RPG Siroshima Fire{rated r]

[Gecko]

Mya and Kilik were carried into the temple by the Elite Shinobi who were late for the battle.
Everyone was collected and talking to each other to eas their minds from what just happened.
Sinahiro was outside the temple resting his back against the wall. When Hentaro noticed Sinahiro was missing he went out to look for him. When he got out of the temple he found him.

[b]Hentaro[/b]: Sinahiro-Sensei, what's the matter?
[b]Sinahiro[/b]: I should have stopped him... He is a very dangerous man.
[b]Hentaro[/b]: Don't worry Sensei, I'm sure you will defeat him... It's our fault you didn't do it this time. We were all in your way. If you were alone...
[b]Sinahiro[/b]: It shouldn't matter. I should have been able to protect you all anyway... I failed.

They were both quiet for a while. Sinahiro turned his head down and looked at the ground.

[b]Hentaro[/b]: Sensei, you have trained me well for a very long time. I have whitnessed your power many times, and I'm sure you have more then that... What I'm trying to say is that I am sure you could beat him. We were in your way. That's a fact... I hope you wont let something like this get in your way.

Hentaro walked back into the temple.
Sinahiro stood still but this time he raised his head...

[b]Sinahiro[/b]: [i]He's right... Even though I am his teacher, I have to edmit he is the one who got me straight... I know I only gave a small part of my power, but I shouldn't have been so careless.[/i]

Inside the temple, Hentaro had just walked into the main room where everyone was. No one seemed to notice him. He stood there, then he looked back across his shoulder.

[b]Hentaro[/b]: [i]Good luck Sensei. Hope you overcome your troubles...[/i]

It was very late in the morning now, everyone had become weary from the battle. Mya and some of the others had fallen asleep in different rooms of the temple. Besides the pain from the battle Kilik couldn't get sleep, he tossed and turned and finally decided to get up for a bit. He took his Bo as a walking stick and used it to help him walk around as he limped. Kilik wanted to see the battle feild and it was a complete waste land, walls crushed and things out of their place. Kilik then sat on one of the steps of the temple and thought for a bit as he looked up into the sky.

"Not tired after the battle are you" said a voice that made Kilik jump a bit. It was Sinahiro coming form the shadows of the temple corner.

"I'm still a little shaken from the whole experience" Kilik replied as the looked at the gorund.

"You know, if you and Mya hadn't come in the last mineut Veil and I would have been finished" Stated Sinahiro "We must not take life for granted ya' know, take time to enjoy if for one day you may be fightin as if it were your last" he continued. Kilik then got up and brushed himself off.

"You know..I think i'll take that advice, good night Sinahiro-Sensei" Kilik said as he walked back into the temple for some sleep.

OCC- I am so sorry I haven't been posting.I haven't had a computer for a while.

It was raining. Sirus was taking cover under a bridge. Bums were under there dealing drugs with each other. Sirus sat on the side and watched lightning flash. "How could I have let them get away. I guess my abilities aren't at full," Sirus thought aloud to himself.
The dealers noticed Sirus. They started quarreling among themselves. They decided to rob Sirus. He smiled. He turned to look at them. He had a glow in his eyes. They attacked Sirus but he was too quick.
Sirus jumped and grabbed the edge of the bridge. They bums ran at him. Sirus let go and did a twist kick. Three fell down which left seven. Sirus grabbed one and threw it at the footing of the bridge.
Sirus let his hair out of the bandana he wore. It was grey and curled (kind of like Rob Zombie).
Sirus ran up and kicked one bum across the face. He dropkicked another and rammed the last two into each other.
Sirus left the bridge.
The storm seemed to harden. He had decided to not stay under the bridge and attack the weak while he was warmed up. Lightning flashed and Sirus withdrew his sword. No one got away from him.
No one.

Mya got up a little later than normal. She was alone in the room. She usally gets up at about 5 or 6 in the morning but today her wounds got the better of her. She sat up and picked up her Swords. " I come back here after so many years and it's destroyed in olny seconds."

She cleans up a little and walks out side in to the warm sun light although her mood was not that happy the weather lightend her spirits. She looked around at the damage that had come because of the battle. " Mya your awake." Siro said as Mya walked torwards the group." Hey morning." She said gave a small smile and then looked at her feet. I wonder what time it is. No matter I know it's to late for me to be sleeping. She thought as the others were talking. She didn't feel like going in to conversation at that moment so she just listened to the others talk. While the others talked she wandered in her own thoughts about the fight.

Veil spoke with the others in the morning, and everyone welcomed Mya in warmly. After a quick breakfast, though, Veil excused herself from the group, welcoming the privacy... to look for the Siroshima Fire, and the Chosen One. She still didn't know who it was, and she was getting a little nervous being in the same vicinity as her betrothed, even though she didn't know which one it was. Not to mention, she had a few things to think about... like Sinahiro, for instance.

