Manga A developed story a needed hand.

I am new to this forum and i am just wondering if i could get some help. I Have designed a story plot generated towards a music video. Well there is no words that have to be thought of just a lot of action to be drawn. The music video i have chosen to do is. "Nobody's Listening" by Linkin Park. My idea is to take this song and to figure out a way that i can create a animated video to play along with the song. I am just wondering what is some good programs for doing this kind of work and i would be really appreciated if some one could direct me to a Anime/manga how to draw tutorial website. because i am not very use to drawing anime and i need some help. Thanks a bunch.

BakaNeko, located at [url]www.bakaneko.com/howto[/url], is also a great site to visit. Their side navigation gives you all the direct links to what you want to study.

Thank you very much. yes this will help greatly i am not sure when i will be finish producing it but when i do i will be most definitly sure to place it some where for all to view. :)
