One: it's the most convincing expression I've ever seen, ever. Two: it's from the section of the manga where Sasuke is actually *cool*, allbeit for only, like, five chapters. I don't know why I liked him for that period of time...maybe 'cos he was lest Orochimaru and more Sasuke. Whatever. I think I might have overdone it with the eyes on this one, and I'm not too sure about the font, but I like this banner anyway. Haze Posted February 13, 2004 Share Posted February 13, 2004 Well, for starters it is too big by 2 pixels. ^^ The eyes really look cool. I don't like all the dark blue though. I dunno why, it just looks a bit dark. Also I'm not liking that blurr effect on the text...or the text for that matter. It hurts my eyes. Oh yes...it needs a border! ^__^ I think if you lightened it up a tad it would look really awesome. Not much...but just enough so that you can make out more of the shadow on Sasuke's face. OR you could even change the background color....hmmm...might look interesting. The more I look at them, the cooler those eyes get. Did you do that to them, or did they come like that? Either way they look really good. Nice work. P.S. Better not let our Sasuke hear that comment about the actual Sasuke not being cool or else our Sasuke will get all angry that you called the real Sasuke un-cool. ^^ Hope you got that! Anyway, I kind of meant for it to be pretty dark--you know, so the eyes are THE thing you look at. Haha...I spent most of the time on the eyes, specifically. Anyway, thanks! Ta! He is the best and you do not deserve to mutter his name! ::evil laugh:: Lol well Godel, I can say you have a spoiler problem. One of your references should probably hae a spoiler tag. Anyway on to the art. I definitly do not think this is anywhere near your best work. The darkness makes it very difficult to see what the subject matter is, and the blurry effect on the text makes the picture look blurry, not making a great effect.
