Che
Hi I've made banners for the first time, and I'm posting them here, I've only made two so far but I think they're good! The one posted here was oviously for DDG I'll show my next one later, when I get reviews on this one...
Kanariya
Firsties, please don't use BMPs. Try jpg's or png's. (Or use I should rather say) If this was made on MS Paint, I can understand. This is your first banner anyways. The outline of Kenshin and crew is not good. (From cropping I believe, don't mind me I have no idea how to make banners what so ever.) It is a plain background, but it's a first banner. For the background color, I think the font is good. Just keep practicing and you'll get better.
DeadSeraphim
It's okay for a first banner, I guess. And in paint too. But I have the same problems. The cropping wasn't that good and the background was plain. A border wouldn't go astray either.
DDG
Yes, it is good for a first try. Do try saving it as a jpg or a png, I would suggest a png, they make the pictures look better once it is saved. The background is plain, yes, but I know MS Paint, I used to use it, I still use it, but just for borders and such. The cropping is much better then I could do in MS Paint, really almost the best I could expect from a lousy MS Paint program. A border would do wonders for the banner. Even a black border would make the banner much better. The font color is pretty good. Maybe it could have been a bit darker. Overall: For being made on MS Paint it's pretty good. Keep practicing!
