Manga Im need help I have an idea for a manga need some help and advice

I am have an idea for a manga its about a agency that is a secret force to help protect the world it takes place in the future. The agency works underground and only lets few people join two new teenagers join the agency and decide to branch out on their own creating their own bounty hunter team Code Red. The base is attacked and the leaders of the organization killed and they are now trying to find the murder getting more members as they search.
What do you think about it is it to corny or just one big cliche.
