Blade: Trinity

Yes, you read that title right. There's another Blade movie in the works.

Plot basics (keep in mind that some of this might be incorrect): [spoiler]The vampires come up with a new plan to get rid of Blade: expose him to the public. He causes a lot of damage, after all. And since there's no evidence to support the truth (the vimpires "ash" when they die, leaving nothing, not even a body), Blade has to fight humans now, too.

Meanwhile, the vampires have a new plan to render themselves immune to sunlight. See, there's a vampire that could survive in sunlight. From what I've heard, he's the first vampire there was. His name? Well, he has many, but the most well-known of those names is Dracula. That's right, Dracula. The vampires are going to try and use his DNA to render themselves immune to sunlight.

Also in the movie is a group called the Nightstalkers, a terrorist-like group (complete with sleeper cells) that Whistler's been training. They've been working on a bio-weapon that kills vampires but is harmless to humans. It's designed to be carried by humans, so that when vampires feed, they'll be infected. The problem is that with so much human DNA in the vampires' blood, it's next to impossible to make it work on all vampires without affecting humans. Then they learn about Dracula, who has the pure vampire DNA. With that, they can make the bio-weapon work.[/spoiler]

Obviously, the best part about the Blade movies is seeing Blade kick ***, and it doesn't seem like that will lessen any. Obviously, the end battle will be Blade vs. [spoiler]Dracula[/spoiler], which should be awesome. Personally, I can't wait. Anyone know a release date?

[COLOR=navy][SIZE=1]Man I cant wait for this movie to come out last I heard the release date was August 13, 2004. I also heard it is the last Blade movie Wesley Snipes is doing after Blade they say he's taking on the Black Panther superhero. The whole battle between Blade and [spoiler]Dracula[/spoiler] is the part that intrests me I just hope that its a equal fight unlike the battles between blade and the villain in Blade 2. The girl from Texas Chain Saw Massicre and 7th heaven (sorry I cant remember her name right now) is going to play one of the lead Nightstalkers.[/SIZE] [/COLOR]

[size=1]I just recently heard about this movie and it looks really interesting. I loved the first two, and I definatley think I will like this one as well. The only thing I dont like about it is how all of the sudden, [spoiler]Dracula[/spoiler] is the movie just out of nowhere. And plus, his overall reputation, meaning every movie he has been in, doesnt fit the role in a movie such as this one. But that is just one mans opinion.

But on a good note, I do like the plot of it. It seems that it will be alot more "intense" because [spoiler]because of the fact that the humans and vampires are now trying to get rid of the "Daywalker" a.k.a Blade (that means more action ^_^).[/spoiler] But I do definatley plan on seeing the movie.[/size]

[color=indigo]I enjoyed the first two Blade movies, and I am sure I will enjoy this one as well. The only bit of information I can add to what has already been stated is that HHH from the WWE is playing one of the baddies. Obviously, being the wrestling fanboy I am, I'll go and see the movie.

Hopefully the producers will do the same bang up job choosing music for this movie. The last two movies' soundracks fit the movies perfectly.[/color]

I hated the first two Blade films, so I'm expecting next to nothing out of this one. I'm not gonna see it in theaters; I'm just going to wait until it comes out on DVD. I am completely apathetic toward Wesley Snipes; it's the writing that always ends up annoying me. Well, that and the screeching of the super-vampires in Blade 2. Those bastards just didn't shut up.

The screenwriter is the same one who wrote Batman Begins, so I'm hoping he tried harder on that script than he did on the Blade films. He said he did, and it better be true.
