"Basic maps are no problem, expecially when you travel as much as I do," Rorohiko replied. "I'll need a map to figure out where we are if we go cross-countrty, but if we stick to the main routes, I'll know exactly where we are. Of course, there is an exception: Ferina. I know exactly where Ferina is, and how to get there from every port in Hoenn. And it wouldn't be any trouble at all to figure out routes from other points."

"I can probably get us to Hoenn. I have quite a reputation among sailors, especially the more superstitious ones who are deathly afraid of seeing an Absol. They consider it almost certain death to see one, due to the whole disaster thing. And here I am, devoting my life to figuring out Absol. My bond with my Absol is stronger than any bond a trainer-which I do not consider myself, by the way-has ever had with a Pokemon. Those sailors don't know exactly what to think about me, but I've met a few who truly believe that I can cause the deaths of them and destrution of their ships just by letting my Absol out of its ball. I can secure passage, all right. And in the luxury section, too. Trust me." He laughed.

"We can't leave without everyone, though," he continued. "I'll secure passage to Cinnibar. Everyone else, go find Katai. But be quick, because we'll probably leave tomorrow. And I won't wait."

[COLOR=DarkOrange]"No need, I'm right here." *Katai jumps down from nearby tree w/Venonat in arms* "Man, I really need a better sense of direction... So, anyway, we're going for Jirachi? Are you ready, Venonat?"

"Veno, Venonat!!" (Of coarse I am!!) *Jumps out of Katai's arms and punches air*

"Okay, then. I'm ready." *Tries to walk over to group, but trips on tree root* (Thinking: I can't even walk strait, how am I supposta travel all the way to... um... wherever we're going?) "I'm okay!"

"Okay.... Well, I don't see what's stopping us, so let's get going, right, Dragonair?" Carter smiled.

"Oh, I can't go yet!! I caught a Beedrill..."

"You caught a Beedrill?! (It didn't kill you? Curse my luck.)" All of them gaped at the inexperienced..... whatever she is.

"Don't interuppt!! I have to bring it to my brother to do a memo on it and he is gonna give me more Poke'balls... (I kinda used my only one... @.@)" *Katai ran off* "Be right back!!"

"She'll probably get lost again..." *Rorohiko shook his head*

"WE need to have more trust in her if we are going to travel together!! I mean, she can't be useless if she captured a Beedrill (Probably like, lv 15) with only one Poke'ball and a lv 6 Venonat!! (But I do see where you're coming from...)" *Carter stared at the road Katai went down* "Besides, she'll only be gone about 2 minutes"

*An hour later* "Hi, guys! I accidentally fell asleep on my way back, and then I forgot where you were ^^ Sorry!!"

"Idiot. We have been waiting an hour!! Oh, whatever. It's not like you're listning..." *Rorohiko stared at a not-listning Katai*

"Well, let's go!!"

"Veno!!"

"We're leaving tomorow. But you'd better stay here, or you'll get lost again..." *Carter looked at the ground* "No offence, it's just..."

"Yeah, I know. I promise, I won't be late... (By more than an hour or two...) I'm gonna train with Spore all night, anyway. Let's go, Spore, it seems like we're not wanted here." *Katai sterts to walk off*

"Not true! You're not wanted. Spore is fine." *Josh snickered*

"What do you know!? I thought you left! (Didn't he leave?) Bye!! Are you coming, Spore?" *Katai dissapeared into the forest*

"Venonat, ven!!" (Wait for me!)

"I'll come back stronger than any of you!! And a more expeienced trainer, too!! You'll see!" *Katai yelled over her shoulder*

"You shouln't mess with her head, Kazu..." *Carter sighed*

"Oh, she'll be back once it gets dark. (Katai is terrified of the dark... Maybe we should scare her tonight? That might be fun!) Besides, she deserves it." *Kazu stated*

(Thinking: "I'll show them... Never again will they mess with Katai Sakurai.")[/COLOR]

[Wavemaster Tsuka]

Running out of the forest, unsuccesful in his search for Katai, Kazu was suprised seeing Katai running past him. He walked into the lab, and saw everyone.

[color=darkolivegreen]What's with her? First she runs off into the forest, and now she ran off again! Seriously, all of this chasing has tired me...I'll be back.[/color]

And so Kazu left, riding his bike to Viridian City. Aside from a few Rattata and Pidgey, nothing really bothered him. In Viridian he asked himself [i]Should I train? Or should I call it a night? I guess I'll buy some Pokeballs and sleep at the inn. I shouldn't get too far ahead of those amatuers...[/i] With quite a smaller wallet, and some Pokeballs, Kazu slept.

