GreenEyedDragon
okay, now i mean tastes in foods, not clothing or people or friends, but some people have WEIRD tastes. Now, i am one of them, as far as other people are concerned...i just think i'm pretty normal, but okay, whatever. If you want to get simple, i eat green food, and mushrooms and tomatoes. I eat pickles and ketchup, mustard, relish and mayonaise. I eat jelly, and peppers...and a lot of other 'weird things'. But here are some of the not so everday: Peanut butter with assorted foods such as: oreos, celery, apples Ranch with pizza Ketchup with hashbrowns Tomatoes with salt Now, i'm not intending for this thread to become something pointless like "vegetarians are WEIRD" because they're not, they're just firm in their personal beliefs, so leave them out of this, okay? this is just a thread for people to see different tastes, and possibly suggestions for trying new things. So, what weird tastes do you have?
wrist cutter
Originally posted by GreenEyedDragon Ketchup with hashbrowns
Is that weird? Damn. Anyway I put ketchup on everything reasonable, and probably a few things unreasonable as well... in fact I'm really picky about foods in general. So if I eat it, chances are there's ketchup with it too.

Guest Crimson Spider
One of my favorite things to do is take a bananna, unpeal it completely, and wrap it in processed slice cheese. I have no clue how I discovered that, but somehow I did. I also like to mix BBQ sauce, syrup, or Baked potatoes (seperatly, of course) with Mac-n'-cheese. My sister found the Syrup and BBQ, and I found Baked potatoes. But when the noodles are in short supply, the good ole sliced cheese plays a big part. During Thanksgiving, my father hybrid a sauce made of Mayonaise and Mustard that goes really well on turkey. But I think the... well... can't really describe haggis too well, but it is definatly different.
Boba Fett
Let's see... Sometimes I eat rice with tomato sauce and bits of ripped up pepperoni. I discovered that while looking for something quick I could microwave and eat while gaming. I also eat tuna by itself, in large quantities. It's yummy...
moonlight angel
Ever since I was little, I've liked jelly on my grilled cheese sandwiches. It's very strange, but it tastes so good! Yummmmm. Also, mixing mayonaise and ketchup makes a really good dipping sauce for french fries. I don't know if that's really 'strange' or not though. Oh and I forgot, I love BBQ sauce on rice. A habit I picked up from school lunches I guess.
Kanariya
Weird tastes... I like to have the original favorite orange juice with plan old Cheerios. That's the best weird food out their for me. I also like rice pudding, with cinnamon, with raisans, with hershey kisses, and with sugar. Mmmm...I love that. Especially the Hershey Kisses with it. I like a bunch of other foods too to mix together, but too many to list.
wiccansamurai
I put extra sugar in everything that would taste good sweet. I have to mantain my twenty-four hour sugar high! I also like to mix sprite with lemonade... And, um, not much weirder than that for me ^_^;;
Fyxe
Heh, weird tastes? I have plenty. XD One big one is baked beans with cottage cheese. Yummy! You mix it all up, tada! A wonderful sensation. Another is potato chips and chocolate pudding, yup, you heard correct. Lol, I discovered that in 2nd grade. I was at lunch, I had potato chips and chocolate pudding in my lunch... I thought about what it would taste like.... and it tasted VERY good. Seriously.. try it. I also like baked beans and mac'n'cheese. One day my baked beans and man'n'cheese got mixed together and I thought "What the hell." And ate it. I'm sure I have tons more.....
Purple Haze
Weird tastes... I liek to take toast an dload it up with jelly, then put globs of applesauce on it and add cinimmon. Its bum. Sometimes I like to put ketchup on nachos with cheese. I made that up when we didn't have no salsa so I said " Lrts try ketchup" So i tried it and i liked it. DeathBug
Ever mixed Ramen noodles with Spam? I am a believer in the variety and possibilities of Spam...it's weird, and probably unhealthy. Maybe I should try putting ketchup on top of that sodium nightmare.
wrist cutter
Originally posted by Jubei Yagyou What would be considered reasonable in wrist cutters context?
Just normal "ketchup food". Fries, hot dogs, hamburgers, other assorted greasy foods. How is hash browns with ketchup weird though? It's so normal on fries. They both come from the same thing. But I do put ketchup on corn, and macaroni and cheese. Those are some of the weirder things I add ketchup to, I think... Dan L
I tend to put Cinnamon, Ginger, and Worcester Sauce in a hell of a lot of things which I cook at home. I dunno if that's so much weird. Just what I do. Not always in massive amounts. And of course, puddings are exempt from the rule.
