Garren kept close to Arunue, being as comforting as he could be. " 'Runue, come on, what's wrong? I can't remember the last time I saw you..." when she didn't answer, he looked up at the others for an answer, and Toshi shrugged. He turned back to Arunue and held his face close to hers. "Listen, it looks like you've been stressed lately... but please try and tell me what's the matter."

Looking her over, he noticed the strange marks on her arms and decided to wait until later to ask about it. "Ok 'Runue..." he said calmly. He kissed her on the cheek once and sat next to her, remaining silent.

He noticed what he was wearing and wondered what it was. They were Gaitei's clothes, but they fit him almost perfectly. He'd ask about that later too... not to mention what had been going on.

Symoni blinked slightly and looked around at everyone seeming so confused and lost. Sitting herself down on the ground playing with the edge of her skirt, finding it to be torn in a couple spots sighing deeply. Cursing softly when she found them, looking at the others calmly, her eyes settling on Garren and Arunue. Tilting her head to the side, remembering a while back when they were all just sitting there in Arunue's apartment and them visiting the church she would hide out in. Smiliing some back on the days that she knew of being partilly sad that she couldn't go back to them. A tear ran down her cheek as she wiped it away quickly, surpressing her feelings and acted like she was bored. Her head was hung down looking over her skirt once more. Just waiting for them to figure out what was going on next.

Toshi walked over to Veil. She smiled at him and he put his arm around her. "Sorry everything is so weird right now," he said.
She just put her arm around his back. "It's okay hun. As long as you tell me everything is going to be alright than I'm alright," she said.
Toshi bent down and kissed her. For what seemed like ages they kissed and finally Veil pulled away slowly. "How's that for saying everything will be alright," Toshi said. She hugged him.

Rayne rolled his eyes as Toshi passed. The slow movement of everything was getting on his nerves.
Wonder what happened to Riv Rayne thought. He stood up and began walking along the path again. He passed Kieko. "Where do you think you're going," she said.

Rayne smiled. "To find some action of some kind. I'm getting a little sick of just waiting here for something to happen," he replied.
She stood up. "I'm coming with you so that nothing stupid happens," she said. Rayne shrugged.
As if he cared. The walked off along the path.

"Well then," said a voice behind Rayne and Kieko, "I'm going too." Rayne and Kieko turned around just to find Asunan following them. Both rolleed their eyes and shrugged.
"Well, you two can go alone," Asunan suggested, "but I just wanted to tell you a few things. Celestia and I were just talking, and we figured that Hawk must have a real form somewhere, but that place will be in another dimension and very hard to reach from this physical space. If we can destroy him in his very home, we can destroy him for good. Celestia's already telling this to Toshi and the others, so hopefully that will be our plan. Also, Rayne, you wanted to know where Riv was, right? Well, I just saw him. He went back home to Krii to gather some information from the wisemen there, but the island was destroyed... I'll let Riv explain the rest when he comes back, if he comes back."
Rayne and kieko were still surprised about Asunan's plan, unsure of whether it will work.
"It's just a suggestion, but that's at least what I want to do about this," Asunan reassured.
"I guess you can come if you want; I don't care," Rayne said to her. "Just don't be annoying or anything. Oh, and do you know how soon Riv will come back?"
"Sometime; just be patient," Asunan answered. "I asked him to come back, but I'm not going to force him to." And with that, the three continued walking down the path. A couple of them sensed some sort of wolf following them--Asunan even thought it was one of Hawk's copies in disguise at first. Rayne noticed the wolf but didn't think it was important, but Kieko looked in that direction with caution.

Back in the main group, some people began to fall asleep, Mereduin being the first one. She figured it was no use to stay awake; most of the rest of the group was arranged in couples. Veil was with Toshi, and Garren was with Arunue. She also noticed Celestia walking over to Symoni after telling the group about the plan she came up with. Symoni stood up and spotted Rayne, Kieko, and Asunan walking off down the path.
"If you don't want to do anything else," Celestia suggested, "you could join them." She pointed towards the three wanderers and then walked over to her sister, who was fast asleep. She smiled as she looked down at her; she was using the large basket she always carried around for a pillow and her cape as a blanket, so that she looked like a little kitten cuddling up to a ball of yarn. Celestia then walked away and flew up so that she landed atop a tall rock. She looked up at the stars--it was a very clear night.
When will it be over? she wondered. When Hawk's through, we can go home and be in peace. All we need is a surefire plan that everyone will be willing to follow, and mostly everyone follows plans from either Toshi or Arunue, as I found. So if they agree with things, that might be the plan... I feel so useless yet so powerful at this moment...

