Everyone's summed it up pretty good already, but here's my view:
1. Failure is when you don't even try. When people count on you, and you let them down because you didn't try. When you think you are a failure and you give in [b]before you even try.[/b] Failure has an inverse relationship to attempting.
2. Lots of times. Let's see, homework, keeping "dates", trying to push my responsibilities off on someone else, even when I know I'm supposed to be doing it, etc.
3. I vow to try to do better, to at least try next time. And when I don't do that, that is sometimes a failure in itself.
4. Yeah, I've been depressed, and I still fall into depression occasionally. Especially when I fail to try, knowing I should have tried, and deliberately failing to do so.
The dictionary defines failure as "a lack of success". I personally find that definition faulty. If, for example, I failed at a fight or a test, does that mean I did not succeed? (Well, maybe in the immediate sense, yeah. :rolleyes: ) But I learn what I did wrong, and how to improve for next time. At least I gave it what I could the first time around. And I'm sure as heck gonna give it more because I am armed with knowledge and determination the second time around, making me successful because I am a better person for it.

5- My worst failure is any failure at all, I feal any failure is as bad as the next. If you quite you are just saying that you are helpless... Or atleast thats how I see it......

One time, I failed in this canoeing trip:

We were going down a deep, narrow, weedy stream, our rudder could get stuck in weed. One thing...Its really fast too...and I was steerin around, leading kinda...then this big branch gets in the way, full of thorns and spiky things (OW) and I failed to get out of it, the canoe instructor was shouting at me alot. I was reeaally angry and nearly cried, I think my arms were scratched and bloody a bit and the current was so fast It dragged me under the tree and through it...it hurt alot...I failed at that because I was good at turning but I failed...[/SIZE]

2.Well, not that big...

3.I try to make up for it somehow, and I learn from it.

4.Right now, but not suicidal or anything, just very, very sad.

3.Well i don't whats in the past is in the past you must move on and progress with your life. If you keep it with you, it will haunt you and you will NEVER forget it.. Which can be annoying

4. Yes i have.. When my Girlfriend moved away.. She was with me for 2 years.. I wasnt depressed until she contacted me, then i was fine and i still am.
