" Takal why must you do this?" A female voice rang out.
" Why you ask? Because I want power my dear sister. Power!" Repiled another female voice.
" I still don't understand?"
" Then join me Hikaru! Together we can rule!"
" Never, if I join you than I will be killing inocent people."
" HA! When will you learn no one is inocent. Your purpose is to create mine is to destroy. You have done your task now join me and watch me destroy ."
" But, what is the point?"
" That is what I shall ask you. Anything I destroy you can recreate. It is life. Things die every day. But if you have chosen to oppose me I shall have to destroy you also."
" No please."
A tall slender women stepped out of the shadows dressed in black she raised her hand. Dark matter from the far corners of the earth flowed into her hand, creating a massive ball of dark energy. Hikaru formed a ball of light in her hand ready to defend herself. The two hurled the balls at each other. The balls colided and sealed the women inside. They were seprated to different parts of the world. Hikaru to a land of darkness; Takal to a castle of light. A young man stumbled across Takal's orb and released her. She drained the man down to his last thread of life and left him for dead. In a castle were Hikaru lay Takal smilied.
" I shall have my way sister dear."

Hikaru lay on the floor, unconcious. She finally came to conciousness and looked at the dark world around her.
"Oh no", she said quietly.
She was in a barren wasteland. Off in the distance, she could see a city.
"Takal, what have you done', she said.
Hikaru stood, a headed in the direction of the city.
"I must get back to my world at once. Who knows what kind of chaos Takal could be causing?!"...

Zet sat on a hill watching the sun rise over the highlands. Soon she would leaving the land she called home to save the world from Takal. Picking up her staff she ran back to the village. Going down the street that lead to the Aqua Clan's area. A note was nailed to her door, ripping it off and looking at it she entered the house and crushed the note. She grapped her sword the Water Blade and hooked it on her side. She walked outside and breathed in the dewy air and recalled what the note had said, Elemental Warrior come to the city hall to here your task. Bring what you find important. Zet headed for the center of the village. Few of the villagers had woken, the ones who were awake were farmers or herders. After a short walk Zet was at the center of the Elmtraila. She sat on the Fountion of Control and glanced at it. Being the first one there Zet sighed and started playing with water in the fountion.

OOC: I assume I don't have to go to the fountain.

------------------------------------------

Takal entered the town of Vanduo, a large town but not quite a city. she was met by a large group of men with knives, staffs, and swords. "I see you got word of my arrival," Takal said. "I guess I was right. That merchant did run to this town."

She looked around. "You know, based on what I heard about this place, I expected something more like a city. This isn't as close as everyone says. Doesn't matter, though. Not after I'm through here. Now, do you want to to this the nice way, or the nasty way?"

Before there was a responce, Takal sensed someone sneaking up behind her. She whipped around, deflected his sword, and jabbed her staff through his heart. She turned to face the others. "I see you've chosen the nasty way."

Before the men knew what was going on, Takal had killed about a fifth of the group, and she quickly took care of the rest, using a combination of her various powers. When they were all dead, she went through the town, setting fire to everything. She left Vanduo to burn.

Lance drew back the string of his bow and launched an arrow at his brother, while rding on the back of his pet wolf, Fubar. His brother caught the arrow easily and snapped it in half. Lance put away his bow, jumped of Fubar, and drew his blade.

"Good luck, bro!" Lance jumped at his brother and quickly slashed at him. His brother easily defended his attack and struck back. Lance was sent flying backwards into a tree.

"Ohhh...." Lance held his head," Damn....That hurt!!"

His brother just looked at him, then threw him a peice of paper,"This was on our door. It says to go to the Fountain of Control. Hurry up." He turned around and walked off.

By the time Lance had the stength to get home, his bother was waiting for him out front with a small bag."Here's you stuff, leave."

Lance became sarcastic,"Damn. If I didn't know any better, I'd think you didn't want me hear.." He grabbed his bag and walked off.

When he arrived at the Fountain of Control he saw that somenoe else was there as well. Cool, I thought I'd be the only one hear...he thought to himself.Wonder who that is anyway...

Aurora ran skipping people and things blocking her way. "Oh no... I'm late again. Father's going to give me a sermon again."

Surprisingly, noone was around when she arrived at the temple so she decided to visit her brother's grave which was at the cemetery behind the temple.