The sun started to rise. Toshi was the first to wake up. He sat sat against a tree. Rayne, Asunan, and Kieko and continued on without them to get Riv.
Once they were back Toshi would bring Rein back through Yeix. And then they would finally be able to set off and fight Hawk. And go home to Myrith.

Toshi picked up his sword and walked into a little area where he wouldn't bother the others. With his sword he trained. He lifted off from the ground and was now floating in air. He slashed the air. Thoughts passed through his mind. Why was he the third verse and who had given him these powers to aid Arunue.

He thought about this for awhile but continued to train. To him all he needed was his sword. He slashed the air again.
Arunue came into the clearing. "Woken up I see," Toshi said. He fell to the ground and turned to look at her.
"Just seeing where you went," she said. Toshi smiled and the two walked back into the small camp they had made.
"So I have to save the world," Arunue said jokingly. Toshi laughed.

OCC- Sorry so short. Gotta go eat.

Celestia sat there for a while, the two couples of Garren and Arunue, and Toshi and Veil were settling into comfortable cuddling, Symoni and Mereduin were fast asleep, and Kieko and Rayne were long gone. But no one knew, noticed, or cared that Yeix was gone. They didn't notice nor care either that the ground was slightly rumbling and that there was a slashing noise coming from the east.

The noise and the rumbling was being caused, of course, by Yeix, out of Rein's insatiable desire for training. Yeix leaped above the trees, did a flip and landed on the ground with nothing but his index finger, spun, whacked around a few trees with his feet, came up and drew his sword. Yeix ran through the foliage, slicing one and sometimes two trees at a time, cleanly and efficiently. He was also thinking. Why can't I come back? the little voice in his head asked no one, I thought that if I wanted to and did the right things that I could come into full control. But I seem to be like a ghost posessing my own mind, only half controlling myself, letting my instincts do the rest. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? I CAN'T EVEN TELL MY FRIENDS WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME! his thoughts were interrupted by his attention being called to a small villiage to the northeast, because someone who could help him was in it.

Rein ran to see his relative, the now un-allfather, Odin. He ran instead of taking flight because he was still training himself.

Hawk laughed. "So they've finally figured it out. That I do exist but in a different dimension," he said. He sat in a large throne room. His hair was black and he wore a long black cloak that sweapt to the ground. He stood his hair dropped to his shoulders. No other part of his body was shown.
"Those fools in Yggradisil created me to make the balance and yet they have no idea what true balance is. This is their punishment. I am their mistake," he said to himself.

The throne room he stood in was the dimension in which his mind controlled. In order to keep himself protected he had created this dimension so that anyone who managed to get here would be destroyed instantly. Even his own creators would have trouble getting to him.

"And with that stupid former god, Odin, walking around it'll be much harder to get the Robe from Arunue and kill Toshi. But maybe another onslought of my copies will do the trick. I can distract Odin and then I can get to that group. A couple copies should be able to get the job done," Hawk said.

His eyes closed. He flinched. Copies were beginning to appear everywhere around the world.

Arunue looked at Toshi for a moment. She was sitting again. She pulled her knees up to her body and hid her face. She watched the back of her eye lids, trying to loos her thought. It worked for the time being. She relaxed and though about nothing; not of toshi, not of Kieko, not of Garren sitting beside her, not or the rest of the group and not of hawk.
A voice rang into her head as she started to fall into a half-conscious sleep-like state of mind.

I wish I never met these people in the first place and I was back in Reality.

But I've had fun, haven't I?

But this is too hard, I just want things to go back to normal.

Would I be able to? Would I be satisfied with no action or even death? Would I be satisfied if everything went back to "normal"? With no people to fight?

......

If I had no reason to fight, I'd have no reason to live. I love hurting, as much as that confuses even me, but I somehow think I deserve it. I'm glad I'm here right now, aren't I?

