1. 1. Fav Teen Titan

Recommended Posts

Hey, I'm new here so I felt it would be best to start a thread about something that I love. Right now Teen Titans is my fav show. I'm just mad that CN is procrastinating on playing the last 4 episodes of season 2. Oh well, I just wanted to see who your fav Titans are from the animated series. My two are Cyborg & Raven. I know that a lot of you may disagree, but I'm glad that they're probably going to put my two fav ones together. I also sent a request for a banner and avatar if any of you know have to make them. Thanks

I like Starfire. I like how she really doesn't know what's going on and she makes a fool of herself trying. Except I feel bad for her sometimes because she makes a fool of herself. I also like how she and Robin are in love with each other and everyone else knows it, but the pair of them are too scared to tell each other. Although it is kinda soap opera-e, I like it. WOO HOO!! GO STARFIRE!!!!

Definatley Raven. Just the way she is always so calm about everything and never worries. Also, her abilities are just crazy. And if I had to choose another, it wouyld have to be Beast Boy because of the way he can like, just change into any animal. Which is pretty awesome if you ask me. So yea, those two.

Where is Kid Flash or Superboy... and which Robin did you speak of?

If you ment Dick, than he was my favorite.... because he became Nightwing. And Nightwing rules.

As Robin Dick kicked all sorts of *** wearing ELF SHOES! He kicked the crap out of 2-face, the Joker, Scarecrow, and was at one point almost as good as Bats... until he trained with Lady Shiva and became the best damn fighter in the DC universe.

Starfire is also cool. In Kingdom Come she and Dick are married and have a kid... who ironically falls in love with Bruce and Talia's son Ibin. Ra's raised him though.

... if you have no idea what I'm talking about... read some comics... ya know, what the show is based on. Deathstroke was cooler than Slade could ever be, he shot Kid Flash in the kneecap for no reason, and took down the entire Alpha strike force of the X-Men, even Wolverine and Collosus!

Yeah, I know what you're talking about. Superboy is one of my fav's and yes Nightwing RULES!!! It's been a long time since I read a comic book though lol. I'm thinking about getting the Teen Titans Go comic books so I'd have something to read inbetween classes @ USM. My fav comic book hero would have to be Spider-Boy though when they had the Amalgam comics. Crossover between Superboy & Spider-Man, what better combination could you have?

As awesome as Nightwing is, he's not the best fighter in the DC universe. I think it's the general consensus that Cassandra Cain as Batgirl is no worse and possibly better because she managed to "defeat" Shiva (that comic sucked).

And Bats beat the crapola out of Shiva in the new Batman/Superman crossover. So there you go. I think at this point Bats is the best, or at least unsurpassed.

Oh, and my fav Teen Titan is Robin. Raven is pretty cool in it; I like those "Gothic" girl characters often. But still Robin is the best. He's always cool and calm, and it's great to see a human on or beyond the "power" level with superhumans (like Bats and the JLA).

That's another reason I like Cyborg. He and Robin are the same in that area because he doesn't have any special powers. Robin has his utility belt whereas Cyborg's utilities are in his robotic parts. Robin has his martial arts where Cy is more like a boxer and is as tough as Robin is. Robin has his high-tech cape which is 10 times stronger than steel and Cy has his titanium armor. So anyone that like's Robin because of that has to like Cyborg.

Robin is also cool by association (with Batman.) I like Cyborg, but mostly as a funny character because he likes to quarrel with the other guys.

Also, Robin is the main character in my favorite episode -- the one where he has to take Kitten to the junior prom. That was awesome.

Raven, if you haven't already noticed from my Teen Titan RPG I did here. She's just cool, she was my favourite in the comics (mainly because the Mini series that tells Cyborg, Raven, Changeling and Starfire's past are my favourite comics), all because of her past. I mean how can you not love an empath?! She's way cool in the comics, and cool in the Animated version. Robin comes second because he's the leader, he's got lots of cool gadgets and becomes Nightwing. Nightwing is one of my top-ten heroes. Coming in third place is Beast Boy, I liked him best in the comics though, and I liked how his "not-so-funny jokes" were kept the same as in the comics. Cyborg comes fourth, once again because I like his past, though I'm saddened by his appearance in the Animated version, his whole body was re-shaped, he looked more machine than human so I didn't like that.

Starfire comes last, I just don't like her. Never liked her in the comics either...

Though I do have a favourite villain aswell, now that would have to be Slade. Liked him better in the comics, though, much, much more evil. Trigon's hovering behind Slade, he was just evil and cool in the comics, and I have a huntch he'll appear in future Episodes.

