Sign Up Teen Titans: Slade's Army

[SIZE=1]I'm not sure how many people like the Teen Titans, but if you never saw it, it doesn't matter, just give this a shot: (Will contain tiny spoilers for Aftershock pt 2)

[B]The Teen Titans started off a group of four teenage Hero's, and by time, it grew. First Aqualad joining, then Speedy, Kid Flash (who later becomes The Flash) and then Terra. They faced betrayal, they faced fear, they faced the lost of a Titan. Many Villians learned to hate the Titans, Slade for one. It was said Slade was killed in the lava when Terra was turned to stone by the magma, it wasn't true. Slade lived. No one knows how, but no one knew about it, not even the Titans. Slade's plan was to make his own army of super villains, no robots, none of his own works, but the real ones. He wanted to strike the Titans one after the other, constantly sending trouble their way, and hopefully he would weaken them enough to send out his secret weapon... his new, and improved...

Apprentice.

Robert Dencen, also known as Falcon, an amazing boy with metal wings and the ability to shoot metal spikes out of his hands and wings. Robert was Slade's secret weapon, and before Slade found Robert he was already evil. But the Titans where ready. After a few years, they revived Terra, letting her join the team again. Knowing this, Slade made his move. He found Plasmus, Cinderblock and Overload, brought Dr. Light out of the shadows, broke Trident free, brought The Master of Games to their dimension, found Blackfire, and finally, took ahold of Gizmo, Mammoth and Jinx. Much, much more villains joined Slade, and soon when Slade had found that true weakness to the Titans, his army of villians would take them down, and his new Apprentice will prove to be greater than the master. Robin then heard of Slade coming back stronger than ever, knowing he would need everything the team had to take him down now, so he requested that all the other Titans came and joined him in the Tower. Then, the Titans where reborn. New heroes joined, the Tower was much larger, and the union of the Teen Titans was stronger than ever. Heroes from all over the world, but was the Union of the Titans enough top stop Slade?[/B]

[B]Powers:/Abilities[/B] Raven has the power to move objects around her, restrain them, and even do this to people. She can create a shield or forcefield portecting herself and others. She can also shoot energy at people/objects, and even move her body through walls. Raven has a keen sense of bad and good, and it is also said she can see visions of the future. Another technique is called the "sprirt Self", where Raven takes the form of a huge raven-like create, able to grasp things and transport herself through objects and drop them.

[B]Personality:[/B] Dark, strange and one of the most quiet members, though normally she can crack better jokes than Beast Boy with easy insults. She's sarcastic, sometimes snappy to the other members, though in time she grew to like them as they did her. Having too keep her emotions under control, she's not really an emotional person, normally keeping to herself. She hardly ever laughs (I think she's only done it once or twice throughout the whole series one and two), and feeling certain emotion can lead to certain things "blowing up".

[B]Weakness:[/B] Anger. When Raven's get's very mad and angry she will unleash her full power, losing control sometimes.

[B]Small Bio:[/B] Daughter of Trigon the Terrible, Raven was born in the land of Azarath. She was one of the first four Titans, at first the whole team was an annoyance to her, but in time they grew to like each other. Raven and Starfire even meditated in her room. No one is allowed in her room, only if Raven's lets them. She's always convinced that she knows the Titans more than anyone (more than Terra for exsample), but she still tries to get along with everyone else. Her dark side is hidden away, but to keep her powers under control she has to meditate everyday. Raven prefers to quiet area's of her room, then to be in a large crowd, or for that matter, with the Titans.[/SIZE]

Powers/ Abilities: Beast Boy as a special ability to change int any animal he knows of, weather it's a dinosaure from the past to an tiny mouse from the present. By changing the molecules in his body at will, he can perform this ability and stay in it for an unlimited time unless he gets hurt.

Personality: Beast Boy is very goofy all the time, trying to make a joke out of everything even when times are hard. But even he knows when play time and saving the world comes to balance itself out.
Weakness: While in an animal form, Beast Boy can be very vulnerable to attacks when in a big or smal form. Once he gets hit badly he shifts out of the current form he is in. It'll take him a couple of minutes to be able to change back into anything else.
Small Bio: Obviously Beast Boy came from another Planet as did Starfire, once he got to Earth he decided to join the Teen Titans once they were starting to join up. His powers to change into any animal came usefull in sticky situations. Although he is the funny one of the group, he does take something seriously....not eating meat. Beast Boy has learned to eat other substances besides meat (he's been most of them) and tries to share his other foods with the other titans...the don't care for it much though. BB (for short) has been with the Titans for a couple of years and has grown stringer in strength and friendship with his teamates. Once the Titans met their new member Terra, Beast Boy was struck with love over her, but hides it when he's next to her.

