RPG Pokemon Dragonairs Orb

OOC: I'm assuming that it's the next morning now. Oh, and some advice: don't just divide characters into groups. It's better if you let the participants decide which group their characters wil be with. For example, Mizu may want her character (also named Mizu) to look for the other Orbs, but you have her character with Rorohiko, who's going after Jirachi in Ferina. Of course, she may be fine with that, but you don't know, so let her decide.

"I've said this before," Rorohiko said, "and I'll say it again. I'm going to Ferina. I'd appreciate it if I had help, but if none of you want to come, than so be it. I don't want anyone coming that would rather look for the other Orbs. Also, you have to be willing to do what I tell you to when we reach Ferina. I know what we'll find there, see. I know what we'll find in Ferina, where Jirachi is, and what we'll meed to do to get to it. If you'd rather look for the Orbs, or if you don't think you'll be able to accept my instructions, than don't come with me."

Rorohiko took the Orb, then turned to leave. He got to the door of the lab, then turned around. He glanced at the clock on the wall. "It's 8:46 now. i'm going to the docks. I'm getting on the boat to Cinnibar at that time, so be there by then if you want me to get you on for free. After 9:50, you'll have to pay to get on. You're looking for Dock 5, and the boat is called the [i]Vrestoron[/i]. I have no clue as to why, by the way. At 10:00, the [i]Vrestoron[/i] departs, so if you're coming with me, be on it by then." And with that, he left, heading down to the docks to wait.

[B][I][COLOR=Teal]Aura looked around at the group. She didn't feel like going rare Pokemon hunting at the moment. She looked down at Charlia and let out a sigh.

"I don't care what you guys do," Aura said as she turned around, "but I'm heading to Lavender Town. My uncle promised me a Gastly if I could get my first Pokemon." Everyone turned and looked at Aura as she sat Charlia down. Charlia looked up at Aura and then around at everyone else.

"But Aura," Carter said as he looked at Aura. Aura turned and smiled. Charlia looked back up at her.

"Look," Aura said with a bright smile, "I can stay here and look for Mew. I really want that Gastly. I've always liked ghost types. Ok guys, I'll see you later." Aura turned toward the path leading out of Pallet Town. She started walking as Charlia quickly followed.

“I don’t feel like hunting for pokemon right now ether and our pokemon are to weak to go to Jirachis humm anywuy”Carter said as he stuffed his face with rice ball Oak just brought out.

“I think she’s being very rude” said Katai “Our pokemon are to weak and Oak just found that orb how is she going to change it in to a poke ball anyway” she said as she reached for a rice ball and spilled the whole basket.

“Way to go cults” said Kazu

“I will go to insure her protection but we all are to weak for any of them Dragonair and Absol will hardly be a match but I’ll go anyway, once the ball is made of course .How long will it take professor?” asked Carter

“Well if you ca get to Vermillion City and leave the docks from there then it should be ready if I mail it to you.” He said

“Mizu, will you run and get Arua back here and I’ll go get Rorohiko and tell him of this plan.” asked Carter

“Sure.” said Mizu and they both left to fine the people.

Carter came across Rorohiko sitting at the edge of the dock his legs dangling down.
He meet him and told them there plan of having the orb crafted into a ball and how they all should have 3 badges by the time it is done and then he will accompany him the place where he wants to go he finished with
“No matter what you’ll have to wait till the ball is hand made and that could take a long time.”
I hope that this works I don’t want to lose any more friends to pokemon

FLASH BACK
“Oh my god what happened to him you couldn’t save him from it you’re a pokemon trainer you won the league and you couldn’t save my son” screamed a woman.

“I’m sorry I tried I can’t help what that thing did to him!” Carter screamed

The next morning his mother and father got a letter saying that Roiky had been killed by a pokemon and there son ran away from the Hoen region. This letter was brought to them by his old now newly released pokemon (Swampert, Minon,Rosetia,Torkal,Ailteria,and Vigeroth.

[COLOR=DarkOrange][FONT=Century Gothic]"Wait, I changed my, mind... Bye, Mizu, Kazu, everyone! Have a good journey!! I'll see you in a little while!!" *Katai ran after Rorohiko, and didn't even bother to look back at the group* "Rorohiko, Carter, wait!"

"Katai? Where are you going?" *Aura rubbed her head* "I guess there really is no getting through to that girl... Well, have a good time, Katai."

"Rorohiko, slow down!!" *Katai finally caught up with him* "Oh, hi..."

