RPG Yu-Gi-Oh: Enter the Shadow Game

[color=purple]Amber was tapping her fingers on her desk. She was looking around the classroom. She was bored half out of her mind. She looked over at Yugi and Joey. They were talking as usual.

?Hey Yuga,? Joey said with a grin, ?did ya hear ?bout the new kid.? Yugi looked up from his deck and looked at Joey. Joey had looked away from Yugi and was now smiling at Amber. Amber rolled her eyes and took her laptop out.

?I did hear about the new kid,? Yugi said as he tried to get Joey?s attention again. Joey turned back toward him. He had a sweat drop on the side of his face. Yugi shook his head.

?Mr. Branch should be introducing him sometime today,? Joey said with a nervous grin. Amber was slightly listening on Yugi?s and Joey?s conversation. She was also working on something on her laptop. She has been working on a project for over six years. She wants to bring her brother back as a touchable hologram. With her intelligences and Seto?s systems, she was extremely close to bringing Noa back.

?Well,? Yugi said with a smile, ?we?ll just have to make friends with the new kid.? Joey nodded and looked toward the door. Three boys walked in talking. Joey waved to them.

?Hey Jake, Blake, Jason,? Joey said as he waved, ?wuz up.? The three boys looked at Joey. Joey stopped waving and put his arm down. Jake, Blake, and Jason walked over to Joey and Yugi. The sat down on top of three desk.

?Are you two talking about the new kid too,? Jake asked as he looked at Yugi. Yugi nodded and put his deck away. Black and Jason looked over at Amber. She was still busy at work on her laptop.

?What?s with your girl Joe,? Jason asked as he turned toward Joey. Joey shrugged his shoulders and slid off his desk. He then walked over to Amber and crouched down beside her.

?What?cha working on,? Joey asked as he watched data run across the laptop screen. Amber continued to type. She seemed to not even notice Joey?s question.

?If I told you,? Amber said still typing, ?you would have a Heart Attack.? A sweat drop appeared on the back of Joey?s head. He smiled nervously as he stood up. He quickly ran to his seat as Mr. Branch walked in. The other boys quickly sat in their seats. Mr. Branch turned toward the class.

?Put that away Ms. Kaiba,? Mr. Branch said as he looked at Amber. Amber rolled her eyes, saved what she was working on, turned the laptop off, and put it away. She then focused her attention to the front of the class.

?Introduce the new kid already,? Joey said as he leaned back in his chair. Mr. Branch shook his head and singled for someone to come in. A Goth looking boy walked into the classroom. Amber, Yugi, Blake, Jake, Joey, and Jason all got chills as the kid walked in. Amber looked over at Yugi. Yugi nodded his head.

?This is Akuryou,? Mr. Branch said as he looked at the class, ?and he?s are new student.? Amber cringed at the idea of Akuryou being in class with her. Mr. Branch smiled and pointed at an empty seat next to Amber. Amber?s hair stood up on end as Akuryou got closer to her. Something wasn?t right here.

Later that day at lunch, Amber was on her laptop again. She grinned happily as she finally creaked a code she had been working on for six years. Akuryou walked up to her and sat down. Amber almost jumped out of her skin when she looked at Akuryou.

?What are you doing,? Akuryou asked nicely. Amber lighten up a bit at the sound of Akuryou?s voice. She smiled and turned her laptop around. The code on it had verified and picture of a young boy was on the screen. Akuryou jumped back.

?What?s wrong,? Amber asked with a shocked look. Akuryou pointed at the screen. Amber turned her laptop back around and smiled.

?There?s a kid in your laptop,? Akuryou said as he placed his hand on his chest. Amber smiled and tapped on her laptop screen. The boy inside turned around. His bluish-green hair moved as he turned around. Amber?s eyes sparkled.

?That?s my big brother Noa,? Amber said as she quickly flipped open a lid on her watch. She made a few adjustments her and there. She then took a wire and hooked to the back of her laptop and to her watch. Akuryou was still shocked by what Amber said.

?How can that kid be your big brother,? Akuryou yelled, ?He looks no older then ten.? Amber quickly hit the enter key on her laptop. Noa disappeared from the laptop?s screen and appeared in a holographic form in front of her. Akuryou jumped again. Noa looked much older now. He looked around sixteen.

?What were you saying,? Amber said as she put her hand to Noa?s. She then quickly hugged him. Akuryou was completely confused. He just got up and left.

