Sign Up X-Men: Humans .VS. Mutant

[SIZE=1][B]Jean died on the day the X-Men escaped the wrath of William Stryder, a military genius. His plan was to kill of all humans, but the X-Men, after Jean's death went to the White House, trying to fix the balance between man kind and mutant kind. Charles Xavier held the balance between mutants and humans after that, his words did the job. So it seemed after Charles and had his little chat session, all the mutant hunting and mutant hating died down, but it did not stop. However, most people thought as the X-Men as good guys now.

Until one night...

A strange, and very, very powerful mutant had somehow slipped into the Mansion without anyone noticing, not even Charles could see him coming. No one knew his name, but serveral of the students had the pleasure of witness this strange mutant attack Charles...

Charles Xavier is dead.

When the new hit the headlines, people began to believe mutants killed Charles, saying mutants wanted him out of the way for a war. The whole thing had started again, this time, no Charles. The students in Xavier's School for the Gifted kept real low, and didn't use their powers. However humans where not the consern. The strange and powerful mutant couldn't be found anywhere, and as time went by, more and more attacks on mutants and humans occurred. Humans began to hate mutants more than ever, but because of their fear they stayed away from Xavier's school, thinking they would be killed by the mutants. The X-Men had no choice but to seek out and destroy whoever this mutant was. They set off in the Jet looking for him.
However, when the X-Men came back to the mansion, it was burnt to the ground. The childern, and Rogue and Iceman had been captured by the military forces. The X-Men couldn't do anything, and it seemed one of their own kind had started the most horrible thing for mutants and humans alike. The X-Men went into hidding until they thought of who this strange mutant was.
Soon they where joined by Magneto and his "gang" and mutants, who believed now that the war was indeed a bad thing. Magneto had changed, since seeing what was happening almost every mutant did. Magneto filled them in on what was going on. The strange mutant was still unknown, but he was the one who wanted a war so he could win it, and take over. From Charles' murder, to the X-Men leaving the mansion was all this strange mutants plot. Now... they justed had to figure out a way to stop him.

But now, as much as the X-Men, and even Magneto hated to admit.... This really was a war. Humans against mutants.[/B]

[CENTER][U]The Rules and what will happen.[/U]
Everyone has to be a mutant. Rogue and Iceman have been captured, but the older X-Men have not. Pyro, and every mutant who followed Magneto are on the X-Men's side. Also, you may make up your own mutant that some how escaped from the capture, or some who went into hidding before.

No one is more powerful. You cannot have the greatest Mutant ability, though you may be a mutant already in X-Men.

As you can tell, this is based after the 2nd movie, so yeah... you get the idea.

Biography: Destiny was always a sweet and friendly person, and was hurt and confused when people shied away from her. She soon toughened up when she was ten, and put up with it. When this whole mess started, she was frightened, yes, but more confused than anything. Her parents had died in a car accident when she was 5, and the rest of her family shunned her because of her powers.

They were frightened, but she was even more hurt than mad. When Xavier took her in, she allowed her bright, cheerful, friendly nature to emerge, and made friends quickly. Basically the quarrel-settler of the whole group, Destiny fights furiously and determinedly.

Destiny is mostly a loner, because she is often afraid she will hurt someone. She has a few friends, but they are usually so obsorbed in their other friends and stuff, she is usually found alone. Destiny hates fighting, though she does it very well. She feels sorry for the humans who are under a misconception. 'I'm not evil.' she says. But never do they believe her.

Destiny's best friend, Melissa, is a human. Now, though, she hates Destiny, is afraid of her, and has attempted to kill her twice. Destiny hurts for her, and for herself.

Mutant power/Mutantion: A lot like the Beast in the comics. He has the power to increase his strength, turning himself blue and very strong for whatever length of time Jason wishes. Though he can quickly change from form to form, he needs a certain amount of strength in him to do this. (His power is a little like a cross between the Hulk and Beast)

Biography: Since he was a child, he was able to transform himself into a huge Beast-like creature. However, in his youth it was very painful. His parents throw him out of his own house, and Jason lived with his grand parents for some time. They understood him, and did not reject Jason. In his small town, he was the all time hero, and as time passed he was able to control his power and transform easily. When his guardians died, he set out on his own. He didn't seem to be rejected in that town, and that's where he got the code-name Ultimate Beast. When he went out on his own, he found out about Xavier's school for the gifted. He was only 13 when he knew this. So he set off to Xavier, but while doing that he got himself involved with a group of street gangs, and his big brother.

