Welcome to the Tenjuo Academy. A place of learning. To extend ones knowledge, and release the magic within us all. Where all of ones deepest desirers and nightmares may come true.
As the clock strikes five, the students begin handing in their test. Teachers on edge they snap the papers into orderly files, it's another testing day for some. Much more then they may think. The students all leave their class rooms heading to the next. As soon as all roll reports have been turned into the office, the speakers boom.

Speaker: The fallowing students are to report to the front garden...

A list of names were read off, the students that were called got all their things in order. They were clam. The teachers on the other hand were beginning to come apart. But none of the students knew, that over 60% of them that left this year. Would never come back again and that their replacements were begging found as they stood. The teachers sent them off back to their dorm rooms, instructing them then to go to front garden. Those that were not instructed by teachers, were the magic users. The had had all they need, however certain students did not.

After school was out, students lingered around the halls. Speaking of what probably happened. And what they thought that they would face at their testing time. When the staff and personnel had walked by, the students could help but notice that they were all on edge. Whispers within every room could be heard about.

"Those students who left, are being executed."
"They Academy leader wouldn't allow that. They're battling with fiends..."

The rumors went on endlessly. The number of urchin didn't help either, since they looked down upon everyone else and were in turn looked down upon to. The students stated around campuses for their clubs were all introduced to the newer students. A count of 206 new freshmen. And a count of now only 7,918 experienced students, a large drop from the begging of the year. They staff thought, we originally had 9,224. The academy had lost 1,306 students solely from the test. None of those students had been killed by any of the fiends and monsters surround the school. Hidden within the forest. It was pitiful. The staff could see it on the Clubs faces, the distress and the fact that they now were making friends with their friends replacements.

Those who returned to their rooms didn't find a pleasant surprise either. For every friend that was killed, they had sent back the ID, and confirmation of that student to their friend. Many of them began to cry, and some left the academy. By that night, 3 students had died of suicide, and 113 returned home. By the next morning, the roll count had gone from 9,224 to 7,918 to 7,802 in one night. Tomorrow, approximately: 213 students were foreseen to die, out of the 350 that would be leaving that morning. And again, more students would leave. More will come, and more will become engulfed by pain.

The students that returned, returned in devastation, finding that they'd never see their acquaintances again. They seemed to grow older much quicker, however, all of their abilities became enhanced. But since so many of them left or became personnel, it didn't matter anymore. The had something take away from them, something unredeemable.

----------------------------------------

Miyabi walked down to the teachers lounge, school would be starting within a few moments.

Looking around she stared at some of the apprentices that were in the room. Getting her green tea, Orange grabbed a snack, the two walked down the halls back the way to the first period class room. Floods of students were still in the halls, procrastinating, heading to their lockers, or awaiting the roll calls o be able to skip school. The two walked at some what of a fast pace.

"Miyabi, will their be more testing today?"

She nodded, "You'll help in out in the cemetery today, won't you?"

Orange smiled, "Yes, of course."

Opening the door, the two went in. A paper air plane went past them, crashing into the ground in the hall. Then stepped on by hurrying students. Orange went up the steps and took her in the second level. Heading to her desk, on the first level, Miyabi tried quieting the class down. Opening the top of the desk laptop she opened up the roll count screen. As she started to take names down, she became confused by the noise.

She had to do roll count before the announcements. "Class!" she yelled, "Quite down!" The room then fell silent. Out of a room of 24 teens and children she enter the 23 name when the speakers came on. While listening she hurried to type in the last name as counted for and sent it. 24 students present, 2 were missing.

Listening to the speakers it went threw the same order as before. As the listed ended, she ended up sending 5 more students out of the room and out to their test.

OOC Here goes....

Imi sat in the teachers lounge, her mentor, Mr. Musao, was late. It was unusual, especially since it was the first day of the new school year.
She waved to Orange as she left the room and it was returned with a sweet smile from the girl as she shut to door behind her.
Imi huffed and slouched back in her chair, fixing the little cat beanie that she always wore on her head.
"Meh...where is he?" she asked, one of the other teachers noticed her and the other apprentice waiting.
"You two should go or you'll be late, I'll tell your mentors that you went to class."
Imi nodded as did Nic and they both got up from their chairs,
"Another school year, another massacre, eh?" Nic said lazily as he looked over his shoulder to his older friend.
Imi nodded and yawned, clicking her neck and back.
"See you later." she said, patting him on the shoulder and walking out into the hallway.

She made her way to Mr. Musao's classroom, the corridors were pretty empty now and she had a clear run. Just then she heard the speakers crackle on,
Attention! 5 minutes to roll count collection!
Imi swore and made a sprint to the classroom, she skidded in through the door to be greeted by a sea of young, nervous faces.
"Okay you lot, I need to do this fast!"
She took the role call in four and a half minutes before quickly sending it off.
"Thank God for that...." she breathed a sigh of relief, everyone was present and she recorded them all in time.
"Just you wait, Musao, you better not leave me to do that ever again!"

