallet over. In his current condition, Lorn could not quite remember where his wallet was. The man told him to hurry up, and when he didn't, the man reached for his back pocket. Lorn hit him in the face and was shot in the abdomen.

Three weeks he was in the Crawl Space, as he though of it. Later he found out he had been in an ICU for three weeks. He came out of the coma-like state with his new abilities.

The room did have it's advantages. Since it was your mind, you could manifest things. You could do basically anything, besides get out. A bowling ball appeared in front of Lorn. He smiled slightly and picked it up, slipping his fingers into the holes. He rolled it along the floor, watching it move across the entire sphere seemingly defying gravity. Definitly had it's advantages. As soon as the though crossed his mind he felt the first prickle of loneliness in his heart. The room was nice, but he'd rather have his friends than play God.[/color][/size]
