I saw something like that a long time ago before i was in to dragon ball. Then if memory serves i belive that Krillin use his strongest energy blast to kill all of the little green guys. Then the dragon balls wished him back to like along with every one else that were killed by freiza. Butthen why wouldn't the entire saiyan race be brough back to life to.because freiza killed all of the saiyans in the planet vegeta with a giant energy ball. so why didn'tthey get brought back to life too. or did they just i never saw that saga when they were brought back to life. They probably were brought back but as they said in the show, there was no planet to live on so they were brought back to life in empty space. He is an "evil" Saiya-jin and he came at the very beggining of DBZ to try and recruit Gokou, then realizing Gokou was good at heart and not evil like the other Saiya-jins so he tried to kill him, but when he was restrained by Gokou, Piccolo used his Makankusappu (I can never remember this attack name) which blew a hole in Raditzu killing him, but also killed Gokou in the process. When he teleports Cell to Kao-Samas planet with the self-destructing Cell It's true that Furiza sort of kills Gokou when he is drowning him, but it's not the Dragon that revives him. He has a few last seconds with his mind having flashbacks and stuff and he remembers all his friends and wakes up. Also, Porunga wasn't able to revive the Saiya-Jins because it can only revive aload of ppl that had died within one year. When they used the dragonballs to revive everyone who died at the hands of Freeza, the dragon said he couldn't revive Goku, because he wasn't dead.