Rayne passed a large rock boulder. "Krii is close," Asunan said. Rayne seemed a little annoyed that Asunan had come along. He'd only agreed to let Kieko come along because she was quiet and content.
He held the handle to his enourmasly large axe. He felt danger around every corner. Hawk was watching them still. Kieko was being watchful. Rayne looked to his right. He'd thought he'd seen something out of the corner of his eye.

He looked to his left. Nothing. Kieko was starting to breathe heavily. Asunan didn't seem to notice however, that anything was going on around them.

They continued walking. "Who's tired," Rayne asked? Both the girls piped up instantly. They sat along another boulder. "Something's stalking us," Rayne said. Asunan turned to Rayne. "What," she asked?

Rayne sighed. "Something is in the forest and it's hunting us down," Rayne said. Asunan raised an eyebrow.
"What is it that's following us," she asked? Rayne shook his head. He pondered the question for a couple of minutes. Why hadn't they been killed last night by Hawk?
Rayne rubbed his tuft. "It's Hawk," he said. Kieko looked at Rayne. "How do you know," she said.

"I'm not positive. All I'm saying is that Hawk didn't attack us last ngiht because we were with Arunue and Toshi...but we don't have powers like them. We wouldn't be able to get rid of Hawk as easily as they would. And thus we split off from them and Hawk's picking us off from the group," Rayne said quietly.

Kieko nodded. "I get it," she said. Rayne froze instantly. Off in the distance of the forest he could see a wolf walking towards them.
"There he is," Rayne said. Asunan looked. The wolf transformed into one of Hawk's more noticable forms.

"We're screwed," Kieko said.

Chunks of the earth, trees and miscellneous debris came flying from the riverside quaint hill country that Riv was completely and utterly destroying. He was almost completely controlled by his anger, but not so utterly that he couldn't give himself enough control to leave Lemaria sheathed. A scream seemed to pass the river as a tree was hurtled from off it's east bank. The tree landed miles off the coast of Yetresua Bay, on the other side of the planet. Riv had exploded out of the spot in the ocean where Krii had been, had searched for places to let out his anger, given up and used his last resort, he realm warped to new-Alfheim.

Riv had no thoughts in his head other than the one that said that he should keep destroying until his anger was gone. The one that said that that would take weeks had been swallowed up in the gargantuan yelling of the other, and had given up. A red dot emerged from behind a rather large hill, miles away, and Riv immediately darted toward it. Then the dot came running toward him, the dot had suddenly developed legs, then a head, arms and then hair, and as Riv came closer to it, it was revealed to be Rein (Riv still thought of Yeix as his elder brother, even though Rein was only 15% in control of him) "Riv!" Yeix yelled from still a mile or so away, "This madness must stop! What will you prove? What will you accomplish?" Riv didn't answer, but increased his speed. There was a sonic boom to be heard when the two collided.

The two fought, and almost immediately had gotten into a hand-locked position and were desperately trying to get out of it while trying to keep the other balked so that he could knock the other out. Rein was the one that succeeded in doing this, and Riv sat, calmly on the ground, eyes closed, breathing calmly. "Wow, that went fast," said Rein to himself, "I guess I am truly stronger than he is, but then again he might just be held back because of his anger. I guess I might never know." Then he thought about the chaos that everything had succumbed to, "Why has all this happened, what is the reasoning for such confusion. That is something that I should know, but most likely won't discover until the moment before my life ends." He had meant it as a joke, but had he known that he was absolutely right, and that time was to come sooner than he would have thought, he wouldn't have even thought it.

Rayne sat against the rock. Frozen to it with fear. Kieko and Asunan stood next to him also in fear of what was coming towards them.
Hawk smirked as he walked slowly through the forest. Within his realm he laughed. "You'll pay dearly for your mistake," he said. "You should've never left the group," he said.

Hawk came closer and closer. Rayne shook his head. He was sitting against a rock in fear. That wasn't him. He gripped the handle of his axe and charged towards Hawk.

