Well... it's sad to say, but this may be my last RPG for a long time, well... forever almost. I'm not telling why, but join if you wish. This is a short story RPG, but believe me, the RPG will go well, if people join.

[SIZE=1][B]Earth is a place of crime, love, hate, danger. Many people fight, many do not. It is protected by Police, SWAT teams, and many other things, but nothing can change the earth to what it used to be. Nothing... well... there is something that could save the world and put it to peace once more.

It is believed that childern and adults have found powers inside them, and it is also believed that people from other planets live on earth now. It is true. Humans, and people from other worlds have special power, to stop crime, and some to cause it. I group of gangsters where caught in a freak crash, giving them powers. This caused crime. Many things can give a human power, by finding it inside, or being inplanted with it, or having it from another world. These people use their powers, for good and bad.

The bad side of people formed together under the comand of Lexx, the super human inplanted with super awsome power. They became evil, and used their power for crime alone. But, they did not always get away with it, for another team of super people where in their way:

Also, the super humans, aliens, formed together to stop crime, in any form. Some from other planets, some not. They had no name for themselves at first, but the earth called the Legends, The Hero, Good Guys, and many other things. Together, they bonded together to fight crime, to work for the sake of the planet, to do one thing mankind could never do alone:

This takes place in the near future, around 2010. A few things change, a few do not. You can be either from another planet, and evil, or good, or from this planet, and evil or good.

Powers: Telekinesis and super-speed (at the peak of his speed he is so fast he can't be seen)
How he got them: Born with super-speed, discovered telekinesis
Home: The moon
Race: Vampire
Side: Good
Personality: Irvine is a deep, poetic person who is really hard to get to shut up. He is a loner, walking all over the streets day by day. He isn't stupid, and most people consider him to just be weird.
Appearance: Shoulderlength blonde hair, and sky blue eyes. Wears baggy jeans, a white shirt, and a brown, shinlength trench coat. He is a tall (6'1), skinny, and attractive man.
Bio: Irvine ran away from home when he was 823 (looked about 16), because he wanted to try to avoid any responsibilty whatsoever. Since then, he's just been alone on the streets of Earth, trying to stop crime for a living. Because of is suspicious looks, and because his philosophy in stopping crime is "Kill first, ask questions later," the police are always looking for him.

Powers: Chi Manipulation (can draw energy from all of the elements and mold them to her will)

How you got them: Her chi manipulation has been a product of one hundred years of training from her race. Children, when they reach adolescence at fifty years old, are required to take intensive training.

Home: Born on Hylad, but came to earth when she was two hundred years old

Race: Alyrian

Side: Good

Personality: Rei is usually very passive and thoughtful in all of her actions. Since she has been living for a long time, she does not like to run into situations, and because of her Alyrian nature, she is not quick to anger. However, she is fiercely protective to those who she sees as her [i]Kikad[/i] or "separated family" in Alyrian. These people are ones who she grows to share bonds with, such as combat buddies, and people who she connects with on a deeper level.

Bio: She grew up in the normal Alyrian way, raised by her entire community. The Alyrians lived in close-knit cloisters of around thirty citizens. The children were everyone's children, and the entire village would raise them, each person teaching them something new. When she completed her training, she signed up to come to Earth, unnerved from her education of this unstable world. She felt the need to come and balance the good and evil on Earth.

Weapons: Unarmed, trained in a unique fighting style that uses her chi manipulation in offense, enhancing her limbs in speed and strength, and defense, healing and guarding against blows. She also has a plasma pistol for long range, but rarely uses it.
