[color=orange][size=2][font=times new roman]Kayin smirked. "Believe me, Daniel - it was Daniel? - you wouldn't fit in with those." He nodded his head towards the discarded clothes. "You would be looked at funny." Daniel shrugged.

~*Girls Room*~

Kaitlen smiled as she watched Charisma change. She wasn't modest, but she didn't know Lei or Charisma very well, so she didn't know if the girls were modest. It could have been embarrasing for them. She smiled, and swirled her skirt. She held out a hand. "Dance?" She teased. Charisma looked hesitant. Valerie laughed. "She doesn't bite." Kaitlen winked, grinning. "Hard." CHarisma smiled, and tenativley took her hand.

Skye produced a small flute from her vest, and started a small tune. Kaitlen was startled, but then started dancing, twirling. She kept hold of CHarisma's hand, and the girl started to get the beat. The rythme picked up as Tanji found a drum, and the girls swirled in a mix of blue and green folds. Tanji tossed them scarfs, and Kaitlen giggled. She twirled; they looked like midevil dancers, and the tune was Celtic. When they finished, the girls fell over in the cushions, Kaitlen in helpless giggles.

Valerie smiled, and found an outfit. It was also a broomskirt, which she looked at apprehensivley, a peasant top like Kaitlens, and a vest. The vest was a light blue(faded sky blue), and the skirt was black. The blue contrasted with the color of her eyes - a light, baby blue. She was slightly modest, and went behind the curtains to change. Kaitlen went with her, skirt swishing about her ankles. She 'helped' Valerie change, and then combed her friends hair out. "Your roots are growin out, Val." The girl cast a look over her shoulder. "Really?" Kaitlen smiled.

"We'll have to re-dye it." Kaitlen untangled a knot.

"Nah. Not this time."[/color][/font][/size]

OOC: Taryn, you never said what her eye color was, so I made it up. LOL

[COLOR=SlateGray][SIZE=1]Their was a bright red and white out fit. Picking it up, Lei examined it. Satisfied, she tucked the flower in her hair leaning off to her ear. Walking behind a large thick bunch of curtains, Lei changed into a white and bright red sweater, skirt, and shoes. She tugged at the edges of her skirt making sure it fitted right.

She turned and to her delight their was a small bit of mirror straight to the side from the opening of the curtain. She brushed her hair back a bit; since it got a little fiddled while changing but the flower had stayed perfectly in place...But it was dfferen't now. The out-fit fitted her better then the one she had just changed from. Lei's eyes were now green and her hair seemed tinted red. Shaking her head; she surgged it off and began to fold her close. Adjusting the strings to the hood she walked out into the main part of the room where it hit and breached off behind curtains.

She walked over to the entrance and took a seat. Lei took the flower from her hair, staring it she found no damage had came to it while changing. The petals still their bright blue, the center still a deep black incrusted with vivid yellow, and the steam and two leaves still as green and health as ever. Happily she looked up and waited for the others to come. She began to think: [i]Once...They all are done, I'll have to remember to thank them all for being so nice to me.[/i][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=Pink][SIZE=2][FONT=Comic Sans MS]Charisma giggle, [I]That was fun.[/I] She thought to herself as she straightened up her out-fit. She seen the new girl Lei sit down and went over to say hi tp her. "Hi I don't th ink we are properly introduced. My name is Charisma and it is good to meet you."

Lei looked a bit startled she hadn't noticed her sit down by her. "Hello, my name is Lei. Nice to meet ya. Thank you for being nice to me."

Charisma cocked her head and looked at her. "Why wouldn't i we all are friends aren't we." Charisma gave a giggle and laid back. She started to hum a tone, she coldn't remeber its name but could remeber every tone and word.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkOliveGreen]Kayin now told Daniel to follow him again. He was led back out of the small cave room and through more winding passageways. "Where are we going now?"

"Back out of course." Kayin said, not looking back. A little while later, the girls met them at an intersection near the mouth of the cave. Even in the semi-darkness, Daniel saw they looked, for lack of a better word, stunning. He resisted whisteling.

Kayin, Tanji, and Miriku led the rest of the way, greeting each other before continueing to walk. Daniel found himself walking next to Kaitlen, and blushed a little, witch wasn't like him at all.[/COLOR]

[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=2][COLOR=Orange]Kaitlen looked sideways at Daniel, her green eyes interested. She grinned, and turned her head to him. "Lookin' good, handsome." She winked, stil grinning. He flushed harder. Kaitlen laughed. "Ah, your so easy." She kept walking, now facing forward.

