[Bullet Theory]

"Hir...Hiroshi. I need to tell you something." Daki whispered. Hiroshi leaned toward his face to hear what he had to say. Daki, with what little strength he had, raised his head and gave Hiroshi a kiss.

"I love you. I know we've only known eachother for a very short amount of time but through it all I've felt a strong attraction to you. I know that you are a hunter...and I'm glad I fell in love with one."

Hiroshi has a surprised look in her eyes. She also has felt feelings for Daki, but had no idea that he felt the same.

Daki tried to sit up, but he had no energy.

"Daki, don't move. Conserve your energy for when Kiyo gets back. She's gone to get some herbs for your wounds."

"Hiroshi...don't worry about me. You need to heal your own wounds...I'll live."

With this, Daki fell asleep...exhaustion has set in.

[Ezekiel]

[COLOR=SandyBrown]Hiroshi looked down at Daki and felt the tears come to her eyes. No one had ever told her that they loved her before...never and now she had this other feeling inside of her...a feeling of warmth and safety and a reason to go on.
But then she though of something, the Wampyre had struck something within her as well and she knew he could sense it.

She got to her feet and heard Kiyo flying towards them. The girl landed and started to tend to Daki's wounds when Hiroshi put a hand on her shoulder.
"I need to ask you a favour." she whispered, silent tears were falling from her bright eyes.
Kiyo looked up and blinked, Hiroshi continued, "That Wampyre has realised a weakness within me...staying here would not be wise....i would like it if you take me home, for his safety." she looked to Daki and Kiyo nodded, knowing the Hiroshi was telling the truth.

She took the young woman?s hand and flew into the crisp night air, hurrying so as not to leave Daki for too long.
10 minutes later and Horishi was in her apartment, panting from the cold air that had filled her lungs.

She reached out and felt along the wall to find the light switch, when her finger tips found it she flipped it on, and a horrible sight greeted her.
Blood was smeared across the floor and then formed into drops, leading into the bedroom.
It wasn?t any normal blood the, Hiroshi could tell?it was darker and more rich and the smell was horrific.
She gulped and put on her bravest act, walking forward she opened the half opened door to her bedroom and peered inside.
"Where are you Wampyre?" she asked cautiously, trying to hide the fear in her voice.
She couldn?t see anything and thought that he had moved on and then....a shadow flitted across the floor and before she could blink she was pinned against the wall by two string hands.
She cried out in surprise and looked up into the cold eyes of the Wampyre, he licked his teeth and smirked at her, the only thing she was thinking as she closed her eyes was, 'This is it.....this is how I will die....."[/COLOR]

Eve walked away from the park and headed toward Kiroichi sent. "He has moved quite a bit sence i last tracked him," She said changing into a howk. She flew through the crisp night air, wind blew the sent of fire in her face. "Hmmmm a hunters spell, but Kiroichi escaped........now he's," She sniffed, air filled her beak she picked up his sent again. She traced him into an apartment with a human.
"Wait no ragular human a hunter.....and looks as if Kiroichi's going for his next meal," She said diving close to the ground she instently changed into a cat and scampered up the apartment steps. Soon she reached the girls appartment, changing back into her self she turned the door nob it did not move "Its locked, why do humans think locking doors are going to keep out the creatures of the night??" She lightly tapped where the locks should be if they where on this side, a few seconds later Eve heard a thump on the floor as the door slowly swung open. She stepped in to see the locks and door nob laying on the carpet. It was dark but Eve could easily see Kiroichi pinning the young girl to the wall. He looked up,eve swiftly turned into a cat and ran under a table.
"Who's there?? Come out i know your here," He sniffed the air as if to pick up the smell of the being in the room with them. A sweet smell of roses filled his nose along with the overpowering smell of blood. "A vampire.....Hahahaha show your self girl!" He said turing around and dropping the girl on the floor.
"Not vampire Kiroichi, Angel," she said changing back and stepping into his veiw.

[Onix]

[SIZE=1][COLOR=Red]"Angel, bah," sneered Kuroichi. "You have interrupted my meal, girl, probably looking for one of your own?"

