Gaming Chrono Break

[SIZE=1][COLOR=purple]For the sake of all Chrono fandom, I have decided to start a thread regarding Chrono Break, the third 'rumored' installment in the Chrono series.

I finally found out tiny bits of the game.

Here's what I've found so far

It appears that Chrono Break will be released in Japan soon, but I still need to find out more, just to make sure.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

[SIZE=1][COLOR=purple]I don't feel stupid at all, or embarrassed, really. I was actually hoping someone would tell me about those screenshots. I was wondering why they looked so familiar. Besides, I don't care much for April Fool's Day, and I never search closed threads.

Well, whatever the case, I'm not stopping there. I'm still looking for details on this game. Any kind of details. That's the whole point of this. So thanks, Sem and Des, for pointing this out here.

And I'm also well aware it's still a [B]rumor.[/B] I guess the developers wanna make it a "surprise" or something. God, I hate the elusive. But there's no doubt in my mind that the Chrono series will continue. I don't see why they assume it's a rumor, but I'll just keep it at that for now.

Well that was written in March. Even back that it wasn't a super reliable rumor. A lot of the games on that list didn't even make it out this year, some were cancelled for the US entirely.

I'm sure it's coming, but I doubt anytime soon.

I'm not exactly looking for anything [B]reliable[/B], and when I say recent, I mean this year, or around this time in general. I'm just looking for any kind of information, even if it isn't much.

And I tried changing the title of the thread, just to be more specific.

I'm not one to get my hopes up, but just by turning Chrono Chross inside out, I'm sure there's bound to be an actual third Chrono. The 'ending' blew chunks, leaving me in a pile of "Is that it?"

So, in all, my expectations are high, but nowhere near the stratosphere.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

I've been waiting for a new Chrono game since i got my PS2 3-4 years ago. Its one of teh only reasons i got a PS2 over xbox. does anyone know any rumors/facts/news/etc?

There's nothing to talk about in any way. The only news that ever broke out was when Square registered the name Chrono Break. Last I heard they didn't renew that, so it's gone.

Anything else talked about was pure BS. I don't even think I'd consider them good enough to be called rumors. There are pics about, but they're all completely faked.
