RPG The Dark

Riv and Lemaria began to glow, the death lords saw this with fear as the duo came closer, then salvation. They began to concentrate on Riv and the great sword. Riv swayed, and fell, his hair still as luminus as before, then he got up, his hair and eyes now flared the deep reddish-orange, just as when he lost control before. A smirk appeared on his face, Riv charged back, Lemaria extended and burning with a demonic flame. "Riv! Don't!" said Asunan, knowing that he would, knowing what had happened. Surprisingly, Riv's head jolted back as he came back to being himself once more, "I will not kill you, I won't let myself, don't worry Asunan!" then Lemaria's light, which had gone out when he said this, came back.
It was made by Riv, who was not mean't to last in posession of himself. The deathlords, who had been advancing through this distraction made by Riv, stopped, and stared at him in concentration. Riv blinked once and the flame came back to his eyes and hair, as well as Lemaria's light turning into the deadly flame it had been before. Tr'shiel couldn't take it, she cried, knowing that Riv could not hear her. She cried out at the shell standing a few yards yet a million miles away from her, "Riv!" she got on her knees and prayed that something would happen, crying to the gods.
Toshi stared at Riv, whom he had not met but a few months ago. Sure, he kept himself secluded from the others except when needed. Toshi was now being opposed by the friend who emerged and changed the course of history all those years ago before he was gone. Without knowing it, Riv had become a friend to his family, he would not let that friend be killed, but that friend was going to kill him. What could he do?
Then he remembered that Riv would not stare and contemplate, Riv would do something, Riv would destroy the opposition, even if they were friends. Riv was not himself anymore, Riv was now a deathlord and he had to keep it from taking innocent lives.
Toshi, Veil, Tr'shiel, Ravene and the rest of the group stood against four seperate foes, Helios, the deathlords, the non-Riv, and their fear of having to kill their friend/companion/lover (Tr'shiel's lover at least) to win the war and save the world... but did it have to be this way?

OCC- I'm sorry to tell you all this but Sammich( Toku ) has been banned form the Otaku Boards or at least that's what I think is going on.

Toshi yelled out and started slashign with all his might against the dark foe. He stabbed and gutted and tore deathlords heads off.
Surprisingly the deathlords weren't that hard as a single but with many they were very strong. Toshi jumped and stabbed one throguh the head. Helios started for Toshi and tossed anything he could find at Toshi. Veil watched as her friends were getting hurt. She ran into the fight and started attacking people. Toshi looked over at Veil. He smiled at her. She smiled abck and together they continued to fight.

[color=purple]Ravene looked at the oncoming deathlords. She decided to have a little fun. "Helios," she chuckled, "you are using deathlords to conquer us? That is so stupid of you, and I'll show you why!" She then closed her eyes and then opened them again; they had a sinisterlight inside of them. Ravene used this light to command the remaining deathlords to her side. "Hahahaha!" she cackled at Helios. "You call yourself a master of death? Well guess what? So am I, and I will take you down. All deathlords, prepare to attack!" She snapped her fingers, and the deathlords all charged at Helios as a group.

Toshi, Riv, and the others wondered what had happened but continued on fighting, this time against Helios. Celestia held up her Ectoplasmic Transformer and threw it back to Mereduin, who put it back in her basket. "Thanks, Mereduin," Celestia said sweetly as she faced Helios with the others. Amarest stood by her, her rainbow sword out and ready. But Mereduin was cowering in fear... "Asunan, what happened to you?" she cried. Ravene ignored her. Mereduin thought to herself, "I don't get it. Asunan's our friend! Why would she turn out to be a master of death?" "Mereduin," Ravene told her telepathically, "I can still read minds, so I heard that." Mereduin blushed. "Now," thought Ravene, "male yourself useful and fight!" Mereduin shook her head. "No way, I'm too scared! I don't have Amarest's bravery or your power!" Ravene shrugged. "If you want something done, do it yourself," she muttered. "No way," Celestia thought to her. "We're in this together. And so are Tr'shiel, Line, Toshi, Riv, Veil, Amarest, even Mereduin." Both of them waited for Helios to make a move.