"I have come to deal with you Kuroichi."

"Deal with me? How so?"

"I intend to stop you," the Wampyre said, sliding into a battle stance.

"Girl, I am over 600 years old," he scoffed. "One young Vampire with dellusions of being an angel is not going to stop me."

"Humor me," she said.

"Forgetting about someone!" yelled Hiroshi.

The fallen hunter lashed out with her dagger, cutting into Kuroichi's leg. The Wampyre let out a cry of anguish. Blood creeped up the side of his body and formed a dagger in his hand. He threw it down hard, and it dug into Hiroshi's bicep. He threw another dagger the struck the other Wampyre in the ribs.

"Both of you shall die!" he roared.

[Bullet Theory]

Daki awakens. His body is healed and Kiyo is next to him, wrapping his arm in a bandage.

"Where's Hiroshi?" Daki demands.

"She requested for me to take her back to her apartment." said Kiyo.

"BACK TO HER APPARTMENT?!?! WE HAVE TO GET THERE NOW! HIROHI IS IN SERIOUS DANGER!" Daki yelled. "Kuroichi will be there!"

"Then we must go now." Kiyo says calmly.

Daki tries to get up, but is still injured.

"You cannot move, Daki." says Kiyo.

"I have to. I have to save her. I...I..." Daki hesitates.

"You love her. That is why you are willing to risk your life for her...even in your condition."

"Yes, it's true. I love her, but we must get there before its too late!"

Kiyo picks up Daki and flies to Hiroshi's appartment. The door is open. Kiyo sets Daki down. Somehow Daki finds the strength to stand.

"Kuroichi will die by my hands if he has touched her..." Daki whispers.

Daki unsheathes his katana and engulfs it in flames. Kiyo looks on in amazment.

"How is he able to summon fire...earlier he was too weak to stand..." Kiyo thought.

Daki charges into the appartment. There is blood going up the stairs.

"No...HIROSHI!!" Daki runs into the bedroom and finds Kuroichi and another Wampyre. He also finds Hiroshi...she has a dagger in her arm.

"HIROSHI!!!!" Daki screams "Kuroichi you will pay!"

"You think you can defeat me in the shape you're in...you're a fool. You'll perish before you take a step." Kuroichi says.

"My death will not occur this night. Kuroichi...you're time is up"

Daki charges toward Kuroichi...knowing he will die fighting for the one he loves.

Two hunters and two Wampry.......Kuroichi what have you started?? Eve thought to herself as she rased her middle and pointer fingers up between her eye brows. A spark of purple glowed brightly inbetween her fingers and forhead. Slowly she moved her fingers away pulling out a small purple orb. Lowering her hand to lip level she again whispers to the orb as if giving it a command. She then spread her two fingers apart making two orb, each now glowing a bright violet. Her ruby lips blow out a breath of air and send the orb spiraling over to the two hunters heads. The first one reaches Daki and disapears into his head the seconed one entered Hirohi's head as well. Eve rases both hands spread apart at her head, purple glows at the end of her finger tips......"DAZE!" she yells and instently like a bomb the purple orbs graspe the hunters minds bluring their vision and imparing their ablity to walk.
"This is for your own good, you two do not know of Kuroichi's power" She said drawing out her throwing stars, each of them spread out in her hands like a fan. "Now Kuroichi your ruining my plans so i must ride myself of your ignorence. She said throwing the stars at him, two of them slice his shirt as for the rest pining him to the wall. She then aproched the dangaling Kuroichi, placing her right hand over his heart she slowly begins to press down. With the other she places her pointer finger at the middle of the back of her right hand. With a swift movement she strikes her hand sending a black orb into Kuroichi's chest. For a moment nothing and he lets out a laugh.
"Was that it? Was it suppose to hurt?" he said laughing again.
"Poor Kuroichi when i ment angel i ment your angel of death.....you finaly get to know peace Kuroichi take it with bliss," she said as a shocking pain shoots through his body. A black light protureds from Kuriochis chest and up Eves arm slowing but surely draing Kuriochi of his strength
"What do you say Kuriochi to you take death with pleasure??"