"Pitiful," Hawk said.
Hawk ran for Rayne. "You're not gonna' kill us Hawk," Rayne yelled. Kieko shook her head. Rayne needed help. She turned to Asunan. "C'mon. We've gotta help him," she said and with that took off towards Hawk and Rayne.

Rayne withdrew his axe and swung it at Hawk but he dodged. Kieko came running behind Hawk and slashed him with her two daggers. She stood there behind him for a couple seconds. Hawk smiled. Rayne looked him with confusion.

Hawk turned to look at Kieko. "You do seek death don't you," he said. A demonic arm came from under his cloak. He grabbed at Kieko. Rayne watched the arm go flying towards Kieko's stomach. He picked his axe up and swung it at Hawk.

It landed it his back. Asunan finally got to the scene. She watched Hawk fall to his knees. Rayne made sure Hawk was gone. He diteriated into dust.
He quickly rushed over to Kieko. "Are you okay," he asked her. She looked up at him. Rayne suddenly realized that he was embracing her.

OOC: If you all look carefully at my last post, Asunan went with Kieko and Rayne, not Celestia. Could you edit that please? Also, Asunan knew that the wolf was Hawk--I said that too. Celestia was back with the group--she was sitting on a rock when I last left her...
IC:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Asunan started to get depressed as she watched Kieko and Rayne, and then she looked at the heap of dust that was once a copy of Hawk. She felt more and more uncomfortable with the other two and decided to leave.
"Rayne, Kieko, I decided that I'm going to leave you two alone; I'm sorry if I caused any trouble. I'm sure you know how to get to Krii, but Riv left and went to the hills beyond the forest. Yeix... or Rein... is there too, and they appear to be having an argument. Well, I'm going back to the group. Farewell."
Kieko watched as Asunan walked back towards where the rest of the group was. As Asunan went, she thought about Hawk.
He knows, she thought. He knows part of our plan somehow. There must be some way to close our minds to him so that he can't figure us out...
Back at the group, Celestia thought the same thing.
Hawk will destroy anyone that comes into his dimension, she thought. He's pretty much a god, one that was supposed to represent balance but instead stands for chaos. There must be way, not to destroy him, but to calm him down and bring him back to his senses. Hawk, if you're hearing my thoughts, know that you can't achieve balance by destroying everything--by destroying, you destroy the balance.
Toshi looked up at where Celestia was sitting and then turned back to Veil, then looked off into space.
"I sense that Hawk might be waiting for us to come to him, if he already knows of the plan. Is there a way to drive him out of his dimension, or must he stay there? Is there a way to seal that dimension so that he can't rule from there? Or is there a way to end his destruction and instead have him restore balance to this world? Is there a way to change him by contacting his creators? Yeah, that might be an idea!"
Toshi said all this not to Veil, but sort of to himself. Then he turned back to Veil the instant he sensed worry.
"Veil, it'll change, I promise," he reassured, holding Veil close to him. Near him, Symoni and Mereduin started to wake up, though they just lay there in a state of half-sleep.
OCC- Sry bout that. Changed everything.
IC-
Toshi shook his head. "You don't quite understnad Hawk fully yet," he said. Celestia looked up at him. "I heard your thoughts," he said. Celestia stood up and slapped him. "Sorry. Your feelings were strong and I just wanted to make sure you okay."
Celestia sighed and sat down again. Toshi looked at her. "Okay. From what I've concluded--," he was cut off by Arunue sitting down next to him. "Sorry. I'd like to hear this as well.
Toshi nodded. "As you know from the past universe, gods lives in Asgard. I don't know if you've already heard this but they're not quite the highest. There was also the Norns who governed Yggradisil which is the universe that supports our own," he explained. "Hawk's orgin lies within Yggradisil. I'm not sure why he was created but it will be revelaed before our quest ends. If we can we will keep him from dying so he can live in peace instead of torture."
Celestia nodded. Arunue looked to Toshi. "And how'd you know this," she asked? Toshi sighed. "Being a verse of the universe has it's benefiets. I'm continously getting information from Esdad now that he knows I know my destiny. He's been researching through the archives of history that are held in Yggradisil," Toshi said.
Arunue laughed. "He sure knows alot. Hey, that reminds me," she said. "Whatever happened to KuroKy and my son, Kano," Arunue asked?