[Mizu]

Mizu blinks after everything that just now happened. "Um....okay..." She shakes her head some then looks to Rorohiko. "Well, it sounds like to me that you and your Absol are really really close. ^_^ I hope that someday that me and my Squritle, and all the other Pokemon that I'll catch become just as close to eachother, just like you and Absol!" ^^ She then looks down at the Squritle that she held in her arms, looking into it's large red-ish eyes. "Right, Squirtle?" ^_^ Mizu's Squirtle nodded and said "Squirtle Squirt!" ^^ Then Mizu cuddles her Squirtle "Awww, you're so cute when u do dat!" ^.^ Her Squirtle then says, w/ a slightly embarressed expression "Squirrrtlle..." ^_^'

After she cuddles her Squritle for a bit, she looks at Rorohiko "I can't believe that anybody would be afraid of an Absol. o.o I mean, I am well aware of the legends, and how they appear before huge disasters, but I think Absol is really really really adorable! ^^ I even hope to catch one myself someday." :)

OOC: ((Oh yeah I forgot to mention, Mizu thinks that EVERY Pokemon is adorable...ok, now think of a Pokemon that u think is the LEAST adorable for a min...that's it, have a good picture of it in u mind.........yep, Mizu thinks that that Pokemon right there is adorable too. o.o))

*Katai and all her Poke'mon jumped from branch to branch practicing attacks and strategic battle styles and stuff* "Once we get back, I'll... I mean, We'll take them all on!! And win!!" *Sees a light ahead* "We're at the end?? No, we haven't finished training!! Let's go back, okay? (If we get too far, I'll get lost again... o.o')"

*Meanwhile*

"Do you think she'll be okay? In the forest all alone, all night?" *Carter stared off after Katai* "She should learn... We won't ever make it as a team if she doesn't co-operate..."

"She'll be fine... Did you see that determined look in her eyes? Ditsy as she is, she is a Poke'mon traner... And a good one, at that. (For an ameture, at least)" *Rorohiko shrugged* "She may also be almost (ALMOST!!!) as good as me, one of these days."

"I still worry... You know how she is..."

"Beedrill!! Look out!" *Katai knoked a branch away from hitting Beedrill* "That was close. All my ninja-training stuff really paid off ^^ Oh, speaking of Beedrill, you need a nick-name, don't you?"

"Beedrill, bee ^^ Drill!!" *Nodds and rubbs against Katai*

"There's just one problem with you wanting to be as close to each of your Pokemon as I am to my Absol," Rorohiko told Mizu.

"And what's that?"

"Absol is the only Pokemon I have-let me again stress that I don't think of him as mine, I just use those terms because I don't know of any better ones-and I don't plan to catch any others. I believe that to be one of the reasons why my bond with my Absol is stronger than any trainer's bond with a Pokemon. Trainers have multiple Pokemon, and must divide their attention between all of their Pokemon. I have only Absol, and he's been my only Pokemon for years. I don't have any plans to catch any others, because I'm not a trainer. I don't believe it is possible for one to be as close to a Pokemon as I am to my Absol if one has multiple Pokemon."

He looked out the window. "It's getting late. I'm goint to turn in, and I reccommend you do, to. Tomorrow will be a busy day."

[Brooklyn]

“We can’t go to catch the pokemon with out the orbs and we have a replica of the dragonairs orb”. Carter said as they walked up the road to Viridian City. They had left a few minuets and had encountered many types of pokemon. As they entered Viridian City, Josh walked up some thing was different about. As they approached (all people participating in role play) he said in a unearthly voice
“I despise you with all my heart and I shall destroy you!!!!”

“What’s your problem?”They all asked.

“POKEMON BATTLE” He said.

Kazu stepped up and released bullbasaur, and got ready to battle.
Josh released mankey first (witch is his strongest pokemon about 6 lv. Stronger if bullbasaur s lv. 6)
“Since you all suck at this I’ll let you take turns once I beat one of you I’ll take the next twerp on, you win if you beat all my pokemon (mankey lv.12, eevee lv.10, ratata lv.10, medowpod lv.7, spearow lv.8, and pedgy lv.12).
“Lets go”
And the match began

[i]Who does this guy think he is![/i] Kazu thought. Bulbasaur ready to battle, Kazu stepped up. [i]The little guy hasn't trained much, but I know I can do it. I WILL beat him.[/i]

OOC: Do we have to use the only the moves they would have learned in the game? I don't want to have to use Tackle the whole time -_-...not like I'd use growl.