'Did I really do that?' she wondered, walking along the grounds. She passed by the wall that she had been lying against, and envisioned the battle once more. Once again, she heard Sinahiro's words come to her, telling her to run away.

Suddenly Veil bit her lip, tears coming to her eyes. "I already have run away. No more running. I'm tired of running. This time, I'm not going to run away... this time I'm going to fight." She stood still as she was overwhelmed by memories, and with the memories came the anger at her past, at what she had been forced to do, and why she had had to run from her family and home.

They had betrayed her.

They had promised her in marriage to the heir of the Siroshima Fire without her consent.

"No more running," she said again quietly. She would find the Chosen One and keep away from him, and she would take the Siroshima Fire. She would make her own life. And if she was forced to, she would kill the Chosen One to do that. No more running.

Veil walked quickly, going towards the buildings.

[Box Hoy]

Sirus was on the top of a building looking at the temple. Veil walked out.
"My first catch of the day," Sirus said to himself. Sirus jumped off the building. He withdrew his sword from it's hilt. he ran threw the streets. Veil was walking throguh the streets. She spotted him.
"You," she said. Sirus jumped to the side and kicked off from the wall and put his sword out in front of him. He flew through the air at Veils head. She ducked. Sirus rolled on the ground.
"Stop," Veil said. "No way," Sirus said. He sliced at her but she kept dodging his attacks.
Sirus then ducked at slashed at her legs. She jumped. "You have to listen to me," she said.
Sirus looked up. He stared at her. "Why are you attacking us," she asked? Sirus smiled. "I want the Siroshima Fire," he said. She looked at him and nodded. "Then we are on the same page," she said.
Sirus looked confused. "I want the Siroshima Fire as well. If we join forces then we can take down the Chosen One and once he's dead then we will fight for the blade," she said. Sirus nodded.
"You are indeed lucky you found me for I know who the Chosen One is. Your friend Sinahiro told me it is a boy called Siro," he said. Veil nodded. Thus their alliance began

Kilik ran down the streets looking for Veil at the request of Sinahiro so they could have their meeting. He looked up and down the block and couldn't find her yet. When he decided to walk for a bit to get some rest he noticed Veil being attacked by Sirus, he took his Bo and quietly jumped into the air onto a wall. They didn't notice him, but Kilik was wondering why they both stopped fighting and talked to eachother. The only thing Kilik heard was:

"I want the Siroshima Fire as well. If we join forces then we can take down the Chosen One and once he's dead then we will fight for the blade," Veil said

"You are indeed lucky you found me for I know who the Chosen One is. Your friend Sinahiro told me it is a boy called Siro," Sirus replied. Kilik was shocked at what he heard, then he was spotted by Sirus after he moved a bit. Kilik landed on the ground and stood his ground while Veil looked at him shocked and Sirus ready to attack.

"Wait...I have a god reason for this" Veil stated, but Kilik wasn't worried about her, he was more concered about Sirus.

"We have a little score to settle" Sirus stated as he attacked Kilik, they both fought up and down the strees, but Kilik was in no condition to fight because of his wounds. He was bashed, thrown through manny opjects and cut by Sirus' blade. Sirus was about to make the final blow until Veil grabbed his arm.

"Dont kill him...please" with that she was thrown on the ground. Sirus picked up Kilik and strted to walk off.

"Your lucky you cought me in a fairly good mod, I'll contact you later. In the mean time, make up a good excuse for why this one wont be back for a while" Sirus yelled as he vanished into the shadows with Kilik. Veil sat there with a scared look in her eyes.

Mya walked out side with wepons in hand as always. Her cousin told her to never leave her wepons unattented. She looked at Veil who looked frightend." Veil, whats wrong." she said slowly aproaching her. " Na-Nothing." She said and ran quickly in to the distance. Mya looked suspicously around the area and then noticed Kilik's Bo on the foor next to the wall." What's this Kilik's Bo." she said and went to look for Veil for the truth. She didn't think he would leave his wepon unattended like that. Now aware of some sort of betrayal Mya persued Veil with a vengance. She knew what ever was wrong had to do with her.

She quickly cought up with the Veil." Veil!do you have any thing you want to tell me." She said with an unually cold voice." I... I" Veil studdered. Mya grew increasingly impaitant as the stall countinued." Where's Kilik." Mya said looking Veil straight in her eyes. She knew she was hiding something important. " How should I know!" Veil answered with an angry tone. Mya didn't buy her claims of aloofness.