Skye smiled. "So, I see Kayin found you suttable clothing?" She turned her head, smiling slyly at Daniel over her shoulder. "And indeed you look handsome, as your friend said." Kaitlen blushed feircly as Skye's eyes turned to her.

Kaitlen decided to ignore the look she was given. Skye felt upset. 'Why is't she responding to my attentions?!' Tanji didn't look at her. 'She is afraid of them, Lady. She does not know you, and does not want to feel for you until she does.' Kayin gave mental agreement.[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

Tamashii's eyes tracked the eager teacher flitting across the whiteboard. His mind was on the empty seat across the room.
[i] I wonder where he could be. I wrote some new stories. With girls.[/i] He sighed. [i] Well, I was planning to hit on him, too.[/i]
Within a few moments, Tamashii had come up with a large number of theories about what could have happened to Daniel, ranging from an unexpected cold to a terrorist attack. (None of them near the mark, of course)
The math was simple and comforting and a bit boring, but not too much so. Tamashii had a bonfire after school to get rid of all the unwanted college mail he was getting.
After that, of course, his parents kicked him out. He wandered around town, hit on a couple of guys, got beaten up for trying to make a pass at a random big, burly type, went through the usual drill.
And then he went to the park. He biked around the trail, got scraped up by the dewberry bushes while trying to get a hard-to-reach berry, and then took a nap under a tree, berry-juice stains on his mouth.

The first thing that struck Tamashii as odd was that the bike path was gone. The next thing was that so were his bruises. And his bike.
But he didn't mind. Somehow, he felt very happy. And he started walking.

[COLOR=Pink][SIZE=2][FONT=Comic Sans MS]As they were walking out she was placed next to Lei. Charisma gave her a warm smile. She looked on straight ahead and listen to Daniels and Kaitlen conversation. She gave a low giggle when she sen Daniel blush. A tone came to Charisma head it had been the song that plagued her all days. In a low vioce she started singing "Come and i'll tell you a story, about a boy and a girl, and how they loved each other oh so much..." Lei look at her and she stop. "Sorry tat songs been bothering me all day."

"Where did you learn it."

Charisma faltered a step, she didn't know where she had learned it. The song was in her head and she knew the tones and the words already. "I'm not sure." She gave a shrug and tried to shove the song inthe back of her mind.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

IC: The group of 'travelers' walked for quite a while, though it only seemed like a few minutes with the small bits of conversation flying around. Miriku Tanji and Kayin led on, their stride almost never faltering. Daniel, somewhere near the middle of the group, was finally starting to feel like himself again and mock-leaned on Kaitlen's shoulder while still walking.

"So where are you from anyaway?" Daniel asked, with that same fiegn-sarcasm.

Kaitlen seemed about to answer, but her reply aparently slipped her mind and she instead said, "Oh, here and there."

Daniel smiled, "Know what'cha mean." Just out of seeing range, the village that was their destination grew ever closer.[/COLOR]

[Lilt]

"What's wrong, Val?" [i]Kaitlen asks her.[/i]
"It's strange...I can hear music too. Can you, Kaitie?"

"Yeah. But...it's inside of my head, not coming from the outside."
[i]Tanji looks back at them and explains.[/i]
"We're getting closer to the village. One of its many qualities is its love for music."
"Then what is there to be afraid of? It sounds like a great place." [i]Daniel asks.[/i]
"You shall see once we get there. I am hoping that the villagers will accept all of you." [i]Miyuki replies in a way that none of them like.[/i][/size]

[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=2][COLOR=Orange]Kaitlen thought for a minute. "Hold on. Okay, so they love music... but why am I hearing it in my head?" Miriku smiled. "Ah, they are great witches and warlocks." Kaitlen exchanged funny looks with Valerie. "Warlock is the term for a guy who uses magic improperly."

Skye looked startled. "Oh?" Kaitlen nodded. "I am a witch. That would explain it." Well, she wasn't explaining it to everyone else. Kaitlen walked in silence, then started humming. It was a random song. "Now I'm gonna walk away, and its up to you to say, how far..." Daniel looked at her.