Maura shighed she never really wanted to go and capture rare pokemon. She looked out the window she was sitting nears. Keeping quite during Rorohiko speech. Shin was asleep curled up in a ball by her foot. She pulled her legs to her chest and frowned. Maura saw some of the other trainers leave the room. She leaned against the wall and wondered who she should travel with. Kazu's name came to mind but, she wasn't certain. Shin woke up sudden and looked around. He growled and ran towards the door. Maura got up and ran after him. Something moved in the bushes and Maura stepped back. Something small stumbled out. Maura bent down to see what it was.
"Oh!!!"
An injuried eevee laid crumbled on the ground. Maura picked it up and saw that it had a braken leg. She hurried it to the pokecenter. After she had given it to the Nurse Joy there she sat in the waiting room, petting Shin.

"Its not fair to the pokemon, we all know you're a better trainer than us right now but we just left pallet twon and whats wrong with your voice ?"Explained Carter

"Bullbasuar return" a blast of red light came from the pokeball and hit the weakened pokemon ,then the light retracked to the ball.

"Hmmmm...well i gusses that I was to hard on you little Kazu I forgot you still need this wimp to watch over you"laughed Josh

"You couldn't take me on and win right now Dragonair's at lv.30 you would ot stand a chance!!!"Carter explained

"You wimp I knew that you would fall back on your dragonair to save you."Josh insuleted"Just wait till I have 3 badges and I'll show you ,your dragonair will not keep you all safe for long hmmmmmmyou'll see."he said as he walked away.

Kazu, still angered by his words, swore that he would beat him later. He couldn't let his path to be the best trainer ever be blocked so early, by such a...guy.

“He stood up for him is that true friendship.” “I must know why did I challenge him he was easy to beat why waste my time” pondered Josh as he sat in the chair of the pokemon center. He walked out side, the breeze made him shiver. He turned around to get some coco from the center when a strange man exited from it he walked up to Josh and said
“I saw your match with Brock earlier and with that boy do you hate them?”

“So what if I did what would it matter to you if I did why do you care?” Josh asked in annoyance

“Because I can make your pokemon stronger than you could ever imagine.” he said and pulled open his brief case it hade about 20 rare candies in it.

“Why would I want your candy I’ll get my own.” Is what he wanted to say but his soul made him say “What do I have to do to get them?”

“Just join team rocket.”

“That’s it “he asked, he wanted to push him away but then he thought about it and HE AGREED (The soul had nothing to do with this)

After giving the candies out equally his pokemon levels were

Mizu sighs and sits down somewhere, leaning against something, w/ Squirtle on her lap. "Maybe Rorohiko's right..maybe I will never be as close to all my Pokemon as much as he is w/ his Absol.." Mizu's Squirtle looks up at her then says "Squirtle squirt." Mizu then looks down at her Squirtle and blinks "...?" "Squirtle squirt squirt, squirtle!" Mizu then sighs again "Well, at least you know what I'm saying....but I can't quite understand what you're saying....." "Squirt Squirtle Squirtle.." Mizu pets her squirtle on the head "Well, I may not understand you yet, but I think I get the message.." She smiles at squirtle, then Squirtle smiles back.

Rorohiko chuckled. "He's lucky he didn't challenge me. Next time he shows up, let me handle him. He won't know what hit him. See, I may not be a trainer in the sense that most people mean it-collecting badges and all that-but I've been with Absol for about five years, and it's quite tough. He had a difficult enough time with the Bulbasaur for having such a power advantage. If I battle him, he'll never know what hit him. And he can't even type-trump, because Absol has moves that cover his type weaknesses. I'll take that guy the next time he shows up, and I won't have any trouble with him.