Even later after school, Yugi and Amber were being nosy. They were following Akuryou. Joey wasn?t too far behind them. He decided to keep his distance though.

?You felt that evil presence too right,? Yugi whispered. Amber nodded and continued to follow Akuryou. Suddenly Akuryou stopped. Amber and Yugi stopped as well. Akuryou turned around and held his hand out toward Amber and Yugi.

?Got you Pharaoh,? Akuryou said with a deep echo in his voice, ?and your little priestess. Now I challenge the both of you to a shadow game.? A dark impulse came from Akuryou?s hand. Joey looked around the corner to see Amber and Yugi disappear. Joey looked at Akuryou. He knew he was the one who made Amber and Yugi disappear. Joey?s eyes flashed with anger and he charged at Akuryou.

?What did ya do with my friend?s,? Joey asked as he charged. Akuryou ginned and made a hand motion. Joey flew back and started disappearing as well. Akuryou laughed. He wasn?t going to join his new ?friends? in the Shadow Realm quiet yet.

?I?ve got to do something,? Noa said as he stumbled to his feet. He looked down. He wasn?t glowing like a hologram anymore. Maybe entering the Shadow Realm and then being spit back out did something to him. Could he be human again? He didn?t have time to think about that now. He had to find his sister?s other friends and tell them what happened.

"O.K this is weird where are we Nifera(her spirit)"?
"We're in the Shadow Realm".
"Why"?June said annoyed.
"So we can help an old friend of mine".
"Oh I get no opnian in this".
"You get to duel".
"Like that matters".
"Fine be like that but we'er staying here".
"Fine let us meet your old friend".

Jake walked home with his head set on. Because he was listening to his head set he didn't notice that some one was yelling out his name. As he turned a corner he slammed into the person. Jake fell then rubbed the back of his head. He took off his head phones and stood up. He saw that it was noa who had slammmed into. Jake just staired at noa for awhile then shook his head.

"I know your not a hologram because you slammed into me and i'd figure you'd probaply like to stretch your new body out a bit but why the heck did run into me for" jake asked grabbing noa's shoulders.

"Amber, yugi and joey dissapered after following that new kid. now let go of me" noa said.

Jake let go of the kid. He started to think about the explanation for there dissapearence. Once he got an idea he started running.

"Where are you going" noa asked running to catch up.

"I gotta find blake" jake said as he ran.

As he ran he held out his mellenium gonthlet which was glowing. A black ring appeared infront of him. The ring had a image of blake walking home in it.

"What is it that you want jake" blake asked.

"Get to your house fast and grab your deck. I'll meet you there" jake said.

Blake nodded then started running. The image closed as jake turned a corner with noa fallowing.

[Bandit Joeykuba]

Yugi looked around, frightened. He had sensed something evil about Akuryou, but he had not quite expected this sudden trip to the Shadow Realm.

"You need not worry, aibou." Yami appeared in spirit form beside his trembling host, "We're not alone here. We have our friends, and with them, we shall stop this new evil before any one suffers."

"I guess you're right, Yami. But..." He looked around quickly, "I really don't like this place."

"Hmm... It's quite understandable." Yami nodded.

"Let's find Amber. And quickly. I hate being alone." Pharoah quirked an eyebrow and Yugi sweat-dropped. "You know what I meant!"

Yami Akuryou laughed maniacally, swinging his scythe around madly at the shadows. He pratically sang, "Pharoah will soon be miiiine."

Akuryou, in spirit form, frowned and sighed, "Must you be so hasty? This Pharoah has overcame greater obstacles than us before."

"Watch your tounge, weakling! Pharoah has [i]never[/i] faced an opponent like [i]me[/i] before." He chuckled, "This is one Shadow game... that he [i]can't[/i] win."

Jason was slowly walking home when he saw Akuryou turn around and challenge Yugi with a booming voice to a shadow game. When he saw all of them slowly dissappear and Noa being spit back out.
He ran across the street, feet pounding the cement screaming as he dove to attempt a flying tackle. He managed to hit Akuryou but he rolled with it, managing to get up quickly and caught Jason while he was trying to get up. With a bewildered expression on his face, Jason was sent to the Shadow Realm with the parting jest from Akuryou "Never try to play football, you will be crushed." And with that Jason dissappeared piece by piece.

