Ryan
I think living in a place that was like Namek from DBZ would be cool. Just for the reason that it is always day there. I really don't like when it gets dark. Guest Midnight Rush
Well, I'd have to say the world of Evangelion. I'd choose EVA for a few reasons, some good, and some stupidly immature (everyone has some child at heart ^_^ ). My biggest reason (the stupid immature one): Shinji is no competition at all in terms of Asuka Langley Soryu. None. I'm no Don Jaun, but I am 100% confident that Asuka'd be my girlfriend within, say, 2 weeks of being in the EVA world. Kaji might be a problem, but I'd get him in on the plot (he wanted rid of her affections anyway, right?). The above reason is only valid if my age remains the same, but my birthday goes forward. If my birthday remains the same (I'm 30* in EVA if my b-day is in 1989), then my other stupid immature reason is this: Misato or Ritsuko. Hard choice, but I'd probably go with Ritsuko so as to avoid competing with Kaji in the long run. I'd wine her and dine her and be super sweet and such, hopefully ending up with a super genius girlfriend. My not so immature reasons: 1. The sad flavor of the EVA Earth suits me well. I'm no depressed person, but I prefer the meloncholy to the exuberant. 2. I doubt I'd be a NERV child, but maybe. Either way, I'd find some way to kick Gendo Ikari's ***. He really pisses me off and I would be quite satisfied if I got the chance to do that. 3. Misato's house has beer and she isn't above giving it to minors. (OK completely immature and distasteful, lol). 4. Its a world were penguins live in refridgerators (sp? sorry) and huge forces are locked in a titanic battle for man's future, and from what I know man unleashed both of the forces. The irony may be lost on some... or maybe I'm just confused. It all boils down to one thing: The girls. Ritsuko, Misato, Rei, Asuka, and that Lieutenant girl who Kaji hit on in the one epidsode (see I have vast comprehensive knowlege! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!). No matter which age group I belong to, it could be either one, I wouldn't want for 8/10+ class girls. (Please, please don't let her read this, that would be most, how do I say, uncomfortable.) *30 based on the numbers in the manga. I haven't seen enough of the Anime to know if they match, so sorry if I am wrong. Dagger! I tried for a well thought out and grammarized (LOL) answer, hopefully this is good enough ^_^. Dead Alice
It'd be cool to be in Cowboy Bebop. You could go to any planet! I'd like to visit that church in Ballad of Fallen Angels. Or I could be a bounty hunter. ^_^ Or in Rurouni Kenshin... I could learn what it was like in the Meiji era! Or Trigun with all the cowboys and sharpshooters... Or InuYasha with pretty forests... If I could be in a video game, DEFINITELY Final Fantasy X-2. Spira is so beautiful.

Darius_Stomu
I would have to be on the Trigun Planet. Simple because, there, something is always blowing up. ^^
Dagger
I'd wanna live in GTO. He's soo cool! Or Evangelion. I like mecha.
Welcome to OtakuBoards, Onizuka. ^_^ I deleted your post (quoted above) as it was rather borderline. We occasionally allow one or two-line replies, but only if they offer some kind of brilliant insight or would be made redundant by further elaboration. Next time, please explain why you think Onizuka is cool, and why you like Evangelion. It shouldn't take up that much time... all you need to do is type, "I'd love to run around in a giant clomping robot, and Onizuka's laid-back attitude really appeals to me. He'd be so much fun to hang out with." See what I mean? If you have any questions, PM me or one of the other moderators. ~Dagger~
Guest wrestlemaniac40
First of all I would like to say thank you. I have been wanting to express this for a long time, and now I finally can! If I could live in an anime, Then it would be Outlaw Star. It has been my favorite anime show for a long time. I really love space, and the characters are kick ***! And they kick ***. So me and the characters realate. I'd love to be in the Outlaw Star world. Especially as myself. So I can give those Space pirates a good old fashioned American *** whoopin'!
Gir Kon
I have to agree on it, out of all the animes i've seen. Outlaw Star has the most potential for me to actually get some pretty dang good adventures out of it. Specially with characters as unique as the original crew. So at least it would never be a dull moment. Though for diversity's sake, i'd have to say i'd wanna see what it's like to live in the world of Trigun. Guest ScirosDarkblade
Though for diversity's sake, i'd have to say i'd wanna see what it's like to live in the world of Trigun.