"As for the Orbs, well, we have one, as you said. Obviously, if we catch one of the three legendary Pokemon we're after, the problem will be one-third solved, meaning that, in this case, the true soul-whatever process will be slower to happen, which gives us more time. Time to find the other Orbs. Of course, we can divide and conquer. I've already arranged for a ride to CInnibar, and I'll get a boat to Slateport from there. I'm goint tomorrow, no matter who comes with me. I'll take the Orb we have, and catch Jirachi with it. As for the rest of you, well, I can probably handle the job by myself, but any help will be appreciated. Anyone who wants to can come with me. Everyone else, start looking for the other Orbs. Now, I don't know why I let you all drag me out here. I'm going back to Pallet. Anyone who's going after Jirachi with me, be there before 10:00 tomorrow morning, because that's when the boat leaves. I'm boarding at about 9:50, so you'll need to be there by then, or you'll have to pay to get on. I'll see you all tomorow." WIth that, Rorohiko left the group, heading back to Oak's Lab to spend the night.

[Mizu]

Mizu still sits there, petting her Squirtle's head as if she were some kind of evil scientist petting a cat, (Mizu is a very strange person, no? o.o) and starts talking to herself. "Hm....I "Could" go to Ferina w/ Rorohiko...BUT he said that he doesn't really need any help, and I have a way of messing everything up, so I guess that option is down the toilet." A flushing sound is made in Mizu's mind. "Hm....I could look for an orb by myself....or w/ the others...hmm.....man, I hate thinking..." Mizu sighs again "Oh well, I guess I'll think more about all this tomorrow.." She then calls her Squirtle back inside its Pokéball and goes to a nearby Pokémon center to sleep.

OOC: ((I'm sorta confused on where we all are at the moment. @.@ One min it's like we're in Prof. Oaks lab, and the next we're in Varidian City/Forest. 0.o Sorry, it's just that I'm use to rping in IM, so maybe it's a little different. @@;))

OOC: No, normally it's very clear how people get from one place to another, and it doesn't happen instantly. This RPG is different probably because eclips is obviously new to RPGs (no offense, eclips. Everyone's new at one point. You wouldn't believe how many times I've screwed up. And I mean screwed up majorly). eclips, some advice: don't just jump from one location to another. And don't have characters who are doing other things do unrelated things in your posts (Rorohiko had said he was going to get some sleep)

As Rorohiko walked back to Oak's Lab, he remembered. Remembered that day about five years ago, when his sister Vaxla gave him the Absol. [i]He was on the couch, reading. Vaxla was home for a week's break before heading to Indigo Plateu for the tournament, and it was day seven. She would be leaving after lunch.

She sat down beside Rorohiko. "I have something for you, Rorohiko."

Rorohiko put the book down. "Yeah? What is it?"

"Remember the last time I was home, about a year and a half ago? You told me that you'd figured out your life's goal, and that you'd stop at nothing to acheive it. I didn't think much of it at the time-it goes against everything I know as a trainer to focus on one Pokemon-but I said I'd help you if I could. Well, a few weeks ago, I found a way to."

Vakla took an Ultra Ball off of her belt. "This is for you," she said, handing it to him. "That Pokemon put up a good fight, but I managed to catch it. I think you'll find befriending it a challenge, but I'm certain you can handle it."

Rorohiko took the Ultra Ball. "There's a Pokemon in here, you said. Is it-"

"An Absol? Yes, it is. He's yours now."

Rorohiko shook his head. "No. He's not mine. If I'm going to learn everything about Absol, I have to start by befriending this one. Thinking of him as mine would be a bad idea. I'd be more likly to treat him like I own him. I don't want to do that."

Rorohiko stopped talking, took his eyes off of the ball, and looked at his sister. "Thank you, Vaxla. Thank you."

"Just make sure you solve all the mysteries, or you'll have to give him back." Vaxla laughed. "I don't mean that, of course. He's yours now, Rorohiko, even if you don't like to think of him as yours. Good luck with your goal, Rorohiko. Good luck."[/i]

When Rorohiko reached Oak's Lab, he asked Oak to find him a room to sleep in. Oak did, and Rorohiko was quickly asleep.

Carter was puzzled Oak had told them to stick together until the pokemon league. But the group had split into groups. Kazu and himself were enjoying the sites of Viridian City. They noticed a gym but it was lock from the inside they new this cause people were coming out of it.
“Oh well maybe it only to weaker trainers maybe you need some badges then you can get in?!?!” Carter said.

“It’s the last gym in the Kento region, I believe you get the Earth Badge there.” said Kazu
He was still steamed about the battle he had almost lost to Josh.
“How could I lose to such a loser like that?”Kazu said his face turned red but he continued, “Thanks for saving me though Bullbasuar was injured really badly he may have died from that stupid Mankey and I’m stupid for not surrendering my self I knew I couldn’t win anyway I tried. He got head start…”

“But I’m sure that he as the Balder Badge already but oh no” Carter said.

