Ok, this is my first try at a manga. Obviosly it's only one page. Well, whatever, what do you think?

Work on anatomy a bit. The side view in the first frame is off. I'm guessing the thing under his shoe is a cigerette, but that's not really clear. Add more detail, some smoke. Also, in the dining room scene, he may be far away, but that's why manga-kas normally try the pages big then resize them, so there can be more detail. And the can and the hand it is held in on that guy at the table, they're both too small. And traditional manga is all in black and white, but that doesn't really matter.

That is pretty good!! But you do need to work on your anatomy a bit. Still, it's way better than I could do. If you want to work on your drawing a litte bit (just if you want to fine tune it a bit) go to [url]www.polykarbon.com[/url] and look at the tutorials. They are really good tutorials and they have a support BBS where people will look at your work and make comments. (and most of these people are like studying art at school or something and REALLY good in my opinion) The site is run by a guy who draws for X-box.

But I have to say, that manga is pretty good. I especially like the coloring on it.

Ya, man I've been there before, it is a great site. Well, I don't really take any classes, so I do have trouble with anatomy, but polykarbon has really helpful tutorials..so with some practice I will get better.