She pulls out her dagger. " Your lieing I can tell your eyes say it all." She said glaring at Veil with a hateful stare.
(OOC: I hope this is okay I'm kinda pressed on time at the moment)

"Mya, put your weapon down. I'm not going to fight you. You're three years younger than I," Veil said, looking at Mya. She wanted desperately to let out her frustration and fear by pulling her glaive, but stayed her hand. If she fought a fourteen-year old girl, she would never be able to live with herself.

Mya's eyes narrowed, and she lowered into an offensive stance, "Tell me! Tell me where Kilik is! And don't give that crap about age difference. When there's a fight, it doesn't matter. Now tell me!"

Veil bit her lip. What the girl said was true, Veil knew, but at the same time her conscience wouldn't let her draw her weapon. She shook her head. "I don't know what you're talking about. Put away your dagger."

"I know you're lying! Tell me the truth!" Mya's voice rose, and she prepared to attack.

"Mya! Stop it! Calm down!" Veil shouted, her voice strict and crisp. "Do you want to fight so badly??? Do you really want to kill me that much??? Do you want to push that dagger into my heart and watch my blood flow out???" She flung her glaive aside, and it clattered on the ground. The silence was deafening; not even the birds were heard.

Mya stood in shock; her opponent had just completely disarmed herself - Veil was completely vulnerable. What was she thinking?

Veil breathed, trying to get her emotions back under control. She closed her eyes for several seconds, and then opened them again, looking up at Mya. "You haven't even known me for a full day, and yet, you already accuse me of lying to you. How would you know? How would YOU EVER KNOW???" She breathed again, shutting her eyes so as not to look at Mya's wide eyes. "...you...you don't know me. You don't know who I am. And I don't know who you are. But...I haven't accused you of anything. I haven't done anything to you. Don't you dare accuse me of lying. Don't you dare accuse me of anything. Don't you dare." She picked up her glaive, putting it on her back.

Mya gripped her dagger again. "You think that just because I don't know you, I don't know who's lying??? It doesn't take much to see a betrayal, and I see it in your eyes. Eyes are windows to the soul, and yours says that you know where Kilik is and that you're not telling me! Don't try to change the subject! Tell me where he is! Tell me what you did!!!"

"STOP IT!" Veil's head whipped around, her silver eyes flashing with hidden fire and rage. Her dark hair settled again, the short strands framing her pale face. She looked down, and her hair hid her eyes. "You think...you think you know everything? You think that you can know everything about a person's soul by looking in their eyes? A window to a person's soul? Eyes...eyes deceive...eyes trick...eyes betray... You can't tell anything by looking into a person's eyes...unless they're dead, or dying. And do you know why?" Veil looked up with a twitch of a smile, both cold and wry at once. "No one is innocent. I agree, a person's soul can be seen through eyes, but.. it doesn't always show everything. You can never tell if what you're seeing is the entire truth, because your eyes don't show the entire truth all the time. But, you're too young to have realized this. That's why I won't fight you. You're not on the same ground as I; you wouldn't have the same footing. Like it or not, age does make a difference sometimes, and this is one of them. Put your dagger away, and go back to the temple."

Mya's lip curled, and her eyes snapped with anger. "My eyes don't deceive me. And it's not only my eyes that I use. My instincts speak to me of betrayal - they whisper in my ear. My nose smells the stench of a back-stabbing traitor. My skin prickles, cautioning me that there's underdealing near. I KNOW something happened, and you're not telling me everything. Tell me. NOW."

Veil sighed again, and looked up, smiling. "Then your instincts and body deceive you once more. Put your dagger away. I'm not going to fight you, and you won't kill me unless if I don't try to defend myself. I respect you for that - you have honor. But...you pass judgement on others too freely. The world is not yours to judge; you don't know the past and emotions of every person. Your instincts can be wrong. So..be careful in what you say. And be careful to choose your battles wisely. Because you will die if you choose one where your enemies are stronger. Avoid your opponent if they are better than you." Veil turned, and started to walk away.

Then, Veil turned back, speaking one last time. "...and don't presume to pass judgement on me, don't presume to accuse me of crimes that haven't been witnessed. You, an innocent, fourteen-year old girl, have no right. Others may, but you don't know me. You don't know who I am, or who I was, or anything of my life. You don't have that right." She walked away, leaving Mya alone on the street.

"Sinahiro? Sinahiro-sensei?" Veil called, walking into one of the buildings. Her voice echoed eerily, and she considered looking for him elsewhere. But, then she turned, and almost jumped out of her skin. Sinahiro was by her side, barely noticeable even though he was inches away.

"Yes?" he answered. "Where's Kilik and Mya?"

Veil answered calmly, "Kilik? Wasn't he here with you? I haven't seen him... Oh! But I did run into Mya. She was looking for him, and we talked a little bit. I think she's still looking for him."

Sinahiro nodded. "I see. Where did you go? We were wondering where you went."