He attacked with another ghost. Ravene was prepared. She formed a circle of dark energy around her and fused it into her sword. A beam shot out of it, cutting right through the ghost and heading straight for Helios. Helios blocked with a fire wall. Everyone else was fighting him; Toshi and Riv were preparing a united sword-beam attack. The fight continues on forever...[/color]

OCC: STOP THE MUSIC! Riv was being controlled, I had mean't for Riv to be bad for a while. Oh well, I'll just make up for that.

IC: Toshi and Riv began their united sword attack, "You may have taken my army, but I will not be left alone! Riv! Come to my side!" Helios said as he concentrated on Riv, he hadn't before because the deathlords did. Riv's white light became the evil flame yet again and he walked away from Toshi and to Helios. "No! I won't let you take him again!" exclaimed Toshi as he ran towards Helios with his sword in front of him ready to make a futile attempt at dismantling Helios of his mind powers.
Helios concentrated on him, and flung him into a wall with his mind and held him there. Toshi struggled but could not move, just as Riv struggled to gain consciosness, but couldn't.

Toshi only looked on as the being known as Helios started to gain power. He let the energy form all around from the deathlords be absorbed inside him. Riv and Lemaria stood still. Veil walked over to Toshi easily because all the deathlords were gone now. She punched him across the face.
Toshi was able to move again. ?Sorry bout? that. But I just had to do that to help you,? she said. Toshi looked at her and then out of the blue he kissed her. He pulled away after a few seconds, smiled, and looked at Helios. ?Your end comes today,? Toshi yelled. He jumped through the air with his sword out and clashed blades with Helios.
?The power from these deathlords and Morak?s crow wing are more than you can handle boy,? Helios yelled.
Toshi only looked at him. ?I?m stronger than you think,? Toshi said and with that he drop kicked Helios. As Helios fell Toshi slashed at his feet but missed.
Helios took up his blade and grabbed Toshi by the neck. ?I will hold your skull dearly for you are the only being who has ever opposed my wrath,? Helios said.
Riv walked up behind Helios. ?Not today,? he said. He gutted Helios through the stomach.
Toshi looked at Riv and gasped. Helios pulled the sword from his stomach and turned to Riv. He dropped Toshi. Riv nodded to Toshi and Toshi jumped into the air. He took one swift strike at Helios?s neck.
Riv smiled as the head of the dead (hee hee that rhymed) Helios fell to the ground. That night in the Realm of Imagination they burned Helios?s body and celebrated for the great victory.
As for Toshi he continued to train under the art of his kingdom. He and Veil started and Toshi was celebrated for saving all of their world.
OCC- It seemed like the time to end it. You can still post on what happened to your character afterwards but remember that the sequel to this is the Realm of Reality/Imaginations rpg.

Riv, having gained control of his conciosness after Helios's lapse of concentration, now sat atop the humble house formed to celebrate Helios's death. He felt it was time to tell them.
Riv jumped off the roof and walked into the house, and found the group in the living room watching a futuristic movie about a man called the Trminatre played by Arnuld Svartzinaggre. He sat and watched it to its end and got up just as everyone else was and stood by the doorway, "There is something that I must tell you all," he said. Tr'shiel said, "What baby?"
"I must go home now where you can't follow," Riv replied, "Why?" asked Tr'shiel. "Because I am not fit to live here anymore," he paused then continued, "Because I am dead, and have to return to the realm of the dead."
Tr'shiel couldn't take it and cried and hugged him, "Don't go.... I don't want you to go!" she yelled with tears in her eyes. "I must go, I have been away for too long, I must," he stepped away from her and looked into her eyes, "Goodbye," he said and disappeared.