Toshi shrugged. "I imagine they're still energy that was going to be used to create Hawk's army of agents that would slowly but surely destroy everything," he said.
Arunue clenched her fist. "I will rescue my son," Arunue said.
Arunue smiled, almost insanely. She leaned back and tried to pinpoint Kieko's energy. She wanted to talk to her. They hadn't talked for a long while. Arunue rolled her eyes. She looked at toshi. "Come on, we need to find Kieko, Rayne, and Asunan," she said, without any word of why. Toshi got up, Garren got up as well. "I'll co--" he was cut off by Arunue. "No, you'll stay here." she said. Garren looked slightly confused. "But..--" again he was cut off. "Listen to her." Toshi said.
Arunue walked off with Toshi behind her and Garren standing in utter ignorance.
Garren sat back down and looked at the ground. Why is she ignoring me? Whats wrong? Whats happened to her? Does she.......does she not love me now? he thought to himself. Acting on impulse, he got up and walked off to where Arunue and Toshi had gone.
Garren swallowed hard, hoping one of his worst fears hadn't become a reality. He followed Arunue and Toshi as silently as he could, surprised by his own stealth. He noticed something else... every shadow, every bit of darkness was completely visible to him. He had been to disoriented to notice it earlier. Yet another thing he would have to wonder about until he had the chance to ask.
It was a long walk, and it seemed they were having trouble finding the others, even though Arunue could track their energy. Garren continued behind them with ever growing worry, concerned that his stalking ability would slip up if they kept going. But that was the least of his worries. First off, what had happened to Kano? In the short time he knew his son, he had been very attached to the child. Second, the question that still burned in his mind, why was Arunue acting so strangely? He had loved her for years... and he had almost always been able to bring out her good side if he tried, but she seemed different now. Distant. If she didn't love him anymore... he didn't know what he would do.
Glass shattered upon the floor of Hawk's throne room. He held a peice of the mirror he had broken in his hand. Slowly he cut open his hand with the glass to take out his anger.
"Hmm. What's this," Hawk said. He saw Arunue and Toshi leaving the group. "Heh. Looks like my chance has come," he said.
Hawk stood up fro the throne and closed his eyes. "If I limit my power to the maximum that the universe can withstand then I should be able to go in person," he said. "They will not defeat me this time," he said.
He dissapeared from the throne room.
Meanwhile Arunue and Toshi continued to walk through the forest. Both were quiet. Arunue was watching the ground as she walked. Her attention was suddenly attracted by a person walking through the forest.
"It's Asunan," Toshi said quietly.
"Why's she all alone," Arunue asked?
"Dunno."
The two approached Asunan. "Where's Rayne and Kieko," Toshi asked. He had a worried look on his face.
Asunan seemed in a panic when she approached Arunue and Toshi. Since she had ESP just like Celestia, she could sense trouble, and she knew what that trouble was... When she saw Arunue and Toshi, she said hurriedly to them,
"Kieko, Rayne, and I headed to Krii to see what Riv was up to, but on the way, we were attacked by Hawk, but the copy was destroyed. However, Hawk's planning to attack the group! You may follow Kieko and Rayne if you like, but just be aware that the group might be in trouble!"
She then paused for a moment, then sighed with relief--she was counting on Celestia to warn the group. Toshi and Arunue looked at each other, wondering what to do.
"You two can continue on," Asunan suggested. "The group should be just fine. If only three of us defeated Hawk's copy, I'm sure more than that will be enough, even if the copy is a little stronger this time..."
"Much stronger," Toshi added. "In fact, he's only limiting his power to whatever amount this universe can withstand. ...Maybe we should all..."
"I know," Asunan interrupted. "But don't say it--Hawk might hear."
Toshi and Arunue headed towards the direction Asunan pointed them towards, and Asunan ran back towards the group.
Back in the group, Garren sat down, fairly disappointed. Veil and Symnoni sat against trees and were fairly bored. Mereduin was lazily inspecting her basket, just to reming herself what was in it, and Celestia stood up at the far end of the trees, seeming worried.
Hawk is coming, she thought.
"...Hawk is coming!" she then said out loud, making Veil and Symoni jump up abruptly--it was quiet before. Garren and Mereduin seemed confused.
