[i][font=century][color=blue]As legend has it, Spira, a beautiful and vivid land, was once ravaged by a creature that was known as "Sin". People with the power to summon aeons, or the fayth, as they are also known, were called Summoners.

These Summoners embarked on a pilgramidge across the land of Spira. They were accompanied by Guardians, protectors of the Summoners who would give their life up to protect the Summoner. The Summoner & Guardians traveled across Spira, praying for Aeons at each temple's "Fayth".

Upon reaching the battle with Sin, the Summoner sacrificed themself and a chosen Guardian to perform a "Final Summoning". This "Final Summoning" defeated Sin, creating a short period of time that the people of Spira called "The Calm".

This pattern went on for many, many years, until a High Summoner's daughter, Yuna, decided differently. Accompanied by a band of guardians that consisted of many different people, including a very special one by the name of Tidus. Yuna and her Guardians decided not to follow the tradition, and destroyed Sin forever.

The time after those events was known as the "Eternal Calm". During this "Eternal Calm", many things happened that began the radical changes in Spira. With the "Yevon Religion", the one that all the people in Spira followed until Lady Yuna & Company came along, discredited, people looked to "Sphere Hunting" and "Factions" that were popping up everywhere. Yuna, along with her cousin Rikku and new friend Paine, became sphere hunters.

Naturally, things in Spira don't remain peaceful for too long. Two warring factions, "New Yevon" and "Youth League", are constantly battling it out. Under the surface however, lies the biggest threat of all. A giant machina, or machine, called Vegnagun was to be used by a strangly familier man by the name of Shuyin. In the end, Vegnagun was destroyed and Spira was saved once again.....or was it?

Fifteen years passed without a honorable mention of anything, when reports of strange earthquakes coming from the area surrounding Zanarkand began to roll in. Many citizens of Spira dismissed these as nothing, but little did they know that sinister things were happening. One year passed, and there was a huge rise in the number of Fiends all across Spira. They ravaged and tore the land, Spira was in dire need of help. Then, out of seemingly nowhere, a group of younge heroes attemped in a last ditch effort to save Spira. That is where we stand now. Will these heroes bring a fitting end to this story? Or will this be the end of Spira?

Description: Short, flowing teal hair. Built strongly, with tough muscles. Wears a white coat and baggy, black pants.

Biography: Having only been just born on Besaid Island when Yevon collaspsd, Saigo has never known the death and destruction his parents did. Saigo went through extensive sword training, although he always complained that he didn't need it. His favorite sport is Blitzball naturally, and he is quite good at it. When Saigo heard about the fiends terroizing Spira, he decided to go out and make his mark on history.

Weapon: A large, two-handed broad sword with his family symbol etched in the hilt.

Over Drive: Death Cleaver

Saigo runs at his enemy and swings his sword in giant circles above his head. When he reaches the enemy, he leads into the air and drives his sword straight through the enemy.[/i][/color][/font]

Biography:Meteo travels the world chopping up fiends and monsters for a price and has gotten the nick name scissorman. He saw his parents killed by fiends so he travels looking for their(his parents) killers... He will kill the fiends in his way.

Biography: Sylvanna was born and raised in Kilika, and was but a child when Rikku, Yuna and Paine set off on their journey.
Sylvanna had an average life, learning the same way everyone did, doing the same things everyone did. She was a part of the crowd.
Since the earthquakes in Zanarkand started, thing had started getting different.
She noticed the increase of fiends around Kilika before anyone else did, and her warnings were dismissed merely as an overactive imagination.
She hounded her father until he listened to her, and in the end he taught her to fight, to defend herself.
She then decided to set out to find the source of the increase of fiends, just to prove to her village that she was right.

[b]Bio:[/b] zra lives on a chocobo ranch near a small village. When a group of fiends attacked the village a group of protecters went out to fight them. After the fight none of the village protecters were sean again. Zera's parents were with the protecters when they left so he wonders what happened to them. As time went on more fiends showed up and caused trouble. Because the best fights in the village had dissapered there went to many people to fight them so he taught the chocobo's on his ranch to fight. Once the fiends were deffeated he took the best chocobo he trained and left to see if he could find his parents and stop the increase of the fiends.

Biography: Jim'm father was a summoner when he was a child before Lasy Yuna stapped Sin, so he sacrificed his life and his wife to bring the calm after her father. Jim had taken up the art of magic like his father before him to stop any evil that might arrive, although he knew that day wouldn't come it wouldn't hurt to train. Now that fiends have come to the calm, Jim now has to put all of his hard and countless hours of training to work.

Biography: Kayin was raised in learning the arts of Bushido from the age of 11. He was a quick learner and first to surpass his master in a matter of 5 years. Upon surpassing him, he recieved the Shadow Katana and the hatred of his master for surpassing him. From 17 years old he continued to train himself alone in the forest. In the past year he was confronted by his master once again for a final duel, when the fight was interrupted by a fiend attack. The fiends defeated his master but Kayin was not defeated by these fiends, thanks to his own training.

Over Drive: Zeus Strike - Lightning is drawn into the Shadow Katana, Kayin leaps into the air, and lands, driving his sword into ground, releasing electricity into the ground, damaging all enemies.

Name: Tenkazu, goes by Ten

Description: Tenkazu has smoky blue eyes and messy brown hair. He has a very dark tan due to his home's climate. He wears baggy white pants, a baggy white shirt with a golden sun emblem, and a wide-brimmed black hat. Also wears a leather-like jacket (the Spiran equivalent).

Biography: Tenkazu comes from a small village in the south of Spira known as the Village of the Sun People. It is almost always sunny, and clouds are rarely seen in the sky. Until now. The sky has grown dark, and Tenkazu, the villages greatest warrior, must find the cause of the darkness. He is a master of Iaijutsu, the quick draw style of fighting, and a master of other sword fighting styles as well. He has been dubbed 'Ten' for his airy nature (ten means sky).

Weapon: The Taiyo no Katana, or Sword of the Sun

Over Drive: Amaterasu no Iaijutsu (Iaijutsu of the Sun Goddess). Tenkazu rushes at his opponent, sword in it's sheath. When he's close enough to strike them, he draws and his blade releases a wave of solar energy that causes incredible damage to Fiends.