[color=purple]Amber was walking around rubbing her arms. The area she was in was freezeing. She stopped and turned around. A spirit girl was standing behind her. Amber let out a sigh.

"Joy," Amber said as she looked at the spirit. Joy crossed her arms. Amber looked at her still rubbing her arms. Joy looked around.

"How did you wound up in the Shadow Realm," Joy asked with a hasty sounding voice. Amber shrugged her shoulders and looked down. A card was laying facedown on the ground. Amber knew she shouldn't touch it, but she couldn't resist. She bent down and picked up the card. She looked shocked as she turned the card around.

"My favorite card," Amber said with a whisper, "the All-Seeing White Tiger." Joy looked at her. She tried to grab Amber as she blacked out, but she couldn't. The card that Amber was holding had disappeared. Joy didn't like this for a moment.

A few seconds later, Amber woke up. She opened her eyes, but there was no diffrence. She started flipping out.

"I can't see," Amber yelled. Joy touched Amber's shoulder. Amber stiffened up out of fear.

"It's ok," Joy whispered, "it's just me. You know better to touch things in the Shadow Realm." Amber turned toward Joy's voice. She didn't know what to say.

"What happened," Amber asked as she put her hands on her legs. Joy shook her head. She stood up and started looking around.

"You're now a human All-Seeing White Tiger," Joy said as she sat back down, "and we're staying here until someone comes." Amber nodded. There was nothing she could do if she was blind.[/color]

[color=indigo][font=century][size=1]Yamimakai Set, in the guise of the Dark Blade, watched Akuyro with detached indifference. He'd followed this kid to the Shadow Realm, and wasn't sure exactly who this "Pharoah" was, but...whatever. At least this would be interesting...

"So, tell me, chief, what's the plan?" He asked. "Who's this punk you're so excited about whupping, anyway?"[/color][/font][/size]

Blake walked to his house and opened the door. He went up to his room and set stuff down. He opened his bag and took out his mellenium sword and slung it onto his back. He went over to a drawer and took out his deck. He sat down on his bed and waited a couple of minutes. Jake and noa came running into his room.

"So why did you need me to grab my deck" blake asked.

"A possible shadow game" jake said smilling.

"Might as well come. You sounded like some thing happened" blake said getting up.

Once they had every thing together they left.

[Bandit Joeykuba]

"Amber?! Amber! Where are you?!" Yugi shouted as he ran. Yami floated along behind him. "Ammmmmmmmbbbbbeeeeeeeerrrrrrrr!"

The short one froze as a chill ran up his spine. The shadows swirled around him, engulfing him in their darkness.

"Yugi!" The pharoah yelled, trying to breach the dark tornado. Finally, the shadows began to disapate. Yami looked at Yugi, who was lying in a fetal position. "Yu...gi...?"

Yugi stood, and Yami appeared shocked. "What is it, Yami?"

"Yugi... Your... the Dark Magician."

"Not again!" He sighed and picked up his staff, which had fallen nearby. "Stupid shadow games."

Yami Akuryou turned around quickly, looking at Set. "Who are you?! And how id you enter my shadow game?"

"Yamimaki Set's the name. I followed you here." Set smirked, "Now, you gonna let me in on this thing?"

"Hmm." The spirit thought for a moment, "Fine. I'm looking for a boy named Yugi Motou."

"The kid who won the Duelist Kingdom tournament?"

"Yes, him. He has the Millenium Puzzle. I must obtain it." He frowned, "Pharoah must fall."

[color=teal]Joey was walking and looking around. He never liked the Shadow Realm. Suddenly he felt a presence behind him. He turned around and put his fists up. A sweat drop appeared on the back of a spirit like boy's head. Joey put his fist down.

"Don't do that Jono," Joey yelled as the spirit boy looked at him. Jono let out a sigh as Joey put his back to him. He then floated next to Joey.

"What have you gotten yourself into this time," Jono asked as his blue eyes looked at Joey. Joey turned and looked at Jono. His brown eyes went stright through Jono's blue ones.

"Who says I got myself into anything," Joey said as he walked along. Jono shook his head and noticed something on the ground. He went to say something, but Joey had already stepped on it. Four black walls closed around Joey. Jono quickly floated over to the black box. He tapped on one of the walls and it disappeared. Joey was standing inside. His head was down.