"Where is he?" Mereduin asked in a panicked tone.
"He's coming from his dimension and will be appearing quite soon. Let's be alert," Celestia answered.
"Wil we be OK without Toshi and Arunue?" Veil asked.
"We should be," Symoni assumed. "We were OK after a past battle with Hawk."
A shapeless figure that looked like a rugged black cloak ran towards the group, so smothly that it looked like it was floating. Another Hawk copy. But, sure enough, as soon as Hawk neared the group, a blade narrowly missed him, then shot back and struck him in the side. He was then flung sideways against a tree and immobilized, fiery threads tied him to a tree, which caught on fire. As the flames started to creep toward Hawk, the group stood in front of him in a half-circle, wearing confident smirks on their faces.
OCC- Nefertimon explain how in the hell Asunan knows that Hawk is coming from his dimension.
A man walked out from behind the Hawk copy and smiled. "My newest one yet," he said. Celestia was shocked as were the others. Who was this?
The man made a few moves with his hands and the Hawk copy launched itself towards the group. "You've fought against my will for too long," he said.
Veil stepped forward. "Who are you," she asked? The Hawk copy smiled as did the man.
"I am the true Hawk," he said.
Veil stumblled backwards. "Why do we have to fight you Hawk. Why can't you understand existence and let it be," Asunan asked? Hawk laughed.
"I've heard you say this before. What if he could be changed," Hawk mimicked. "I've laughed every time I've heard this. You cannot destroy me and you cannot beat my will to destroy all existence. You must understand that this is for your own good," he said.
Garren clenched his fists. "So this is our enemy. Some guy who wants to rid the universe, no all the universes of existence," he said. "Well. I've had it with your god damn nonsense. You're going down," he said.
Garren rushed forward towards the real Hawk but the copy stood in the way. Garren instantly obliterated it in one punch.
Garren stopped. He was breathing heavily and was glaring at Hawk.
OCC- Okay. The real Hawk is very very powerful. It's going to take every last one of us to finally finish him off. This is not the climax! He's going to survive for now.
OOC: To answer your question, Asunan found out about Hawk's intentions basically through psychic power, if that's not too general... (I thought I mentioned that ability at the beginning of The Dark... oh well) Same way that Celestia found out.
This post will be short because I only have five minutes or so...
IC:
"You will change," Celestia said in a quite determined tone, "or you will be destroyed. Beings with intentions like yours always fail unless they change or cease to exist. Sorry; that's how fate works; you're just going to have to live with it. And..." Celestia stopped short. Hawk was about to attack her out of anger, but Mereduin jumped in front. A spear hit Mereduin, upon which Celestia gasped in horror as she grabbed her sister and jumped backward to avoid a second strike. Garren still stood staring at Hawk, and Veil and Symoni stood next to each other, pondering what to do. Hawk stood there laughing.
OOC: Sorry for being so short...
OCC- Okay. It just seems a little far fetched that she knows everything that Hawk's doing.
Toshi looked through the forest. He was looking for Rayne. "I can't find them anywhere," he said turning back to Arunue. She shrugged.
Toshi felt Merudian's energy signal suddenly drop greatly. He turned. "Hawk. God damnit," he said. Arunue put her ahnd on his shoulder.
"What's wrong," she asked?
Toshi looked to Arunue. "Hawk's attacking the group. We've gotta go back and help them," he said. Arunue nodded. "I have a feeling we'll find Rayne and Kieko there as well. He's probably got his copies out searching for everyone so he can bring us all back together and get us done with fast," he said.
Toshi nodded. "That explains why we can't find Rayne and Kieko," he said. The two turned around and started heading back fast.
A Hawk copy fell to the ground near the group, holding Rayne and Kieko. Veil, Garren. Celestia, Asunan, and the wounded Merudian watched as the two walked towards the group guided by the Hawk copy.
The real Hawk laughed as he watched them. "You're all so pitiful. Giving up so easily," he said. The Hawk copy began to fade. It turned into a sphere and flew towards Hawk's hand. It entered and dissapeared.
Hawk looked up from his hand. "As I speak, my copies are travelling this entire world searching for your split up group. And once your all together again I'll be finishing you off," he said.