"What?" *Rorohiko and Carter who were sitting at the docks glance back at the winded Katai that stood behind them*

"Look, Carter, I have (And never had) any intention on collecting orbs... (Tho' the Jirachi thing doesn't sound that promising, either...) But, Rorohiko, I just wanted to thank you for helping me better understand my Poke'mon... You and Absol make a great team. I'm sure you'll acomplish every thing you set you're mind to." *Katai squeezed Spore (It seems she's always holding Spore ^^) and blinked a few times before continuing*

"And, well, Spore and me... And now Beedrill, we have our own dream. It has nothing to do with orbs, or Jirachi, or even collecting badges. Look, I came down here with every intention of traveling with you, but then I started thinking... My conclusion: Stop following others and pave my own path. This is where we part, Rorohiko. I will travel with you (Carter) and the group untill I have the oppourtunity to accomplish my dream. I hope you succede in finding Jirachi."

"..." *Rorohiko, still sitting on the dock, pondered what Katai and Carter had said. How can (Katai) someone of such small mental capacity have such knowledge?* "Well, good luck, Katai."

"From here, we're rivals." *Katai held out her hand to Rorohiko*

"Rivals." *Rorohiko shook Katai's hand and sat back down.*

*Katai turned to the Carter* "Hi, Cart! (Can I cal you Cart? Yeah, I'm gonna call you Cart.) Well, are we going or what?"

"Hmm? What?" *Carter looked really confused*

"Well, apparently Rorohiko thinks he has enough EXP to find, and capture, Jirachi, so I say, more power to him!! Let's go, Carter. Let him make up his own mind." *Katai headed back to the lab*

*Once she got there, she noticed Kazu.* "... I heard about that Josh kid... I can't believe there are trainers like that!" *Katai frowned*

"I don't need you're pity. I'm gonna beat that jerk once I get stronger." *Kazu stated*

"Woah, okay! Didn't mean to pity you, I just said (EGO ISSIUE!!!) that it wasn't right... Well, I'm gonna train 'till Carter (And maybe Rorohiko) gets back, okay?" *Katai saw that he wasn't listning, so she walked toward the door, looking over her shoulder at her new friends. She smiled.*[/FONT][/COLOR]

As Kazu said it, he saw it was too late. She'd already left. He had tried to not let his ego show, but now he didn't care much. To be the best, or to help these people. It didn't really seem like a choice now, if he didn't help (or try his best) there may not be a world to be the best in. Not like he couldn't catch some Pokemon along the way. It seemed to him that two groups were evoking, though nothing was too clear now. The loss wasn't that bad anymore. It seemed fine for now, at least. Kazu waked up to the others.

[color=darkolivegreen]So, correct me if I am wrong. What I understand is this:
Rorohiko is going to find Jirachi. Correct?
And Carter is going to Vermillion. Correct?
Either of them are willing to let anyone go with them. Correct?[/color]

And as Kazu awaited a response, he thought [i]So, it seems that the group is splitting. Seems.. interesting.[/i]

[Mizu]

Mizu Finally found Aura "Yo!" She runs up to her and tells her everything that Prof. Oak told her to, then grabs her arm "C'mon, we gotta go! You got Ghastly by now, right?" Aura nodded ((I assume she did by now since there's been alot more posts @@;;)) "Right, then we better hurry!" Eventually, they made it to Prof. Oak's lab

OOC: ((I'm not gonna be prof. Oak at this part cuz I have no idea what to make him say, and I dunno where everybody is exactly. u.u'' Oh yeah, ya know when eclips made Carter pair everybody off in groups? Well, I don't really mind the group that I got put in o.o I was probably going to go help them anyway. ^_^'))

[B][I][COLOR=Teal]Aura released her new Gastly and looked it over. She really couldn't think of a nickname for it. She just let out a sigh. One of her Pokeball suddenly started shaking. Aura looked down as a Houndour appeared on the ground in front of her. Everyone quickly looked at it as it started wagging it's stubby tail.

"Oh Howl," Aura said as she bent down and started petting the Houndour, "It looks like you're feeling better." Howl rubbed Aura and then looked at everyone else. They all looked really shocked. It was like none of them had ever seen a Houndour before.

"I thought you were just going to get a Gastly," Kazu said as he crossed his arms, "How did you get a Houndour? They live in the Johto Region." Aura nodded and stood up. Charlia walked to one side of her, Gastly floated to the other side of her, and Howl stood his ground in front of her.

"I know," Aura said calmly, "I was wondering how Howl got over here in the first place. He was really hurt and injured. I had to take him to a Poke Center right away. When he was all better, he didn't want me to leave. I had to take him with me." Everyone let out a sigh and shook thier heads. Aura smiled nervously as Howl started rubbing his head on her leg, Charlia hugged her other leg, and Gastly floated happily around her head.

"Ok," Kazu said as a sweatdrop appeared on the side of his head, "now that we got someone here with three Pokemon, maybe we actually stand a chance." Everyone looked a little irratated at that. Kazu let out a depressed sigh. He knew he said something wrong.