She shrugged, smiling. "Oh, I went to think... I had some things on my mind... and it was too noisy here.." Her face grew sad. "It's just...well...I just sometimes need time to be by myself. I guess I just need my privacy." She looked up at him, and he saw a glimpse of a tear in her eye. "Do you understand that? I mean, you understand me, right?"

Sinahiro merely nodded, trying to ignore the thought that her eyes were beautiful.

She smiled again, and then looked down, her hair hiding her face. "Sensei, I think I'll go now. But, can we start my training tomorrow?"

He nodded again, and she left. After Veil was gone, he thought... There was obviously something wrong. Veil's eyes...had changed. Somehow, they were..colder. Beautiful, but... it was like feeling a slight chill, something he hadn't felt before around her. She had changed, or something had changed her. He shook his head, closing his eyes in thought. What had happened?

Veil, outside, took a deep breath, and then went to her small room that had been assigned to her during the length of her training. She pulled the door close, and then undressed, folding her clothes neatly and stacking them in a small dresser. She took out a clean-white kimono, wrapping it comfortably around her. The smell was comforting...a simple reminder of her old life. She could still imagine and hear the sounds of her home... Veil opened her eyes, and fingered her sleeve and collar. There was the tiniest bit of embroidery inside the cuff of her sleeve, so infinitesimal that it was almost invisible. It was her family seal, embroidered in white thread that matched the cloth exactly. She looked at it, studying its details. She knew she should rip it out - her hatred of the betrayal of her family still was strong...mind-numbingly strong...but for some reason, she didn't, just pressing it with her fingers.

Veil slowly fell asleep, her room dark and sheltered from the heat and sun outside. A tear trailed down her cheek, and disappeared.

Mya felt the anger building up inside of her. She threw her dagger in to a near by tree. it cut deep in to the bark. She sat next to the tree. " Your to young." were have I heard that before." She said to herself as she slowly started to clam down.

She said I didn't know her but at the same time she has no clue about me. I live to fight thats all I do. What more do I have? She thought as she looked at the light green leaves on the tree drop slowly to the ground. She gave a low sigh and closed her eyes letting her mind drift back to the past. " Sham, can I please go with you." a younger virson of Mya looks up at a 12 year old boy with hopeful eyes." Mya stay here your to young to go with me right now but we'll play as soon as I get back, okay." the young boy said with a sweet grin.

" That was when I was real little." Mya said to her self recalling her past membories. " I remember." She drifts in to the past once more. To a late cold night where it all ended. " Mya." " Huh." Mya looked up at Sham who looked troubled. " I had a dream that I was dead." Sham said not really looking her in the eyes. Mya didn't know how to respond." If that ever happens you go back to the village where we were born." he paused to look at her." You should be okay there." he saids and she nodds in response."

I should have stopped them then maybe they would be here right now. Sorry Sham. Kai... I couldn't help out when the time called for it." She said stood up and walked to the gate leading out of the town she didn't notice she still had Kilik's Bo. She walked for a while until she saw a figure moving in the shadows.Mya peered closely at the figure and then realized who it was.

[b]Mya[/b]: Sinahiro-Sama!... I'm sorry, I didn't know it was you. I was about to attack.

She smiled politely. And so did Sinahiro.

[b]Sinahiro[/b]: That's quite alright. For some reason I keep having that effect. Hehe... Anyway, I'm looking for Kilik. I just saw Veil. She said you 2 were talking. But you couldn't find him.
[b]Mya[/b]: Sorry Sinahiro-Sama, I don't know where he is either. but I did find his Bo.

Sinahiro got worried. Why would Kilik leave his weapon behind unless something happened to him.

[b]Sinahiro[/b]: Well, thank you miss Mya. I'll keep looking.

He jumped away in high speed. Mya staying behind, blushing at the thought of him calling her Miss. There was something about that, which she found funny.

Kilik's head was throbbing uncontrolably, he couldn't see where he was and didn't know if anyone was with him at the time. His body hurt from head to toe, he could barly feel any parts of it. When Kilik tried to move around he noticed he was in a small scace, also that his legs had been shackled to the gorund and his hands bound together. It didn't matter to him though, all he could think about was about what he heard going on between Veil an Sirus..then it hit him....Sirus and him fought. But the outcome didn't seem to be for Kilik, he must have taken him somewhere to hold him up. Kilik tried to break free, but the pain from his body always stopped him. He started to get some burns on his wrist but after a while be broke the ropes. Kilik then started to get a bit dizzy and knew he was about to pass out, he layed on the floor still thinking about Veil and Sirus.