Nic walked to class slowly, still tired, he heard the messege over the speakers. yawning he opened the class room door, he was supposed to take roll but didn't feel like rushing it so he took it kinda of slowly, still half asleep, he finished and sent the roll with very little time left.
"Youl can talk until ms. Yotsuka comes in and when she does shut up or it will be my *** cuz I'm supposed to keep you guys quiet, and feel free to ask me any questions. Just remember I'm much nicer then she is, and if you get me in trouble I'm not going to let you guys talk, ever again."
With that he put his feet up on the desk and wondered where Ms. Yotsuka was.

OOC: Here goes nothing :)

Mr.Musao smiled as he watched his apprentice skid into the room. Quickly the girl collected herself and studied her surroundings. She immediatly then grabbed the call list and began listing names.

Musao watched the clock and studied his apprentice. She continued to list of names without showing the slightest bit of recollection that time was about to be up. He smirked and looked back over to his apprentice.

As she finished the roll call and sent it out she seemed to be looking around for him..Musao took this as his cue.

Clap...Clap...Clap

The entire class room jumped as Mr. Musao brought his hands together for a fourth time.

"Most impressive Imi, most impressive indeed."

Mr. Musao continued walked to the front of the class and then stood next to Imi. He examined the new faces and smiled.

"Everyone, this is Imi. She is my apprentice, but you will know her as a teacher. I wanr you; this will not be an easy class, nor an easy year for any of us. Myself included. You are to be instructed in the arts of magic and physical fighting as well as emotional toughness."

He caught a girl in the back scribbling on her notebook madly. He had noticed this girl had started as soon as he began speaking. He smiled and whispered something in Imi's ear. She nodded and whispered something into Musao's ear.

The class perked up, leaning forward, trying to hear what they were talking about. Suddenly raised his voice and began talking again.

"Ms. Jaime Tsuenu, I see you are writing or..perhaps drawing in your notebook."

The girl's back straightened at the sound of her name and she shifted in her chair. Slowly she cleared her throat and looked at Mr. Musao.

"No...no drawing sir...they are..notes. From what you've said..."

Mr. Musao smiled and gazed at the girl. He then nodded.

"I expect everyone to follow in Ms. Tsuenu's footsteps. Except....You will call me by one name and no other, that name will be Mr. Musao...not sir, not buddy, and certainly not "Hey you." Is this clear?"

The class nodded silently, a few gulping realizing that this guy was absolutely nuts. Mr. Musao smiled.

"Good...now everyone turn to their left and greet the person sitting or standing next to you. The end person after giving your name to the person to your right will run to the row in front of you and give it to the person in front of you. This will preceed untill the first row and then the person in the first row will run to the back row after gaining each of the names of the people on the end and tell the names to the last person. I then expect the last person to recite each name to me slowly and clearly.

Ready....go"

Mr. Musao then looked at Imi and smiled.

"Welcome to apprenticeship and welcome to class Imi. Hope I wasn't too late."

He smiled and stuck out his hand offering a hand shake as his apology. After recieving the hand shake from Imi he turned to the other side of the room which was the advanced students. He looked at each one sternly.

"You all know what I expect, and I know what you expect. Your first lesson of the day is to distract the younger kids. Make sure they do not get the correct names to me."

Suddenly the intercom came on and it went through the usual order. Mr. Musao winced slightly as he heard the name of two of his students. He sighed. He spoke softly for once.

"Taka Musaro and Zack Pimin report to the garden area."

He watched as they left and shook his head. Both were very promising students, but he doubted either one would survive this test. He looked over at Imi and smiled as the older kids quickly moved their way into the mass of younger kids.

"I'm going to need your help this year, Imi..."

Arriving at the school, riding on her black Suzuki Hayabusa 1300, Lani knew she was late by only a few minutes, but cared nothing for it. She knew that her apprentice, Nic Johnson, would be taking care of things in her classroom as usual. Lani parked her bike and placed everything in its places and cabinets before walking into the school. She then fixed her clothes and her hair and walked through the large doors of the school, peering down hallways and doors. She came to her classroom and opened the doors, all fell silent and Nic removed his feet from the desk immediately. The announcements came on and all was heard crisp and clear, except for a few students who were snickering and giggling.

Nic was listening lazily, but kept an intent eye on the students. Lani sat at her desk and interlocked her fingers, listening and watching, knowing what was happening inside her class. The speaker went through a series of lists. As it ended, Lani called out 3 of the students who were present and pointed to the door. They were to leave for the test. Everyone else murmured and stayed quiet.

"Class is about to begin. I see you've all met my apprentice, Nicolas Johnson. I presume most of you have been in my classroom before, and I also presume that you all will behave like the good children you are, no?"

OOC: Alright, here we go

The 5 council memebrs stood in a looe circle in the school garden. The trees swayed ever so slightly with the passing breeze, and the air was perfumed by th sweet flowers dotted loving in their beds. Yuan Reisuke stoo under the shade of a cherry tree, his long short fluttering with the zephyr, and he looked upon the other members of the Council.

Bayushi Toda stood squat and steady by a bed of irises, his smart buisness suit a sharp contrast to his rough, unrefined face. Across the left side of his face ran a great deep scar, bisecting his eye and blinding him on thet side.

Akane Dodji swayed ever so gently with the breeze, her long robes flitting from oneside to the other as they caught the wind. She was beautiful as a china doll is beautiful, smooth skinned and only blemished by a missing finger on her right hand.

