Long ago, a battle raged between the relm of humanity, and the relm of deamons, the chaotic relm. The battle's victor would become the residents of earth, while the loser would be banished to their relm. Both populations dwindled, as the war came to it's 100,000 year mark. It is said, that at the turn of the year, the human relm gained an immensly powerful weapon that forced the Chaotic relm into submission.

The weapon in all it's destructive splender dissapeared, and humanity was free to make the earth their own. In 999,999 years, the human population is still at half the size it once was, and the story of the war of the relms has faded from history to myth.

Among humans are a number of children of the warriors who escaped banishment to the Chaotic Relm, known to us as vampyres and demons, who remain blissfully ignorant to their past, and half aware of the advanced abilities and feeding habbits. However, none of them are aware of the true depths nor nature to their powers that they take for ganite.

The Chaotic Relm, which has regained it's full power, has found a door to earth. The door was locked by a powerful magic at the end of the war, but after so many years it has become old and withered. A small amount of demons have escaped t he Chaotic Relm, and go on renegade killing sprees at whim. Their main objective, to destroy the barrier completely and destroy the human race.

Bio: A flaming demon who was once bought forth from the abyss by a foolish human wizardry student, he escaped and went north in search of a mystic artifact. Once It had found the artifact it chose to return to where it was summoned, he was eventually stopped by a handful of Humans and was banished to the abyss for 25 years and now that Errtu is back, he has a venegance.

Name: Ariyel

Description: She is a slender young girl, very pale skin, black eyes flecked with gold, and short, straight black hair in a pony-tail. Sunlight never seems to touch her - it always seems darker around her. Also, when fighting against demons, her eyes will turn to pure gold.

Bio: Ariyel's mother was a human with healing powers. In the war, the demons kidnapped her and took her to the Chaotic Realm, where Lord Gavriel, one of the most powerful demons, raped her. It was all according to his plan to have a child with mixed blood, in a plot to overthrow the Overlord of Chaotic Realm. Ariyel was born, and Lord Gavriel constantly trained her to be just as vicious and cold as the demons. She had to be as skilled and devious to survive in the realm. However, to make sure that she survived her weaker human side, he also had a human nurse brought in for her. This nurse, named Karla, cared and fed her, and was the substitute mother, but most importantly, showed Ariyel love and human compassion. Lord Gavriel suspected that she was becoming too attached to Karla's human ways, and had Karla killed. Ariyel then fought and fled her father, escaping through the Door to earth. Here she has been for two years, seeking vengeance against her father and all demon kin.

Personality: Ariyel is very cold and isolated. People get uncomfortable when they are near her, so she's naturally a lone wolf. She values only strength, and she looks down on those who need protection. Respect she only gives to those who have no fear of death, and who can be as ruthless as she. She still finds humans strange and weak, only seeking the few demons in the human world to kill. She'll sometimes kill those who are unaware of their powers/heritage, even if they present no threat. In reality, though, she's distant because she's afraid of human love, and hurt from Karla's death. She feels that anger gives her the most power and strength, but she's always careful not to let her feelings control her. She doesn't feel anything if she kills innocents, because her mission is the only thing she cares about. But recently she's been trying not to get bystanders killed, because of Karla's effect on her human side.

Species: Cross-breed (human/demon lord)
Realm: Earth/Chaotic (she is able to go between, and serves only her mission of vengeanc.)

Weapons:

Serce: a slender, curved sword forged by the master smith in the Chaotic Realm. He gave the sword to her after watching Ariyel fight, and it was custom-made to fit her strange powers. It is a sword forged from demon shadow and fire, and dark flames flicker around it strangely. These dark flames also arise from Ariyel's body when she is fighting against those from the Chaotic Realm. The blade will stand to any demon sword, as long as the wielder doesn't lose strength. Ariyel, upon receiving Serce, blooded the blade, and now it will answer to no one but she.

Ring: This ring was given to Ariyel in the realm of Earth from a strange figure in a hooded cloak. It is a band of black onyx, inset with a thin line of gold. It's powers are not yet known.

Shadow: This isn't really a weapon, but more a natural part of being a demon. These shadows are always around her, but are visible when she is fighting those from the Chaotic Realm. This is just another part of her demon heritage. Some of their powers are that they enable her to 'see' emotions in others, and she can also sense other demons. She also doesn't require sleep. The shadows also enable her to move as fast as any demon, and gives her much power and strength. However, the shadows, combined with her human blood, allow her to also 'see' the demon's 'name,' and then she can hurl them back into the Chaotic Realm.

Name: Blake, Version 3.0 (see "Bio")

Age: 52

Gender: Male

Description: Blake is only around 3'4", but it's the perfect size for him. If he were any bigger, he wouldn't be as agile or efficient.
He has the head of a man (caucasian, light tan) with black hair (crewcut). His ears are pointed, and he has lime green-yellow eyes (slitted like a cat). His teeth are all sharp and fang-like (also like a cat's) and he drinks the blood of his victims through the front fangs like a vampire would.
He has an average build (average on a 15 or 16 yr old male) and he's still slender. Secreted in his fingers are retractable claws, about 2" long.
He has cat-like legs - the knee bends back, not forward - only they're big enough to hold him up. Blake also has a whip-like tail. He can sprout bat-like wings from his back in times of need.