"I want the Siroshima Fire as well. If we join forces then we can take down the Chosen One and once he's dead then we will fight for the blade," Veil said

"You are indeed lucky you found me for I know who the Chosen One is. Your friend Sinahiro told me it is a boy called Siro," Sirus replied. Thats all he could think about while he surcomed to the darkness,

"V..Veil...don't...do...i...i...it" Kilik said as he passed out.

Veil woke from her sleep, sweat coating her face and body. She looked around her dark room, a line of light coming in through the crack between the door and the wall.

She leaned back and closed her eyes. "...Sirus..." she breathed, tasting the hate on her tongue. She opened her eyes, and they were molten silver, anger alight in every glance. "Sirus," she said again. "You think...that I will make a deal with you?" Veil smiled softly, knowing that it would be the first time she would ever break an oath to someone. She shook her head, still speaking quietly to herself. "I..will not kill the Chosen One. Siro. I will not kill Siro...unless I am forced to. All I want is the Siroshima Fire, and my freedom. I want my freedom. You thought that my goal was to kill Siro, to kill the Chosen One."

She took a deep breath, changing back into her regular clothes. "You, Sirus, were mistaken. My goal was not to kill the Chosen One, but to gain my freedom. But I swear, if Siro dies, it will not be by your hand. I will protect him from your evil stench, because he doesn't deserve such a death. Instead, Sirus, your fate is with me, and the Siroshima Fire."

Veil picked up her glaive, and ran her hand over it, drawing a thin line of blood. "By the blood of my life, I swear that you, Sirus, will die by the Siroshima Fire. You will never get the Chosen One."

She sat still, looking at the blood running down her hand in a thin line. It was bright, reflecting the oath that she had just sworn. Taking a breath, she slid her door open, and walked out into the grounds. And she wondered... if her freedom was threatened, would she kill the Chosen One?

"No," she whispered, "please, no. Please...just let everything come to me as planned. Please don't force me to hurt him...that poor boy. Please...just let me live my life...freely. And help me to protect him." Veil looked at the new morning, breathing in the fresh air. She went to the repaired temple, looking at the statues of the gods. Putting her glaive aside, she bowed deeply, eyes closed in prayer.

'Please,' she thought, 'just let me live my own life. Let me use my strength to protect the Chosen One against this evil. Let not my own desires come into play. Let me find my hope, the Siroshima Fire. Let my identity stay hidden from others. Let my enemy Sirus not realize my betrayal.' Standing up, she looked at the tall statues. Her thoughts warred within her. What if they found out who she was? That she was supposed to marry the Chosen One? That she had run from her fate? Would she be able to run again? Or would they force her into that life?

She shook her head. "No," she whispered again. "No, I will not go into that life. But I will not kill the Chosen One to gain my freedom. I will find another way, with the Siroshima Fire. And...Sirus will die by its edge."

Turning back to the statues, she lit another stick of incense, and bowed her head to the floor, laying prostrate on the ground, her hands palm up and open, as if begging to have her prayers fulfilled. Let me..find a way, she thought again, her forehead resting lightly on the cool stone floor.

Suddenly, her eyes snapped open. "Kilik!" She had just remembered, and jumped up, grabbing her glaive. Where was he? Where had Sirus taken him? Running out of the temple, she ran straight into someone.

"Oh! I'm so sorry, I - " Veil looked up, and her eyes widened again. "Sinahiro-sensei! Oh, I'm sorry, I wasn't looking - "

Sinahiro fell on his back from the bump. When he got his back up, he had his right knee up. He rested his right arm on the knee and used his left arm as support on the ground.
He smiled politely.

Anyways, I was actually only on my way to my place to pick up a few things. You see Veil-Chan. Im leaving for a mission. I'm going to look for Kilik. So I was going to apologize to you for not being able to train you as I promissed.

Veils eyes widend.

[b]Veil[/b]: Sinahiro-Sensei, please take me with you. Please! I need to go with you on this or else...

She bit her lip and bowed her head.
Sinahiro was a little bit curious to this behavior, but he just smiled.

[b]Sinahiro[/b]: Alright, I guess it couldn't hurt... He's probbably just lost in the forest anyway... Well Tell ya what. I'll go get my stuff, and you can go get ready as well, and we will meet here in 20 minutes. How about that?
[b]Veil[/b]: HAI! Arigato Sinahiro-Sensei.

They both jumped of to their homes.

Once Kilik had woaken up, the room got dark and he could't see a thing, someone must have boarded all the windows and areas where light is shown. Kilik also noticed tht he had been freed form all of his shackles and restraints, no longer was he tied up. Thugh he still acked, he didn't think twice before getting up.

"I wonder how could get out of here..nope not there, not there either" Kilik wisered to himself as he searched all over to try and find a way out. He heard some footsteps out form one end of his prison, and some light mumbling as well. It must have been Sirus, but he couldn't tell who the other person was at all. Kilik accidentally hit one of the walls to hard and make a small crack, just big enough for someone to crawl through it. He didnt have to think about it, before he knew he was half way out of the prison. Once he got all the way out he noticed he was heled in a very, very, very high tower.