It would be pretty horrible. No water, no entertainment, no trees/grass. Only crazy psychopaths trying to hunt down Vash and some spooked-up townsfolk. Thanks but no thanks. If I had to live in a fantastic realm, I guess I'd probably pick Cowboy Bebop. But only if I got to live with the Bebop crew. They're cool, and I could get some combat training from Spike. I could get some hacking tips from Ed. And I could get some ...action... from Faye. Yeah you know it. Also I would be a major asset to the crew, as I generally kick a lot of ***. I'd help them get bounties, and then we'd all be stinking rich and living on some private moon or something.
Guest Eva Unit 01
The World Of Eva... Imagine all the fights coming around in Tokyo-3... WOW... I'm sorry, but this post is much too short, but because you have decent writing skills, I didn't delete it. r2vq
Alright~ I spent the last few minutes scanning this thread to see if anyone chose the same as me. XD NOPE. Firstly, I'd like to say I'm surprised no ecchi-fanboys admitted to wanting to live in a hentai XD. ... No that's not my choice. Secondly, I'd like to explain my choice before actually giving it to you. Anime is a place of imagination, creativity, unique creation of things you would never find in real life. That's why I'd like to live somewhere that could never exist in real life. Also, anime can bring out what's real in the world and what's real in human life. Usually happiness, sadness, pain and other such emotions. If I were to choose where to live, I'd like somewhere I can be happy. Finally, to sum it up, I'd like to be happy and different from real life. That leads me to the worlds of King of Bandits Jing and Full Metal Alchemist. Two different series' about young boys able to sustain themselves and live (somewhat) happy lives while having or living with distinctly impossible characterisitics. Now that would be fun. -ArV
0ber0n the Neko
Wow... Hard question... I think I would live in the world of FLCL! FLCL is a really peaceful anime... with lots of wacky fight scenes and FRICKIN AWESOME MUSIC!!!! YA PILLOWS! It just seems like my kinda place. I'd like the robot... Canti rocks. The only thing I'd really have qualms with is the stuff comin' out of my head... that sounds... rather painful... and Haruko scares me... A better one for me would probably be...uh... OOH! Guardian Angel Getten! I am...somewhat of a shojo fan... hehe.... I just like romance stories like that, and it would rock to be able to have a girlfriend as cute as Shao-Lin!!! YAY I'M SHALLOW! Umm... Hmm....that's all for now! See everybody soon! "We have forty seconds to wait and pray...Wow...how ironic...I have forty seconds to live, and have nothing to pray about..." -Sauru
Maikeru
I would live in the setting of Tenchi Muyo, but I wouldn't get Aeka and Ryoko's attention. Also, we wouldn't have a cabbit, let alone one who turns into a spaceship. There wouldn't be any spaceships.
Mamma Vash
:wigout: The anime world I'd probably live in is Trigun..My own experiences have involved working with a lot of intense situations, so tensions it have become familiar. Usually I am left with situations that resemble a coin on its edge-- few quic resolutions. The Old West setting lends itself to basically simplifying conflicts (yes or no-- gunfight or surrender) so that a definiite answer is reached, rather than an indecisive mess. Yes, I like a definitive answer-- and the quest for harmony and peace. And the other part is the friendships that form in an otherwise harsh surrounding. They seem to be enduing and close bonds, which people often don't form. I think close friends are precious.
gumby
I have a couple of anime universes I would like to live in. I think that the Cowbot Bebop unverse would be very cool to live in as it is infact our own solar sytem 67 years in the futre. The best place within that universe would be Ganymede because it seems so idilic in the series. The second would be the Ghost in the Shell setting. It has many advantages, again it is set on Earth although it has a vastly different technologies in it. The idea of being a cyborg appeals to me as does the various cars in the movie. The only bad part would be the politics that go on although this wouldn't be much different to what happens now. Appart form them the only other place I would like to live would be the Astro Boy universe, Because I find the idea of having a cyborg mother amusing.
Venge
The anime world I would live in....most likely Yu-Gi-Oh!. I'm a pretty good duelist and I could probably beat anyone from that universe in less than 50 turns. Besides, there are many things they have that we dont: a VR world (that would be fun), duel disks to see your monsters duel for real, tournaments that I could actually enter. Kaiba would be my greatest rival in dueling. Second would be the Pokemon universe. Many of you people might think that that is crazy, but being a Pokemon trainer and being able to battle people and whoop them so bad that they quit being trainers would be awesome. Besides, the Pokemon would be my only friends cause I have very few freinds at my school. That way, I have people or things to talk to. Then theres the DBZ world. My anger itself would be enough to survive there. I am an angry person...ANGRY!...but other than that, I would most likely be with Bra or Pan. They are so ****** CUTE!! I would love to train with Vegeta and Goku from time to time also. That way I won't be a ticking time bomb anymore...tick,tick,tick...