"Oh dear," Jono said as he looked at Joey's wagging tail, "I never thought the Red-Eyes Black Dragon could look so interesting." Joey looked over at Jono. He had soul pierceing red eyes. A huge sweat drop appeared on the side of Jono's head. Joey looked at his black claws.

"I hate the Shadow Realm," Joey said as he stormed out of the three remaining walls. Jono wanted to say something, but decided it was unwise. He just decided to follow Joey.[/color]

Jason couldn't believe it! One moment he'd been about to beat the snot out of that weird little kid and the next he was in the Shadow Realm. After walking around a while he found Yugi and decided to try to calm down a bit.
He said hi to Yugi and they exchanged the other formal pleasentries, then Jason asked "How did this happen? Do you know what's going on? To this Yugi looked at Jason in a serious manner and quietly said "It definately has something to do with that new kid Akuryou, he knew about Yami, and displayed strong shadow powers, just like Pegasus."
After saying this Yugi looked up and saw Jason walking towards a card. "No, don't!" Yugi cried vehemetly, but Jason flipped over the card and was instantly surrounded in a dense, black fog. So thick it was like being covered in motor oil, and suddenly emerged as a menacing, scarecrow like mirror. He was a mix in obtruse colors orange, red and, and he looked very annoyed. Jason said deadpan "I need to go reflect." And siently sulked away.

Jake went to where they last saw akuryou. Once they were there they didn't see him. They started looking around the street to see is they could find him. After awhile of searching they regrouped.

"Did you find any thing guys" jake asked.

"I didn't find any thing" noa said.

"Not really but i've got an idea of a way to find the others" blake said.

Blake walked to a wall and took out his sword. It started glowing as he raised it.

"As long as we're in the spot where joey, amber and yugi dissapered I can open a portale to follow" blake said as he swung his sword.

A purple cut appeared on the wall and opened up. They walked in then the portale closed up.

[color=indigio][size=1][font=century]Seth nodded. "I can get you the Millenium Puzzle, boss. No problem. However, once I do..."

Yami Akuryou frowned. "I see. Here come your selfish demands..."

Seth shook his head. "No demands at all, boss. Just a request."

"A request for what?"

"This," Seth gestured to the Shadow Realm around them. "This right here is incredible. I've never seen anything so amazing."

The Yami frowned again. "Get on with your point...."

"You can come and go here as you please, it seems. You make the rules in this place. I want a piece of that."

"You want dark magic?"

"Whatever it is that makes this place such a kick."

Yami Akuryou smiled. "Simple enough. Once the Pharoah has fallen, I see no harm in granting you the shadow magic you need to enjoy your time in this realm. It's a deal."

Seth smiled, but it couldn't be seen under the Dark Blade's armored mask. "Sweet. So, what do you want me to do to the twerp?"[/color][/size][/font]

[color=teal]Joey was still walking. He looked highly upset. His frown showed his fangs. Jono was trying his best to keep quiet. Suddenly he felt another Yami's presence. He started to head toward it. Joey looked at him as he passed him.

"Where ya going," Joey said as he ran to catch up with Jono. Jono didn't answer. He just kept on heading in the direction that he felt the other Yami.

A few seconds later, Jono and Joey came up on Joy and Amber. Joey quickly ran over to Amber. He put his hands on her shoulders.

"Is that you Joy," Amber said as she slowly lifted her head. Joey was shocked to see the cloth around Amber's eyes. Amber hugged Joey. He wondered why she did that.

"Wath'cha do that for," Joey asked as he hugged Amber back. Amber's Millennium Earrings were glowing.

"I knew that it wasn't Joy when I felt that you loved me," Amber said. Joey remember Amber's Millennium Earrings let her feel emotions and feelings. Joey just shook his head and hugged Amber more.

"We've gotta find Yugi," Joey said as he helped Amber up. Amber nodded and gripped Joey's hand. Joy and Jono looked at each other and then at their hosts. They let out a sigh and started following Amber and Joey.[/color]

Yugi watched as Jason slumped away. He then looked down at the card he had flipped, "Reflect Bounder."

"Come on Yugi. Let's go." Yami said, nodding. "We must find the others, and stop Akuryou while we're at it."

"All you have to do is... toy with his mind, weaken him. I'll deal the final blow." The Yami chuckled, "Yes. I'll finish him off."

"That's all?" Set asked.

"Yes. Do that and the shadow magic is yours."