Wait. If this is based on the cartoon it can't be Tim behind the mask there are too many features that Dick had in that Robin. Dick was a master martial artist and had the crush on starfire. Tim was more of a stratagist and technical person than a leader.

Either way I'll join as Robin... unless he has been stolen from my grasp. If so, I'll take Deathstroke... er, Slade.

Powers/Abilites: He has been trained by the best in the DCU (Batman of course.) and as such is an expert in several hand to hand combat styles, technology, detective skills, brooding :smirk: , throwing weapons, and certain hand to hand weapons. In the top 10 in terms of DCU brawlers. Also a natural acrobat from his years of circus performing.

Gadgets: A LOT. throwing Discs, Batarangs, smokebombs, alloy rod, grappling guns, explosives, and more than I can think of.

Suit is made of a polymere made from Waye Tech enterprises that is 30x stronger than Kevlar and is impact resistant.

Personality: Likes to be in control, also plays hard. Has kind of a crush on starfire and gets along with all of the titans equally well. Analyses everything for an advantage in a stratagy.

Weaknesses: Most things that can kill a human being

Bio: Originally a circus acrobat of the Flying Grayson's a shoddy mobster cut the trapieze rope which killed both of his parent's before his eyes. Bruce Wayne saw this and took pity on the boy making him his ward and adopted son. Soon Dick found out Bruce's secret and was trained in all sorts of detective skills and combat to become the first Robin. (Since this is based on the cartoon, I don't think Batman will even be mentioned at all. The cartoon seems to have it's own continuity.)

[SIZE=1][B]Yes I too was very confused about this matter, but it was said that Tim Drake was Robin, until he was seen as Nightwing on one episode. Though, the creators of the Teen Titans animted just see Robin as Robin, they don't really see him as Tim Drake, Dick, or even Jason, and it's really how the viewer sees Robin. So some people like him as Dick, others think he's more Tim Drake, the only reason I used Tim was because I know more about Tim Drake, so you can put Dick Grayson if you want, I mean there was no real name given, and like said before the producers see Robin as Robin :). Oh, and you're both in.

One problem with your sign-up Mage15, not sure if you know but BB's human ^_^. In the comics he got his powers when he came down with a rare disease and his father treated him with some sort of machine, turning his skin green. BB's skin stayed that way, and when his mother was treatened by a Black Mamba snake, he found his animal power and saved her, then his parents died, so it says in the comics... so I would imagine it's the same with the Animated version. Though you're both in, good job![/SIZE][/B]

Side: Mercenary, hired by Slade

Powers/ Abilities: Pyrokenesis, for those that do not know, that is the ability to control fire.

Gadgets: Katana, Walther P99 (9mm hand gun), and a lighter (for use with his power)

Description: About 6 feet tall, short brown hair, and eyes that are half-brown/half-green. He is thin, but still had a decent amount of muscle mass. His outfit is similar to Raven's, except that the cloak is white, the black jumpsuit reaches from neck to wrists to ankles, and he wears black boots and gloves. There is a small tattoo of a dragon biting its tail (to form a circle) at the base of his neck.

Personality: Very cold, almost to the point of appearing anti-social to most. Durning fights he is completely focused, and will rarely help others, unless he is paid to. Spends most of his free time alone cleaning his weapons or practicing his fighting skills, though he will occasionally spend time around others. Never speaks about his past, and quickly tells others to never ask if they start asking.

Weakness: Use of his pyrokenetic skills will quickly wear him out, which is why he uses them only when needed.

Small Bio: Phelan Cross was the 256th child of a military project that never made it past the prototype stages. Project Dragon, as it was called, was intended to create a group of genetically altered humans that would have unique skills, and thus superiority over any battlefield. Most of the GenCons (Genetic Constructs) never survived, and the few that did were trained to fight and work in secrecy. When the project was cancelled all of the GenCons were to be terminated, but they fought back and a few escaped. Since that day Phelan has been fighting, since it is the only life he has really known.

He works part time as a stunt man, but when he has free time he fights crime...