maikiratori
Well that's a hard one. I'm obsessed with anime and all... As of this moment, I'd have to say I'd have to put the names of a few different anime titles in a hat and just pick one. I'd love to live in Fruit's Basket, Inu Yasha, Ranma 1/2 or Ruroni Kenshin I'm really obsessed with those anime in particular, but almost any anime would be fine for me... If you read my sig, then you'd know that I worship the Almighty Roq and when she rules the world, she will force all the great scientists in the world to create a way for normal humans to go into the anime (parallel) universe and then I can go around glomping Fluffy, Kyo and P-chan and a few other wonderful char's *sigh* Ahh...I can't wait!! Obey Teh Cheese!! *waves flag for the Amaroquian nation to be*
EdMaN
For me it would be either Gundam Wing or Outlaw star. For gundam wing it wouuld be the time before the Libra cannon was destroyed so I could 1. Hijack the station, control it for my purposes, and fire the cannon so all life on earth would be eradicated(GO COLONIES!!). Or 2. Steal a ship and run it into the station and die a heroic death. For Outlaw Star It would be the I-dont-care-what-time time. I would jack a BIG ship, find the Outlaw Star, and run my ship into it(for no apperent reason at all). :D (Im sucidial and an a idot after all)

Cuz, even though a lot of the time something goes wrong, it all seems to work out in the end. ChibiHorsewoman
Where would I like to live in Anime world? ooh boy, This is a toughie. Of course, my first one would be the shoujo based magic world of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. For some straneg reason it's always appealed to me to be able to talk to my cat and have her talk back. Of course, I'm strange as well, so maybe that would be part of it. Another reason is I want to get some kind of cool powers, fight bad guys and wear a cute school uniform. By cute, I mean Hino rei's School uniform, not the Juuban chotto gokko uniform, it's too not me. Unfortunately, I'd probably smack ChibiUsa around too many times, hit on Haruka toomuch for Michiru's liking-even tho she's a she and I know that, and smack Mamoru kun upside the head intentionally with my shoe more than necessary for the senshi and get myself kicked out of the alternate universe. Even so, I'd still want to keep the talking cat! Second would be InuYasha, for the strangest reason anyone could have. I want to steal InuYasha's ramen and give it to Sesshomaru. I also have a strange urge to switch his (IY's) haori with a ballet costume and out Fluffy in a bunny suit. Ah well, only in fanfiction I guess. If I could get transfered to manga, (and we can do that too right?) I'd want to be in Peach Girl world. I don't know why-I don't have too many plans on this one except maybe taking Momo to a motivational speaker and get Sae some psycho therapy. I still think the best part of Peach Girl world would be Nurse Misao and seeing her hit Kiley in the first few books. I guess I'm not too imanginative for this one. It's a good thing I had such stuff for Sailor Moon I guess.
Posthumous
It would be great to live in a Hikaru no Go world. Alot of my Go matches that I have are boring, because there's nobody to play with. But in HikaGo the battles are so intense and make your adrenaline rush. Also they change clothes, unlike me of course. I'm sure my mother would like it if I actually changed clothes like they do in HikaGo :p . It's also cool being possessed by a ghost that loves my favorite board game. I'd want it to be a humorous ghost, not those scary ones that just send chills down your spine. Another one would be Naruto. It would be pretty fun killing people and eating ramen...Ah, the good life. But seriously there's alot of fighting in Naruto, which I love to do. It would be awesome being a ninja, fighting the bad guys, and eating ramen of course can't forget that :smirk: .
Ozymandius Jones
I'd want to live in any of the Tenchi series' so I could just run around and cause chaos! I'd also like to live in Trigun because I love deserts, Outlaw Star so I could meet a Catrl-catrl, and Inuyasha would be cool to, because I'd like to meet Inuyasha...heh heh heh...of all of the above, however, Tenchi would be the definate. Prismatic Tears
There is so much choice for possibility out there i would have to say first and foremost that i would like to live in the world of cowboy bebop. its just the marvels of flying, the chance to be a bounty hunter is too enticing especially for that time period. I would also like to live in the world of Vampire hunter d because of the new way the planet was formed into and the architecture of that day as well. It just makes me tingle with the desire for a technological destruction bringing everything back a couple of ages Those 2 really stick out in my mind as far as i can see.