"Now, if you'll excuse me. I must transform myself." Yami Akuryou looked down at a card that materialized on the ground and flipped it over. He was engulfed in a strange glow and armour began to appear on him. By the time the glow faded, he had become (the red) Dark Magician. "Perfect."

[color=indigo][font=century][size=1]"Nice trick, boss." Seth said, whistling. "I bet you get all sorts of powers along with the gear...if I have the abilities of the real Dark Blade..."

He took one of his swords and spun them over his head. "Just tell me where Yugi and his groupies are and I'll take care of 'em."[/color][/font][/size]

[color=teal]Amy and Cyrus were out in the park, just hanging out. They were playing a game of Duel Monsters for fun. "I summon Maha Vailo!" Cyrus shouted. "And I attach Axe of Despair! Now my Maha Vailo has 3050 attack points!! Maha Vailo, attack and take out the rest of her life points!!"
"Not if I can help it. Magic Cylinder, go!" Amy commanded.
"Nooooo! I lose 3050 life points!"
"And you have 50 left."
"Grrr... I'll play one card face down and end my turn."
While they were playing their game, a girl appeared holding what looked like a long version of a Millennium Rod, except with a streamer hanging from it. "Hello, you two," she said in a sinister tone. "I see you two are both duelists right?"
"Hey," Cyrus shouted, "don't interrupt us in the middle of a duel!"
"I have to. My cousin told me to."
"Your who?"
"Hahahaha!" an evil voice said. It was Marik!
"Why hello there, mortal fools. I am Marik Ishtar, and this is my cousin Fini. You two are about to experiaence a force like none you've ever seen before!"
"What do you mean?" Amy asked. "Are you two challenging us to a Double Duel?"
"Why, you read my mind," Fini sneered. "Let's do this!" She then held up her stafflike item. It was the Millennium Staff, which let the user transform into any Duel Monster at any time. She turned into Marie the Fallen One, and Marik transported Amy and Cyrus to the Shadow Realm, preparing for a duel.[/color]

OOC: Sorry this post is so short; I have to go now... I'll start the duel later...

Kantron was in his room online playing a duel in a chatroom.

Kantron: "I'll sacrifice my two monsters to summon my Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Then I'll play Jar of Greed to draw two cards...cool. Now, I'll fuse my Buster Blader and my Dark Magician to summon the Dark Paladin. And since there is two Blue Eyes, one Red Eyes, and a Baby Dragon in my graveyard, Dark Paladin has 4800 attack points. Now I'll attack you directly!"

Opponent: "Not so fast. Rakieki Break! I destroy your Dark Paladin!"

Kantron: "Ha. I activate Riryoku Field. You lose over 7000 Life Points. And since you had only 6530, you lose!

"That was a good duel...hmm?"

His Millenuim Blade was glowing a bright blue as the blade was blue. The eye on the handle showed some of his friends from school in the Shadow Realm.

"For the love of all things holy, I got to get in there!"

Kantron holds the blade in front of him and he suddenly dissappears. He then appears in the Shadow Realm in front of Jono, Joy, Joey, and Amber as the Blue Eyes White Dragon.

"Hey guyes. Everyone okay?"

[color=purple]"Kantron," Amber said as she turned her head slightly, "is that you?" Joey looked at Kantron and rolled his eyes. Kantron grinned and walked up to the small group. His grin turned to a frown when he saw Amber's eyes.

"Dear God," Kantron said with shock, "what happened? Not only do you have a cloth wrapped over your eyes, but I can tell there are also scares on your eyes." Amber put her head down. Joey's wings streatched as he looked over at Kantron. Kantron looked at him.

"If you haven't noticed," Joey said as his red eyes glowed, "we're Duel Monsters. My girlfriend just happened to become the All-Seeing White Tiger and if you remember, the All-Seeing White Tiger is blind." Kantron nodded and looked at Jono and Joy. They both shrugged their shoulders. Amber tightened her grip on Joey's hand. A pain look crossed Joey's face Amber's claws sunk into his hand.

"Stop fighting you two," Amber said with her head still down, "We still have to find Yugi. Can we please focus on that?" Joey and Kantron looked at each other. They let out a sigh.