[B]Powers/ Abilities:[/B] Talisman's powers are all based on her emotions and her mind. The strongest of her powers are her mental powers and within those powers, she is able to control the elements, mirror others' powers- only to a minimum, and is able to fly. For her physical changes, she is able to extend her nails into 6" long claws, as well as adapting to any type of environment and temperature.

The meaning of mirroring others' powers is that she is able to copy a power, but only use it in its lesser form. If she keeps mirroring this power, she may be able to use it as her own, perhaps even take it to a further level or even shape it to accodomate herself. She is also able to create animals, any kind, from her emotions.

She has also mastered the art of Tae-Kwon-Do, Anyo, and a martial art mix of ninjitsu, anyo, and a more gentle form of kick-boxing.

[B]Gadgets:[/B] None, but they say that Talisman uses the shackles on her wrists as a tool of some sort. None has seen it been done, yet they all believe it to be true. (It's not. It's only decoration.)

[B]Description:[/B] See attachment- Her hair is black, she has not chains, but the cuffs are still there, and she wears a black shirt and baggy, black cargo pants. Her eyes are also silverish-grey and she looks asian. She also wears a large black cloak to hide herself or at times a large black sweater with the word "Chaos" on the back. SHe mostly wears a large black cloak over her clothes.

[B]Personality:[/B] Isolated from society, distant from people, determined to find peace within herself. Talisman is a girl with an attitude, hidden emotions, and morals that are kept within her. She lets no one see who she really is and she lets no one stand in her way.

[B]Weakness:[/B] It is said that Talisman has no weakness. Many of her enemies have searched for a weakness and came to find none, but her greatest weakness is her past with her mother, or her berserk rage. When in her rage, her mind blocks everything and chaos and destruction follow her every step. If you get ahold of her in this state, she will become a great weapon.

[B]Small Bio:[/B] Talisman had a past that she did not want to go back to. From the rage that caused her to kill innocents to the sorrow that brought her pain. There's not much to be said about her past, only that when people speak of her mother, she still wishes she could have done more to protect her, to help her. But she was only 10 when this had happened. Yet, even at a young age, Talisman was able to control her powers, she believed it to be her mother's gift to her. It is also said that Talisman is not from Earth, but from another realm, or even another world.[/size][/color]

[b]Personality:[/b] Terra is very shy most of the time, but also very sweet. She has a good heart but is very unsure of herself, so she often doesn't speak up even though she'd like to. She gets along with most people, but doesn't always agree with Raven.
[b]Weakness:[/b] Though Terra thought at one point she had her powers under control, she still doesn't have a very firm grasp on them. This leads her attacks to be a little unpredictable. In addition, she's very aware of the fact, and so second-guesses herself and is often extremely nervous during fights.
[b]Small Bio:[/b] Terra was born with her powers, as evidenced when as a four-year-old she uprooted the tree outside her house and ruined their garage. When she was twelve, the emotions evoked from a fight with her parents made her involuntarily cause a small earthquake in her house, turning it into a split-level and severely injuring them both.

Freaked out (understandably) and hoping to prevent herself from hurting her beloved parents anymore, Terra ran away, surviving on her own in the streets of cities for a few years (less visible earth around, so she hoped her powers wouldn't come out as often). Eventually she found the Teen Titans, who promised to help her control her powers, and felt some feelings for Beast Boy (though both were too shy to really do anything about it).

After telling Beast Boy the secret that she couldn't always control her powers, she thought he betrayed her and so turned to Slade for help. She battled against the Teen Titans with Slade, but was turned to stone.

Some time later, the Teen Titans were able to revive Terra, and asked her to rejoin their team. She agreed, but still feels as if the team may not fully trust her, as she did after all at one point betray them ...[/size]

Highly skilled in the Chinese Martial Arts such as Wing Chun and Northern Style, he also studies Tai Chi. His name sake though, comes from his pure amount of chi (life energy) and his control over it, it is so great that is can manifest itsekf around his body (mainly fists) into a steam like percepitation which rises, and when stressed upon, can become aparent around the entire body. He is fast (not as fast as the Flash or nothing, but Bruce Lee-kinda) and very strong, contrare to his light-frame. He can control it to the point that he can float down to the ground on an emmense jump and temporarily walk on walls or water.

A short stick that clicks into a set of chain nunchaku.

