RPG Yu-Gi-Oh: Enter the Shadow Game

Lone floated around ontop of Curse of Dragon. She felt bored with all this. "Am I the only duel montser here?" She asked herself. Curse of Dragon let out a shreak and shook it's head back and forth as if it knew what Lone was saying and had answered "no". Curse of Dragon speeded up and bolted into the sky. Lone had to put her javalins that she inherited when she became Gaia in thier holsters so she ould use her hands to hold on tight. Curse of Dragon let out another shreak as something started to come out from a cloud below them.
Suddenly with a huge, long, flash of red a dragon sped past her at enormous speed. "WHA! Slypher the Sky Dragon!!! WHOA!"Lone yelled.Curse of Dragon was knocked around by the wind comming from all directions. Her mellenuim chain began to glow an lifter her and Curse of Dragon away from harm. Slypher let out a cry in the backround.
As soon as they were safe the clouds below Lone seemed to dissapear. She could now see the ground below her. Something was going on...a battle, a duel. wait a minute... Duel Monsters were fighting outher Duel Monsters with cards!! What the heck was going on here?? "Come on Curse of Dragon, let's get in closer!!

[color=indigo][font=century][size=1]Seth followed his new master's shadow map for several minutes, until he finally located his prey.

When it was finally go-time, he hesitated. He wasn't entirely thrilled with the idea of basically bullying a weak dork like Yugi. The whole thing seemed beneathe him.

Then again, if this was all he had to do for Akuryou to get to stay in the Shadow Realm, and to finally have a place of his own, where he belonged...well, them's the breaks.

"Sorry, Yugi," he whispered to himself. "But we gotta' do what we gotta' do."

emerged from the shadows in front of Yugi, slowly, for full effect. "Hello, Motou."

Yugi was surprised. "Hey....who are you? How do you know my name?"

"I'm hurt. You don't recognize me? Well, right now, I'm the Dark Blade, swordsman extrordinaire. You might also remember me as Seth."

Yugi thought. "Seth? Seth, Seth, Seth...aren't you in my class?"

Seth scoffed. "You wouldn't remember, would you? No one ever does. It's quiet frustrating to never be recognized for your greatness. But that's really niether here nor there. See," he drew his twin blades. "This is business, and I'm a businessman. I'm afraid my contract is on you. En guard!"[/color][/font][/size]

Yugi whimpered and thought miserably to himself, [i]I knew I shouldn't have ignored him...[/i]

[i]"Prehaps I should take over, Yugi. This could prove to be quite dangerous."[/i] Yami looked at his other half with concern.

[i]"Not yet, Yami. When it becomes to dangerous... then you can take over."[/i] Yugi replied. Yami sighed and worriedly floated to a nearby spot and plopped down on a cushon of shadows.

Dark Magician Yugi pointed his staff at Seth, "Surely you must know that I'm the Dark Magican!"

Seth scoffed, "Big deal."

"Annnnnd... I have all his powers!" He twirled the staff around as a demonstraion. Or, he tried to at least. He ended up hitting himself in the head with it. "Owwwwww..."

Seth sweat-dropped, then smirked, chuckling to himself, [i]This kid will be easier to beat than I thought![/i]

[color=indigo][size=1][font=century]"This isn't even a challenge, Yugi," Seth bragged. "I'm a dark swordsman, and you're a purple-wearing elf with a stick. Somehow, I'm not fightened!"

"You've never seen the Dark Magician in action!" Yugi said. "Its not good to underestimate him!"

"I'm underestimating you, squirt," came the reply. "First thing I'm gonna' do is take care of that useless staff of yours!"

Seth raised his swords and rushed at Yuigi, slicing towards his staff.[/color][/size][/font]

[color=teal]Marik drew a card and laughed evilly. "It's here! A perfect combo! Revel face-down card: Black Luster Ritual! I'll sacrifice these two monsters and... *discards two monsters from his hand* I summon Black Luster Soldier! Attack Cyrus!" Cyrus now had 3200 life points. "No! Cyrus!" Amy shouted in a panic. "Well, little lady," Marik sneered, "it's your move."

"I put two cards face-down, and set another monster! Then I flip... Penguin Soldier! This monster's special effect allows me to return up to two monster on the field to the owner's hand. And I choose... Black Luster Soldier!" "WHAT?!" Marik shouted. "Unbelievable!" "Well, Penguin Soldier, attack Marik directly!" Marik was down to 7250 life points. "Your turn, Cyrus."

Cyrus drew Monster Reborn. "He-ey," he thought, "this can come in handy!" "All right," he said out loud, "I place one card face-down and end my turn."

