[Outlaw]

This rpg takes place in the time of the New X-Men. Recently, the island of Genosha and over half of the mutant population was destroyed, including Magneto. In the wake of this terrible tragedy, a new Brotherhood of Mutants is forming under the slogan of "Magneto Was Right!"

While the group is simply gaining numbers at this time, it will eventually strike, using terror to achive its eventual goal of mutant superiority. As always, the X-Men are dedicating to stop any violent pro or anti mutant acts. Now it is time to decide, will you join the pacifist X-Men, or the pro active Brotherhood in the war between Mutants and Humans.

The plot will become more clear once the rpg starts, but for now, chose your side and character. You can be a character that already exists, or a new one. And please, no god modeing on powers. No reality altering Franklen Richards esque mutants. Thank you and have fun.

Description: Standing at 6'2" at nearly 200 lbs. He has a strong build for a man of his age, keeping himself in top shape for the coming battles. He wears his medium greying hair slicked back to give himself a dignified look. His eyes are a deep brown normally, but become null when his mutant power is activated.

Power: Jeremy has the ability to generate limited gravitational feilds around his body by increasing the mass of certain pockets of space. He can manipulate these gravitational fields to fly and create pulses of pure force.

Bio: Alexander was born a mutant slave on the island of Genoshia. All his live he had served the oppressive government, working back breaking labor for no pay under the penelty of death. When Genoshia was freed of mutant slavery, he left, travelling around the world with little direction. His parents had both died in the slave camps and he was alone for many years of his life.

Alexander eventually found his way to Muir Island, were,with the help of Moira Mctaggert and her staff, he learned control for his mutant abilities, even adapting them to allow him the fly. Life was peaceful for Alexander. He had no intention of fighting a war between mutants and humans. He help Moira with he genetic research as a lab hand for many years.

While Alexander was on vacation in England, he learned the Muir Island had been destroyed, and Moira along with it. Greif striken and enraged, he relocated back to Genoshia, hoping to find another new life amoung his own kind. However, what he found was more death.

Again, Alexander was away during the attack on Genoshia, in which 16 million mutants died. Having his home destroyed twise while he was simply not there caused Alexander to have a epifany. Alexander was meant to live and to act. He needed to do something with his life, and prove that mutants have just as much of a right to live as humans, if not more.

Alexander returned to Genoshia to help in the releive process where he came upon Magneto's secret library hiden beneath his once towering headquarters. It was filled with Magneto's many thesis on mutant evolution and supremacy. Inspired by his thoughts, Alexander realized what must be done. He sent word to mutants all around the world with the help of a few telepaths help in Genoshia and sharing his vision. He called the mutants of Earth to Genoshia, to start the New Brotherhood, and take the fight to the humans.

Descrition: A lightly built man of about 5'6, he has black eyes that glow with the fires of hell when he uses his powers and black hair that is worn in a ponytail.
Powers: Emilio possess the ability to create and manipulate flames of any kind and is also able to fly.
Bio: Emilio was born in the southern reaches of new mexico, far away from a Seintieil base. Emilio was raised as a street punk as the head of a gang named the El Diablos. When a gang war occured his powers had matured and revealed themself by burning the rival leader to a crisp. This act revealed him to the Sentiniels which caused him to leave for the city of new york where he was removed from the world to Genoshia where he remains uncertian of his fate.

Bio: The only illegitimate son of Wolverine, Loki hated his father. He hated him so much, in fact that he had his skeleton replaced to match Wolverine's exactly. All for the effect of irony when he killed his father with his own weapons. Although, when Loki searched, he found nothing. Not a trace of his father. This enraged him to the point of insanity. So he joined the fight with the Brotherhood of Mutants just so he can see blood.

Bio- Lectrix was a test subject in Weapon X program years ago. Lectrix after hearin what she was being used for killed Professor Doyjii who was working with her at that time. Fusing Wovlverines blood with hers Professor Doyjii made Lectrix sustandable to most attacks. Lectrix know's nothing of her family or friends and can't remember anything of her past. Lectrix mat up with wolverines son and seems to have hatred for him because of some uknown reason.

Appearence- Lectrix is 5'4 with White hair that is spikes straight up ecept for two pieces of hair that are bangs. Her eyes are a crystal blue and she wears a black trench coat over black lycria pants and a tight black tee shirt.

Weapons- A metal Bo'staf which she uses frequently to multipliy her attacks.

Mutant ablities- Lectrix can create and manuplate Eletric mainly lighting.

Powers:Jim has the ability to change the molocules in his body and be able to phase through any solid object. If he wants to remain in one place he could but would be stuck in there, but he would be able to breath normally as well as hear and see people outside of the object while they cannot see him. If he wants to exit from that place all he has to do is phase out. (Basically the same as Shadowcat)
Bio: Jim is the newest recreuit for the x-men and has been with them for about 2 years. BEfore that he was an outcast in his family, friends, and neighborhood. They would abuse him or use his powers to do something bad or steal. Jim didn't like that at all, one day he was confronted by Storm, Rouge, Cyclopse and Professor X to join them in their group. Jim didn't have to give it any furthur thought and left with them immediatly, he aslo met Shadowcat who had similar powers and Jim did. During the years Jim has been able to forgive normal humans for their fear of mutants and now helps to make them better understand that we are all the same. Now their biggest trouble is fighting the Sentinals sought out to capture and imprison mutants for no reason and take them to an Island called Genosha.

Power: She is able to vary the temperature around her, and in this, raise or lower the temperature of other things around her.
Bio: Veil was sent to Xavier's school only very recently. She exudes a bright and cheerful outward appearance, but inside is actually usually tense, worried, and stressed. She is always thinking about what others think of her, and tries to steer away from confrontation. She loves soccer, and plays the cello often, usually to calm her nerves, and to think. Books are also another love of hers, and she has stacks and piles of them in her room.
She never talks about her home life; all that's really known about her is that she came from an extremely poor family in a foreign country, and is attending the school under Prof. Xavier's charity. She always tries to be responsible, and doesn't like to cause anyone to worry about her. Because of this, she's already known as very dependable and trustworthy.
She uses her power so subtly that people often don't notice, and would be able to pass for a normal human being, except for her odd coloring..(white hair, pale skin...but very pretty.) Kind of an anomaly, there are those who would try to kidnap her because of her kind of interesting, delicacy.
For now, though, she has no really close friends, although she's pretty nice and friendly towards anyone she meets. Soccer is the only thing in which she allows her true competitive nature to kick in - she loves it, and plays well. Cello she's almost a child prodigy at, and it's one of her passions - it helps to calm her, and lulls her with its low, vibrating hum. The younger children of Prof. Xavier's school all have taken a liking to her, and she will comfort them, play with them, care for them, and most of all, tell them stories from her books.

(Example: If he touched a rabbit once he will be able to change into that animal at will. But if he has not touched a snake before, he will not be able to change into a snake until he touches one which could be a good and a bad thing for the X-Men team.
[b]Bio: [/b]Has known about his powers since the age of 11. Has kept it a secret because his parents were prejudice against mutants. His parents accidentally found him changing into a dog when they walked into his room as he was morphing. He was 13 at that time. His parents kicked him out of the house, telling him that he should be happy that they weren't calling the police on him. (Most normal humans were prejudice against mutants.) He was found on the street walking by Jim Mishima. He invited Zanth to come and live with the X-Men. Zanth was hesitant at first, but soon realized that there was no where for him to go, so he eagerly accepted. It took awhile for Zanth to control his powers better, but with the help of the other X-Men, he soon got better. He has joined the team, but because of his age, helps go under missions where he is an animal and most likely won't be caught and hurt.
