First of all, if you want to rate someone's avatar, please do so in a pre-existing thread, but be sure to use constructive criticism as outlined in the sticky at the top of the forum. Hence, a simple rating will not suffice, and be regarded as spam here. Second, double posting as well as single word posts are strictly forbidden. Not only that, but you need to be patient when waiting for posts, because people are not here 24/7 to respond. I'll ask you to please read the rules carefully as soon as possible.