"You have no monsters on the field," Fini stated. "Hysteric Fairy, attack Cyrus directly!" "Nope!" Cyrus declared. "Reveal Magic Cylinder!" Fini was down to 7200 life points. "Grrr..." Fini growled. She transformed herself into Dark Magician Girl. Amy and Cyrus let their spirits take over.

"My turn," Marik announced. "I place one monster face-down and end my turn." "Cyber Jar," Amy thought. "Hmmm..."

Any's turn. "I play Nobleman of Crossout!" she declared. "And I'm destroying your face-down monster!" she said to Marik. "Noooo!" Marik shouted. "Not my Cyber Jar!" "Then," Amy declared, "I'll switch my Penguin Soldier back into Defense Mode." Her turn was over.

"I draw," Cyrus announced. He drew Maha Vailo. "And now," he declared, "I summon Maha Vailo! And I attach Malevolent Nuzzler, giving it a grand total of 2850 attack points, with its special effect. It gains 500 extra attack points for every equip card I play on it. Now attack Marik directly!" Marik was down to 4350 life points. "Now I place one card face-down and end my turn."

"My turn," Fini declared. "I activate..." she said with a smirk, "...Raigeki! This card will destroy all of your side's monsters!" "Oh no you don't," Cyrus declared. "I activate Anti Raigeki! Now your fairy is destroyed!" "No!" Fini shouted. "Well then, I'll put this monster in Defense Mode and end my turn." "I can't believe we're losing! Unacceptable!" Marik thought. "No more Mr. Nice Guy. From now on, we're being as mean as we'll ever be!"[/color]

[color=teal]"Fireball Attack," a voice said out of nowhere. Seth looked at his blades as he got pushed backward by a fireball. Seth looked highly upset.

"Who's there," Seth said with a slight hiss to his voice. He started looking around. Yugi looked behind him.

"Magic Flare," a different voice said from behind Seth. Seth quickly turned around and blocked a bluish-green energy ball. He was getting angry now.

"Show yourselves," Seth commanded as he looked around. No one responed or appeared. Seth getting kind of worried.

"White Lightning," another voice said from Seth's right. Seth quickly turned to his right and blocked a ball of lightning. He was about to break.

"SHOW YOURSELVES," Seth yelled. Suddenly Seth looked up to discover Joey hovering in the air throwing a fireball up and down. He then looked behind. Amber walked out of the shadows glowing with a bluish-green aura around her. Seth then turned to his right. Kantron was hoving slightly above the ground with lightning swirling around his hand.

"Amber, Joey, Kantron," Yugi said as he looked at his three friends, "you guys saved me!" Joey and Kantron nodded as they touched down on the ground. Amber walked up with her tail slightly puffed out.

"If you wanna fight with Yugi," Joey said with a grin, "you're gonna fight with us too." Seth looked around. He was surrounded. Joey to his left, Yugi in front of him, Kantron to his right, and Amber behind him.

"Fine," Seth said as he got into a fighting stance, "bring it." The group of four grinned. A ball of dark magic appeared on the end of Yugi's staff, two fireballs appeared in Joey's hand, two bluish-green balls of magic appeared in Amber's hands, and two balls of lightning appeared in Kantron's hands. Seth started to sweat.[/color]

[color=indigo][font=century][size=1]Seth was a wee bit intimidated by all the newcomers, but then remembered...

"Sorry, guys, but I still win. In case you haven't noticed, I'm the Dark Blade!"

"So?" Joey scoffed.

"So, the Dark Blade has a hidden talent...the mastery of dragons!"

Seth's swords began to glow, and a great shadow fell over him. When the shadow cleared, a large, blac dragon stood behind him.

"This is my pet, the Pitch-Black Dragon," Seth gloated. He climbed on it's back. "Things just got a lot more interesting. "Dragon! Pitch black strike!"

The Dragon unleashed several balls of black energy from its mouth.[/color][/size][/font]