Hida Yasuhiro stood tall and proud, toying with the bamboo staff he always carried. he was handsome, with a perfectly straight jaw and long locks of dark hair. His only sign of weakness was the bulge of an arm support on his right elbow.

Lastly, Asahina Kimita sharpened her sword distracetedly, her clothes hugging her athletic body tightly. She wore the most scars out of all of them, and they spotted her body like the stripes on a cat.

Yuan coughed slightly and stood forwards.

"Ladies...gentlemen...I'm sure you have jeard the recent wave of fear running through the school with regards to Deja Vu. This cannot be allowed to continue. Low morale is bad for the test, and we can't compromise the test, can we?" he leans a little bit more on his cane and looks at each of the Council members in turn.
"I suggest we try and keep morales as high as possible until this wave is broken. Discourage rumours, but spread a few of your own. Basic stuff." he leans back.
"Is there any more business?"

The other Council members remained silent, and all five turned and left similtaneously, as if sharing the same thought.

Deja Vu must not be compromised...

((Apologies for the short post, but it's nearly 2 in the morning, and I think I need some sleep))

Sosuke stared blankly at a sheet of paper on his desk, a look of fear and emptiness. Four... four members of the Fight Club, one of which he knew very well, were called to testing... called to their deaths. Without control, his fists slowly closed tightly around the pencil he held in his hand, and with the ease of a twig, it was broken, and slowly, blood began flowing down Sosuke's right arm as the splinters stabbed into his hand. His lower lip quivered as his teeth seemed to crack as he bit down in anger. Hid eye brows twitched in furious emotion. Suddenly, his expression of raw emotion was interupted by a tap on the shoulder by the teacher, Mr. Cambridge. Sosuke snapped out of his anger and switched to an upbeat and happy mood, smiling up to Mr. Cambridge. "Yes sir?" Sosuke asked marrily.

Mr. Cambridge, a short, pudgy man, homourous and well mannered none the less. He whispered into his ear, "S-sosuke, your hand... son are you alright." He was well liked by the students with his easy to approach attitude.

Sosuke looked down to his hand and faked suprise as hte blood dripped from his arm and onto the floor. "Whoa, I didn't even notice. Want me to clean that up?"

"Son, I understand... G-go see the nurse and get that fixed up." the stote man said with an effectionate hand on the shoulder. Sosuke nodded, and quitely left the room as Mr. Cambridge cleaned up the blood from the floor with a handkercheif produced from his jacket pocket. Sosuke walked silently threw out the hall ways towards the nurses office. A trail of blood followed him as he stared at the floor, past his wounded hand. Suddenly he stopped and his face began flinching once more. With a thunderous scream, Sosuke slammed his sharp fist into the locker on his left side, bursting the metal alloy into a large dent. Suprisingly, no one checked on the strange noise, for it was common by now in the school. Sosuke continued to the Nurse's office, to be met by a cheery and highly concerned Mrs. Miyako, an elderly woman who treats all of the students like her own children. With a burst of cries, she rushed him into the her office, and bandaged the wound. All the while, Sosuke smilingly, hiding his emotion's true nature.

She waited, the scent of green tea still lingering softly in the air. She heard the bell, the silence as students quieted for the roll call, and then...

A small, barely heard sound, elusive as it tried to escape her ears. It was the small intake of breath, the heaviness of sorrow and weighed guilt in the air. It was the sound of a few chairs scraping in various classrooms, the silent goodbyes, the unsure thoughts, the tremble of hands that opened and closed their final doors. The students whose names had been called made their way to the front of the building, and down the steps.

A figure waited. She watched now, as the chosen few came nearer, crossing different thresholds, physical and mental, both of the past and present. But when they got to her, they were at the here and now.

She gave a brief smile, "Hello, my name is Rana Enver, but for this trip you may have the privelege of calling me 'Orange.'" She got a few smiles in return, and immediately felt regret weigh upon her heart.

Orange gestured, taking out a list, "I will now call role, to confirm your presence in this exam. Please acknowledge when your name is called." She proceeded to read off the list, checking off each name, meeting every eye. Each face seemed to engrain itself into her memory. Soon, she knew, she would be reading their names off their headstones, and off the eulogies.

"Thank you, now please arrange yourselves in a line. I will escort you to the testing area of the front gardens - however, the last 100 feet will be made on your own. I'd like to say that you may have all the time you need at this moment to prepare yourselves, but as our school has no tolerance for tardiness, their policies will be followed. Please, follow me." She turned, and led the way, knowing that many of the students would be looking at the windows of the buildings, perhaps for last glimpses of an old life. She didn't want to see it.

They arrived at the outer perimeter of the front gardens, and Rana stopped, and turned. Another smile. "This is where I leave you. Please continue to follow the path. You will be met further on." The students filed past her, until somewhere near the end of the line.

"Orange?" a timid voice asked.

She nodded at the girl who had stopped, "Yes?" The girl didn't say anything, just looking down with frightened eyes.

Rana bit her lip, and then took out the snack that she had picked up this morning. "Here, take this." She put the bag into the girl's hand, and forced her to look up. "Just 100 feet. Count them. You can make it there."

Slowly, the girl nodded, and then walked on, and the rest of the line continued as well. As the last of them disappeared, Rana sighed.

Miyabi had called this the graveyard shift, when she had first found out.