Usually has his identity covered by a long, brown scarf and a high collered trench coat and a pair of raggedy gloves. He has ragged, black hair, a bit short, and jade eyes. He has a slight tan. 5'10''/139 lbs

[B]Personality:[/B]

Around strangers, he is quite, and too himself, and seemingly scornful by appearence, but when people come to be freindly, he opens up to show his bright and optomistic personality. Very philisophical towards a postitive life, he tries to take from the teachings of Buhhda. He has a huge appetite due to his power, which requires him eat enough to supply his body. He is pure, yet has a bit of a perverted attitude, he tries to hide it. He has a good sense of humor and takes little seriously other than his mission to stop and destroy Slade, who wronged him so... which also causes a great and deep depression hidden away from those close. In a big fight, however, Michael brings up a new and usually hidden emotion, pure, untapped and unfiltered rage, in which he alot of the time cannot control.

[B]Weakness:[/B]

Michael's main problem is his stamina, he cannot fight for extended hours our he will slowly loose his Chi, which can only be regained by meditation and food (which explains his appetite). If he pushes himself too long and too hard, he may die of exhaustion, which he fears may happen when he finally faces off against Slade and his rumored army of minions. One last weakness Michael has is his deep depression that he hides under his at first cold extrerior, and then warmer personality. His emotional bounds often make him snappy and prone to outbursts occasionally.

[B]Biography:[/B]

Michael was born in New York to an American mother and a Chinese father, who owned a Oriental Antique Shop, who also taught him all he knew of martial arts andm otivated him to be the best he could be. Unknown to Michael, his father held a dark and beutiful secret. One day, a man nameed Slade Wilson came to the shop, requesting something called the "Dharma Flask" . Michael was in the back room listening when he heard a yell and loud thumping noises followed by the terrifing sound of a gun shot. Michael rushed out to see Slade and his men walking out. Running over to his Father, Michael was informed about his Father's secret and the "Dharma Flask". Given to him, Michael was told the legend by his ever so slowly dying father. Michael was told never to let anyone take the Flask for it contain's great power, and with a final good bye, Michael's father died, throwing him into a fury and soon after depression, just as his mother did, when she aswell died of a broken heart, as the doctor's put it the crushed and emotionally unstable Michael.

Michael soon became a street urchin, holding only one thing to his name, the "Dharma Flask". Michael examined it for weeks wondering what could manifest its power, and then, Michael realized it. a Flask holding the water blessed by Buhhda himself. Michael did not wish to tarnish the name of Buhhda or the artifact and eirloom handed down to him, but Michael new that what ever power given to himm would help him every bit to avenge the death of his parents due to Slade. Michael opened the Flask and drank from its cold, golden spout only to quickly be warmed up by its power, and as he slowly began realizing the power he has been given, he also realizes, he truely can defeat the man responible for the sorrow he felt. Michael immedialty left off on his journey for revenge, under the new name, Chi Boy...

[b]Powers/ Abilities:[/b] He can jump much higher, further and faster due to little wings on his back. Though he doesnt spread them much, so people don't notice them.
He is splendid with the sword and is almost unbeatable in close combat. This special ability he named [i]Melee[/i]. Even though it looks normal since he trained and all, you will notice that it's a special power when you meet him in combat.

[b]Gadgets:[/b] The short sword you can see in the discription pic (the sketchy one) or atleast, that size. It doesnt have anything special to it.

[b]Personality:[/b] Doesn't really give a poop about life or death. He just doesn't want to die on a stupid way. He likes Slade's army less than he likes the Teen Titans, but he teached himself never to let 'liking' stand in the way of fighting.

[b]Weakness:[/b] Raven. Her psychic related powers that is. So the raven thing doesnt bother him much. The powers which let her move things and shoot energy.