"Well," Aura said as she put her hand out and Gastly slightly floated above it, "maybe we should hear what Prof. Oak has to say." Everyone nodded thier head in agreement. They all waited for Prof. Oak to tell them what to do.[/COLOR][/I][/B]

[Brooklyn]

OOC: Yes your person may join ether Carter or Rorohiki but the orb has to be made in to a poke ball, each region has an orb that orb catches that pokemon once made into a poke ball, so Rorohiko planes on catching Jirachi with an ultra ball or something or waits for the ballot be made by hand about 1 month.

Well Rorohiko I’m not your boss and I can’t force you not to go I can only tell you the facts. You may know what’s out there but if you plan on catching it the easy way you’ll have to wait for a while. I just don’t want you to be hurt said Carter

As Carter turned to leave for Vermillion City he heard a loud crash, then a boob. Rorohiko got up and they ran to see what was happening. A Garados was attacking a nest of Polywag and a Polywhirl was protecting them.

“We have to stop that Garados,”said Rorohiko

DRAGONAIR COME OUT AND US THUNDER WAVE ON GARADOS

The atk missed the dragon and he countered with hyper beam, Dragonair let the beam hit it if it didn’t the dock would no longer be there absol used Ariel ace many times on garados but nothing worked. Then Dragonair knocked polywhirl in to the water. Absol was just finishing a slash attack when dragonair used thunder wave, it hit the water and caused a loud roar from Garodos.Then Carter pulled out a nest ball and a lure ball and through them at the pokemon as the balls plunged into the ocean then they came up to Carters hands he hade caught 2 water pokemon.
“Well I’m headed to Vermillion City I hope you come to well see ya later.

[Wavemaster Tsuka]

Wanting to catch some Pokemon of his own after seeing Sakura (Katai) catch a Beedrill, and Aura with her Ghastly and Houndour, and now Carter with his two water pokemon. While they were in the area, Kazu wandered off into the Viridian Forest. Hoping no one had seen, he looked around. Suprisingly, there were many Pokemon, much more than he could imagine, for the forest that is.

He looked around...[i]a Caterpie! Perfect! Butterfrees are known for their beauty...and battling. It'd be perfect for my team![/i]

After a while of coaching his Bulbasaur on, he finally thought he was ready to catch him.

[color=darkolivegreen]Caterpie, you're mine! Pokeball![/color]

After a few shakes, and to what Kazu seemed like an eternity, the Pokemon was caught. At a loss of words, and with a memorable experience, Kazu's first capture was done!

[Mizu]

Mizu takes a few steps away, sneaking into Veridian Forest. "Dang, I better catch me some Pokemon! 0.0 I'm practically the only one who doesn't have any other than my first Pokemon!" She looks around the Veridian Forest "Hm, there's gotta be some Pokemon arround here somewhere....AH HA!" Mizu sees a Spearow searching for food in the Grass "It's....so....CUTE!" -^^- The Spearow stops, hearing Mizu's voice, and lets out an angry scwaking sound. "Oh no, it must have heard me! No matter, I'll still catch it anyway.." said Mizu, smirking some. She then grabs the Pokeball that her Squirtle is in "Squitle, lets catch us a new friend!" Squirtle pops out of it's Pokeball, ready for battle! "Squirtle squirt!" Said Squirtle, then Spearow starts with a tackle attack, then Mizu says "Squirtle, try to dodge it!" Squirtle then moves to the side, barely missing the attack. "Great job Squirtle, now use Water Gun!" Said Mizu, then Squirtle uses Water gun on Spearow when it least suspected the attack. "Awesome!" Spearow then flys up high and swoops in for a peck attack ((I can't remember if Spearow already know this attack or not @_@'')) "Squirtle, look out!! try to use a tackle attack!!" Squirtle then jumps up, and they both collide with eachother in a big flash, Spearow using Peck, and Squirtle using Tackle. After the big Flash, they both land on their feet, opposet eachother, their backs turned. The wind blows during this moment of silence, as it is just a matter of time before one of them faints, but it is hard to tell which Pokemon took on the most damage..then, Squirtle falls on one knee "Squirtle?!" said Mizu, worried for her Squirtle's safety. Suddenly, Spearow falls over on it's side, then Squirtle gets up and turns towards the Spearow, looking at Mizu, giving her the V for Victory sign "Squirtle Squirt" said Squirtle. "Well, here goes nothing.." And with that said, Mizu grabs the other Pokeball and throws it at Spearow. The Pokeball shakes for a while, and quite a bit, since that Spearow is tough and doesn't want to give up so easily. Then finally, the Pokeball stops shaking and blinking. Mizu stands there, totally speachless, then a wide smile appears on her face "WOOOOHOOOO!!!, YEAH BABY, YEAH!!!!!" She then runs over to the Pokeball and picks it up "AHA HA HA!! ALRIGHT, WE DID IT!!" Mizu Jumps up in the air and does the V for Victory sign "WE CAUGHT OUR VERY FIRST NEW FRIEND!" "Squirtle squirtle!" Mizu then picks up Squirtle "Come my friend, as we celibrate this joyice accasion!!" She holds both Squirtle's hands and starts twirling around for a moment, then she does a quick Tango w/ Squirtle, then tosses Squirtle into the air and catches it. "Thank you so much Squirtle, you are so awesome!" ^_^ She then kisses Squirtle on the Cheek "Squirtle Squirt...." ^///^' Said Squirtle.