"How are you today brother?", she talked as she knelt down and touched the name of his brother etched in the stone.

"You're late." Father Gestro came behind her. Aurora jumped up and apologized while scratching her head. "But I have perfected the Divine Prayer Spell! I practiced so hard last night and I finally got it! Hope that makes up my being late..." She waited for a shouted sermon but Gestro was quiet.

"We won't be having our usual lesson today Aurora." He said.
"Huh? Why not?" She said confused.
"Your ability of wielding the Light element has developed so much. And now the time has come to properly use it. This note came to me today." Gestro handed the note to his apprentice. Aurora smiled and thought A chance to fulfill my promise to my brother.

"I know what you're thinking. This is a chance to make your promise to your brother. But in the course of your journey you'll learn that there is more to this than that promise. This is a journey for the future of the remaining ones that you love." Gestro explained looking intently at Aurora.

"I'll do my best Father! No matter what! And i'll be coming back here to tell my story to you and the kids at the orphanage!" Aurora smiled cheerfully, hugged Father Gestro tight, which was unexpected by Gestro, shouted goodbye and left.

She arrived at the Fountain of Control and saw two other people but was too shy to interrupt them. She decided to sit down and wait.

Imi was outside in the field helping her Grandmother harvest the grapes. It was beautiful this time of the year but Imi just wished she had someone to share it with. She sighed hopefully but was pulled from her daydream by a shout from her Grandfather.

"Imi! I found a note for you!" he said, he sounded quite excited and also out of breath. He must have run all the way from the house.
Imi jogged over to him, a little puppy ran by her side, yapping at the dust clouds she kicked up.

"What is it?" Imi asked as she panted.
"This..." her Grandfather handed over a note, on it was written a message;
Elemental Warrior,
Come to the city hall to hear your task. Bring what you find important.

Imi stared, "Why me?" was all she could manage to get out. She hadn?t trained in a good few months and had never gone outside of the village, now she had to travel a fair way to get to Fountain of Control.
Her Grandmother walked over and patted her on the shoulder, "The time we have prepared you for has come...go, you are needed."
Imi nodded and walked inside and packed her things, her puppy looked up at her with a pleading look but she shook her head.
"I seriously doubt that taking you with me would be wise." she said kindly and then walked off to say her goodbyes to her Grandparents.

After a good half hours walk Imi finally saw the Fountain. Three other people were there, two girls and a boy.
One of the girls looked up and waved and the boy shouted, "Morning to ya!" as a friendly greeting.
Imi walked over and sat down next to one of the girls, "So....you got one to?"

Chloe sat at her usual table in the 'Golden Ox' tavern, sipping honey tea out of her cup. The tavern was crowded and noisy in the middle of the day. People ordered meals, maids rushed behind the bar to quench the customers's thirsts. She sat there with her back to the crowd, watching all of them in a mirror in front of her.

Suddenly, a cloaked character entered the tavern and approached the bar. This peaked Chloe's interest. It was not everyday a shady character like herself entered an extremely busy tavern at lunch time. She watched the person's every move, almost predicting what they would do next. The person handed a bar maid a note and left swiftly. Chloe chuckled to herself in amusement. The bar maid who had been handed the note made her way towards Chloe and stopped at her table.
" Miss Evangelia, this note is for you," the maid said kindly before taking away the empty tea cup. Chloe nodded her thanks and picked up the note off the table. It read:
Elemental Warrior of Spirit, come to the Fountain of Control to receive your task.
Chloe laughed. Did the person who handed the note really expect her to go to the Fountain? However, the person did interest her. She stood up, her black cape fluttered out behind her as she left the tavern.

The Fountain was just up ahead. Chloe decided to lurk in an alleyway to see what was happening. Four other people approached the Fountain with strange looks on their faces. Three teenage girls and a teenage boy, all about the same age, all ten years younger than her at the most. Chloe ducked out of the shadows and approached them. One question came out of her mouth.
" Are you all elemental warriors?"