[Ezekiel]

[COLOR=SandyBrown]Hiroshi could just see what was happening in the state she was in from the new Wampyres spell. She was draining Kuroichi of his life but the male didn?t seem to care.

She looked through her blurry eyes and noticed Daki to her right, sprawled out on the floor. he was mentally and physically drained from all the fights he had been in and now he had come here, to save her, only to meet this horrible fate.

She reached out her hand and gripped his, he had done so much for her now it was her time to repay him.
She tried to stand, fighting the tiredness that had overcome her whole body. She got to her knees without the Wampyres noticing. As she made her final attempt to get to her feet she collapsed.

The Wampyres looked around, the female stopped her attack and Kuroichi, giving the male enough time to recover some strength.

The girl cursed, "You must stay down, hunter, it is for your own good!" she started to create another orb in her hands but Hiroshi glared at her.

"Don?t you patronise me, I am a hunter and I am more than worthy enough to fight in this battle! Why should you try to protect me when I might be the very person who kills you?"

The girl looked down and the orb disappeared, her plan had started to fall apart.
Kuroichi smirked,
"A woman with attitude? I like it!" he snarled and lunged at Hiroshi, nearly all of his strength had returned but the hunter was able to dodge the attack in time.
Kuroichi snarled and slashed his hand at Hiroshi, his sharp nails grazed her tanned skin and she whimpered slightly in pain.
She jumped back to stand above Daki and started to chant, an orb of fire materialised in her hands while the two Wampyres looked on.
The female seemed to stand back, eyeing up the hunter and watching how well she could fight.

Hiroshi looked up at Kuroichi, her eyes looked like they were on fire. She raised her hands above her head, her fiery spell now fully charged,
"Wampyre, you will pay dearly for hurting the one I love! Burn in the flames of hell!"
She blasted her spell at Kuroichi with a scream, she put all of her power into that blast but it was not enough to drown out the sounds of the Wampyres laughing, Hiroshi stumbled and almost fell.....he was too powerful.[/COLOR]

[Onix]

[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue][SIZE=1]Kuroichi laughed as the hunter tried to harm him with the flames.

"Foolish human," he said, laughing still. "A human cannot harm me. Not with mere flames, at least."

The silver-haired man stepped forth from the clouds of smoke and walked towards the staggering Hiroshi. She turned and tried to run away, but tripped and nearly fell. Before she hit the ground, though, something caught her.

Kuroichi.

His strong arm wrapped around her waist, preventing her from falling, and pulling her close to him. He could feel the warmth radiating from her, and her hot skin was cooled by his body.

"Perhaps you could help me," he cooed softly, blowing into her ear.

A shiver ran through her spine at his words. They were frightening and enticing at the same time.

"You could become one like me. A companion, an ally, a...lover?"

She wanted to push away, but found him too charming, too powerful. And the emotion that had tormented her, and confused her, surface again.

"But..." she began.

"No, no buts," he said.

He put a long finger to her lips. She was amazed by the grace and tenderness with which he could move.

"I give you this choice only once. Join me, become a Wampyre, and be with me forever. Or die along the other hunter and the other Wampyre."

"I...I..." she stammered.

[I]Daki said he loved me...and I feel something from him...but Kuroichi seems to care about me too...and I think I might love him[/I]

Hiroshi was overwhelmed. She couldn't choose one over the other...

"Well?" he asked. The longing, the tenderness, the unbelievable warmth in that one word changed her mind.

"Change me," she said softly.

"It shall sting for but a moment, my dear flower," Kuroichi said, grinning.

In a flash, his ivory fangs bit into Hiroshi's neck. Pain shot through her nerves filling her brain with regret.

[I]No! What have I done![/I] her mind cried.

But then, the pain stopped instantly, and the feeling changed to a dull chill, but a pleasent sensation that sent another shiver down her spine. She felt her body cool and change, as she became a Wampyre.

"It is done, my beauty," Kuroichi said.

The Vampire stepped back and wiped some blood from his mouth.

"One last thing must be done to complete the transformation," he said, grinning in a way that made Hiroshi melt.

