Ok,ok,ok.....

At first when i started to watch the .hack//sign series i was in the middle and didn't understand it at all. Then i watched it from the beginning to the end, i thought i got the whole thing but now i dont know anymore. I gotta few questions for someone to help me out.

1. Besides being in acoma, what was the issue with Tsukasa and her father?

2. On the last episond ofter sora was in a comma it shows a cell phone on the last episod before going into the credits....what does that mean? (You have to look good to see it)

3. The voice that talks to tsukasa, it is a virus or somethign else?

If someone could help me with this stuff it would be easy to understand it all again. Thanks:)

Don't you just love these .hack//SIGN theory threads?

1) Well, regarding Tsukasa's father,
it's not truly known if our protagonist's father was always a drunken wreck, or if he just got that way when Tsukasa's mother died. Either way, Tsukasa's dad is negligent and abusive, and Tsukasa became an extremely introverted child by the age of eight because of her dad.
2) I'm not sure about that one. Quite honestly, I didn't notice it, though if I must guess, I would assume that one, if not both, of
Sora's parents either doesn't live with him or his folks aren't around much. That may explain how a ten-year-old could get away with being in an online game so much.
3) The voice that speaks to Tsukasa is known as Morganna. It is generally thought that she is
A program of strange properties inserted into The World by Harold, a sort of "copy" of his beloved but gone Emma, not a wife, but just a friend. That's where the girl, Aura, came from as well. She is a "tangible form" of Harold's love for Emma, what he thought a child of theirs would be like. She, along with Morganna, were meant to bring a new and prosperous age to The World.
But one of two things happened that were rather strange:

1. Their purpose was twisted and they became "evil." Or, at least, Morganna did.

2. The evil intentions Morganna had were supposed to happen in the first place.
After all, by the time .hack//Legend of Twilight comes around, The World is quite prosperous and full of cheer.
And those are some of my thoughts, revised after watching the series another time through.
2. On the last episond ofter sora was in a comma it shows a cell phone on the last episod before going into the credits....what does that mean? (You have to look good to see it)
*checks last episode* Where, I don't see a cell phone. And the chicks dig me, so me not looking good can't be the problem. You've given two locations to look, and I checked both: right after
Sora goes into a coma
, and just before the ending credits roll. Could you be a little more specific as to what happens just before you see this supposed phone (I did see a PSX controller, though).

If you want to pursue #3, you'll have to play the video games (which you can play through in a rental's time). From what I can tell (and these are from some OUTBREAK spoilers),
Morganna was an entity that Harald created to help mold "The World." When Harald didn't need Morganna anymore, he was going to delete her. However, before that time, Morganna became self-aware. She, like a living creature, tried to defy non-existence, even though she no longer had a purpose. Her will to live took to great extremities... She sees her purpose as... well, I think I answered your question, so I'll stop there.
;) To put it simply, Morganna
started out as a program and became something more sophisticated - too sophisticated for what she is. Hence, entity seems to define her better.
I highly recommend you (or anyone else) don't read that if you haven't played the games - well, there's really no reason to read it if you played the games either... So, yeah, I wasted my time.