Guest Shaman-SkyLord
From a distance, a man hovering 2 or 3 inches above the ground, the power surging through his veins after a battle with Shyoken Tribe. Hovierng faster he crossed the bridge into the town/city place. His blue staff and pendant glowing as they usually do. 3 men approached Kyo (thats the man, lol) with 2 great swords in each of there hands. Kyo raising his free hand makes a swishing movement, and the great swords came flying from there hands, just after a loud screeching noise was made. The screeching noise brought the two opponents to there knees, nd then with another movement of Kyo's hand, he lifted his oppenents high up into the air. Leaving his opponents there for a few minutes, he walked into the town/city, nd dropped his oppenents 100 ft from the ground. Laughing at how easy it was, he then put a stern face on and headed to the Fountain.

Still hovering through the town, Kyo looks ahead to see the Fountain a few hundred metres away. Looking more closely, he see's 5 people sitting about the fountain, with small notes in there hands. Hovering more fast now, he reaches into his coat pocket and pulled out his, Elemental Warrior ? that was how they titled him, he must have the element sound for all he could hear was a buzzing sound coming from his feet. And when he was 'fighting' those soldiers then he heard a song that reminded him of power. (Only anybody with an elemental power can hear it, to everyone else, it is a loud screeching noise)
Oh well he thought to himself, putting the note back in his pocket, he continues to advance to the fountain, hearing people talk about elementals, the buzzing sound now stopping for he was walking now, he went over to the group and said "did you guys get notes aswell ?"

Reis was sitting at a table by himself in a bar, looking around for any kind of sign to what he should do next. He had just finished his meal and was starting to get dark vibes.

Of course you're getting dark vibes, you're the elemental of darkness, he thought to himself as the waiter came over to his table. "Since your finished it's time for you to pay and get out," the waiter said.

"I'm sorry, but I don't have any money and I have no intentions of staying here much longer anyways," Reis said, starting to get an evil smile. "You must work it off sir if you have no mon....," the waiter said as he was stabbed through by a sword, "I told you I have no intention of staying here longer than needed," Reis said whipping the sword to his right as the waiter fell down.

Several men stood up, ready to take this guy down, "Really do you think you can defeat me?," Reis asked, laughing. They moved towards him, pulling out daggers and swords, "Fine have it your way, I just wanted to leave but I guess I might have some fun before I go,".

Reis pulled out his other sword killing a guy with the movement, "Watch this little trick," Reis said as he disappeared into the shadows. "Behind you," he yelled coming out of the man's shadow and killing two more of them. "So you going to fight me also," Reis asked the last man. The man shook his head and ran out of the bar.

"Smart man, too bad the others weren't," he laughed, walking out of the bar and into the city. As he moved past a shadow he noticed a note and picked it up. He read it as it told him to go to the Fountain of Control. So here is the sign I've been waiting for, he thought as he swiftly made his way down there. As he hid on one of the rooftops he could see 6 others standing by the fountain. I'll stay out of sight til I see them all here, he thought as he sat down.

Hope this is ok, great RPG btw.

Gorath had been practicing with his axes on some old tree stumps. Few remained, and he was just getting ready to destroy another when Sempa, the man who had trained him, walked in.
"Gorath, you have a letter."
The large shaman paused, axes still held high.
"A letter? From whom?"
"Doesnt say. Read it and find out what its about."
Lowering the axes, Gorath walked over, still a bit confused. Reading the note, his puzzled expression still never left his face.
"Says I have to go to the Fountain of Control. Nothing else."
"Then get going before I beat the crap outta ya! Go! Go!"
"Ow! Sempa, where did you get a cane that hard? Ouch! Alright! Im going ya crazy old man!"
The large shaman took off towards the fountain with the old man cackling behind him.
"He's got a good heart. I'll give him that."

Saru walked along happily, playing Arc in a jovial jubilee. He knew this was important, but it didn't have to be such a stiff adventure. The Elder told him to meet the other warriors at a fountain of controlling powers. Wherever this was, he was definatley sure the wind would guide him.

Today was actually a gloomy day, despite his mood. The clouds made the world seem like an empty grey and there were very few birds out. As far as Saru was concerned, any day with the birds and the wind was a good day.

The winds billowed his hair foward, towards a big mountain.

"Well, that don't seem good, does it...aye..."

Saru was pushed faster and towards the mountain. The winds were relentless on nothing else but him. As quick as he may, he hid Arc in his sack before smacking against the foot of the mountain.

