[SIZE=1]Before I begin, I shall dodge the cries of 'plagerism' by saying this IS based on the Dragon Cards featured in the Yu-Gi-Oh manga. There, now you can't b*tch at me.

Long ago, Dragons walked the Earth. They embodied the Five Elements, and were governed by the Five Dragon Lords...Shui of Water, Huo of Fire, Jin of Metal, Mu of Wood, and Tu of Eath.

The world was a peaceful place, until HE appeared.

Yin.

He came into the Land of Dragons alongside his own army of Dragons, the Evil. The foul beasts ravaged the land, spreading chaos and death. After many years of battle, the Lords finally struck down Gan and the Dark Dragons, and sealed the Dragons away.

But, in doing so, they had to seal away their own Draconic power. This was the beginning of the Dragon Cards, the 75 cards that housed the power of the Five Elemental Dragons. The urn containing the 75 'pure' Dragon Cards was found, but the 15 Dark Dragon Cards remained hidden the Long Temple.

Until now.

Gan has re-awakened, and taken the Dark Dragon Cards. This new Lord of Yin Long, the Dark Dragons, plans to take back his power.

But, opposing him, are five new Dragon Lords. Shui, Huo, Jin, Mu, and Tu have been reborn in Japan...as teenagers.

This RPG shall feature you, the people, as the Five Dragon Lords and the Dark Dragon Lord, Yin. Unlike the Cards in the Manga, though, only one Card is needed to summon a Dragon, and the game is not played. Instead, their are 15 different Dragons. And as your character progresses, he/she will be able to summon the more powerful Dragons.

You gain this power by slaying the Minions of Yin, which are not always Dark Dragons. They can be humans tainted by Darkness, Demons summoned from Hell, or anything else, really.

Name: Tetsuo Ganbara

Appearance: Tetsuo is 5'9", lean and tough, with jet black hair, the bangs dyed crimson. His eyes are a smoky gray, but sometimes seem to be blue or green. He wears dark t-shirts and jeans when not in school uniform. He also is rarely seen without his leather-jacket or a black silk over-shirt with blue flame lining. He has a silver ring that he always wears, but is constantly messing with. It has a dragon encircling it.
Personality: Tetsuo is tough, a sarcastic smartass, badass with no golden heart. He's pure self-interest and ego, fighting the new Gan because he wants to prove he's the best, not because it's good. He's a flirt, being extremely cocky and self-assured.
Bio: Tetsuo grew up in a good home, but spending most of his time on the street fighting for fun and profit. His idea of a good time involves bloody-noses (not his) and hot chicks (his). He's never had to work for much, except for his street-cred. He had the luck of running into the creepy old shop where the Dragon Cards were held, escaping from a rival gang. Now that he's become a Dragon Lord, he immediately took charge, acting as the 'leader'. This has done nothing for his swollen ego. He's determined to defeat Gan to prove he can, and show that he's the strongest.

There you go. Oh, it would be appreciated if there was a 'rival' type for Tetsuo, and a potential love interest for the two. It just seems the right thing to have. :sweat:

[B]Appearance:[/B] see attachment- Her eyes are silverish grey and her hair is a shimmering black grey. Her top is a more dark ocean blue color. She also wears dark grey cargo pants that unzip at the knee and become boardershorts.

[B]Personality:[/B] Her personality varies, for her mood is what sets it. It is unknown about who she really is. Umi's personality is similar to the bodies of water. Like the quiet streams, she is calm, tranquil, and at peace. Like the rapid rivers, she is angered, rushed, and enraged. And like the ocean, you never know what will come of her.

[B]Bio:[/B] Living by the ocean, Umi was named after it. Her father was the Guardian of the Mythic Creature of Water and Ice. Although, Umi was raised in a good home, she was not your average petite woman. She was a girl who loved adventure, danger, and risk. She would ride the swelling waves that rose above the horizon, protect her territory from those who provoked her, and such as those. From a young age, she was raised to be lady-like, yet she proved her parents and everyone that knew her, wrong. She was not meant to be lady-like, but more or less to be a fiery willed girl with ambitions more or less of a guys.