"You have a nice singing voice." She blushed. "Thanks."[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

[color=purple][size=1][i]As they came to the entrance of the village, all of them, with the exception of Miyuki, Tanji, and Kayin, gasped in amazement. Although it was a simple village, the highly detailed houses, the wonderful smells in the air, and the light from the rising sun was simply breathtaking. After taking in all of the beauty, Valerie stopped and thought about this. How could the sun be rising? When did the night come? She didn't remember it getting dark. Miyuki, who seemed to always be able to read the newcomers' thoughts, explained this phenomenon to Valerie.[/i]
"It's one of their little tricks. The people of this village have made it so that whenever a stranger arrives, the sun will rise, no matter what time of the day it is. It's not only beautiful, but it's also a great early warning system."
[i]Miyuki was right. As they walked into town, the streets were already empty. Valerie looked at the hiding villagers and noticed that their wasn't fear in their face, but anger.
"If they're so angry at us, then why are they hiding?" She thought.
The group looked ahead. They were not the only ones on the street any longer. A strangely dressed blond boy, who looked like he would be in some of Kaitlen and Valerie's classes if he went to their school, walked up to them and greeted Miyuki.[/i]
"Welcome, Miyuki. I see you have some new...guests." [i]He said, looking back at Valerie and the others.[/i]
"Hello, Ichiro. Tanji actually found them for me. I thought they seemed like a nice group of people, so I couldn't help but to ask them to come along."
[i]Ichiro nodded.[/i]
"Yes, of course. But you know the rules. I'll have to bring them to Rujek the Elder before anything. Follow me."
[i]By the tone of his voice, Valerie guessed that he only wanted her and the other new people to come along, but Miyuki, Tanji, and Kayin followed anyways.[/i][/size][/color]

[COLOR=DarkOliveGreen]Ichiro led them through the virtualy silent village, with angry villagers peering out of windows and around corners. Daniel looked around at them all, wondering still why they would feel such contempt towards them.

Though the music was dying down in the girl's heads, Daniel caught an echo of it in his own mind, and it reminded him of a song... "I've been happy lately, thinkin' bout the good things to come, and I believe that something good has begun. I've been smilin' lately, dreamin' bout the world as one..."

Kaitlen Valerie and Charisma all looked at him a little oddly. He noticed this and shut his mouth. Ichiro suddenly stopped in front of one of the buildings, and turned to the others. "We've arrived."

OOC: If you're wondering, the song was Cat Steven's 'Peace Train' (got it off the Remember the Titans soundtrack)[/color]

((OOC: WOW!....Heh makes me regret going on that class trip..ugh I missed alot of posting and now Im behind ARRRGH!))

Zeddrick walked down the crowed halls, treating them as if they were empty. The other student rushed past him either not noticing him or giving curt replies upon bumping into him. He was completely lost in thought. He had just gotten another C+. Although this was a dream grade for some of the students here, he was not pleased. His grades were tho only thing he had pride in anymore. He was losing it, and he knew it.

He thought of a way out of this depression as he walked aimlessly down the streets. He had no intention of going home. He knew his parents would go balistic over the C. He crossed a small lane and into a small wood. He simply sat down next to a tall Elm, letting a sigh escape his lips. Gently falling alseep.

He woke up suddenly...concerned that he had fallen asleep at all. Immediatly aware that his parents were going to kill him now for not showing up. He didn't mind though, something cause him to laugh out loud thinking his recent fear something terrible foolish. Rising up on his feet he walked aways, once his laughs ended he began brooding again. He knew he was not acting like himself. Something had been distracting, making him lose his place in his own life.

He walked for hours it seemed...coming to a small town he croutched in the bushes.

"What the hell? I think I'm in deep **** now. I don't remeber any other towns this close by...or this odd looking."

He started out again not just because he wanted to ask for directions but to get some food. As he came closer he say a pie on a window sile. Cooling no doubt. He grabbed it up and took a bite. A scream sounded from the now open window, a young lady was shouting now, as men gathered around and grabbed him. They drug him to the town center, there he could just make out an elderly man standing at the top of some stairs. A group of people were gathered there and now there attention was on him.

He dropped to the ground as the men left go. "Hey! Watch it fellas!"

"Shut up fool...as a thief you have to right to speak!" The man seemed about the back hand him as the elder called out. "Enough...this is not how we treat our prisoners, he'll have a trial as soon as Im done with these young ladies here. In the mean time take him away."

Zeddrick jumped to his feet as if to run....but as he did so the girls turned to him...all of them were pictures of beauty...and this cought Zeddrick off guard. One of the women seemed to have a face that told him everything was fine. He calmed down then and turned to leave.