"This might take some work" he stated as he slowly climed down the tower grabbing to whatever he saw to balance him. is muscles were giving away and the sunlight blinded him, Kilik then fell the rest of the way until ge got to the street. NOw he was in really bad shape, then he heard some noises from the top.

"He's getting away" someone stated, soon several people ran down the clif. Kilik limped to get away as fast as he could, but now the pain was too much and he was about to pass out. Before he did he bumpped into someone at the corner. It was Mya, and he was really happy to see her, but not under these circumstances.

"Kilik...were have you been, are you alright, what happened to you????" Mya questioned, Kilik only responded:

"Hey Mya" with that he collaped and Mya caught him before he hit the ground. THen the three guys came around the ben with quick speed.

"There he is, and get her as well" the leader stated as they charged for the two, Mya narrowed her eyes but knew she couldn't fight right now. Things started to look a bit grim...

Veil wrapped her things into a bundle, and then put it in a light leather bag on her back. She looked around her empty room, and rolled up the sleeping mat she had used. The sunlight filtered through the paper panels, and she could see the dust floating in the air. Her blankets were stacked in the corner, neatly folded. The small closet in the wall was also empty. It looked exactly as it did before she had moved in.

'It's only been a few days, and already I'm leaving this place. I...was supposed to train...but...I guess it's not my path. Not this time, anyway.' Veil turned, and slid the door closed behind her. The sun was getting higher in the sky, and students were running everywhere in their traditional uniforms, excited and laughing. Watching them, she went to meet Sinahiro. He wasn't there, so she waited, looking at the students wistfully. They were so happy here... Veil wished that she could stay.

She shook her head and let out a little sighing laugh. "Oh, even if I stayed, it wouldn't be the same with me." She watched them again, as they went through their morning exercises. She didn't notice Sinahiro come up beside her, her attention was so fixed on the young students.

"Veil? Ready to leave?" he asked, watching her shock as she turned. "Didn't mean to surprise you."

She recovered quickly, covering with a small laugh, "Oh, it's fine. I wasn't paying attention. And yes, I'm ready to leave."

"Alright then." He started walking, and she followed him out the tall temple gate, looking back once at the peaceful, sunny grounds. Then she turned and continued to follow Sinahiro.

Suddenly she caught her breath. 'The Siroshima Fire,' she thought. It's in the temple grounds. But...I can't leave Kilik.. Well, we'll come back after we find him, and then I will find the Siroshima Fire.' Veil continued behind Sinahiro.

Mya caught Kilik needless to say he wasn't exactly the lightest person for her to catch."Kilik don't pass out on me now." She said noticing some strange men closing in on her. She knew she had no choice but to fight them off. She pulled out a long chain and swung it above her head." I have to fight no choice." She said as the men came closer. She managed to get Kilik out of the way and some place she thought was safe before she fought. Kilik please wake up she thought a little frightend because of the many men. She Threw the chain high in the air. All the men looked up. just as stupid as ever she thought. attacking with her swords. She managed to wound a few men before she herself was wounded. "D-Damn , I can't." She felt it getting harder to keep her vision from getting blurred. She looked down at the bloody stomach wound one of the men had made. It can be fixed but it's gonna be harder to fight this way she thought still fending off the men. She couldn't fight much longer sooner or later she would pass out as well. She reached for her posioned darts and tried to aimed at some of the men. All of a sudden another one appeared behind her took one of her darts and stabed her in the back with it. She stumbles a bit.Please don't let them find Kilik at least she thought as she fell to the cold ground. Her vison goes blank and she passes out saying." Damn this posion is stronger than I thought.

As Myas vision faded to black she fell to the ground. Her head bounced of the dirt and the men attacked her as she was unable to fight back.
The man that stabbed her stopped the others and said "She's mine"
He reached for hus kunai, and fell on his knees in front of her about to kill her.
"Sorry little one"

*Ching!*
Suddenly Sinahiro appeared in front on the man, fending him back with his blade.
[b]Sinahiro[/b]: Sorry. This one is with me... Veil, get Mya and Kilik out of here.
[b]Veil[/b]: Hai sensei!

Veil threw one of her bombs, and smoke spread all over. It covered Sinahiro and the other man and even the other men.
Veil then grabbed Mya and Kilik and carried them away. As she was picking Kilik up he opened his eyes a little bit.
[b]Kilik[/b]: V..Veil...don't...do...i...i...it
He passed out again. Veil had an upset look to her face.
She took them both and ran off.