*rumble rumble rumble* *rrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaah*

The mountain collapsed and tumbled apart into huge boulders. Saru slowly got up and rubbed his head in pain. It took him a bit before he noticed the mass of rocks about to fall on top of him. Quickly, he took out Ren and started playing at the rocks. It wasn't long before he was covered in a mile of dust.

~~~20 minutes later~~~
The food and the flutes Saru had were safely preserved in his sack. Everything else was a pure grey, a coat of boulder dust. He managed to get it out of his eyes to see past where the mountain was. He saw a nice sized village with a huge fountain straight ahead. Was this where he had to go?
Takal entered Elmtraila. She could feel them. Several of them. The Fountain. They're gathering at the Fountain. Why?
She stepped into the shadow of a nearby house. If you were watching her, you would have seen her dissapear. She was still there, though. She was invisible, a trick that only worked in shadows, dark rooms, at night, etc. Basically, she had to be in a dark place.
She moved through the shadows, quickly reaching the Fountain. She remained in the shadows and invisible. Let's see what's going on here, she thought. Then I'll decide what to do with all of them.
*Sorry for posting so late and alll*
Jim was walking out of a llocal tavern before he was approched by some strange men that had fllowed him down the dirt-path streets for about an half and hour. It didn't take Jim long to realize these men wanted either his life or his money....but it was most likly his life at thaat. When he made a wrong turn at one of the corners it seemed to be a dead end, and when he turned around there were thedrunken men staring at him with a smile or a grin.
"Hey punk, what say we see how much money you got, you cant come drink here and not pay any of the nice locals some money out of generocity as wel." One of the men said, he seemed to be the leader of the group since he was in the middle and the only one talking at that. Jim took of his hood that he had to show his face to them, his brown hair bangs went to the front of his face as he bent his head foward to look at the ground for a moment. Jim had taken a few drinks at the local pub and his face was a bit red and pinkish at that, it looked like he was blushing at the moment.
"Please, go away from me. I dont feel good right about now" Jim said as he tried to get out of the dark ally, but the men did not let him pass, instead they pushed him to one of the brick walls. Before they knew it there seemed to be a storm coming in, the wind had gotten stronger and the three couldn't hold their ground for much longer. Jim could hardly see a thing since his eyes were half open and half shut, he didn't realize how much he had drunk that night. Before long he passed out on the wall. It was morning time, the sun rose slowly and light shinned into a occputied room where Jim layed on the bed. He got up shaking and went over to the bathroom, when he looked into the mirrow he noticed some blood on his cheek and more smeered on his shirt.
"Not again....." Jim stated "why did you take over then? Things could have gotten better if you hadn't come and taken over " Jim siged as he sunk to the ground and sobbed a bit nect to the bathtub and sink.
If you happened to be at the most secluded island on the planet two years previously, which is unlikely, you would have seen why the man Gonn's memory had fled. Gonn was flying through the ground, causing the trees, brush and the ground itself to flicker in his wake and reach for his enemy. One particularly large palm tree caught his enemy by the leg and held him up by the ankle. His enemy was a tallish, sneaky man, and not even himself ever since he had become posessed.
Gonn rose from the ground and grabbed his captured prey by the neck, "I finally have you, Waki, now give it back," he said. "Never," the demon in the man said with a harsh and gravelly voice and a grin. "You don't even have me, and you will not get the amulet, or your friend back. I will kill him then you, and keep it for myself." Gonn couldn't use his power to kill his friend, so he backed away, let his enemy free, and awaited his fate. Waki phased through the limb of the tree, and it withered with his presence inside it. The demon cackled and walked through Gonn and out of his friend.
Two years later, Gonn didn't know this. He knew his name, his abilities, his weapon's names and their abilities. The rest was lost, he didn't even know that he had survived a very certain death.
At this time, also two years later, Gonn sat in the forest of the same island, trying to remember. What happened? Why can't I remember it? These were questions he asked himself constantly ever since that incident, and he didn't even want to care about it anymore, yet still he did. He felt a disturbance in the air through the trees, a dark shape flew over them and a small piece of paper came fluttering down to the ground in front of him. He read it, and cast off towards where the Earth told him he needed to go. Gonn sank into the ground where he sat and flew through the ground and then through the seabeds until he reached the general area of the Fountain. A few minutes later, at the Fountain of Control, Gonn walked in with wide mysterious strides. A girl ran up to greet him partly out of that was how she was, and partly out of the fact that Gonn was a very handsome man, but was deflected by a confused and repelling stare from him. After that, no one spoke to him for a long while.