How horribly ironic. Rana made her way back to the classrooms.

"Why them?" asked Zeos.

The silver-haired teen was doing all he could to hold in his emotions. He was sitting in the center of the Elementals Club's training room. Since he was a magic user, he didn't have to go to classes or be taught by some teacher.

"Why now?" he cried.

Fury and saddness welled up inside him, boiling over, surging, filling him with powers he had never tapped before.

"WHY!?" he roared.

His cold gray eyes flashed with power, and lights burst as his power caused a massive electrical surge. The lightbulbs in the room exploded, casting the room into darkness, sparks and shards of glass falling to the ground.

The power wouldn't fade. Anger burned within him, making him feel the pure essence of his strength.

"I didn't want it to end up like this!" he cried.

Tears leaked from his eyes, and burst into clouds of steam as his power grew.

"I didn't want them to die!"

He stood up. He had to exercise this rage, this sadness, this energy. It couldn't stay pent up for long.

"WHY DID THEY DIE!?"

He pointed an outstretched hand towards a practice dummy. It was used for targeting. Now, the force of his rage caused it to explode in a shower of splinters. He pointed his other arm towards a chair. It flew into the air and crashed against a wall, breaking into several pieces.

"I didn't want this! I don't want this power if it means death! NO!"

Energy crackled around him, coursing through his veins and through the air. His muscles bulged with power, eyes flashing like lightning. The air began to heat up, his very rage making the air go near Plasma state.

"NO!"

With this final roar, the air burst into flames. He was surrounded by the heat, the power, the rage. Consumed, overwhelmed.

And then it stopped. In an instant, the fires died, the power disappated, and Zeos fell to his knees, sobbing.

"They...they were my friends," he said, voiced choked. "Why them?"

"Uchiyama-sensei!"

Zeos looked up as several members of the Elementals Club rushed in.

"Uchiyama-sensei, are you all right?"

His body quaked with the terrible sadness. The energy may have been gone, but the emotion remained.

"Why them?" he sobbed. "Why her?"

***

OOC: I hope this is okay. For the record, Zeos is only that powerful because of the extreme emotion he was feeling. Normally, he can't blow up wooden practice dummies and turn the air into a plasma state. And the Magic Users don't have teachers, right? So this is all accurate? Please tell me if I need to change anything.

Deja Vu was bad enough, being a by standard and viewing the test. Yet it wasn't as worse as watching the students who still remained. The rang in minutes, and more students came in. Miyabi stared on wards as they took their seats. Some reassuring others that were in tears. Other students just trying to hold it in, but she could see that they could not hold it in. And as soon as they were free, they'd start to ball like the rest. Miyabi shook her head, standing she quieted the class.

"All of you that have lost someone due to testing, please stand."

3/4 of the class room stood, there were very few sitting. and they were the new recruitments that had came early this day or yesterday.

"Those of you raised, stay raised." Miyabi said, smiling lightly. "Now all of you that have ever lost someone please stand."

Everyone in the class room stood. There was no one sitting, a shiver ran up her back. Too many things were breaking. Shaking her head, she tried to think of something that might make them feel better. But taking their minds off of the death of their friends wouldn't help. If she tried that, once they went back to the self realization of what they had been occupied with, it'd just hurt all the more.

"Tomorrow, every class that I have shall make a gift for those past. While take a short trip to the cemetery, and for those of you who's loved ones have not been lain down here, we shall arranged it so that it is sent back home and make sure it is rightly placed." sighing she said, "Any questions?"

One of the male students looked up, and raised his hand. "What about the other
classes that don't have any of their periods with you?"

"I will try to work something out."

Setting down, along with the students, she then began their lesson. As she spoke she scribbled down a letter to the office, a request. Of the spoken plan to try and get some time to the students. If it was to be or not, would be up to the Council. Orange was on the Graveyard Shift, and would be for sometime. She'd come back and then leave again to meet up with the students who came back. I'll take down the request personally, she thought, It'd be better that way, then I'll have time to notify the Art Club.

Imi sighed and leaned against the wall by the Kendo Club. It was cold but she didn?t feel it, she was too angry and too depressed to feel anything right about now.
She heard an explosion from the Elementals Club down the hall,
"Poor Zeos...." she whispered looking down at the floor. She slumped her shoulders and opened the metal door into the club. She flipped the lights on and looked around. She felt the tears falling from her eyes but paid no attention to them.
Her Kendo stick was leaning against the wall with 3 others,
"They will never be used again." she sobbed, trying to hold herself back. Three of the clubs members had been claimed by the test, there would be no practice today.
She took up her weapon and ran her fingers over it. It was so smooth, made of rosewood and engraved with ancient Japanese Kanji. She smiled sadly, her favourite pupil, Katzo Imika, had been disciplined by her many times before and now he was gone,
"Why is it always the string ones that fall?" the though had just occurred to her, the latest test results showed that the dead had been top of their classes or if not they were very skilled.
She needed to find something out.

She walked to the elementals club and slowly pushed the door open, not wanting to startle Zeos,
"Zeos? We need to talk....."

