Art Waah!!! I'm so proud!!!

Hey everyone!!! Not many people replied to my last image post, the Random Saiya-jin Guy.... but hey, I'm not hating or anything, just don't let me ever catch any of you lot outside by yourselves.......

Moving on quicky from my sick twisted dreams, I've done a picture that I'm really proud of (hence the title)! I drew it in about 20 mins, took 30 mins to colour in Photoshop, seeing as it is my 4th EVER attempt at doing so?

Well, I don't know about you guys, but I think she looks great! Shading could be a lot better I know, as well as a bit more detail, but otherwise, not bad right?

Tip on how to improve/make a million times better appreciated (as always!)

Oh yeah by the way, this girl I thought looked like some cadet at like a space station or something.... I drew this one first, then in an overly long exam I had, I asked for some paper and decided to draw her captain.... who if you look closely, is really the same character just with a more official hair cut..... but that is for later, so until then....

She reminds me of Buma from DBZ from some, odd reason.
Anyway, the colors are very good, and I think you did the shading pretty well. What I don't like though is the ears; they seem really weird how they are colored. The shape is good, except I don't like the two circles. I doesn't look right.
Hm, pink eyebrows. O_o Nice.

The ears and kinda weird, and the jacket would benefit from some shading. On the whole, though, a fun picture.

Ooh. Very very nice work. I think the ears look wrong, and the nose could have more of an 'underneath' as such... but basically this piece is good. I love the fluro pink hair. Quite a good drawing. Some details could be used on the jacket, but your shading on the rest of it is pretty damn good. Nice work.

You should be proud. I am not easily impressed, but this is great. You have doen an excellent drawing, and an admirable job of the colouring.

Some of the drawing is a tad off, but im a perfectionist so thats not a big deal. I ahve to say that I love your coloring, you did an excellent job, and your proportion is phenominal. Really REALLY great job on this, you should definitly be proud....this is great.

Yeah, I knew the ears had problems, but only once I penned them in for some reason!! Them I couldn't do anything about it!!! I think it was because I began drawing DBZ characters, and I still haven't moved away from their gigantic ears! Yeah, really need to practise that...

And yeah, the clothes need more shading.... I can see, that, but I just didn't know how to get the right look ya know? Oh well, practise makes perfect right?

[size=1] Your drawing has its little mistakes, but overall it's a very nice piece of art. Though I would suggest trying to study other animes and their, well, ears, and try to draw it similiarly.

If your going to use cel-shading on coloring, though, I would suggest more around the nose are on the face and some shading on her clothes. Other than that, great job. ^_^.

P.S. I commend you on the face drawing, because for some reason, I cannot draw faces striaghtfoward. They're always at and angle of some sort, and when I do draw them striaght, they look at a bit deformed. O_o. Anyways, you did an excellent job on that...the eyes are perfect![/size]