His brother was also a mutant, with a strange mutantion of a half deer person. When the gangs all faced off against each other, his brother was killed for no reason, making Jason very angry. He unleashed his full power, wiping out the enemy who murdered his brother. From that day on, the gang gave him the nick-name Gazelle, after taking out the enemies gang leader Gazelle. Having no way to find Xavier's school, Jason grew up with the remains of the street gang, learning everything about surviving in the world. When he was 19, he set out once more, remebering what he first wanted to do.

No long after he began travelling again, he and a group of mutants got into a mini "war" with another group of mutants. They fought each other in a city where no one lived, and Jason was the leader. At this time, Jason got the golden armour he has today, which exspans when he transforms. All his follow mutant friends died, and he knew he was fighting for the right side. So in honour of them, he defeated the mutant gang who caused chaos, and lived alone after that.

When he was 28, he met Charles Xavier. Charles asked him to join the X-Men, and Jason agreed.[/SIZE][/B]

When she?s going to school, and just casual she wears black baggy pants, and a baggy black shirt reading ?It?s Better to be hated for what you are, then loved for what you are not.? Or ?I?d love to have a battle of wits with you, but you seem unarmed.? When she transforms she puts on a black dress that goes down to her knees, and black boots, her hair simply falls out f it?s normal spikes and brushes her the top of her ears.

Biography: (Kind of like, Wanda?s in X-men Evolution) Her mother though she was psycho because she used to blow things up when she wasn?t near them, and then later claim that there was something there. Besides that she was always jumpy, constantly hearing things in here head, voices, and disaster sounds booming in her ears. After 10 years her mother gave up and sent her to a mental institution where after only two months she broke out, and was trying to find one of the voices, the one she thought could help. She arrived at The Xavier Institute only find out she was a mutant. At first she didn?t believe it, then Charles Xavier helped her through her problems, he had just started to help her control her powers when he was killed, Joey got scared and lost control of her powers completely, now when she?s scared, or angry, they lash out, and no can stop them.

He can surround any object or person including himself with gravitons and anti-gravitons, thereby increasing or decreasing the Earth's pull of gravity upon it. He could, for example, decrease the pull of gravity around himself, allowing him to fly. He could also increase the gravity around an opponent, pinning them to the floor, or increase the gravity around them to a state where their cardiovascular systems can no longer function. He can also increase the intensity of gravity around an inanimate object, such as a book, giving the object it's own gravitational field.

[B]Description:[/B] Craig is 6'1", 215lbs. He has short brown scruffy hair. He has hazel eyes, and is quite rugged. He is slim, though his muscles are quite sizeable... but not overly so. He wears a tight fitting black jumper and a pair of dark demin jeans. He has a tatoo of a dragon roaring with it's wings spread on his left arm.