She had stopped counting after the death of her first member, she didn't like to think about it. Linett sat back down, she could hardly concentrate on her lesson, or on anything else the teacher had said. She had missed the part about the gift for their loved ones. She eagerly awaited the end of class so she could go to the fencing club. There were only three things that helped to take her mind off of all of this. 15 minutes, and she would have to be back. She watched as another line of students was led away. It would continue for two more hours, until the lunch break. And then the Graveyard Shift would be over, for the day. But tomorrow she would return. And in the evenings, there would be pickup, either of survivors, or...leftovers.

Suddenly, she felt electricity buzzing in the air, making the hair on her arm rise. Looking up at one of the classroom windows, she saw the lights go out, accompanied with the sound of shattering glass. She could hear Zeos's voice as well.

Damn...this is not what I was planning on doing while on my break. The cursing continued silently, as Rana ran up the levels to reach the classroom where the Elementals Club usually took their practices. Zeos's angry roars were quite audible even from where she stood. She glanced at her watch: 12 minutes.

Opening the door, she saw members of the Elementals Club gathered around their sobbing leader, unsure of what to do.

Her gaze narrowed, and she shut the door behind her, "Zeos, that's enough."

The others turned to look at her, and she motioned for them to leave. They quickly left, scampering out under her hard eyes.

Zeos continued to sob, but it quieted, replaced by a hard light of bitterness and loss in his eyes. However, he still managed to acknowledge her, however angry he felt. "Orange."

She walked over to him, crossing her arms, "First off, you don't know they're dead yet. We'll find out in the evening. Why are you acting like this? I expected better of you."

He let out a bitter laugh, and more angry tears came. Not many, but a few. "Why? Why am I acting like this? You know as well as I do!"

"Are you a club leader or not? Stop crying and act like it then!" Her sharp reply cut through the air.

He didn't answer her, too angry to speak.

She sighed, and then knelt down in front of him, "Zeos, there are people who look up to you as a guide. And as the older students, we have that responsibility. Losing control of your emotions is not a choice - not in public like this. What does it say to them if you are already losing hope?"

"Tell me then Orange, are they alive? Are they still alive? Will they survive?" His voice was low, dangerous, and angry. Something waiting to strike.

Rana stood, "I won't promise anything. You know that I don't make promises I can't keep. I can't promise that they'll survive - they might just as well die. But it doesn't help them when you count them already among the dead. Don't lose hope so easily."

She left to go, but stopped in the doorway, "If you want to help them, you should stop crying, and pray for them instead."

Rana left, passing Imi on the way down. Another friend of hers, who was going to go comfort Zeos as well.

Perhaps they'll find it...maybe they'll be able to comfort each other. She breathed deeply as she returned to her post. Her watch said that the next line of students would arrive in two minutes. Her comfort? Why didn't she break down as well?

"Don't stop moving. Don't give yourself a moment to think about it. Keep your heart in a different place than your head, so that one will hide the knowledge from the other." They had been Miyabi's words to her, when Orange had told her that she had the Graveyard Shift. And Orange was thankful.

A blank expression crossed over Lani's face as the children took their remaining seats once more. Deja Vu was, at the record, possibly the most frightening thing to these children and there was merely nothing anyone could do. Silent tears came from some children, while others sobbed horribly, yet others remained silent, no tears whatsoever. Lani looked to Nic and then to the class.

"I can see that we need a moment of silence in the classroom. Take time to mourn and grieve for the one you lost." With that said, Lani turned to Nic. "Johnson. Watch the class."

"Hmm? Where are you going?"

"To speak with Miyabi."

As Lani stood up, she looked around with a blank expression, but memories flooded past her as she walked away. She sighed and walked out, her heels clicking behind as she did. She knew what it was like to lose a loved one. She knew what it felt like to have someone be seperated from you and not know what would happen to them. She knew everything and yet nothing could help her. Miyabi knew the one man she loved, Miyabi knew Lani. They were close friends, yet Lani acted alone in many things. She sighed once more and knew that this issue was something that she could not act alone on.

Nic got up and walked to the head of the class. He looked at the pain in these kids faces and the tears, a silent testiment to what they were going thoug.
"I know you might not want to hear this, and its not going to make it any easier, but death is a part of life..."
He let that hang in the air and sat back down, yes he felt bad for these kids, but they had to grow up, they had to learn these lessons, they were a part of life, the sooner they learned the better. He knew they probly now thought of him differently, the fact that he seemed cold and unsympathetic to them. But he knew what it was like to loose some one, though he had never told any one about that and no reason to tell a whole class. He had heard something breaking in another class again and almost laughed at the futility of it all.
He heard one of the children break down and start crying, with out looking up he told the child and one of his friends to go get something to eat or drink and take the rest of the class off, he knew he was probly stepping out of bounds but he knew he probly wouldn't be questioned about it, this was a difficult time and gets being sent out of class was common.

Sosuke sat in the head of the Fight Club practice hall on a small cushion, he sat cross legged. He overlooked the sparring club members as they practiced, fought, and brushed up on newly created or learned techniques on the matted floored area. He noticed none of it as he stared under glossed eyes, he was to busy watching his own thoughts. Thoughts of the future of his club members, freinds, and most of all, himself. Who would the council members call next? And what happens to them...*THUD* Sosuke's thoughts were quickly interrupted when the body of an unconcious club member flew to his side, groaning in pain. Sosuke gasped and check on the injured young man before looking up to the door way, to reveal an arrogant Zeos Uchiyama smirking in twisted pride, running his hands threw his platinum white hair. A small group of five Elemental Club members hung at his sides, all smiling widley with shady eyes.