OOC: Swordmaster13/Okibi Masurao, I suggest that you get the story moving. People seem to be losing interest. If they aren't, then they certainly will soon. Have the characters learn what they're supposed to do very soon, or this RPG will probably die out. Oh, and don't worry if some characters aren't at the Fountain yet. Those characters can learn later.
---------------------------------------------------
This is quite the unusual group, Takal thought. They aren't all getting along with each other, and that's not good for a group. Of course, there probably wasn't much choice. All of these people are stronger than anyone I know except me and Hikaru, who, fortunatly, is currently incapable of interfering. These people are unusually powerful. They're probably going to be after me. I could be wrong, but that's not likely. Not like I'm worried. They're unusually powerful, but I don't think they're up to the task of getting rid of me. Well, we'll soon see. I'll remain hidden until they learn what they're supposed to do. After that, I think I'll take them on. They might actually put up a half-decent fight. Should be fun.
Gonn had disappeared as soon as no one was looking at him, to meditate. He had figured out a chant that he had proven to double his strength, but only took effect after he recovered from the meditation, "Ia noru heshi natu," he repeatedly chanted quietly, he found that he recovered much faster, in about two minutes or so, if he was lodged in the ground thanks to his powers. Otherwise it would take several hours or so depending on the condition that nature was at in his immediate surroundings. Luckily, the natural conditions of the town weren't that much worse than an untouched forest or wetlands and the ground was pretty healthy due to the rather heavy rain that the town had about every week or so according to an underground weed he had found before he started his meditation.
Meditation which he knew he would need soon.
OOC: People are losing intrest. I mean it, this rPG will die if things don't get moving. I'm going to liven things up a bit, but we need to know what the characters are supposed to do, and how they're supposed to do it. If that doesn't happen in a couple days, this RPG will most likely die out.
--------------------------------------------------------
This is getting borring, Takal thought. Let's liven things up a bit. See just how good these people are. I'll call up a creature for them to deal with. Basic demon ought to do the trick, but I don't want to be that derivitive. Some creature found in the wild, then, but an uncommon and dangerous one. Griffin, maybe. Full-sized griffin, peak condition. Females are larger, stronger, faster, basically a lot more dangerous than the males. Seems to be like that a lot for animals. All right, then. Full-sized female griffin in peak condition. Should work well. Can take a lot of shit, dish it out very well, and is resistant to elemental abilities, although not immune. Let's see how they handle it.
She concentrated. After a few seconds, it was done, and a griffin flew into the area, immediatly attacking the gathered people. Takal watched from the shadows, still invisible. Let's see how good you are, she thought.
I wish to see their skills as well as my enemies' Gonn thought
Takal looked straight at the ground he was under, WHAT?!? HOW CAN YOU KNOW?!? she thought.
I know all about you, your powers, your height, your fears, your thoughts. Didn't you know that the element warriors of the nature element when in or around many natural things are told everything they want to know by the Earth herself? You can't hide anything from the planet you stand on.
Takal was astonished and then angry at the Earth warrior, "How is it that I didn't know that and you did? her thoughts were more calm now. She heard a chuckle from under the pavement, Didn't you hear a word I just said Takal? I'll slim down the words for you, I can know anything with a single thought when I'm in the ground.
Takal held her forehead, amazed at how unobservant she had become.
OCC: Come on guys, don't give up on it yet!
OOC: Copying my trick, are we?
---------------------------------------------------
[I did not expect one with that abillity,]Takal sent to Gonn. [But you're wrong about one thing.]
[Which is?]
[Which is that I can hide things from the planet I stand on. You know my name now, but do you know who I am?]
Gonn was astonished to find that he could not get that information. [How do you do that?]
Takal chuckled mentally. [I know how to sheild my mind. Normally, I only maintain the sheild around certain things, things that I don't want to chance people learning. But not my whole mind. I'm just now realizing that there's no reason not to shield my whole mide constantly. It doesn't really take any effort, after all, and I can always drop it if I need to for some reason.I must thank you for making me aware of my lapse. Goodbye.]
Gonn suddenly felt all contact with Takal cease. He tried, but couldn't sense her at all. Takal returned her attention to the battle between the elemental warriors and the griffin she had summoned.