Lone hovered to the side of the duel not being noticed by anyone. These duelists seemed diferent from the original monsters. Maybe they were also people from the real world dragged into this.
Lone was about to call out to them, but Curse of Dragon grunted and bolted back into the sky. "Hey! Where are you going???" Lone yelled to her dragon. Curse of Dragon shreaked lond and hard and bolted back down to the ground. He took Lone to a large open place where she spotted a group of duel monsters and...Whoa! One HUGE dragon. She recognized this dragon as Pithc dark dragon, a very rare and powerful dragon. She pulled off to the side and looked through her deck. There were only a few dragons that she didn't have. Pitch-Dark dragon was not one of them. She had left that other deck with her other dragons at home.
There was shouting comming from the battle field. She recognized the voices, well some of them anyway. Two, one belonged to Yugi Mouto and the other to Joey Wheeler. Those two were somewhat freinds of hers from school. What were they doing here? I may have to deal with the millenium items...thats it, thats why her chain had brought her here! It probobly senced Yugi's puzzle and brought her here. Lone patted her chain and kicked Curse of Dragon, "LETS GO!" She yelled as Lone proppeled herself and her dragon freind towards the large group. As she did this, her Milllenium chain began to glow.
"Yugi, Joey, over here!" She yelled as she got closer. But Lone found out a little to late that this was no ordinary duel. Fireballs were being hurled everywhere!

Jason was deep in thought when he heard the noises of a battle begining to pick up in pace and ferocity. He was still fresh in shock over his newfound form, but understand intimately he would be needed. After all, Yugi had been trying to be nice when he shunned him away.
Testing his new powers, he discovered the ability to "hover" at higher speeds than he could run. Listening intently to the sounds of battle, he saw a Pitch Dark Dragon with what looked like a small, metal clad warrior like those from Medieval times.
As soon as he got close to the battle he saw massive fireballs shooting everywhere and a Gaia the Dragon Champion coming back to battle. Jason summoned up all of the remains of his courage, and charged to his teammates, some he did not reckognize but knew they were there to help.
Jason stared down both dragon and warrior and thought "If there were ever a time for my powers to help, it is now." And prepared to fight.

As a fireball headed toward him, Kantron fired a White Lighting attack at the fireball, destroying it.

"Ha! Seth, you are so stupid. We are Duel Monsters, are we not? If you remember, Pitch Dark Dragon has only 900 attack points. But even a All Seeing White Tiger can defeat it I bet. And since a Blue Eyes has well over 900 attack, and I'm a Blue Eyes, I will destroy that thing!"

With that said, Kantron fires another White Lighting charge at the opposing dragon, destroying it instantly.

"Aww, you fried my dragon! I'm in trouble! Oh no!"

He laughed. "Oh, wait a second, I'm not!"

A dark ball of glowing energy emerged from the dragon's body. "See, Pitch Black Dragon is a Union monster that powers up the Dark Blade. Since I'm the Dark Blade, I know get that power up!" The orb of energy floated to Seth's twin swords and disappeared into the handles.

He turned to his new group of opponents. "Thanks for the upgrade, but that's aside the point. I'm only trying to get rid of Yugi; I don't care about the rest of you. You can go."[/color][/font][/size]

"To get to Yugi, you have to get to me!"

Kantron pulled from a sheath on his back a sword, the Millenium Blade.

"Now, prepare to die!"

Kantron runs at Seth with blinding speed and attempted a top assualt.

June appeared infront of Seth and raised her wrist the sword was knocked back.
"What the who are you"?
Seth just stood wondering who the girl was.
"Names June but,my deul form is the Lord of Dragons and two of you are dragons right?"
"Yes so"?Kantron said.
"Well then",June said grinning showing her fangs,"looks like it's time for a little mind control".
"What do mean by that"?Joey asked.
"My power is the ablity to control dragons duh"!
"What".Seth said behind her but she paid no attection.
"Time to have some fun"!June moved her hands in front of her and Kantron and Joey stared blankly."Now lets see here.I know Red eyes attack the All-Seeing White Tiger and Blue-Eyes attack Yugi"!

I realzed what was happening as soon as I saw the Lord Of D. Appear by Seth. "Yugi" I screamed "watch out!" I started to hover, hoping desperately hoping to make it over in time. I hovered faster than i ever ha before, covering what seemed to me to be a couple football fields in a few seconds. I looked and saw the Blue Eyes attack searing the air to get to Yugi and tried a desperate last move. I took a flying leap and narrowly got to the attack before it hit Yugi. I hoped to goodness my power would kick in and allow me to re-direct the attack.
The pain was almost unbearable,but I could feel it starting to turn around. I couldn't aim it at the Blue Eyes, so I aimed it at Seth. I knew he had gained a powerup, and hoped this would cut some of it away, so we could come up with a plan. I watched the attack take off and I could not stand anymore, so I allowed myself to give in and my vision faded to black.

"Way too slow, compadre!" he laughed. He jumped out of the way, enjoying the mayhem that was resulting.