"What do you want, Uchiyama!? Why have you done this?!" Sosuke said in a mannor of demanding an answer rather than questioning.

"Oh, just my lavish entrance before adressing a Club Challenge... between The Elemental Club, and your... pathetic group of hooligans." Zeos said insultingly, spitting out the words.

"Zeos, now's not the time!" Sosuke growled, as if commanding the egotistical club leader.

"I see. Your in fear that your pack of mangy dogs can't stand up to the competition!" Zeos pronounced almost joyfully.

A higher up club member, and one of Sosuke's freinds, Jose Hurrera stepped up, growling. "Shut Up, you arrogant little prick, before I rip out your tongue and shove it up your---" he stopped in anger as Sosuke reached his arm over Jose's chest as to stop him.

"You'll What? Oh, I see... you can't finish your sentence because your cowardly leader rather not have you killed. I must respect that." Zeos said laughed.

"Uchiyama! Your pulling my nerves..." Sosuke warned to Zeos, growling under his clenched teeth.

Zeos laughed and lit his hand aflame, provoking Sosuke with his powers. Along with this, his surrounding club members stepped up and showed off there own. "Then do something about it..." Zeos said this time seriously, frowning. And in the blink of an eye, Sosuke rushed across the room, wind flowing off his body. Palm Heel, side kick, axe kick, triple back fist. The sound of snapping clothing and bodies falling to the floor accompanied. Four of the six club members fell to the hard wood floor of the Club Hall, and tension rose high as Zeos and Sosuke stared deeply into each others eyes with the souls of fighters. "Sure your ready for this?" Zeos grumbled.

Sosuke stared back and smirked, revealing his teeth clenching, raising his fist, he cracked his knuckles in making a fist. Zeos smiled back and raised his inflamed hand...

"You sure you wanna do this?" asked Zeos. "I mean, you could be seriously injured."

"Shut up and fight me," spat Sosuke.

"I'm just concerned for your health," said Zeos, with mock sincerity.

"Be concerned for your own!"

Sosuke swung out a powerful right cross, but Zeos leaned back with his head and it missed. However, the left hook to his gut didn't.

"Don't you know a misdirect when you see one?"

Zeos tossed a small dart of fire at Sosuke's head. He dodged, and recieved an elbow to the sternum. This was followed by Zeos's flaming fist nearly striking him in the face. He pulled back just in time, yet felt the scorching heat.

"You're pretty good, when fighting other physical fighters," said Zeos, making an honest compliment. "But how do you fare against magic?"

With his regular hand, Zeos hurled an energy bolt at Sosuke. The fighter jumped to the side just in time to dodge it. It scorched the floor.

"That's cheap!" yelled one of the Fighting Club members.

"No, it's magic. I fight my way, he fights--"

Zeos was cut off by a powerful kick to the shoulder. He felt his left arm go numb.

"Damnit! That was cheap!" growled Zeos.

"You were too busy yapping."

Zeos let out a fierce cry and knocked Sosuke back with a telekinetic blast. Another blast missed the fighter, detonating a practice dummy.

"Hm, you're dummies are weaker than ours," commented Zeos.

"What's going on here!" yelled a voice.

Sosuke quickly jumped to his feet, silently landing on the mats next to a smoking practice dummy. He was growling and his logic had gone wrong for a matter of seconds. With a harsh cry, Sosuke lunged his fist in the air, in the direction of Zeos, who was across the room. Sosuke didn't move and inch, but something came from within him, and extended out of his body. It was at that point, Sosuke regained his mind, and stared at a shocked Zeos Uchiyama, who's head was turned side ways and down, as if he had been struck by something, but what? Zeos looked up to Sosuke, and stared in disbeleif. "Y-you.... have it...?"

"I ASKED A QUESTION! Get away from the DOOR!" the same voice rose out. It was a teacher, Mrs. Uzuki, clicking down the hall way quickly in high heels. Obviously, only Sosuke and Zeos noticed what had happened between the two as everyone else's attention was directed towards Mrs. Uzuki stepping into the door way to find a smoking practice dummy, and five unconcious students. Mrs. Uzuki's eye brow twitched as she stared angrily and aggrivatedly at the two Club leaders. "What have you done?!" she nearly screamed at the two and all in the room. She placed her hands on her thin hips, a sign that she was pissed.

"Ugh... nothing Mrs. U-uzuki, just catching up..." a nervous Zeos said, standing next to Mrs Uzuki directly.

"Don't feed me that bull crap, Uchiyama!" she yelled to a now more modest Zeos, who had a look of twinging imberessment on his face. "I'm not blind, you ingrates! You both know that Club Fights and Competitions are to be strictly overlooked and chaporoned! This is a serious offense, I very dissapointed in all of you. Namely Mr. Uchiyama and Mr. Yu. To think you were to be trusted as Club leaders!"

"Sorry Mrs. Uzuki..." Sosuke and Zeos said in simily, looking to the floor.