[B]Biography:[/B] Craig was born in Houston, Texas... and led a very normal childhood. He had loving parents, a sister, a dog. Craig was always very competitive, no matter what the event was. He played sports, chess, computer games, anything he could get his hands on, he was fiercly competitive with. He would fall out with friends for days when he lost to them in a game, and would get into fights with team mates when they lost a football game. His parents tried as best they could to damped his aggresive tendencies, but to no avail. At every thing he did, Craig just wanted one thing; to win.
His mutant powers emerged as a result of his behaviour. One day, participating in a chess tournament... he found himself up against what could only be described as your stereotypical nerd. He had a high pitched, whiny voice, and smirked confidently with every move Craig made... as if it had been his plan. This infuriated Craig as the match went on, and then, as the nerd was moving his queen into a spot that would put Craig in check-mate, grinning widely as he did so... Craig went into a rage. Suddenly, the boy's hand smashed smashed straight through the table, and crushed against the floor. His fingers shattered under the pressure, and his head head smashed against the metal table as he fell, giving him a concussion. Fortunately for Craig, spectators believed it to be the nerd's mutant powers manifesting... as did Craig, for he did not realised that he had caused it.
Craig soon realised that it was he who had inherited special gifts... and he was soon approached by one Charles Xavier. Xavier promised acceptance, teaching, and the ability to adapt his skills. He was told to think about the offer. Craig was then approached by one who called himself Magneto. Magneto's offer was far more tempting. He revealed that Craig had the potential to be one of the most mighty creatures on the planet. He was promised strength, control... and power. Fueled solely by his competitive desire, Craig bode farewell to his parents, who cried and yelled at him to stop as he boarded Magneto's jet, and left with him.
Craig was trained diligently under Magneto's tutilege, and has been for over four years. He has adapted his powers to allow him flight, and to provide gravitational fields to other objects. All he had to do in return, was fight the good fight for Magneto. Craig agreed with the ideals of Magneto... that power must be taken from the humans, it must be earnt. Thusly, when Magneto changed his ideals, Craig was not overly pleased, but he followed him on anyway, now with his eyes set on overthrowing Magneto, gaining confidence in his own powers. Perhaps with the X-Men... these ideals would change. Then again, perhaps not.

[B]Biography:[/B] A child of great power was born and her name was Alexandra Faith Lee. Chaos lurked everywhere she went. No one knew what was happening to this child and no one knew how to help her. The only thing they knew was to send her to the military lab and let them handle everything.

Alexandra's mother and father worked for the military. Her mother was a special ops agent and her father was a Commando officer. They were both the best in their field. But, once Alexandra showed her powers, they both feared the worst and they knew she had to be sent elsewhere or they would take her and they would not allow her to be with her family. And that was exactly what had happened.

Alexandra was only 3 when she was taken to an area in which no one knew of. At that time, she was in dire need of surgery for she had a weak heart, but that was all going to change. But, 7 years no one what had happened to Alexandra, 7 years were missing from her life, and during those 7 years, she was taught to become an assassin ninja. They had worked miracles on her heart and now, she had heightened senses, she was at top strength, top speed, top stamina, top everything. She was one of the greatest Weapons known to man-kind. She had become one of the most dangerous as well.

You see, Alexandra was not like other mutants. She had a dark past that she knew nothing of, secrets that was never to be revealed, and chaos was always one step behind her wherever she went. No one could ever get close to her and she didn't want anyone to get close to her. She wanted nothing to do with anyone and she planned to keep it at that, until Rogue had found her running from one of Magneto's boys. She helped her run and she took her to Xavier's Institute for the Gifted. At first, Alexandra didn't want to be around them for the reason that she was afraid that she may hurt someone and that she wasn't used to being around people. But, in time she joined.

But, she still kept a distance from people and was still the same person she always was, a dangerous, tough, young girl with a mysterious past.[/size][/color]

Mutant power/Mutantion: Enhanced strength, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, and hyper-keen senses. Wolverine has a healing factor that can heal virtually any wound or disease, and also slows his aging. He also has retractable bone claws that extrude from his forearms. His bones and claws are bonded with adamantium, rendering them unbreakable.

Biography:Wolverine is one of the oldest and most powerful mutants alive. He is an Omega class mutant meaning his powers are highly advanced. He fought in WWII along side Captain America and there he met a young Magneto. Shortly after WWII he was taken by the Weapon Plus Program and tested on . While in the program he was given an adamandtium skeleton, but the program also erased all of his memory. After escaping from the Weapon Plus Program he joined Alpha Flight. Him and Alpha Flight did sevral missions, but he was unhappy working for the Canadian Goverment and sought a way out. When offered a position on Xavier's X-Men he jumped on the oppurtunity and has been a member ever since.

[B]Mutant power/Mutation:[/B] Sora has the ability to magnify and manipulate sunshine and solar beams. She's like a solar-powered battery: when she soaks up the sun, the more powerful her abilities are. She can use her powers like a magnifying glass, concentrating the sun's rays until it burns holes in the walls.