"Dragon Lady, you're my kind of fun. But the mission we have is very explicit: we've got to take care of Yugi, and quickly. Sick both of your dragons on him; I'll slice and dice the rest."[/color][/size][/font]

[color=blue]"I'll play this Magic Card: Card Destruction! Now all players must discard their hands!" Marik shouted. Cyrus groaned; he had to discard Monster Reborn! But then he drew Time Wizard and Premature Burial, so it wasn't that bad. "And now," Marik continued, "I put this card face-down, and I set one monster in Defense Mode. My turn is over."

"My turn," Amy declared. "I play Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your face-down card," she said to Marik. "And now," she announced, "I'll place a monster in defense mode as well. Then I end my turn."

"And now,"Cyrus shouted, "I summon Celtic Guardian! Destroy Marik's face-down monster!" It was a Giant Soldier of Stone. "Ha-ha," Marik laughed. "You'll have to attack me with something else." "All right," Cyrus said, "Maha Vailo, attack... Fini's monster!" It was a Magician of Faith. "Uh-oh," Amy thought, "that means she can bring back Raigeki!" "Hahahahaha!" Fini laughed. "My magician's special affect allows me to bring back one magic card from my graveyard and return it to my hand. And I choose Raigeki! On my next turn, Cyrus, your Maha Vailo is done for!" Cyrus growled and ended his turn.

"All right, Cyrus," Fini declared, "you know what I'm gonna do. Activate Raigeki! Destroy all of Amy's and Cyrus' monsters! Then I place two cards face-down and end my turn."

"All right," Marik announced. "I summon Zombyra the Dark! Attack Cyrus directly!" Cyrus was down to 1100 life points. Zombyra the Dark lost 200 attack points, leaving it with 1900.

"All right," Amy announced. "I summon Dark Elf! Then, I pay 1000 life points to have her attack Zombyra!" Marik was down to 4250 life points.

"Watch this," Cyrus sneered. "I give up 800 life points to activate Premature Burial! I bring back Maha Vailo from the grave! And since this is an Equip Card, it gains 500 attack points! Then, I place one card face-down and summon Celtic Guardian! Celtic Guardian, attack Fini directly!" Fini then activated Mirror Force, but Cyrus smirked, activating Call of the Haunted. The Equip card caused Maha Vailo to have 2050 attack points again. Cyrus then ended his turn.

Fini placed a monster in defense mode and ended her turn. She had a sudden vision that she was going to lose soon...[/color]

[Venge]

Amazed at what just happened, Kantron chuckles to himself.

"Since this is the Shadow Realm and Dueling cards can be used,.."

Kantron pulls from his front pocket, his dueling deck.

"...I'll draw and use...DNA Surgery. I turn all of our attributes into Fairy types. Now try to control us 'dragons'!"

With that, Kantron fires a White Lighting Blitz at the Lord of Dragons.

Falling to his knees, Yugi was near tears. All this pain and chaos... it was because of him. Like always, he was the cause of the pain of his friends. "No... Not again..."

"Aw, look, little Yugi is about to cry." Yami Akuryou floated effortlessly above the warzone, watching the mayhem and enjoying it.

"Yugi..." Joey reached a clawed hand out to his friend. "We're gonna help ya..."

Much to the blonde's, and everyone's pretty much, surprise, Yugi smacked the hand away. "Leave me alone! I'll take care of myself!"

The little Dark Magician stood, glaring at Seth and Lord of Dragons. "You won't get away with this..."

[color=indigo][size=1][font=century]Seth scowled. "The rules are different...if they can use cards and spells, we're screwed! Akuryou did'nt tell us about that!"

He turned to the Lady of Dragons. "I think it's time for a strategic retreat..."[/color][/size][/font]

"Not so fast!"

Yugi had gotten up off the ground, anger in his eyes.

"You will die for your incompetence!"

Suddenly, Dueling Machines (from the show) appeared on everyones wrists and activated. Yugi, Kantron, Amber, and Joeys machines read 4000 LP, while Seth and Junes read 8000 each.

"So, were gonna have a duel? Looks like fun!" Kantron said excitedly. In a puff of smoke, there appeared a hat. Inside was paper.

"Hmmmm... looks like we draw to see which order we go in turns..." Joey suggested.

Everyone drew... and the turn order is as this: June, Amber, Seth, Kantron, Yugi, and Joey.

OOC: if anyone agrees with this PM me. if not, PM me and i'll edit it. Also, you cannot control others cards unless they are on your team. Thats if you agree with this idea!

[color=purple]"Hold on a sec," Amber said as she put her hands on her wraps. Everyone looked at her has her wraps fell around her neck. Joey gasped as he looked at Amber's eyes. Huge scares were over both of them.

"Your not going to open your eyes are you," Joey said as he looked at Amber. Amber nodded her head and slowly opened her eyes. Everyone, that knew Amber, gasped as the looked at her eyes. Her lovely purple had been replaced with a misty blue. There was no doubt about it, she was blind.