"Detention For the Both of You! The rest of you, be warned of the conciqunces(sp?)... that all I have to say." The angry Mrs. Uzuki scolded the two, and left. "Oh, and the both of you be sure that the injured are taken to the Nurses office immidiatley!" she said, fadding into the hallway.

"This is all your fault!" Sosuke and Zeos said in simily once again, pointing at each other. Soon after, Zeos left the room, carrying two of the four fallen club members on his shoulders. He sneered at Sosuke, and left. Sosuke then sat once again on the floor, onto his cushion, and brooded for a while. Grumbling to himself how he hated Zeos and Mrs. Uzuki... hated them both. Then he stopped. He looked up, as if staring at himself, and began chuckling. "How quickly I forget about the harsher things... whats my problem?" he thought to himself...

There was a knocking on the door. Closing her book, Miyabi took the letter and walked over to the door. Was it Orange? No, she couldn't have possibly been back yet. Her shift ended when the bell rang. Opening the door and slipping out she found that it was Lani. She looked distressed and worried.

"What's wrong, Lani."

"If you really think about it, having the students go through this...And then not giving them any special mental treatment is a terrible thing to do."

Miyabi nodded, "Thinking about the test, about him?"

Lani sighed, "I...Don't want them to feel the same as I did. The same as I do now."

Miyabi stepped forwards and hugged Lani. "Listen" she said, "later at the meeting, we shall speak of Deja Vu. I have a plan to help the students, will you join me?"

"Yes of course."

"Good."

"Also...What do you say letting our classes merge tomorrow."

"Will that be allowed by the adminastators?"

"I don't know to be honest. But we can certainly try. I don't think they'll be firing anyone anytime toon. The academy needs all the help the can get."

"Right then. But how can this hepl the students?"

"You'll see."

Smiling lightly, she turned to the door. Both could hear the foot steps of students. Miyabi slipped in and began to speak with her students then dismissing them. Lani watched the door open back up and a flood of student come out. Once all gone, she watched as Miyabi came out. The two walked down to the teachers lounge and spoke of Deja Vu.

After a bit of talking, Orange came in. She wasn't in the same type of feeling as she had been a bit earlier. Miyabi knew; how hard it was, the first day of sending off students to testing. Many to their deaths, but that could not bother them they had enough things to do.

"Are you alright, Orange?"

"So many of them are going to die..."

"Try no to think about it. Tomorrow, more of them will be going."

Oranged nodded, "Is Deja Vu really the only opinion for a test?"

"You'd have to ask the Head Chair man."

"However he may not know him-self." Lani included.

"She's right."

Orange went silent, Lani and Miyabi glanced back at each other. As three more teachers came in. One handed a note to her: Team 00 : 01 had detention duties. Standing she waved to Lani, who waved good by in response. The two left the room and made their way down to the detention hall. Opening the door, there weren't too many students. Many probably didn't want to be there this year.

Rana followed Miyabi silently, her thoughts still on the Head Chairman and Deja Vu. Entering the room, she didn't see the students, her eyes unseeing as her thoughts scattered. The sound of Miyabi's chair scraping on the floor broke Rana out of her reverie, and she found herself looking at familiar faces, two in particular.

They sat on opposite sides of the room, one draped languidly over a chair, his feet up on a desk. The other was staring moodily out the window, silver hair reflecting in the sunlight.

Zeos Uchiyama and Sosuke Yu... Why am I not surprised?

A member of both of their clubs, Rana was all too aware of their fierce rivalry. But today..it was giving her a headache.

"Take it away, Orange," Miyabi said.

"Right," Rana replied with a quiet sigh. "Sosuke, feet off the desk please. I will now take roll, so please pay attention and confirm." She read off the list of names, which were few in number, not exceeding five.

She turned to Miyabi, "Do you think I could speak to Yu and Uchiyama outside for a minute?"

Miyabi nodded after a moment, and gestured to the two, who followed Rana out the door.

She closed it with a snap, and turned on the two fiercely, "What did you two do now? You have to start this off again already? And Zeos, I thought I already spoke to you earlier today, but obviously my words fell on deaf ears. What is wrong with you two??"

Obviously her irritation was getting to her, not to mention that her part on the Graveyard Shift that day was not the most pleasant experience. She waited for their answer.

Akasuki ran down the hallway. She WAS supposed to be going in there to talk to Miyabi, but she had quite frankly , Better things to do. She sniggered as she passed Uchiyama and Yu. " Will you two EVER stop fighting like little girls?" . She was glared at by Sosuke which only meant she was going to be dead when he found her. She had gotten used to this. Orange yelled at her to stop running, but as usual , She ignored her.

" Miss Takahashi! Aren't you supposed to be talking to Miyabi?" Mrs. Uzuki said. Zeos and Sosuke snigger. Orange smacks the two. " Uh Yeah About that 'appointment' ,"-Akasuki whispered something in her ear. " Oh yes GO ahead Ms. Takahashi" With this said , Akasuki ran off

OOC Jeez, I have no idea where I'm supposed to be, but here it goes.

Imi was practicing her Kendo routine, no one else had arrived for practice yet but she wasn?t surprised. most of her students would have lost someone or would be worried to turn up, she wouldn?t pay any mind to it.