IC: Skye smiled. She turned to the man. "Elder, may I?" The elder turned to her. "Of course, Miriku." Skye turned to Zeddrick's recedng back. "Sir, please come back." Zeddrick started, then turned, slowly.

Kaitlen raised an eyebrow at Valerie, who shrugged. She coughed politley, and brushed her hair over her shoulder. "Excuse me, but if someone would explain what is going on...?" The elder smiled. "AH, yes. Follow me. Miriku, you may deal with the young man as you wish. Tanji, Kayin, stay with her."

Kaitlen and the others followed Rujek, while Skye, Tanji, and Kayin went to talk to Zeddrick.

When they reached a small, but comfertable house, they all went inside. Rujek had them all explain what they remembered, and scrunched up his brow at the blank memory. "Well, you may stay here, if you like. The hunt will be returning soon." Kaitlen smiled, and told him that they would consider it. Then they left, and went outside.

"Wow." They looked around. The market had lots of people selling food. Kaitlen's stomach growled. "Oh, gods, I'm hungry. And I don't know what money they-" Kayin came up, grinning. "No money, eh?" He tossed each of them a fair sized pouch. Kaitlen caught hers, and looked inside. There were small peices of wood, with symbols of worht on them. Somehow, she understood what they ment.

"Thank you."[/color][/font][/size]

Zeddrick followed the three, he didn?t know why, but the lady?s voice had been so soothing. They walked a ways down the main street. Only a few villagers were there to look on the man and his strange attire. He noticed the looks, a first he had thought is was because of the pie, but now he noticed them looking him up and down. He followed the three into a small house.

The interior was grandly decorated, wonderfully crafted wooden chairs and tables. Elaborate paintings covering the wall, along with beautiful cushioned couches. The lady turned to him them, smiling greatly, even causing Zeddrick to blush. ?Come, sit, my name is Miriku.? Patting the seat of a fine red couch as she sat down. Zeddrick took a spot next to her.

?You know you are welcome to join with us, and I do hope you do. Here let me introduce my friends, this is Tenji and that is Kayin.? Pointing to them each in turn.
?I am Zeddrick?I will of course accompany you, since you want me to, besides I have no idea where I am anyway.?

Smiling still Miriku gave him a little hug causing Zeddrick to blush even more. ?Please, allow Kayin to give you some better clothes for this place, trust me it will help.?

Getting up off of the couch, Zeddrick followed Kayin into a separate room. There He was shown a closet where clothing would be found. As he shut the door Zeddrick couldn?t help but laugh. There was no way he could have said no to her at that moment, even if he had known where he was. He looked into the closet finding twenty sets of the same outfit. ?Hmmm not exactly a huge decision.? He grabbed the baggy black pants, a pair of dress shoes that were almost like boots, a white button-down T-shirt, and a black cloak. They all fit him very well, which should have struck him as strange, but didn?t. He walked out to the main room then, finding the three looking upon him and smiling.

?What?. isn?t this what you wanted me to wear?? Blushing while he looked to each beaming face. ?No, its not that, you just look so splendid in it!?

[COLOR=Pink][SIZE=2][FONT=Comic Sans MS]Charisam gave a bow and thanked the man. These people in the village were nice enough even though their stare made her watch her everymore. "So what are you guys planning on doing?"

"I'm going to go and eat. I don't know about you guy but I'm starved." Kaitlen said and Daniel and Valrie nodded in agreement.

"I think I'm going to go explore the town. So i'll catch up with you guys later. Lei would you like to come with me. It's always good to have a compainion with you, when exploring" Charisma smile at Lei.

Lei nodded happy. "Alright! So we will ssee you guys later." They both started sown the road and waved back atthem.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[color=orange][size=2][font=times new roman]Kaitlen smiled. "Alright!" She waved when they left. Kaitlen grabbed Valeries hand, and pulled her along. They stopped near a food vendor. Kaitlen sniffed. "Wow. It smells delicious!" The old lady turned to them, a smile on her wrinkled face. "Thank you. WOuld you like some apples?" She held up a couple red apples.

Kaitlen smiled warmly at her. "Why not?" She took out two chits, and the woman handed her two apples. They walked away from the vendor, and Kaitlen tossed Valerie the other apple.