Rorohiko returned Asol, then looked around the docks. [i]Good. Captain Frolnom didn't see it. Wouldn't want him freaking out.[/i] He looked at a clock. 9:50. Time for him to board.

Rorohiko walked over to the [i]Vrestoron[/i]. The boarding officer checked his list. "Rorohiko. Rorohiko... there you are. It says here you might have companions, but I don't see any."

"That's why it says 'might'," Rorohiko replied. "Nonoby else chose to come, although I'm hoping for a couple last-minute arrivals. I told them I probably wouldn't be able to get them on without paying after I boarded, but I can stand here and point them out, if that's all right with you."

The boarding officer nodded. "That's quite fine."

[B][I][COLOR=Teal]Aura was already at the end of Viridian Forest. She looked at the path that lead to Pewter City. A slight sigh escaped her lips. She suddenly threw her three Pokemon out. Charlia, Howl, and Ghastly appeared in front of her in a swirl of white light.

"Alright guys," Aura said with a smile, "let's see if we can beat Brock. I know you guys can do it." All three of Aura's Pokemon cheered happily.

"Char," Charlia said with a slight bounce, "Charmander!"

"Ghast," Ghastly said as he slightly swirled in a circle, "Ghastly!"

"Hound," Howl said as he wagged his tail, "Houndour!"

"Great guys," Aura said as she turned toward Pewter City, "Let's go show Brock what we can do!" All three Pokemon cheered again. Aura smiled and started walking toward the city. Charlia, Howl, and Ghastly quickly fallowed.

In a few mintutes, Aura and her three Pokemon made it to the Pewter City Gym. Aura looked down at her Pokemon. She had a level 15 Charmander. Charlia had tough battles getting to Lavender Town. She also had a level 12 Ghastly and a level 12 Houndour. A slight sigh escaped her lips.

"Well," Aura said as she opened the doors to the Gym, " here we go guys. We'll be one step closer to our goal." All three Pokemon cheered again as Aura started to walk inside. They then quickly fallowed Aura inside

"Welcome," Brock said just as Aura walked inside, "Are you a Pokemon Trainer? Have you come looking for the Boulder Badge?" Aura swallowed hard as the doors shut behind her and the lights turned on. She suddenly turned brave as her and her Pokemon got into fighting stances.

"Yeah," Aura said as Charlia started to growl, "and we're going to get that Badge. Right guys?" All three Pokemon nodded thier heads. Brock put his hand to his chin and threw out a Pokeball. A Geodude suddenly appeared.

"Alright," Brock said as he crossed his arms, "It's going to be a two on two. Choose your Pokemon carefully." Aura looked around at her three Pokemon. She knew that Ghastly could come in handy. She also knew Charlia would be handy too because she was the strongest.

"Alright," Aura said as she hinted toward Ghastly, "I choose Ghastly for the first round." Brock nodded and slightly grinned. Aura braced herself. She would be ready for everything.

After two long battles, Aura finally won. Ghastly was now at level 14 after beating Geodude and Charlia was now a Charmeleon at level 16 after beating Onix. Brock suddenly walked up to Aura and handed her the Boulder Badge. Aura slightly looked up at him.

"Good battle," Brock said with a smile, "I see great potential in you. Keep it up!" Aura smiled as Brock gave her a thumbs up. She then turned toward her new evolved Charlia and Ghastly.

"We did it guys," Aura said with a slight cheer, "I won't be able to do it with out all three of you." All three Pokemon smiled brightly. The next stop was Cerulean City to defeat Misty. That was going to be a tough fight.[/COLOR][/I][/B]

[Wavemaster Tsuka]

While Aura was in the gym, Kazu decided to train.

Even though they were attacking a tree, they were still tiring easily. Kazu finally decided they were ready for an actual Pokemon. When he found a Pidgey, he thought [i]it's perfect![/i].

Maple tackled the Pidgey

Caterpie used string shot [i]Hopefully that'll help keep it from running...[/i]

Maple then used leech seed and tackled the Pidgey one last time...

Then a thought struck Kazu. [i]A flying Pokemon! I could use it for travel when it grows up, and it could be useful in battle![/i]

After a mere two shakes Pidgey broke free.

Caterpie looked back, and it seemed they were working together

Caterpie and Maple used tackle at the same time, and Caterpie followed with a string shot.