Jubei Yagyou
Ahhh I understand now. I dont think ketchup on hash browns is weird either. But its more like hash browns on ketchup for me. I have a tendancy to put any sort of spices on anything. I put tobasco sauce on eggs, steak, steak sauce. I put this really, really spicy spices my dad has in the fridge on my rice. I prefer it not frozen but my dads too cheap to by any new spices so I just freeze em and keeps using the same old ones for like a 5 months now. Oh, and I put salsa on pizza. I'd say anything made primarily with potatoes is fair game for ketchup. Fries, hash browns, tater tots... My brother and cousin both put it on mashed potatoes, although I stick with butter and sour cream (or plain yogurt). Ooh, and chives. Chives are good. I think sugar on tomatoes is weird, but my dad likes it. What odd things do I eat, mm... I've added crushed pineapple to leftover rice; that was good. So is rice mixed with milk and cinnamon sugar. I don't know if that really counts as weird, though.
Bio
Hmm... I like concocting various drinks in my blender. I try not to remember what I put in them. They aren't half bad. I remember one time, I decided to mix up everything on my plate, and I ended up with a chicken/rice/lettuce salad. it's not too weird...

Ben
Weird stuff that I've eaten? lol, where to begin... I've had white rice with leftover egg drop soup poured over the top of it. heh, Quesadizzas I've had everything on GreenEyedDragon's list. :p I had Fritos and New England Clam Chowder the other night. I can't think straight right now. >.> If anyone is ever curious about my eating habits, just check out my AIM Profile.
Frankie
those grahm cracker things with creamcheese! Peanut butter with celery isnt weird... neither is ketchup with hash browns... hash browns are potatoes.... french fries are potatoes... whats the difference? As for ranch with pizza.... Hello... everyone in my school seems to like it that way... everyone i know prefers ranch with their pizza. but me its the Graham Crackers with Creamcheese to make a sandwhich... the first time i had those i was a long time ago, i was at a ladies house heliping her with her babbysitting job...it was a snack she gave the kids.. i liked it so ... i eat it when i have a chance. Its got a sweet taste to it.
pbfrontmanvdp
I eat everything with ketsup. You name it i had ketsup on it. People actually just hand me the bottle or container of ketsup right away when were sittin down to eat. Probably the weirdest thing i ever had it with is probably cereal, icecream, and soup. The cereal was probably the worst i ever had it with but the other 2 weren't half bad. Then i guess probably my fixation on having corn-pops with water sometimes. Yea that probably sounds pretty hard to say, but i have it sometimes. Its alright everynow and then but i still usually have it with milk.
Dragonstar
:D OK, I thought what I did was a little strange, but it seems to pale in comparison to some of you guys... Me? I'm partial to Bananas on toast, be they mashed or sliced... my sister thinks I'm disguting... hmm... oh, when we were kids, if there wasn't enough cereal left, my dad would mix them together, I still do this, the best cominations I've found are Rice Crispies and Weetabix, and Coco Popos and anything, exept bran, or anything too wheaty, usually with Cornflakes or Shreddies. I also used to put on icing sugar, if there was no sugar, (or my mu wasn't looking, heh) Oh, I love Glace cherries, I could quite happily sit there with a tub and eat the lot, on thier own, but I'd hardly call that strange, I'm sure most of you would do that. I like porridge, my dad uses water and salt and oats then puts sugar on... ew, I do it with milk and THEN put sugar on, and leave the salt in the cupboard, which my brother thinks is gross... *shrug* :D I have family members who've eaten Cat Food and Fish Food *shudder* that's just nasty. Oh, and I once drunk neat (undiluted) blackcurrant juice @_@ That was for a dare, I think, or I couldn't reach the tap... My friend mixes Ribena and Vimto, which has quite kick to it. And I recomend you try this, get some Tic-tacs and a sherbert fountain pour the sherbert and Tic-tacs into a bowl, seal, shake, and freeze. Then eat the liqurice from the Sherbert Fountian. Most people thik my taste for Marmite is weird and gross, I don't think it is, unless SOMEONE doesn't put butter on, bleh. I used to eat Dairylea Triangles too... :D
Ryu_Sakura
Coolness! my faves: rice'balls with vanilla pudding, sugar on apples and coconut, (the inside) colyflower with spices, and: paper filled with sugar, and yes i do eat the paper. The poem i thought up while writting this post :dead: Call me wierd, Call me odd, Call me feared, Call me Tod, But no matter what i'm always me, Ready, Set 1, 2, 3! oh and yes, a new nick name of mine is tod, (Totally Odd Drawer) don't ask.