Soon they came to a knife stall. This caught Kaitlen's attention. When they made it over, they saw it was all types of sharp edge weapons - knifes, swords, daggers, axes. Kaitlen picked up a dagger. It had a smooth blade about 4" long, and the handle was wrapped with blue leather and had peregrine falcon feathers dangling off the end. She turned it over in her hands, and tested the balance. The man at the stall came over to them. "Good knife, no?" He asked with a twinkle in his eye.

Kaitlen looked up. "Hmm? Oh! DO you have a place I could test this?" The man nodded vigerously, and brought them around the back of the stall. Kaitlen was still testing balance. He showed her a spot. The teen tossed it into the air, then flicked her wrist back, then forth. he blade hissed and thunked solidly into the target. She nodded approvingly. "Not bad, sir. I will say this, though. You shold make the tethers for the feathers shorter. They can get in the way."

The man looked surprised. "Well! You certainley know how to throw a knife!"[/color][/font][/size]

[size=1][color=purple][i]The knife-seller wasn't the only one who was surprised at Kaitlen's ability. Valerie looked at her friend in amazement.[/i][/color][/size]

[size=1][color=#800080]"There's a lot of things you don't know about me, silly. Anyways, it's just a hobby of mine."[/color][/size]

[size=1][color=#800080]"That's alright. I'll teach you. Here, this one will be perfect for you." [i]Kaitlen said as she pulled up a short sword.[/i][/color][/size]
[i][size=1][color=#800080]It had a slight curve to it, and there was a hook at the top of the back of the blade. The hilt was gold and was covered with a beatiful mixture of blue, and purple cloth. Kaitlen handed it to Valerie. It was very light.[/color][/size][/i]
[size=1][color=#800080]"Alright. If you say so. But if I'm going to have a weapon, I'm not sure if I really want a sword...You have to get pretty close to fight with them."[/color][/size]

[size=1][color=#800080]"That is not a problem, young lady. I sell more than just knives here."[/color][/size]
[i][size=1][color=#800080]He picked up a metal glove and brought her out to the target range. After he had her put it on, he gave her instructions on how to use it.[/color][/size][/i]
[size=1][color=#800080]"Just tap your thumb and index finger to shoot out the whip."[/color][/size]

[i][size=1][color=#800080]Valerie did as he said, and a long metal whip shot out of a bulge at the top of the glove and hit the target.[/color][/size][/i]
[size=1][color=#800080]"Exactly."[i] He said, smiling. [/i]"Now, to bring it back, you just tap your thumb and pinky together."[/color][/size]
[size=1][color=#800080][i]Valerie tapped her pinky with her thumb, and the whip was pulled back into its compartment. Valerie didn't even hesitate to decide if she wanted the glove or not.[/i][/color][/size]

[size=1][color=#800080]"Very good. Now if you young ladies will hand those back to me, I'll polish and sheath these and make the changes to your dagger."[/color][/size]

[COLOR=DarkOliveGreen]Daniel whistled. "My my, Kaitlen. Where [i]did[/i] you learn to use a knife?" Daniel walked over to the small table containing all the knives and picked one up. It was longer than most, 6'' long and kind of jagged on one side. It wasn't particularly balanced either... a hand to hand knife. He held it aloft and said in mock agression, "[i]En guard[/i]!"

Kaitlen smirked, "You think you know how to use that thing?" Daniel shrugged, "Heh... I know a few little tricks." Kaitlen got a mischievious look in her eye and picked up another one. Within a second she had moved in and struck twice, Daniel blocking one with a small [i]clink[/i] but the other one came close to his shoulder... Kaitlen held it up to his throat, smirking still.

"Why so mean to the guy in the group?" Daniel said sarcasticaly.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Pink][SIZE=2][FONT=Comic Sans MS]Charisma and Lei walked down the street. Stalls held anything they could want. "It very beautiful here. I feel so relaxed and calm, i don't think i have every felt this good."

"Yes. I don't think i have seen a place this nice before." Something shiney caught Charisma.

"Comeon lets go over here." She grab Lei and pulled her along.

On a table laid all type of jewerly. "They are beatiful." She ran her fingers over a small silver necklace with an opal in it. "Its lovely."

A old women looked at the one she choose, "Yes that one is one of our best. Would you like to try it on." She pulled a mirror out and Charisma slipped the necklace around her neck. "Why my dear it just looks purfect on you."

"What do you think Lei?"

"It looks nice on you."