After three shakes, Kazu had his doubts. [i]If he breaks out, I don't know what I'll do![/i]. Finally, it was caught!

[color=darkolivegreen]WHAM BAM THANK YOU OLD MAN! Now just to find the Pewter Pokemon center...[/color]

I was just wondering, are you gonna go with Carter and them, or try to make it and catch up with Rorohiko? (And, well, the other choise of going off on you're own like Aura seems to be doing...) Well, I see you're surprised to see me here ^^ I'm waiting for Carter..."

"...." *Kazu looked taken aback by the fact that Katai had found him. Not at that SOMEONE found him, but that KATAI had.*

"Well, off to train some more. I'm really glad my big bro taught me all these ninja training teqniqes and stuff ^^ See ya! Oh, you're Poke'mon look a bit out of it ^^ Here's a few super-potion." *Katai handed him the potions and jumed onto a nearby branch and disappeared into the forest.*

"????" *Kazu was caught fairly dumb-struck at the fact that this girl couldn't grab a riceball without knocking over the basket, but she can LEAP up a tree. Oh, yeah, real believeable.*

*Streaks of navy and bright green showed through the pearlecent green leaves as Katai ran from tree to tree, branch to branch.* "Okay.... Umm, I don't know much to do other than train, at the moment, so.... Let's all use our best attacks!" *Katai giggled. Beedrill had no problem keeping up, but Spore's short leggs proved to be a real issiue.*

"Ven.... o.... nat...." (Curse my short legs) *Spore almost kept up, though.... Considering..*

"Why don't we go back to my house for a while? (I forgot my first aid kit and the snack bars... I can't cook, and the sleeping baggs...)" *Katai jumped from the branch to the ground without much trouble, then she spotted Kazu about 50 paces, just outside the forest.*

"Hi, Kazu!! Long time no... wait.. I just saw you a minute ago ^^ hehe" *She ran toward Kazu, but tripped on a stick.*

"Umm... Okay..." *Kazu now didn't just THINK this girl was strange, he KNEW it.*

"Well, bye!!" *Katai shood up, brushed off her knees and was gone in seconds flat. When she arrived at her house, she packed a VERY large bag (One of those ones that, like, mountain climbers use, only bigger.) Katai then headed back to the forest. On her way there, she saw Mizu, and Carter, but neither were quite at the point of 'leaving' yet, so she decided to train in the Viridian forest.*[/FONT][/COLOR]

"Great job Squirtle, u should have a good rest." ^_^ With that said, Mizu returned Squirtle into its Pokeball. "......Wait,..there was something I was planning to do.." o.o............."!!! Now I remember!" 0.0 Then Mizu started running at lightning speed, heading to where Rorohiko is, talking to herself on the way. "I'd rather at least "TRY" to help Rorohiko get Jirachi, then go on some wild goose chase trying to find the other Orbs and other rare Pokemon.." Soon enough, Mizu makes it to the dock, completely out of breath. @@;;;;;;.......after catching her breath for a bit, she spots Rorohiko "! Hey, over here!!" :D She waves at him and runs towards him.

Out of nowhere, at least it seemed, Katai was ahead of him.

OCC((Katai Sakurai (It has an 'i' on the end) It doesn't matter, Katai Sakurai is her ful first name, you choose. Sakurai would be her last name, but... I kinda don't want a last name ^^ don't ask me why, I don't know... Sakurai is kinda treated as more of a last name, though. Like, Josh or Rorohiko would probably call me Sakurai, as it's more proper, but a good friend like Carter or Spore would call me Katai, as it's more friendly.))

"Well, I wonder when Carter is coming? (You know, I think it's really wierd that he's afraid of bug Poke'mon, don't you?) I think maybe we should go back and find him... Who knows, maybe there is more than one of us that has a bad sence of direction?"
*Katai put Spore on the groud*

"What, other than you? Nah, I don't think anyone could be quite that bad." *Kazu joked* "Besides, he has a map."

(Thinking: So do I, but I still get lost...) "Well, I'm gonna go get him, you comin' or not?" *Katai started running ahead of Kazu, figuring he'd make his own decision* "See ya, Kazu!! I bet I get there first!!" *The words were barely out of her mouth when she broke into a run. Looking behind her to see if Kazu was coming, she slammed into a huge tree*

"I'm okay..." *She said, dazed*

"Umm... Look out for the tree..." *Kazu shook his head*

"Hehe... Well, race ya anyways! I'm fine now! just a little dizzy!" *Katai got to her feet AGAIN (It seems I'm typing this alot, no?) and got her balance*

"Eat my dust, Kazu!!" *Katai raced up a tree and headed back to Pallet in scearch of Carter...*[/FONT][/COLOR]

Kazu started running as fast as he could looking for Carter. He had barely caught up with Katai when he literally ran into Carter. Sprawled on the ground, only a little dizzy, he saw Katai laughing.