[b]Small Bio:[/b] He doesn't really give a damn about what Slade wants to reach and all. He just joined due to the fact that he was able to train in a special training area he made. His past is very vague but it come down to the fact that he casted away his real name Alendral, to replace it for Kiting, due to matters that, in his opinion, are unimportant for anyone except him.
He lost all of the memories about his past untill the moment that he was found in a wooden forest hut by a woman. Powers/ Abilities: Eclipse's power comes from the sun and moon, she gets her energy from both.
Sun Powers (only used during day time): Gold beams can be shot out of Eclipses finger tips (not hands or palms). The beams are very similar to electrical currents, so they can give the enemy a painful zap. She can forms them into small explosives, but they arn't "blow someone to pieces" explosives. She also has some power over plants sense plants get energy from the sun (photosynthesis). She can mainly control the moving of branches and vines and leaves, as well as the growth of some plants. Her ultimate attack with her sun power is golden beam haped like a lion that attacks the enemy.
Moon Powers (only used during night): The beam power is exactly the same, only the beam is silver instead of gold. Her plant powers are replaced with small water power (Cause the moon makes the tide go in and out and stoof like that). She can't breath under water, but she can stay under for a longer ammount of time than usual. She can control bodies of water and wake waves from them. Her ultimate attack for moon power is a silver beam shaped like stag (i so stole that).
Because her powers are similar to electrical currents, she has an odd way way of getting things stuck to her, but she can use it to her advantage to scale walls.

Gadgets: Vision Goggles: She always wears these, they allow her to see perfectly in the dark and can also lock on to objects. (also hides identity)
Walking Stick: It's nothing but a really big stick that she carries around and can hit people with every once and a while.

Description: She has dark gold hair that is about shoulder length (stands at about 5'6). She wears her goggles over her eyes, to hide her "identity". ---later---

Personality: She's overall I very laid back person who doesn't really get worked up over anything except food and... boys (>.< just like me). She is usually amused by almost anything and likes to have fun, which can be almost anything. Though she is very questionable and curious, she always seems to have the answers to everyones elses questions. She isn't always sure what's going on and who is the bad guy/good guy.

Weakness: New Moon: Every month when there is a new moon (when you can't see the moon) Eclipse's moon power decreases, her beams are very week and she has little control over the water.
Solar eclipse: During a solar eclipse (i get these mixed up, so i'm not sure if i'm right) Eclipse's moon and sun powers become mixed together and she loses complete control over her powers, but this only happens if she is outside.

[SIZE=1][B]Okay! I've took Wildbeast and Hotspot off the TT list, they're too lame. I replaced them with Kid Flash, known as Wally West in the Teen Titans early years comics, so yeah. Couldn't finid a more animated picture of him, so that picture will have to do. I also took off Mumbo Jumbo and Killer Moth because they're just lame. I mean Killer Moth had nothing but an Army of Moths and Mumbo was a tickster, BUT they will appear in the RPG.

Anyway, everyone is in so far, but KKC and Shiguru need to finish the sign-up's. What I ment Shiguru is that you decide which Robin you perfer to finish the sign-up, like I said before the animted think as Robin as Robin, so you can add more on. Plus Arika has edited her sign-up and it is okay with me. When I said the RPG would start on Friday I lied... XD. Sign-up's REMAIN open until Friday, and the RPG starts TODAY! However, those who haven't completely finished their sign-up's (not including Shiguru, all you need to do is add some small bits on now you know), can't post until they finish (again, doesn't apply to Shiguru). So KKC needs to finish hers (^_^), and sunofexlies needs to work on the sign-up a little. Like the description, personality, and also in the bio she should be one Slade's team even if she didn't complete the mission, so you should edit the bio saying why she isn't working for Slade anymore. Powers/Abilities: Hellfire can control any element of fire and shoot out fire from her hands. She also has the ability to see future events (not by will) and when she bursts into flames she can appear anywhere in the world she has already been. (Makes as a good escape route!)

Gadgets: Hellfire carries small marbles that when thrown at someone or something explodes into a burst of flames.(Though they are small they can do alot of damage!)

Description: She has dark red wavy hair that reaches her shoulders. She usually wears a red bellyshirt, black bell bottoms, red boots and a long over coat that is black with red flames on it, and she's about 5'2" and has a scar under her left eye.

Personality: She's not very much of a talkative person. She doesn't rely on anyone else but herself but when someone does get close to her she can be a really good and reliable friend. She also loves to take risks and push her powers to the limit and have the most fun out of life.

Weakness: Her weakness is anything water related and she doesn't fare well against really strong winds. (She hates the rain)

Small Bio: She spent most of her time training and improving her abilities when she lived in a small town on the outskirts of town. After she was at the level of her likeing she decided it was time to leave that town and go for bigger and better things,that's when she met Slade and learned about the Teen Titans. Slade tried convincing her that her talents are better used on his side and for his own personal agenda's but she never gave him a true answer. When she met the Teen Titans she also was asked to join the team but still hasn't given them a true answer yet either. She spends her days now helping out the Teen Titans and doing Slade favors but she knows it's just a matter of time before she has to truly choose a side.