"Awright," Joey said as he started walking, "lets go find Yuga." Amber nodded and started walking. Kantron, Joy, and Jono followed Joey and Amber.[/color]

Blake and jake came out of the portale. They looked around but didn't see much except for darkness. They started walking while looking for the others. Noa was ahead of blake and jake with them following them. As they walked both blakes and jakes mellenium items glowed. Both of them dissapered for a couple of seconds then reappeared. They both looked like there favorite duel monster cards. Noa looked back surpprised.

"What happened to you two" noa asked.

"Who knows but I like it" blake said smilling as he raised the cat claw on his arm.

"I've got no problem with this" jake said spinning his double sided trident.

"Well since you've got wings go on ahead and find amber and the others" noa said.

Blake nodded and opened his wings. He started running and lifted off. Once he was high enough he flew on ahead.

Kantron started heading down a well worn path.

"This path leads to a fountain that will restore you if you are hurt in any way. I've been there before, so I know this vicinity pretty well. Besides that, I'm lost. Where to next?"

Lone walked out into the street of Domino city and took in a deep breath. After that she faked gaging and coffing moking the horrible smell of city life. "Why am i here?' She wondered to herself, then she thought of her rival, Seto Kiaba...'oh yeah' She thought while clenching her fists. She suddenly self a wierd tingle comming from her millenium chain. "Hey what are you doing down there??" She yelled at it as hse was lifted off the ground. "HEY!" Lone yelled as she was lifted even further. A bright light came fast, it also went fast. When she open her eyes, Lone found herself in a strange twisted forest like place. The trees were all bent and wierd looking. She was sitting on something. Lone lokked gown on a lagre yellowish dragon. She yelled at the top of her lungs anf fell of, landing on her head. Lone ripped her millenuim chain off and yelled "What the heck?! What did you do to me? Where am I!!!!??"
As Lone got up she recognized her ourfit. It was that of her favorite duel monster, (Gaia) She looked up and also recognized curse of dragon just floating and beating its wings at Lone.

"What?" Cyrus shouted to himself. "I transformed into a Celtic Guardian!"
"And I transformed into a Mystical Elf..." Amy said with a sigh.
Marik transformed into a humanlike version of the Winged Dragon of Ra. "Hahahaha!" he laughed menacingly. "You two have no iea what you're in for! This duel has more at stake than just your cards. If you lose, I'll take all the cards in your deck, plus I'll banish you to the Shadow Realm for eternity! Your minds will be full of nothingness!" "And," Fini continued, "we'll both acquire your Millennium Items if you lose as well." "I'll put one card face down," Marik declared, "and put a monster in defense mode. I hope you know, I have a totally different deck than before, when I met Yugi."

"Reveal Man-Eater Bug!" Marik laughed. "Destroy his monster!" Then bug destroyed the genie, and Cyrus was taken by surprise. "You'll have to duel better than that," Marik said, "in order to beat me.
"Now I'll go!" Fini declared. "I summon Hysteric Fairy! Attack Cyrus's life points directly!" Cyrus was down to 6200 life points. "Grrr... stupid fairy..." Cyrus mumbled. "But I'll assure you, I'm not done yet!" "I hope so," Amy thought, "because he can't afford to make any more careless mistakes..."[/color]

"You should be able to find Yugi here." Akuryou used his shadow powers to form a map. A bright purple glare revealed Yugi's position. "He's all alone, so now is the best time to strike."

He handed the shadow-map to Seth. Seth looked at it funny, "This map. Will it stay until I find Yugi?"

"Yes. Of course. Now go do your job." With that, the yami teleported off to June's location, feeling he could recruit her to destroy Yugi. He appered behind her.

June turned around and fell back on the card.It was her favorite duel monsters card, Lord of Dragon.It dissappeared and June stood up. "Who are you? You look like Dark Magician!"

"I'm Akuryou and you're June aren't you?" He asked, crossing his arms.

"Okay... creepy..." She then noticed something... "What the!" June yelled, noticing she had transformed into Lord of Dragons.

"You're the Lord of Dragons." Akuryou stated.

"This place is really creeping me out. How come we're duel monsters?" She asked, admiring the cape that hung behind her.

"Well, you seemed to have wandered into my shadow game against Yugi and his spirit... [i]Yami[/i]." He spat the last word out, as if disgusted to the core by it. "That is why we're duel monsters."

Yugi continued to wander in the darkness, still not knowing what danger was awaiting him around the corner. He knew that Akuryou and his yami were after him, but he had no clue that the dark side already had a strong ally. Nor that the enemy would strike soon...