Kazu, still a bit dizzy, waited for a reply.

"Umm... I kinda wanted to stick together... and the others already left, so I guess we should go. Ready, Dragonair?" *Carter looked sceptical*

"I think we should head to Pewter, at least that way we may catch up to some of the others. (And I need that badge...)" *Kazu looked at the others*

"Then what are we waiting for? Onward and woah..." *The dizzyness came back for a minute* "Okay, lets try that again... Onward and outward, people!!! Let's go!" *Katai grabbed Carter and Kazu's hands and yanked them toward the forest* "No time like the present!"

Once they had reached Pewter (for like the 32nd time) Kazu finally thought he was ready to take on Brock.

Kazu, looking more at the details than at the main arena, noticed a man staring at him.

"I am Brock, the gym leader. And you are?" said the man

[color=darkolivegreen]Kazu, soon to be champion and seeker of YOUR badge[/color]

"Well then" (What a moron! Hah, champion! In his dreams!) said Brock, "There will be two matches, one Pokemon in each match. You choose the Pokemon before the match starts."

[color=darkolivegreen]Fine. I choose Pidgey first, then Maple. Go Pidgey![/color]

"I'm ready then. Geodude, go!" Brock replied.

[color=darkolivegreen]Pidgey! Take flight! As long as you're in the air, he shouldn't be able to hit you! Now, use gust, make that rock fly around![/color]

The Geodude, helpless in the mini-tornado, couldn't escape.
Pidgey just used a few more gusts, not allowing the Geodude to attack.
Geodude fainted.

"Nice, I guess" said Brock "Now, Onix, go!"

[color=darkolivegreen]I hope you saved the best for last, otherwise I feel sorry for you! Maple, go!
Maple vine whip! Restrict his movement, and slice him with them. He should die soon.[/color]

Almost as soon as the battle started, it ended.

"You are a worthy trainer. Take this badge. Now, young trainer, go--" Brock paused.

As soon as the Badge was in Brock's hands, Kazu snatched it and left. All before Brock could finish his first sentence.

[color=darkolivegreen]Fine. Brock's a pushover. I'm ready.[/color]

With his first badge, and an easy battle done, they left.

"Wow, nice! That was a quick match!... Carter? You're collecting badges?" *Katai handed Kazu an apparently unneeded potion and turned her attention toward Carter*

"Yes, I am. I have to reclaim my.... Well, I just have to battle, leave it at that. But now that Brock's Poke'mon are so tired (And dead) I can't fight him like this..." *Carter thought it seemed hopeless, so he gave up and followed Kazu*

"Haha!! I'm not numero uno Poke'mon nurse for nothin'!! I'll see if Brock's Poke;mon need healing, and I'll have them ready for battle as soon as you can say 'heal', okay? (then we can leave this dump...)" *Katai pulled out her healing and first aid kits and ran into the gym, leaving the boys behind*

"Heal. Wait, why exactly is Katai healing his Poke'mon? Can't he just go to the Center?" *Kazu sighed, really wanting to leave this town*

"Katai's faster. She can seriously..." *Carter's voice was interrupted by Katai...*

"Done!! Okay, get ready for you're battle, Carter! Brock's Poke'mon are in tip-top phisical condition!!" *Katai emerge fromthe gym even faster than Kazu did.*

"Okay! Thamk you, Katai! be back in a minute with my new badge!" *Carter emarged no more than 5 minutes after he entered, shiny new badge in hand and weeping Brock at his side*

"All these newbies in one day.... I lost to them all... No way!" *The group left Brock in a feetle position, as they slowly walked away*

"Hehe!! That was fun!" *Katai beamed, proud as can be of her new friends*[/FONT][/COLOR]

[B][I][COLOR=Teal]Aura streatched slightly as she re-entered Cerulean City. She battled hard in Mt. Moon and Route 4, but wasn't enough to defeat Misty. Misty still wipped out all three all of her Pokemon. So she went and trained on Route 24 & 25. She ran into alot of strong trainers and Pokemon there. It was the perfect training spot.

"Alright," Aura said as she let her three Pokemon out again, "Come on out guys! We're going to challenge Misty again. She won't beat us this time." All three of Aura's Pokemon looked buffed and ready to go. Aura slightly grinned and started walking toward the gym. Her Pokemon quickly followed.

"When the four reached the gym, Aura took a deep breath. She wasn't quiet sure about this. She did spend a lot of training time on Route 24 & 25. Charlia was at level 30, but she was Fire Type. That could present a problem. Howl was at level 22, but he was a Fire Type too. He had some darkness moves, but that didn't make a diffrence. Her best bet was her level 24 Ghastly.

"Hey Aura," Katai said as she came running up with Kazu and Carter, "Fancy meeting you here." Aura smiled brightly and looked at the three. Charila, Howl, and Ghastly looked at them as well. Aura must have been training a while if those three already caught up.