The smoke started to clear up and the men could see, but the other man and sinahiro were still in what was left. The men tryed to looke carefully for what was going on in there. Suddenly the other mans Body came flying out of the smoke and slamed into the other men. Making them all fall over.
The smoke cleared compleetly and Sinahiro was standing there in a majestic pose. Ready for battle.

Veil re-appeared.
[b]Veil[/b]: Sensei, I've gotten them to safety.
[b]Sinahiro[/b]: Good work Veil. Now, get out of here.
Veils eyes widend.
[b]Veil[/b]: But Sensei, I can hel...
[b]Sinahiro[/b]: No Veil. Go get out of here. Your comrads safety is more imprtant.

Veil was angry and confused, but she didn't have a choise. She ran of. and now Sinahiro was alone with the men.

[Box Hoy]

Sirus watched all of this from the top of a building. "Watch them run like fools," he chuckled. "They will all soon see death. Espeically that Veil for breaking the oath," he said. Sirus watched Sinahiro rush into battle with the men he'd sent to protect his bait. It was a fullproof plan. He'd captured some strong men from the streets, made them work for him, captured Kilik, and now the others had fallen into his trap. Once all the gaurds died he'd jump down the building and kill Sinahiro then chase down Veil and slay her for her betrayal. Yes. It was fullproof.
He noticed Mya with Veil as they escaped. "What. Another warrior to aid this rescue party. I will destroy them all," Sirus said.
Sinahiro was easily defeating them. "He'll be too tired to battle me after this," he said. Sirus withdrew his black blade. The last guard was killed. Sinahiro looked around.
Suddnely he was kicked over by Sirus. He landed on the dirt and rocks of the ground. Sirus laughed. "All too easy," he said. Sinahiro struggled to get up. "You are at my mercy now old friend. You should have never left the Roxoski clan to join these weaklings," Sirus said. Sinahiro reached for his blade but Sirus stabbed his hand. Sinahiro yelled with pain.
"Now I am the master," Sirus said. "You'd die before you won without honor Sirus. This is no way to gain that," Sinahiro. "Ah but you forget. I am of the Roxoski clan. We are the scum of all evil and the bringers of true death," Sirus said. Sinahiro rolled over quickly. Sirus stabbed at him but he was too late.
Sinahiro withdrew his sword. Sirus did nothing only to prove his superioirity. "Like I said. I am the master Sinahiro." Sirus was waiting for Sinahiro's first move.
"Hmph. Where is you precious chosen one Sinahiro. Where is the Siroshima Fire," Sirus taunted. Sinahiro only looked at the ground. "I do not know," he said. Sirus nodded. "You are weak my old friend. It is because of this petty Auraski clan that has brought you to your end. But you can avoid it. You can re join the Roxoski clan and you will become and immortal being," Sirus said. Sinahiro only stared at Sirus. What would be his decision?

AND I was trained by the greatest Shinobi of all time so I doubt I would let you stab my hand :P Aspecially since I wear a hand guard which deflected your sword earlier :P

OOC: How the heck does Sirus know that Veil is planning to break her oath? And she hasn't even broken it yet. She hasn't even seen Siro again yet.

Veil ran to a small grove, looking around quickly. She found the others easily; they were too injured to move from where she had placed them. Kilik and Mya lay in an empty stream bed under a gargantuan fallen tree. It was very quiet, and the shade camoflauged their bodies with the surroundings. Veil knelt beside them, feeling Mya's forehead with her hand.

She bit her lip, "Damn. She's burning up. God, what kind of poison did she use?" Veil took a look at the stomach wound, and hissed at the sight of it. Mya had lost blood...a lot of it. And poison was spreading through whatever she had left over. Damn.

Kilik moaned, and Veil turned quickly. Running her hands over him, she felt the bruising and swelling of internal injuries. He must have fallen somewhere...and he's broken some bones. I don't even know the extent of his injuries yet...

What was she going to do? Kilik and Mya were both critically injured, Sinahiro was fighting those men by himself, and Veil needed to help them all. What am I going to do? she thought, brushing her hair out of her eyes. Just stay calm. Do first things first. Veil checked Kilik again; he could wait a little, if the swelling didn't get worse. Her first priority right now was Mya. She took one of the darts, smelling the tip. What kind of poison was this??? She racked her brain, closing her eyes to concentrate. She knew this scent... what was it?

*Snap!*

Veil turned her head, her eyes trained on the noise. It was deathly still. Then... more soft noises...and more rustling in some of the ferns. Veil narrowed her eyes. Someone had followed her. She readied Mya's dart in her hand, and threw it, following her instincts. Something in the ferns jumped viciously, and Veil ran out to meet it with her glaive.

Sshhiiing! A blade came out to challenge her glaive, and Veil was locked in a fierce struggle. Then, she looked at the stranger's face, and immediately jumped back. "Hentaro!"