“What’s the mater?”Asked Kazu.

“Well oak caught Mewto with the orb of dragonair, so he made a replica of it so we could catch Mew, and I have Mewto”But Carter was interrupted

“You have Mewto as a pokemon now you can win every badge….”Kazu was interrupted.

“Shut upon one knows and I can’t use him because he will run away I Can’t even study him, but that’s not the point Oak gave him to me because Team Rocket is after him and if the group stays together then it would be hard to find but he gave the replica ball to that lucky girl who got the Raichu as a starter and we cant catch Mew any other way we have to reunite the group so that we can work together getting one regions pokemon and then another it would be way easier than dividing up. Opps and another thing they don’t let trainers with pokemon pass through the borders if they have not competed in the pokemon league as a security masseur to the strange events of the auras so were stuck in this region till the league so..”

“Lets go find the others” finished Kazu
As they started to the trail to pallet town.

Her head rested against a nearby Elm tree, and she wiped the sweat off her face with her forearm* "I'm sorry, I can't keep up.... maybe I am just as useless as the others said I was. No way am I strong enough to be a Poke'mon trainer... Maybe he was right... Maybe Rorohiko was right, too. Maybe I should have only kept one..." *Katai wiped her face again, this time to wipe away her tears*

"Beedill!!! Drill, bee bee!!" (Stupid, if you give up this easy, then you certainly need to just give up, Sakurai!!!) *Beedrill's eyes narrowed* "Drill drill beedrill!!" (Now, get off you're lazy a** and train!!)

*Katai's eyes stopped watering and the sides of her mouth twitched into a smile* "Thank you..." *She held Venonat and Beedrill in her arms* "For helping me see... I am not a trainer, I don't want to be..."

"Veno?!" (What?!)

"I am not a trainer, I am a friend. I don't want to own either of you. I want to help Poke'mon, and I see now that I no longer need to be the best, just to help those in need. I will become a Poke'mon nurse!" *Katai got to her feet, Spore still in arms* "But, let's call it a night, okay? Let's go back to Pallet. We all need sleep."

(Thinking: [I]Thank you, Rorohiko, for bringing it to the attention of all of us that our Poke'mon... No, our friends, need to be loved. But you are also wrong, I swear to love all my Poke'mon with all my heart. No matter how many I befriend. I only realized this after thinking of how you care for you're Poke'mon.... Then in seeing the determined look in Beedrill's eyes... And the scared, alone look in Spore's... Only then did I understand... Thank you, Rorohiko[/I].)

*Heads back through the forest, Spore in arms and Beedrill at her side*[/FONT][/COLOR]



((SakuraMinomino: Um... I am new ay this kind of Role-play, too, so please don't get on my case if I do something dumb, okay? Oh, and my person (Katai Sakurai) has an older brother that shows up to talk to Katai whenever their in Pallet... Is that okay? It's not like I'm two people, just that he's there somtimes. And my person's hometown is in Ceruleon, but they moved to Pallet cuz thier house got destroyed.))

On their way down to pallet town they ran in to Aura training her charmander against a wild pidgy.
“Scratch attack Charmander”Aura said
Then the pidgy used a gust atk. Charmander countered with a growl/ember atk.
“Hey Aura c’mere”said Kazu
“Oh hey guys what cha’ doing.” asked Arua
“Well we’re looking for the people who got their pokemon yesterday, have you seen anyone else?” asked Carter
“Yeah I have there, well most of them are at Pallet town I can’t say I’ve seen that Katai girl anywhere. She left for the forest again a couple of hours ago but that’s it really no one has seen her” she told them
“Well come to pallet town with us we need every one for a moment.” Carter instructed her.
“Ok”Arua said

In pallet town every one gathered in the lab all 7 of them.
“Ok every one lets listen to Carter’s theory.” Oak said.
“Thank you professor, well umm see I was thinking we all should travel together as a group or in to separate groups. If we get into separate groups the teams are sorted by skills so
group 1=carter,katai,aura
group 2=maur,kazu,mizu,rorohiko


However I would enjoy being one big group so I could study all your pokemon and so if we find mew in this region we can all battle it together and finally cause were all friends so how bout we travel to the Viridian Forest together