"What?" she asked. She was surprised by the slightly distant and cool tone her voice had taken.

"A kiss, to seal the deal,"

She smiled, and her lips met his.

OOC: For the record, Imi agreed and ColourDeaf gave the okay. Hiroshi is now a Vampire, and she shall follow Kuroichi to the bitter end, right, Imi?[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[Bullet Theory]

Daki is sprawled(sp?) out on the ground...tired and under the Wampyre's spell. He can barely see straight and barely move.

"W..What have you done to me Wampyre?" Daki whispers.

"It's for you're own good!" says the female Wampyre.

"I'm not giving up yet! I have to save..." Daki is cut short by the sight of Hiroshi being bitten by Kuroichi. Then he witnesses the kiss...Daki's purpose has been shattered. Kuroichi had turned Hiroshi into a Wampyre and then kissed her...but she seemed to have no problem with it...was it possible that Hiroshi...loved Kuroichi?

"No...no it can't be. Hiroshi..." Daki whispers as he attempts to get to his feet. He gets to one knee...then begins to raise up, but collapses. "Kuroichi will die..." He tries again to get to his feet but falls a second time. Daki...can't get up. He now realizes that he cannot defeat Kuroichi...for he has no strength to go on.

Daki gets to one knee.

"Kuroichi...you have beaten me and taken the love of my life from me...you have won. I cannot fight you anymore. You have taken my will and purpose and shattered them both. If you are going to kill me...do it now. ."

"With pleasure!" Kuroichi hissed. He pulls out his katana and dashes toward Daki. He leaps into the air, katana over his head. As Kuroichi begins to decend, Daki lowers his head and prepares for his dying moment. With his last breath, he looks toward Hiroshi...

"I love you."

Kuroichi impales the katana throught Daki's neck, killing him. Daki's purpose wasn't exactly completely shattered...he did die for the one he loved.

OOC: I think Daki has had a good run.It would be better if he died this way. Well, I'll see you guys around. Keep this story goin'! I'll be reading every day.

IC: Alexis stood in the shadows, silent. Her feline-like eyes watched impassively, and she ran her tongue along her sharp, pointed teeth. She watched as the Hunter allowed a Wampyre to kill him. [I]And her? she is not human anymore.[/I] Even from her distance, her sharp, enhanced hearing picked up Daki?s last words.

?I love you.?

Ali closed her eyes, and told him, [I]And she loves you, Hunter. Zhai?helleva, brother. Peace be upon you.[/I] The Lycan watched as the vampire removed his sword from the neck of the fallen Hunter. She stepped from the shadows, silent.

?Nicely done, vampire.?

He turned like a blur, eyes watching her. His lips parted in a mock snarl at her, and he said, ?Well, Lycan, hiding in the shadows isn?t any better.? Ali raised her hands. ?No harm meant. You are lucky he let you kill him.?

The vampire scoffed. ?Huh. And you, no more than a pup-? Alexis? eyes flashed. ?I am no pup. If I am to be called the whelp of any animal, I will be called a kit. Bu never, ever call me a pup, bloodrag.? His eyes flashed angrily in return.[/color][/font][/size]

[Eclectic]

Lala looked at him curiously before staring at Lian, suddenly full of focus and intent. "Wind Talker, how do you know the Book Man? Or do you know him? If so, why not call to him by name? What else is there to this relationship?" She continued to stare as Lian shifted slightly. "Come on, come on," she whispered, barely heard. "Tell me, tell me." She fell into a trance of sorts, hoping the slight reflections in her eyes would show something.
"I would let one of them tell you. No one takes very kindly to prying. Besides, there isn't much to it." Lala looked up to find Vahnhels gazing down with something like amusement glittering in his eyes.
"Will I have to leave since there is only room for two? I'll understand if I do." She plopped down into a nearby chair. "Or is it up to the Book Man?"

[Cyriel]

[COLOR=DarkRed][SIZE=1][B]"The Book Man?"[/B] Lian repeated. [B]"You have a nickname for him already? Interesting...he never answers me except by pseudonym or title. I've never tried his name."[/B] Her sight was on the floor.