Bio: Blake, Version 3.0, is a test subject demon/vampire crossbreed. The Demon and Vampire lords of the Chaotic realm had the twisted idea of crossbreeding their kin. The results were Blake Versions 1.0 - 3.0 and Pyrl Versions 1.0 and 1.5
The first few Blakes were failures, and were sent to the junkyard to fester and die. Blake (v 3.0) was a complete success. Although, it was a little too successful. He went out of control for a while when the Lords sent him into the Realm of Earth, but they brought him back and taught him how to slip between the shadows unnoticed. He became one of the top 100 assasins of the Chaotic realm.

Personality: Blake is a cynical cat-demon, and his uses his cynicism to shield himself from feelings from others, and sometimes feelings toward others. He knows only a few in the Chaotic realm, and none at all in the Earth Realm. Those that he knows keep their distance from him, as they can't stand his constant sarcastic cynical comments.

Species: Crossbreed (Demon/Vampire)

Personality: He prefers to be alone and always has been for he is the only vampire on the Realm of Earth. He is easily irritated by humans and is constantly hunted down by them. He is always trying to become stronger.

Description: Stands at 6', pale skin, blood red eyes, long shoulder-length silver hair. Wears only black shoulder armor wrapped around his chest, his left shoulder armor is shattered, wears black pants, thick gauntlets, armor around his left arm, and large brown boots.

Weapons: Asides from his normal vampric abilites, he carries a large sword crafted in the shape of lighting with blood stained on it. The hilt has several runes carved into it. He also has two daggers hidden under his gauntlets.

Bio: A vampire who one day awoke on the realm of Earth, with no memory of his past, and only with his sword in hand. He only remembers his name, and that he is a vampire. Ever since then he has been nurturing his vampiric abilities, constantly, trying to become stronger, trying to survive. He has been living on the realm of Earth for over a hundred years, feeding and killing humans, but still doesn't know of his true purpose on Earth.

[color=darkred][u]Bio[/color][/u] With a demon father and a human mother, Logan found that he was either not enough or too much of either species. His parents loved him, but they both died when the first demons started coming out of the Chaotic Realm. Logan was left alone, and relied on his demon side to survive. His odd sleeping habbit of passing out once a week for one hour became both a blessing and a curse, for he didn?t tire easily, but in his sleep he didn?t wake up. At twelve years old, he found an old fashioned blacksmith who did custom swords for tourists. The blacksmith was also a demon, and was drawn to swords by the nature of his ancestors who relied on them an uncanny amount. He raided the store, killed the blacksmith, and left with a new broadsword, which his demon nature caused him to train with to perfection, even though he would be much better suited with a gun.

At about 24 he found an abandoned police car, and inside a sawed off shotgun, which he took with him. Then, it started. He never dreamed in his odd sleep, until he started dreaming about a war, one between the Earth and the Chaotic Realm, which had grown back to its full strength. It was a slaughter, that much was clear.
[color=darkred][u]Personality[/color][/u] Logan?s lack of moral value is evident at first encounter. Charicterized as cynical and pessimistic, Logan appears cold and unfriendly when dealing with strangers. In these encounters, his greedy nature seems to shine through as well.

Sweet...demon and humans goin at it again, I love it! I think this mix could use a human.

Name: Ryan Aldrow ' The Slayer Priest'
Age: 27
Gender: Male

Description: Stands tall at 6'5, he has short cut, white hair, and steel colored eyes. His skin is tanned, and striped(sp?) with pink scars along his torso and arms. He wears a long black coat, and cargo pants. He wears a black shirt with white letters "I shall fear no evil, for thou art with me, and hast blessed me with a big gun."
A large silver cross hangs around his neck. on his right side, he carries a simple looking Long sword, with only a simple cross adorning it. on his left is a sawed off twelve gauge, along with his most prized possesion, a bible.

Bio: Grew up in the U.S., he believed that vampires and demons were things of fiction that were only seen in the movies being blown appart by some gutsy guy with a ruined life. That is until a vampire had kidnaped him, planning to sacrifice him to open the gates of the chaos realm. He was saved by a group of hunters from the vatican. The whole thing made him believe that there was a heaven and hell. When he turned 19, he traveled to rome to become a Priest and a slayer, in the service of god and mankind.

Personality: He's kind to the innocent, and dispenses Heavens wrath upon the wicked. He quotes passages from the bible while in battle. He slays any that are in leauge with the chaos realm, human and demon alike. But if a demon were to prove he fought for earth, to save humanity, he'd stand by their side regardless of their parentage. After all, none are beyond redemption.

Weapons: Long sword- this blade is normal in appearance, but for those of evil, it has an extra bite. It was blessed, and dipped in holy water, so that enemies of heaven and earth may feel the the power of the faithful.

12 gauge- A normal, sawed off 12 gauge, loaded with explosive slugs, with crosses carved into them.

Faith- Using the power of his devout faith in god, Ryan can bless normal water and make it into a weapon for use against the vampires and their foul Kin.