"The All-Seeing White Tiger relies on it's sharp senses and allies," Amber said as she took a deep breath, "but this is kind of diffrent and I don't know what to do." Joey looked as he was about to cry. Amber was crying, but with every tear, her eyes cleared. Yugi noticed something wrong though. Amber eyes were clearing to a dark blue and not purple. The almost looked like Noa's eye color.

"Amber," Noa voice echoed through Amber's head, "I'm somehow interconnected with the Shadow Realm now. I'm in a different part of this freaky place, but I feel your pain. I'll be your eyes. I'll tell you what you have in your hand and guide you. Don't worry, you're the only one who can hear me." Amber stopped crying and nodded her head. She then reached for her deck.

"It's your turn June," Amber said as she looked at June. Amber's eyes were completely a dark blue now. June nodded and drew five cards from her deck.

"Aw man," Josh thought to himself as he kicked a stone, "I hate this. I can't get in contact with any of my friends." Josh let out a sigh and started kicking a rock. He then stopped and looked at his pendent. It was glowing wildly. Something was wrong. Suddenly Josh blacked out.

In the Shadow Realm..................

"Ow," Josh said as he opened his eyes, "my head." Josh looked around and grinned. He liked the dark area he was in. He looked down to discover he was dressed in armor and he had sword. Another grinned crossed his face, but this was more evil.

"Like it don't you," a tall man with long blond hair asked. Josh turned around to discover his Yami standing behind him. He laughed softly.

"Of course Jay," Josh said as he looked at his sword, "I love it to be more acute!" Jay shook his head and crossed his arms. Josh put his sword down and looked at Jay. Jay had an evil grin across his face.

"You know Joey Wheeler's here," Jay said as he put his hand to his chin, "and he's the Red Eyes Black Dragon. You're the Buster Blader. You know what that means?" Josh thought for a moment and then grinned. He looked up from thought and looked at Jay. Jay still had an evil grin.

"I have a major advantage over him," Josh said with a grin, "Well, lets go!" Jay nodded and started following Josh as he walked into the shadows.[/color]

As June drew her five cards, Kantron set his deck up and drew his five for the heck of it.

"Hmmmm...I like this hand." Kantron said with a smirk. "First, when it's my turn, I'll think I'll play this one..." Kantron then put his finger on a card as his eyes glowed a dark red.

OOC: Hey June! If you don't post soon, I'll ask Seth to take your place since he his your partner, ok?

"You didn't," Amanda said as she looked up at Seto, "You did didn't you?" Seto shook his head and put it down. Amanda shook her head as well.

"I couldn't resist," Seto said with a shake of his head. Amanda stopped walking and grabbed Seto's arm. Seto looked down at her. Amanda shook her head again and hugged him. A slight smile crossed Seto's face as he hugged Amanda back.

"Not to interupt anything," a female voice said from behind Amanda, "but I have some bad news." Amanda didn't stop hugging Seto, but she looked behind her. She spotted Yolee standing next to High Priest Seth. Amanda shook her head.

"What Yolee," Amanda said as she looked at Yolee. Yolee shook her head as a sad look crossed her face. Amanda looked up at Seto then back at Yolee.

"Alot of your friends are stuck in the Shadow Realm," Yolee said as she crossed her arms. Amanda gasped and stopped hugging Seto. Seto looked over at HP Seth. HP Seth shrugged his shoulders.

"Is Joey there," Amanda said as her blue eyes jumped. Yolee nodded her head. Seto looked over at Yolee. He had a stern look on his face.

"Please tell me Amber ain't there," Seto said with a harsh voice. Yolee nodded her head again. Seto and Amanda looked at each other then looked back at Yolee.

"Get me there," Amanda said as she put a fist up. Yolee nodded and created a black hole next to her. Amanda ran into the hole and Seto followed her.

In the Shadow Realm.....................

"Whoa," Amanda said as she looked down at herself. She was dressed in the Dark Magician Girl's outfit. She turned around to see Seto standing behind her. His wings were folded and his arms were crossed. He was also bright red.

"Don't say a word Mandy," Seto said with a sigh. Amanda saw Seto's fangs as he spoke. She also noticed his claws. She shook her head and hugged him.

"I think you look cute," Amanda said with a smile. Seto turned redder at Amanda's response. He gently hugged Amanda back.

"I hate to break up the love fest," HP Seth said as he cleared his throat, "but would you mind following us?" Seto and Amanda stopped hugging and started following HP Seth and Yolee.[/color]