She turned back to Lala, [B]"He must be fond of you already."[/B]

Vahnhel stepped in, [B]"That's enough, Dots. Two minutes and you're already starting to chafe."[/B]

Lian nodded, [B]"Sorry, guess I'm just impatient tonight."

"Demons whispering in your ears again?"[/B]

Lian only smiled, her eyes bright.

Lala watched with interest, catching the hidden meanings with her eyes. Defeat was obviously hard for the Wind Talker, but not uncommon in the presence of the Book Man. She tried to pick up more, but Lian wavered the air between them, making the reflections distorted. Lian had picked up on Lala's powers quite quickly.

But even this wavering told Lala something - Lian was on the defense. But soon, the subtle shifts in the air subsided, only to leave emptiness. Lian had cleaned up quickly, and left no trace to be picked up.

She turned to Lala, [B]"Yes, I know the Book Man. Relationship?"[/B] She smiled. [B]"I'm not sure there is one. You'd have to ask the Reverend, although his version will be less to my liking."

"Dots."[/B]

Lian nodded, and then sat down next to Lala, [B]"Yes, I know Vahnhels. Will he be in there much longer? Usually he's so skilled in directing their tongues."[/B]

She turned to Lala again, [B]"He can make them dance so wonderfully. And I hope you can stay, although I don't know why the Reverend would chase you away."[/B][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue]Hiroshi and Kuroichi run and jump out the window. Kuroichi grabs Hiroshi's hand with tenderness and helps her get used to her new body and speed.

[I]Daki... I did love you... but Kuroichi showed me a new way... I'm sorry... Rest in peace my dear friend...[/I] thought Hiroshi as she was running with Kuroichi.

"Are you ok my love?" asked Kuroichi with a hint of concern on his voice. He cleared his throught knowing that he had shown a sign of affection.

Hiroshi smiled and her eyes shimmered. "Yes Kuroichi, I'm fine!"

Kuroichi smiles and they keep running toward the woods. But Kuroichi was harming himself. He was letting his guard down because he was watching over Hiroshi.Kiyo was following them, along with Eve not too far behind.

"How could she let him kill Daki?????" whispered Kiyo with tears flowing into her eyes, blurring her vision. She wiped away at the tears and kept thinking of Daki.

Eve came up beside Kiyo. "Are you ok?"

"Yeah... I'll be fine. Just give me a minute."whispered Kiyo.

"You know, it's not your fault he's dead.It's her's."

"But I could've saved him!!! I could've jumped out and blocked it!!!!!"screamed Kiyo.

"Hush! It's not your fault! You have to understand that."

"I can't right now... I just can't..."

Eve put her hand in Kiyo's for support and they flew toward Kuroichi and Hiroshi in silence.Kiyo plotted revenge......[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue][SIZE=1]Kuroichi held Hiroshi's wrist tight as they ran. Hiroshi was amazed at how her vision had increased, how powerful she felt.

"We are being followed," hissed Kuroichi. "But do not look. It may encourage them."

"Who?"

"The Wampyre and another, a human," Kuroichi stated. "As a Wampyre, I can sense the difference between Wampyre and Human. You shall gain the same ability in time."

The duo rounded a corner, entering an empty street. There was no one present except the two Vampires. Their footsteps rang out in the night, shoes thudding on cold concrete. It wasn't hard to hear the two followers rounding the corner as well. The human's breathing was growing more labored.

"Time to hide..." said Kuroichi. "To live to fight another day."

A red orb appeared in his hand as he stopped. The silver-haired man spun on his heel as he stopped, arcing around to face the two persuers. It was two women, one of them the Wampyre who interrupted Kuroichi's feeding.

"I'd love to stay and chat, ladies, but I've got a woman now," he said, flashing his sexiest grin. "So, I'm afraid we must be off!"

With that, the Wampyre hurled the orb at the two women, and it burst into a red mist, the Blood Mist. He ran forward and grabbed Hiroshi again, leading her.

"That outta keep them busy for a while. At least long enough to reach my home, since we can't go back to yours."

Hiroshi nodded in agreement, and the two darted into the night.