Hentaro panted in relief, beads of sweat forming on his face. "Well, Veil, I must say, you're awful strong for a girl. I thought you might get me there...for a millisecond or two."

Veil laughed, relieved that she had found a friend and not foe. "Hentaro, I'm like three years older than you! Now none of your cheek. Mya and Kilik are wounded badly; I need you to help me. And I don't know what's happened to Sinahiro - he ordered me to leave him, so I had to. He was fighting when I left, and he was outnumbered."

Kilik layed there next to Mya in much pain, he could hear a lot of comotion and fighting going on but couldn't see what was happening. He heard two familiar voices though, it seems to be Veil....and the other was Hentaro. They must have been hiding from the fight, Kilik wanted to help but was too badly injured to do anything. Every time he could move around he chest or shoulder area would be in so much pain, he must have broken some bones from the fall. He was surprised that he was able to move at all, but his body just took over and failed when he met up with Mya. Kilik slowly opened his eyes, it was a bit dark but he could see the others.

"He's stating to come through" Hantaro stated as he wrapped Kilik's arm with some bandages he had on him. Veil was making a mixture of some sort of powder and liquid. Kilik then gave a glance to Mya and wa shocked, she was badly injured and looked like she lost a lot of blood. Kilik tried to get up, but was orderd to lay and relax, he did so as he slowly fell back to sleep when he didn't intend to.

[Gecko]

As Hentaro was checking for new wounds he discovered that Kilik had injured some very dangerous places. [i]"These need to be taken care of first"[/i]
He picked up a few leaves and sticks from the ground and placed them on top of Kilik. Then he kneeled in fron of him. Closed his eyes, and did a series of seals with his hands while he chanted

[b]Hentaro[/b]: Somon, Nusaro, Funa, Kuni, Dame, Taro, VA!

He placed his glowing hands a few inches above Kilik, the leaves and sticks suddenly started to be absorbed by Kiliks body. His wounds healed and he opened his eyes.
Hentaro helped Kilik up who was dazzled at how he was suddenly healed

[b]Hentaro[/b]: A very old healing technique that Sinahiro-Sensei taught me... Plantation is the ultimate life form. If we absorb it it will heal us compleetly.
[b]Veil[/b]: I don't understand. If Sinahiro-Sensei knows this technique, then why didn't he use it when he helped me. That way he would have been awake.
[b]Hentaro[/b]: Probably because this technique needs time to be proformed. He was in a hurry at the time, so he used his own life force to heal your... You were more important at the time.

Veil looked at the ground. Thinking of what happened in that earlier battle.

[b]Hentaro[/b]: I think I might be able to use this 1 more time. Get some leaves and sticks and Ill try to heal Mya.

When they did that Veil and Kilik watched in amazment as Hentaro healed Mya.
[i]"He is really powerful. I guess he was only joking when he said "I thought you might get me there...for a millisecond or two"... I wonder if I could beat him?"[/i] Thought Veil to herself.
Mya rose from the ground. Shocked from this amazing healing Technique. She felt like a million bucks.

Mya looked at her former wounds and then at Hentaro. She looked slightly up at him and smiled a little." Thank you" She said and then remembered Kilik. She turned around and realized he was okay and calmed down a bit. Then she turned to Veil. I guess I was wrong about her. That doesn't happen a lot she thought and then stood up. " Where's Sinaharo. Did he stay back to fight?" She said with a troubled look on her face. " Yes." Veil said with a sad tone. Mya started to recall her fight and felt a little stupid for being stabed with her own wepons. She also felt a little left in the dark about how this all happened. Mya reached in her bag and pulled out a silver mask with a little blood on it. " Hum,I must of got some blood on my bag." She said Rubing the blood off the mask. " What exactly are you planing Mya?" Hentaro asked knowing just as well what she was about to do. She looked into her bag and pulled out her chain. Some one must have put it back in the bag for me she thought noting that all her wepons were present. " I don't know exactly but...." She trailed off. She didn't know wether to fight or stay out of the way. She looked at Kilik who had found his Bo.

[Cyriel]

Veil looked at the ground. Now that the two were well again, she had no where to channel her worried energy. Her nervousness at leaving Sinahiro alone in the fight swelled, and she began fidgeting. Finally, she couldn't stand it, and spoke abruptly, reaching for her glaive. "I'm going. Stay here, and be careful. I'll see you three later." She left, running out of the clearing before the others could say a word.

Veil ran frantically, her adrenaline running through her veins. Would Sinahiro be alright? She was sure he wasn't dead...but then why was she so worried? She was coming close to where she had left him, and then stopped.

Sirus's voice.

Damn, she thought. Now I know why I was so worried.