They found another stall holding all sorts of weapons. Charisma picked up a pair of sliver knuckles with ivy decor in them. She slipped them on her hand and they fit like a glove. "I want to test the durablity of these. " The staller showed her to some wood she could break. Sh raised her fisted and snapped the wood in two. She exmained the knuckles and nodded. "Yes these were very well made. I will take these." She paid the man and turned to Lei. "You should get something, too, you know."[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

Zeddrick got up from the couch, the three still smiling in all of their plesentness. Normally this would have struck him as strange, but he somehow knew their intentions and calmly smiled back.

"Well...I think I'll take a look around if you don't mind, I mean, I can now right? Without being jumped by any men."

"Yes of course, I've taken care of that, I'm an old friend of the elder's." Getting up to say her goodbye with a quick hug.

Recieving the hug and giving her one back at the same time he slipped out the door. The sun was out, and was it bright! This was such a wonderful day, the kind you only see like once a summer. He strolled down the main road for a while, whatching the people's reactions as he passed them by. A small chuckle escaped his lips.

"These people aren't used to seeing a thief walking about freely I bet!"

So many stalls lined the street now, definetly a market of sorts. There were even a few people milling about that he had seen at the stairs of the town hall. One of them hailed him, waving about frantically, a couple of girls...

[COLOR=DarkOliveGreen]Daniel turned to see who Kaitlen was waving at. It was the boy from earlier. "Ah... hello there." Daniel said as Zeddrick got closer. He seemed taken aback for a moment, just realizing that Daniel was a boy. Daniel suddenly realized he was still holding a knife and quickly put it down.

The girls greeted him, and Zeddrick didn't seem all that confortable, but would you be in this situation? Daniel leaned on Zeddrick, ignoring his look of mild surprise. "So, you got any skill with a blade?" he asked out of curiosity. giving an aer of false flirting, even though he had no interest in flirting with other guys, Daniel found it fun to get confortable.[/COLOR]

Kaitlen laughed. She handed the man back the knife. Then she turned to Valerie. "Miyuki? Well, Val, she's nice. And..." She glanced over at Daniel, who was buying the knife. She whispered to her friend. "She gives off a nice attraction." She blushed at that, kind of.

Daniel came back over, grinning. "I got the knife." Kaitlen smiled. "I noticed." The man came over, holding Kaitlen's knife, and Valeries glove. He handed them to the girls. Kaitlen looked over the knife. The leather holding the feathers was shorter, but still beautifully decorative. She smiled, handing him the money. "Thank you."

They trio walked away, and stopped at a scarf stall. Kaitlen's eyes caught a green scarf. It had gold embroidery around the edges. She smiled. "This is lovely..." She murmurred. She picked it up, and the light fell through it beautifully. The young girl behind the counter smiled. "Do you like it?" She asked. She looked to be a year younger than Kaitlen. Kaitlen was caught by her smile.

"Its wonderful, m'lady." She said. She handed the girl two chits, and when theyir hands touched, static occured. She locked eyes with ehr, and pulled away, Kaitlen holding the scarf, the girl holding the money. The girl gave her a small smile. "I'm Jessemmee." Kaitlen returned that shy token. "I am Kaitlen."

The girls turned to leave, and Kaitlen glanced over her shoulder at Jessemee, who looked at her, then looked away. "She's like me." She told Valerie.

[COLOR=DarkOliveGreen]Daniel aughed, stepping away from the slightly frazzled Zeddrick and leaning on Kaitlen instead. "Oh, come now... do only girls have the right to flirt with the same gender?" He had noticed her reaction to the shop owner/manager (whatever she was). Kaitlen blushed a little and actualy even looked kind of annoyed at Daniel's openness. Daniel resisted giggling "That's OK, I'm not really interested." He assured Zeddrick.

IC: Kaitlen wasn't letting him back down so easily. "Oh, really? THat why were you talking about him earlier when you barely even knew him, hmm?" She raised an eyebrow.

Daniel gaped at her. "What?! I did-" He spluttered. Kaitlen laughed at his embarrasment. She could see the worker girl looking at her from across the square, and when they locked eyes, the girl ducked under the tent in back to avoid her.

Skye smiled as Zedrick left. "He's an interesting one." Tanji and Kayin agreed. Skye tranced halfway, and smiled, then sighed. 'Ah, well, my hopes are dashed.' Tanji looked up. 'Why?' Skye smiled sadly. 'Kaitlen's heart has been stolen b the young stall girl Jessemee.' She laughed.