A few minutes later she heard shouting from Orange, obviously aimed at Sosuke and Zeos who had been fighting earlier.
She sighed and brought her practice stick crashing down onto a dummy, bursting the poor target at the seams.
She had gone in to comfort Zeos when he had blown up one of his own dummies, he was angry and sad, a dangerous cocktail for a powerful teen.

Yet again came shouts from down the hall, Imi poked her head out to see Zeos leaning against the wall and Sosuke with his hands in his pockets, both were taking the verbal beating from Orange like it was good music.
She obviously wasn?t getting through to the two boys,
"How very disappointing...." Imi sighed to herself. She placed her Kendo stick over her shoulder and walked over to the trio.

Orange turned around and noticed her, her face was flushed red from shouting and she looked relieved that her friend had come to her rescue.

"So, what the hell have you two done this time?" Imi asked coldly, eyeing the two boys up. She then rested the 'blade' of her stick in her palm, patting it to a slow beat, as if to give the boys a warning.

Sosuke snorted and looked away, "Why should we listen to you...you?re nothing but apprentices...." he then felt the tip of Imi's kendo stick under his chip, he gulped and looked at Zeos from the corner of his eye, who was smart enough to keep his mouth shut around the armed red head.

Orange sighed, "Are you going to listen to me now?" She looked from one boy to the next and they both nodded,
"Thank you, Imi, much appreciated." Orange laughed and Imi gave her the thumbs up,
"Anytime, chika!" with that she walked off, back towards the kendo Club, swaying her hips as she went and tapping her stick along the ground.

OOC I hope this was okay for a recovery post ^^;

Sosuke sneered at the red-headed apprentince as she made her way off. Arrogant people were begin to fill Sosuke's already troubled life, and he really disliked arrogant people. Namely Zeos at the moment, but ever since the fight, he had tried to forget about him. But the snorty girl poking him with a kendo stick as if he were an animal truely burned his nerves. Sosuke was ready go off on her, maybe even attack her straight forward. But he rather not get into any more trouble, so he stiffled his attitude and continued to listen to Orange's meaningless scolding. Her words fell on deth ears, both Sosuke and Zeos ignored her. Both of them having the feeling that she had no true authority over them, and therefore, was not worth listening too. The funny thing was... she belonged to the clubs that both Zeos and Sosuke lead. They both took the time to think of way in which they could get her back. Multiple sparring partners, himself included, was one of the many Sosuke cooked up.

"Now, which one started it?!" came a stray phrase Orange spoke. Zeos simply stooped his head lower towards the side, but Sosuke tipped up his chin, smiling. Orange raised an eyebrow and smirked herself. "Now I'm getting it..." she said, glancing over to Zeos. "I should have thought as much."

"Oh, shut up Orange! You have no authority over me!" Zeos said, finally snapping. He raised his voice, but not enought for others to hear.

"But Ms. Miyabi does, and gave me power over it."

"That doesn't matter. Club leaders deserve nothing of this sort. It was a challenge, a challenge that you had nothing to do with for THIS REASON!"

Orange's face flushed a bit. Her eyes quickly daunted at Zeos' cold stare as Sosuke simply listened to this. He felt a strange gut feeling at the sight of Orange's emotional transition. Soon after that, the door cracked open and Ms. Miyabi's voice seeped threw. "Please come inside now." she said gently. The boys were first to go in. Orange stood their temporarily, staring to the floor after Zeos had left, so to not show weakness. "Orange?" Ms. Miyabi's voice rang again. Orange looked up and hop-skipped at once into the room. Sosuke had made his way to his window seat, and peered out to the trees, covered by white birds who perched on its many branches. Atleast this was something Sosuke could enjoy...

OOC: Where is everyone?

IC:

Walking back into the classroom, she resisted the urge to scream and slam the door. Keeping her frustration pent up inside, Rana tried to calm down.

What is wrong with me? Why am I suddenly so..lost? Why can't I seem to do anything right? I can't even keep Uchiyama and Yu in line anymore..

She clenched her teeth, her breath hissing in and out. Miyabi, if she noticed, didn't say anything, trusting her apprentice to keep appearances.
Her eyes were attracted to Sosoke's form, sitting beside the window, staring out with a grim set to his face. But then her eyes traveled to the window, and beyond the glass that separated them from the outside. The grounds were empty for the moment.

However, hidden from sight was the front garden, where the testing was now in progress.
Where students might be battling for their lives.
And where most of them would fail.

"If not all," she whispered to herself. She bit her lip. How can I say things like that? I'm such a hypocrite, telling Zeos not to lose hope, when here I am giving up. She could have hit herself for that; hated herself for being so pathetic. Pathetic and weak.

And that's why Uchiyama and Yu no longer respect me as an equal. I'm weak to them, I suppose.

She stared at the two of them a moment longer, her gaze continually traveling to each of them as she studied their faces in stillness.

But how can I be strong?

The thought snapped her, but she immediately regained control. Quickly, she eliminated the depressed feelings that seemed to be rampaging in her mind, and started to reorganize her duties, trying to keep herself detached from her emotions. It was so irregular of her to think of strength and weakness, especially because when rationalized, Orange's skill in combat was pretty much equal with theirs. Not that they had sparred recently... She had been busy with other things.

"I think the Graveyard Shift is getting to me," she commented to Miyabi.

"Hmm... Deja Vu affects us all, I suppose."