Umi is the type of girl that does open up to people easily. She is the type of girl that covers her image with a tough girl act. She stands tall and battles anyone who slanders her name or her morals. Umi is also the type of girl that does not play with cards, yet she entered this strange shop and antiques popped out of every corner. There was only one thing that appealed to her and that was the Dragon Cards. Their intricate designs, the dragons that was placed upon the pictures, and the fact that they had a mystical "something", made Umi realize that she was meant to take the cards.

When Umi found out she had a Legendary Dragon residing within her, she looked to her father and he knew that there was something more unique to Umi than others. It appealed to Umi that she knew she had the knowledge of the Dragon Cards and of the dragon residing in her and she knew that she could be either a great ally or the worst enemy.[/size][/color]

Personality: Quiet and reserved, when angered can become uncontrolable.

Bio: From an early age Kimo had been abused. His mother would leave him for days without food and then beat him when he cried. The police found out and took Kimo away, but not before it left am emmotional scar on him. He never could be truly adopted because he was always scared of the mother. He was first adopted when he was eight. He hadn't even made it to the house when he jumped out of the car and made his way back to the orphanage. They then realized he couldn't be adopted and kept him in his own room.

After his 12th birthday he decided that he was done at the orpahange. He snuck out for a life on the streets. He was quickly picked up by a local gang. When they first found him Kimo had no idea what to do, so he grabbed the knife that he had stolen and went straight for the leader. Before anyone could move, the knife was in between his ribs. The whole gang was speachless. He quickly ran and they followed. They finally found himand invited him into the gang. He agreed under the condition that he would be summoned if needed. Otherwise he wouldn't be a big part of everyday stuff. After he turned 15 they decided to make him leader. He declined and declinded, but when asked by the youngest member, who was only eight, he agreed. He then took up his position with surprising swiftness. He created a system of leadership, making everyone had something to do. He kept them all in order and in fighting condition. Everyone looked up to him. He thenh discovered the card.

Kimo had been walking down the street when an old pedlar offered him a free pack of "cards". He said that they were magical and could predict the future. He decided to humor the old man and take the cards. What he found astounded him. Only fove of the cards had anything on them. One had a flame on it, another a wave, a giant woods spuring in, and the ground covered the other. The one that caught his attention the most was the one of the piece of metal. It glowed in his hand and he suddenly realized his destiny. As he turned to ask the old man about them he was gone. Kimo then looked at the other cards. He put them into a sort of comapss rose, each one glowing in a different direction. He then left looking for the others in eahc direction. [/COLOR]

Name: Leon Kanta Brew
Age: 14

Personality: Mainly cocky and a too tough to know whats going to hurt and not to hurt. But he also has a sweet and gentle side which only comes out around girls and his close friends.
Bio: Having a case of amniesia (cant spell the word) from the age of 10 due to a car accident, the only things he can remember is his parents and his friends. He had to relearn a lot of stuff for school and had many headaches and mental problems when he first went into high school. Anger outburts were a common for him, even for his usual calm demeanor. He started taking medicine for his anger problems and he now does good in school.

At 13, he was walking down the street one day towards his home after school, when he was bumped into a kid from behind. Leon fell down but knoticed that the kid had dropped a pack of playing cards, due to the shape of the case and the flimsyness of it. Leon picked it up and knoticed that the kid disappeared as fast as he bumped into him. Leon was a major card player, being one of the reighning Euchre champs in his school. He opened the silver plastic and picked out the cards. Each one was showing a dragon with something that resembled each element that was known to be magical. He closely looked at the one of Earth, which was a green dragon with the Earth itself behind it. Leon then placed the Earth Card into his pocket and ran home to ask his parents about it. They told him a story about the Elemental Dragons and they said that he must have the spirit of the Earth Dragon dwelling somewhere within him. His grandfather was a great spiritual person so he went to see his grandfather.

Leons grandfather, whom Leon was named after, told the boy about the dragons and knew that the boy had a strong power within him and he would need to seek out the others to find this power. The young Leon then set out to find the others.
