I used to have a huge crush on Rei Ayanami but after Episode 23 I'm not so into her anymore.

Lacus Clyne is very pretty and very nice so I'd definately like her as a girlfriend but I'd really get sick of all those Haros.

Megumi from Nadesico is the one for me, really. She's intelligent but vulnerable, and gets on well with everyone. In fact, she seems to be the only character in the show who isn't, one one level or another, a bit of a social retard.

On the subject of anime girls, I was searching Google for images of the Nadesico crew to use as result images for my hopefully forthcoming quiz on theOtaku (shameless plug, shameless plug!) and came across some things that seemed very wrong, namely:

I would not date Inuyasha from Inuyasha because he'll never get over the last person he'd have dated. It's a pity because he's so cute. However I'd love to date Sesshomaru because he doesn't seem to have any particularly bad defects, apart from disliking pretty much everyone.

I know he seems a bit cold and doesn't seem to like humans too much, but have you seen how much he loves Yukina. Anyone who loves his little sister that much has to be a good person. I'd say Miroku (Inuyasha) or Su (Love Hina). Miroku would hit on any of my friends I brought over that were girls and Su would torture the guys I brought over. I may have SOME energy but Su would run me into the ground after a couple of days. If I kept Miroku locked in a room with almost nothing, then I think he MAY be ok, but still a pervert.
Happosai (ranma 1/2) That panty thief would always be causing trouble for me. Plus, could you imagine having to go and buy new underware every week because he stole yours! Expensive, for the ladies.

Top of the list, Asuka Langley Sohryu. Not only is she a total *****, but there's also the Boderline Personality to consider. That, and I really wanted to slap her a few times.

Aside from the whole Necrophilia aspect, I still wouldn't date Kikyo because of her 50 year old grudge against Inuyasha. Let it go, girl.

Maya Jingu (Burn-Up Excess), this'll sound odd coming from a guy but she's just a bit too top heavy for my taste. That, and the fact that she uses guns the same way other women use...certain....[I]toys[/I]. (I'll leave the rest to your imagination.)

Aisha Clanclan, Her energy more than makes up for my lack thereof. That and she was the first anime girl I ever really liked.

Raven (Teen Titans)- brooding, likes to keep to herself, but I'd try to pry away at that hard, outer shell. I don't know why but I find her kind of cute, even though she IS from another planet. -sweatdrop-

Starfire (Teen Titans)- rather a ditz, but her good things outweigh the bad. She is overly strong, and very funny. I'd get along with her well.