She also has the ability to manipulate gold. It seems to come alive at her touch, and she can control or manipulate it at will, but no other metals.

[B]Biography:[/B] As a mutant who discovered her powers at an extremely early age, she has had the time to hone her skill at wielding her abilities. Sora has also been able to keep them hidden from others, keeping a regular life in which no one suspects that she is a mutant. She knows all too well the dangers that mutants are in - her father is a strong political activist against mutants, and is dogmatic in his belief that military action should be taken against them. Her mother is more sympathetic, but is one of those quiet, shy types that would never argue with the man of the house. Thus, Sora always kept the knowledge of her powers hidden, always keeping a pretense that she's perfectly normal.

She thought that there would be no problem, and that she would keep living her life as she had been, hiding her powers. However, that was until Xavier's death. Knowing that he was a strong force in keeping the peace between humans and mutants, Sora was stunned when she read about his death in the papers. She also knew that she had to find a safeguard against people like her father, and knew also that it was only a matter of time before violence started to erupt. Having been invited to attend Xavier's school before his death, Sora kept the invitation as a back-up, just in case her powers were found. However, now that he's dead, she has found that her efforts to make any contacts are useless, as they've all gone into hiding.

However, one day, while her parents were out, a knock came at the door. Magneto stood there casually, along with some of the others. They had found her attempted communications, and had come to find her. Sora welcomed them - with Xavier dead, Magneto was her best bet that she would be able to stay alive in the near future. She immediately left with them, leaving only a simple note that she had decided to leave. Thus, she traveled with Magneto's forces to meet the surviving X-Men.

Powers:Jim has the ability to change the molocules in his body and be able to phase through any solid object. If he wants to remain in one place he could but would be stuck in there, but he would be able to breath normally as well as hear and see people outside of the object while they cannot see him. If he wants to exit from that place all he has to do is phase out. (Basically the same as Shadowcat)

Bio: Jim is the newest recreuit for the x-men and has been with them for about 2 years. BEfore that he was an outcast in his family, friends, and neighborhood. They would abuse him or use his powers to do something bad or steal. Jim didn't like that at all, one day he was confronted by Storm, Rouge, Cyclopse and Professor X to join them in their group. Jim didn't have to give it any furthur thought and left with them immediatly, he aslo met Shadowcat who had similar powers and Jim did. During the years at the school Professor X. tought Jim on how to work with normal humans, even though some of them are scared of them and hate mutants. Jim has been on a couple of missions dealing with diplomatic situations with the government along side with Beast and the Professor.Jim hardly goes into combat unless its really urgent.

Well you're all accepted, though I have one request for Mage15, just add a little more to your bio, that's all ;). Though I am very pleased with the sign-up's, and these sign-up's will remain open when the RPG starts, but once we get into greater detail in the RPG itself the sign-up's will be closed. This will start on Sunday though, or possible tomorrow.

Power: the ability to control wind, manipulate it, and create it. Can use it to fly or make tornados/hurricanes. Also use gusts to sway things in air or knock enemies off balance. He can also use wind to intensify his attacks and cut or provide knockback to his opponents.

Description: Not the richest but manages to find a way. Tries to attend school and does when he can. This is most of the time, however sometimes he can't for there is his rent to be paid. William is very to himself and hardly speaks unless he is with someone he knows. He has brownish hair and eyes that change depending on his shirt of that day. His height is 6 1

Side: None... yet...

Bio: William hasn't quite figure his ability out yet nor does he know he has them, however his parents have when they saw him hovering an inch off the ground. With their hatred towads mutants, he was forced to run away. However he didn't think he was a mutant and always was fitting in with others. At least as much as you can as a somewhat lonerish person who doesn't share many of same interests does. Now he tries to make it on his own on low paying jobs while trying to go to school. He lives in a low quality apartment living off the bare minimum.

Even though he has little money he is generally rich at heart. It is very hard to get him angry but when he does he is almost uncontrolable(thats usually when his powers come out because he hasn't learned to control them yet). He is a smart kid and a quick learner with little care of what others think as of now.

Mage 15 didn't you use that same profile in another RP? I thought i remember you from somewhere using that same thing...