The right eye he lost has since been restored with an artificial eye, equipped with infrared vision. Slade also has years of combat training. He is above average in hand to hand combat and is skilled in use of all kinds of weaponry.

Personality: Slade Wilson is a very complicated man. He is a man of honor who operates under a strict code of ethics, yet his sense of morality is flawed. Slade is a man who believes in using deadly force, and at times has acted as judge, jury and executioner for those he deems without honor or worth. Slade is, however, particular about the jobs he chooses, often turning down jobs that would compromise his personal moral compass, such as it is. In some occasions, Slade has fought on the side of angels merely because he believed in the cause. Other times, he has taken cases and committed acts other heroes would be disgusted by.

Slade, however, is a man capable of extreme devotion, whether it is to his family, friends or ex-lovers. He has always sought to protect those who have been close to them, and would not hesitate to lay down his life in exchange for theirs. His greatest tragedies have been his inability to prevent the destruction of those who have loved him. The death of his sons and ex-wife continue to haunt Slade. Small Bio: As the enigmatic archenemy of the Titans, Slade sends his underlings and robots to do his bidding and perform his various unsavory tasks. Not much is known about him other than that he is a very dangerous, highly resourceful individual. He has known connections to the Hive Academy, Cinderblock, Plasmus, Red X, Thunder, and Lightning (among many others). Cunning and intelligent, Slade is probably the greatest menace that the Teen Titans have ever faced. He understands the importance of careful planning and delicacy in achieving his goals, a character trait that is highlighted by the fact that he is rarely ever directly involved in any of his underhanded dealings.

Slade watches the Titans extremely closely, and could have easily dispatched them at any time. Instead, he slowly manipulated and challenged the Titans in a scheme that ended with Robin in Slade's hands ready to do his every bidding. By tricking Robin into finding his hideout, Slade managed to control Robin by threatening to kill the rest of the Titans if Robin didn't follow Slade's every order to the letter. Slade noted the similarities between Robin and himself, and deemed Robin to be his apprentice. Luckily, the Titans managed to foil Slade's plot and save Robin. However, Slade managed to escape relatively un-singed and the Titans have no idea as to what his next plans are.

If he were older he could be called a womanizer buting seeing as he is mearly 15 that label cannot to put to him, what can be said is that he perfers the company of the female Titans, but won't say no to a game of Football with the guys, and he especially enjoys being around Raven but he covers this up by pretending to show more interest in Terra. But all this considered he is a highly social person and is always up for a few laughs.

[B]Biography:[/B] Infant Iris Allen was sent to the 20th century from the 30th century by her parents to spare her from almost certain nuclear war. She was found and adopted by the West family. She grew up a child in the 20th century, and moved to Central City, where she got a job as a reporter for the Picture News and met Barry Allen (the Flash).

Iris' nephew, Wally West, was president of the Blue Valley chapter of the Official Flash fan club. Wally's Aunt Iris was dating Barry Allen (the Flash) at the time. Barry claimed he ?knew' the Flash through his job as a police scientist. Wally was exited at the proposition of meeting his idol. Ironically, Wally thought very little of Barry upon meeting him (and unaware of his dual identity at the time). When Wally met Barry at his police lab, a seemingly freak accident occurred; A bolt of lightning struck chemicals which spilled on Wally granted him super-speed powers similar to Barry's. This was the exact same way in which Barry received his powers! Wally would later find out that the Speed Force used these accidents as a cover to grant super-speed powers to both him and Barry.

Barry revealed his dual identity to Wally and a new partnership was forged. Wally became Flash's sidekick, Kid Flash. Initially, Wally wore a costume mirroring Barry's. As a strategic decision during a battle, Flash altered Wally's costume to a primarily-yellow design. After the battle, Wally chose to keep the costume, and wore it through his whole career as Kid Flash.

A few years later, Robin, Kid Flash and Aqualad joined together to stop the menace of Mr. Twister. It was the first time the sidekicks joined forces. Their second meeting was more eventful: Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad, now joined by Wonder Girl and Speedy, fought against their mentors, who had been possessed by the evil Antithesis. At this second meeting, the five youngsters decided to become a team... and the Teen Titans were born! Robin naturally became the leader of the original Teen Titans. The sidekicks would continue to operate with their mentors, as well as spending time with their peers in the Teen Titans.[/SIZE][/COLOR]