"Hey guys," Aura said happily, "I was about to challenge Misty to another match." Carter and Kazu looked at each other and then back at Aura. Charlia slightly growled which stopped the two boys from saying anything.

"Well," Katai said with a big smile, "we'll wait out here for you." Aura nodded, turned back toward the doors, and opened them. She then walked in. Her three Pokemon quickly followed. The suddenly closed behind her.

"Welcome back Aura," Misty said as she walked into the light, "You still think you can beat me with those three Pokemon?" Aura looked highly irratated. She gripped her fist and hinted toward Charlia and Ghastly. Both Pokemon took a step foward and glared at Misty.

"Of course I can," Aura said as she crossed her arms, "Lets go Misty! Choose your Pokemon." Misty shook her head and grabbed a Pokeball. She then threw the Pokeball. A Staryu suddenly appeared in front of her. Aura sent Charlia in.

A few mintutes later, Aura came out of the gym with the Cascade Badge in hand. She was also followed by Howl, a level 31 Charlia, and a level 25 HAUNTER. Katai, Kazu, and Carter quickly ran up to her.

"Wow," Kazu and Carter said as the looked at Cascade Badge. Aura smiled as Haunter landed in her arms. Kazu and Carter jumped back as Haunter tried to lick them. Aura shook her head.

"Well," Aura said as she put the Cascade Badge in her pocket, "I'm heading on to Vermilion City. You guys can battle Misty and catch up with me in Vermilion. I swear I'll wait for you there. I've got to challenge Lt. Surge first though. We have a grudge to settle." Katai, Kazu, and Carter nodded thier heads and watched Aura, Charlia, Haunter, and Howl toward Vermilion City.[/COLOR][/I][/B]

OOC: He's standing by the boarding ramp, next to the boarding officer.

Rorohiko quickly recognizes her. "Mizu! Have you decided to come?"

"Yes," she said.

Rorohiko turned to the boarding officer. "let her on. She's with me."

The boarding officer nodded. "We're about to leave, so head on up."

Mizu followed Rorohiko up the ramp, and one other passanger made it in time to board, getting in line behind Mizu. Captian Frolnom and a security officer were at the security checkpoint. Rorohiko stepped into the scanner first. "Nothing but a good bit of cash," the officer said to Frolnom. "He has one Pokemon with him. Want me to get an image of it?"

"No," Frolnom said. Rorohiko exited the scanner and stepped onto the boat. Mizu also made it through without any trouble, and the two of them set off to take a look around the boat. Frolnom turned to the officer. "Go give the signal for departure. I'll get this last passenger through the scanner."

The officer nodded and ran off. Instead of stepping into the scanner, the man walked over to the Captian. "My name is Grolsom," he said, "and I am pursuing Rorohiko. He was before the girl in front of me. I'm aware of your beliefs, so I believe you should know that he carries an Absol with him."

"I know," Frolnom told the man. "He threatened me with it. I let him and his companion on for free. He would have made good on his threats."

"Not if I can help it," Grolsom replied. "I assume you will allow me to deal with him?"

Frolnom knew he should object, kick the man off of the [i]Vrestoron[/i], but something inside him made him agree. He let Grolsom onboard without passing him through the scanner. Just then, the boat pulled away from the dock and set sail for Cinnibar.



Rorohiko and Mizu were sitting on deck. "Why did you decide to come with me?" Rorohiko asked.

"You know where Jirachi is. I'd rather try and help you then go on a wile goose chase for the other Orbs."

"Well, it's good that you decided to come. This will be much easier with your help." Rorohiko then noticed a man walking towards him and Mizu. The man wore a pendant around his neck, and Rorohiko recognised the symbol. "****," he whispered.

"What is it?" Mizu asked, also whispering.

"The man walking toward me bears the symobl of a cult that wants me dead," Rorohiko whispered back. "If that cult had their way, there wouldn't be a single Absol alive."

"What do we do?"

Before Rorohiko could answer, the mad threw a Poke Ball, releasing a Charmeleon. "Deal with his Charmeleon!" Rorohiko bolted as Mizu released her Squirtle to battle the man's Charmeleon. Rorohiko dashed into the interior of the ship as the man pulled out a gun and followed him, leaving Charmeleon facing Squirtle. Rorohiko bolted around a corner and saw an open janitorial closet. He grabbed a mop while running past, than hid himself around a corner. When the mad rounded the corner, Rorohiko tripped him with the mop, than grabbed the man's gun. He ran back to the deck and threw the gun overboard. He turned around in time to see the man walk onto the deck. He was carrying a broom. The man reached down and detached the broom head from the pole, droping the head onto the deck. Rorohiko looked at the mop, then reached down and detached the mop head, dropping it onto the deck.