I'm probably alone on this, but Beast Boy is my favorites because he's the only one that makes the funny face expressions a lot and he's makes the show funnier as a whole.

I despise Raven with all my life. She's the typical goth stereotype [o-m-g, there's a cool rave party. Wanna come, Raven? It's at a dark creepy warehouse. Raven: cooool.] She's always just standing there waiting to insult someone or occasionally raise an eyebrow. I've only seen about 8 episodes, though. >_> I still don't like her.

I like Teen Titans I like the kid Green Arrow though whats is his name he's my fav. I always like Green Arrow especially him as a kid on Teen Titans, Robin the one that became Nightwing, and Beast Boy because he is makes jokes so bad that he makes you laugh also he has a great personality.

I also wonder does EVERYSHOW NOW HAVE TO HAVE A GOTHIC CHARACTER. I mean look at Teen Titans, Danny Phantom, Degrassi, Radio Free Roscoe, even Sabrina the Teenage Witch had one, and oh my god some shows have Gothic characters and I can't even remember the shows name. Is it a standard thing now to have a good show you have to have a like: A Gothic Character on teen titans Raven, A Loner on Teen Titans Robin, a Outkast on Teen Titans Starfire, a funny boy on Teen Titans Beast Boy, and someone who sometimes talks down upon themselves on Teen Titans sometimes Cyborg is this now the t.v. series game plan.

I like Cyborg. He has a temper and is blunt. I like that in people-the blunt part not the temper. And he's a cyborg-half man, half-machine. Everybody, at some point in time, wanted to be a cyborg or at least thought about it.

I'm going with Raven. I'd be lying if I said her dark attitude had nothing to do with it. I like her dry sense of humor, her calm demeanor, and the way her powers are directly controlled by her emotions. I also like her past, and I hope the animated series goes more into her relationship with her father. It'd be nice if they made her a villain... you know, the whole thing where her father takes over... only without the botched Robin-Starfire wedding.

I like Beast Boy for his sense of humor. Not because he's funny, but because he doesn't care that he isn't funny. Also, I find the quick-cut animation used in his transformations funny. Maybe it's because I'm such an animation nut. He's also really creative with his transformations. He's not going to turn into a ram everytime he wants to ram somebody... sometimes he'll turn into a rhino, bull, ect.

They need to bring the whole Slade thing to a close. He just doesn't come off as the type of villain who spans more than one season. I was really disappointed when he came back for season 2-- and with what up his sleeve? Terra? They need to bring Jericho into the show and bring the whole Slade story home. Introduce a new freaking villain. Please.

And the Titans West. I just think it'd be funny to see a friendly superhero competition. Although I'd really like to see the writers come up with something close to a team lineup for them...

Sciros: I ment that Batman was the best. Nightwing couldn't beat Bruce in the Fugitive arc, and they knew the only chance they had to bring him down was Cassandra.

And Bruce beat Shiva suring the "A Death in the Family." arc (when Jason Todd was killed.) in the desert... about 30 years before the Batman/Superman series. Batman is the undisputed #1 DC badass. Lobo and Wonder Woman come in 2nd and 3rd.

Starfire is my favorite character in the show. I just love the way they protrayed her.. and she looks cool in an anime style. I just didn't like her look in the comics a little too much like a super-powered Mary-Jane Parker for my tastes.

Her awesome remarks and off-beat comments rule. And when she grows up she's probably gonna be hot!

I am in love with Beast Boy! He is just funny (at least I think so) and his facial expressions are priceless! I love the episode when Terra loses control of her powers! B.B. was soo sweet! *happy sparkle moment* Next comes Robin and Starfire. It's hilarious how obvious how much in love they are! The episode where Robin
takes Kitten to the prom is priceless! "Spiderboy: Get your hands off my girl" Starfire: Get YOUR hands off my boy!"
I just love that show soo much. So, in a nutshell, my list is as follows: 1.) Beast Boy 2.)TIE! Robin/Starfire 3.) Raven, 4.) Cyborg, and 5.) Aqualad (He's just cool)

I agree with you here. Slade's going way to overboard in the series, hell I bet they even make him Robin's father, and I won't like that. Why can't we have someone like Trigon as the master mind evil villian? I'd like that, though I seriously doubt that would work out, I mean it would screw the whole thing >.<. I seriously hope Slade doesn't come back in Season Three (believe me, there is a Season Three coming, I saw it on Animation Insider), because if Slade is the master evil villian guy again, I'll go nuts. Why don't they make up a new villian for the animated show if finding a suitable one if a problem? Ah well, we must hope...
