When i was 7 the doctor told my parents that they give me only a week longer to live. I totally flip, i was seven and told i was going to die if i didn't have emergancy operation on my heart. My dad passed out and fell out of his chair and my mom started to cry. Whe went home and for the next two day i didn't come out from and my bed. I was petrified (sp.) about dying, i had never thought about it before. I said "its not fair i'm only seven. Why do i have to die." Finally i got the surgery on my heart and thankfully i am still alive. I still keep in touch with the doctors that saved my life, i am grateful to them. If I am deathly ill then I would probably just spend it in bed surrounded by my friends and family. If I were healthy I would get on a plane and fly someplace beautiful and tropical to lounge on the beach enjoying the solitude. That just sounds really relaxing and a very pleasant way to exit the world. Just basking in the sunshine. Now in real life the closest I came to having that actually happen was when I was in the 7th grade and I had a major allergic reaction to penicillin. It put me in the hospital. I missed a total of 2 months of school. I think I hit my lowest point when the Reverend of our church came to visit me and talked about "going to meet God" and the like. I thought...geez, am I that bad that I need to have this talk?! At that point I thought any minute I was going to expire! At which time I shall be sent to hell itself and take over. 2.) I'd say goodbye to everyone I know. Then preform a ritual Sepukka. I'd rather die with honor than with a disease. Anyways what would I do if I had three days left to live? As much as I could. I mean there would be no reprecussions, I would confess to everything I could think of. I'd do what felt right at the moment and not worry. I'd live pretty much a normal life, but enjoy the time with the ones I love much more... I'd value every breath. Now, if that's not the case, and "Sepukka" is a highly honorable way to die, then please forgive me. Your intelligence is so obviously superior. I don't know what I would do with my last three days. Probably eat as many strange and exotic foods as I could, just to try them (hey, my family owns a restaraunt. Mine is a life of food). Beyond that, I'd have to be in the situation to decide. It's one thing to make a thread about how people would react given knowledge of their own mortality, but what you did here was wholly ignorant and inappropriate. I would of course make a will, or something. :rolleyes: 3. I would pray to the Lord of all that I wouldn't feel too much pain when I do die 4. I'd try to give all my friends to remember me by :) 5. I would let all the people I know that I would be going soon :( 6. probly the last I'd do is to wait in bed on the last day surrunded by everyone that I know. :) At lest thats what I think I would do at this time, now back to sleep all alone:sleep: Oh ya, just lie your um... After reading your post several times, I've become even more aggrivated with your blind preaching. There are so many better ways you could have could have shared your beliefs than threatening everyone with promises of hell. In short, what you said was not rediculous, it was shortsighted. You can't tell people what to believe in.