"Detachable heads," Rorohiko observed. "Makes sense. That way, not as many poles are needed, because each can be made into a broom, mop, or whatever. Now, any chance of knowing the name of my opponent?"

"I am Grolsom. I know who you are, Rorohiko."

"I'm well aware of that. The cult you're with wants me dead."

"I object to the term 'cult'."

Rorohiko laughed. "Everyone does. Now, shall we do this?"

"Of course." Grolsom charged, and Rorohiko readied his pole.

[Mizu]

"Heh, alright then Squirtle, lets make this battle quick, shall we?" Squirtle nods "Squirtle, use water gun!!" The water gun makes a direct hit on the charmeleon, but the Charmeleon stands its ground. Then Charmeleon charges in using scratch attack, and Squirtle gets hit dead on, but thanks to it's hard shell it didn't do as much damage. "Squirtle, you may have an elemental advantage, but don't forget, that Charmeleon is probably way ahead of you in level and experiance, so try to dodge it's attacks as much as possible!" "Squirtle Squirt!" "Alright then Squirtle, lets try one more water gun and try to give it ur best shot!!" Squirtle then shoots a water gun attack, that looks to be unusually larger than most water gun attacks, and it hits the Charmeleon straight on! "Char, charmeleonnn.." @@' "Alright! v0_~ Squirtle, return!" ^_^ Squirtle then goes back into its Pokeball "Now to find Rorohiko.....though I'm sure he's fine, it's still better to be safe than sorry. o.o Wait, why am I just standing here talking to myself?! >< I gotta see if he's ok beepit!!" Oo (Ya know how on TV they cencer bad words using that "beep" noise? 0.o well, Mizu actually says the word "beep" to replace the bad word. o.0....Yeah, I know she's weird, but this is nothing compared to the maximum level of her weird-ness. o.o) Mizu then runs after in the direction Rorohiko went

Rorohiko and Grolsom were apparently evenly matched. Rorohiko was on the defensive, and Grolsom was on the attack. They were just getting into a pattern when Rorohiko dropped, rolled, tripped Grolsom, then quickly got up and kicked Grolsom's pole across the deck. He positioned his pole above Grolsom's head. "Make one move, and you'll be unconcious for the next few hours."

"Do what you will to my body," Grolsom spat, "but you will never have my soul."

"I don't want your soul, Grolsom. I want the cult to stop coming after me. I don't think that that will ever happen, but it can't hurt to hope, can it?"

Just then, a man in uniform ran up. "I'm Branit, Security Cheif of the [i]Vrestoron[/i]. Mind telling me what's going on here?"

"That man's name is Grolsom," ROrohiko explained, "and he tried to kill me."

Branit looked at the croud of people who had gathered. "Is this true?" Several nodded. "That man even had a gun!" one exclaimed. "He tried to shoot the youngster!"

"I don't want any part in any legal issue," Rorohiko said, "so I will not be taking this to court. Do with him what you will. I don't care what it is. Death, life in prison, house arrest, nothing at all, I don't give a ****. ust leave me out of it."

A few minutes later, Rorohiko and Mizu were standing on deck looking at Cinnibar, where they were about to dock. "Well, that was exciting," Mizu commented.

Rorohiko chuckled. "Welcome to my life. I'm no stranger to murder attempts. The cult that man belongs to has tried before."

"Why do they want you dead? What do they have against Absol?"

"The cult believes that some Pokemon are Satanic creations sent to our plane to cause Armegeddon. There are some Pokemon that they believe are creations of God designed specifically to counter the Satanic Pokemon. In the Satanic group are Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, Groudon, and Kyogre. The God group has only two members: Lugia and Rayquaza. Lugia counters Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno, while Rayquaza counters the other three. Absol falls into the Satanic group because of the whole disaster thing. They don't have a Pokemon they believe is to counter Absol, so they've taken matters into their own hands. Because of my goal, to learn everything there is to know about Absol, they want me dead. They've tried a few times before, but I've learned how to defend myself."

When the [i]Vrestoron[/i] docked, Rorohiko made sure that he and Mizu were at the back of the line to disembark. Captian Frolnom was standing by the ramp. As he and Mizu were walking by, Rorohiko released Absol. Frolnom suddenly began panicing. He ran as fast as he could away from the ramp, and Rorohiko returned Absol, laughing as he did.

"The only way that man could have gotten a gun onto that or any other ship is with the captain's permission," Rorohiko explained when he and Mizu were on the docks. "So I gave the Captain what he fears most: an Absol sighting. He probably won't be sane for at least the rest of today."

"So what's next?" Mizu asked.

"We're looking for dock 13," ROrohiko replied. "The ship is the [i]Kreloambronst[/i], and her captain is named Ralonoa. She'll treat us well. I saved her life once, so she owes me. She'll be leaving for Slateport in about 40 minutes, and she'll be glad to take us with her. Come on." Rorohiko led the way to dock 13.