Veil looked to Hawk with disgust. "Are you taking Toshi and Arunue back here as well," she asked? Hawk laughed at the question.
"Of course I am," he said.
Asunan panicked as soon as Veil spoke.
Toshi! Arunue! Asunan sent a telepathic message to the two as a warning. Hawk, as Toshi knows, is trying to bring the whole group into one place. And... Asunan stopped when she realized that Hawk could be sensing her thoughts at that moment. She kept sensing this as she tried to close her mind to him.
I'll always know, said a voice in Asunan's head that was identified as Hawk. You can't hide your plans. You can't succeed. Your friends, I shall call them, cannot succeed. Their mere existence makes them weak.
As soon as that voice silenced itself, ideas rushed in, straining Asunan's mind even more. Her only thought was a command: to close her mind to everything, to control the thoughts that run through it, to let karma do its work for Hawk...
Toshi grew slightly worried but didn't show it. A voice came into his head to, but it was Asunan instead of Hawk...
Don't... figure... the... solution... in... your... head... Hawk... will... know...
Toshi paid no attention to the voice, though he wasn't trying to figure out a plan, nor was he going anywhere; he didn't realize that he had stopped. Arunue stood next to him, looking impatient and confused.
"Earth to Toshi!" she nearly yelled. Toshi pretended not to hear her. He kept sensing more things, this time sensing Asunan's troubled state of mind and Hawk's increasing amusement.
Pathetic, Hawk thought, at the same time fighting the group. One of the group's trying to block my senses... Just pathetic. Like covering your ears tightly during a shrill noise and still being able to hear it no matter how hard you try not to... Being quite godly, he was easily able to think at ease and fight and control his copies at the same time. This clearly gave him the advantage, as he thought.
OOC: Just thought I could describe Hawk further... I feel like describing characters today...
Toshi suddenly felt faint. He looked up at Arunue. She was falling towards the ground. Out cold. His vision blurred and he fell towards the ground as well.
The next thing he knew he was in a pitch black room hanging from the wall held by shackles. Hawk approached him through the darkness. His mere presence made the darkness fade. He smiled and stopped before Toshi.
"The end has come," he said. Toshi struggled to become free, but the shackles were tight around his wrists and ankles.
"The time has finally come for your demise," he said. Toshi stopped struggeling.
"Where are my friends," he barked. Hawk looked away from Toshi and pulled something from his coat. He turned around again. The item concealed from Toshi's view.
"There's your problem," he said. "Your friends are in this buildings prison. Together, they would easily be able to escape but they have been seperated throughout the building. And to make sure they do not escape, copies are heavily guarding them," Hawk said.
Toshi looked confused towards Hawk. "You said that there was a problem though," he said. Hawk took the item out from his coat sleeve.
It was a energy sphere. Toshi looked at it with great curiosity. "This is either your death or your friends deaths. It is linked to all of you and I can choose who to kill when. I however will save your friends...for a price," he said.
Toshi looked up from the sphere to Hawk's face. "What is it," he asked? Hawk tossed the sphere up and down in his hand.
"You can save them by terminating your own," he said. Toshi's eyes were wide.
"But if you choose to die then I can enter Yggradisil. But until I get the Robe I will not be able to destroy Yggradisil. So there's the circumstances of choosing to end your existence. We obviosuly know what will happen if you choose to not lose existence," he said.
Toshi was breathing heavily now. His mind was racing. Sweat dripped down his cheak. Hawk smirked at Toshi.
"You're smart Hawk. It's a shame your genius had to be used for this. Kill me," he said. Hawk smiled and then tossed the sphere up inthe air. It stopped. Hawk waved his hand over it.
"Any last words," Hawk said.
I'm sorry guys Toshi thought. This thought travelled to all of the groups minds. Hawk touched an area on the sphere. "Goodbye," Hawk said. Toshi nodded to Hawk.
Toshi's head suddenly fell limp. Slowly but surely his body and soul began to dissolve. Hawk turned and left the room. The last bit of Toshi's existence was destroyed.
Something in the farthest reaches of the universe appeared. A small light. Toshi opened his eyes. "What's this," he said.
Suddenly Arunue, Rayne, Veil, Kieko, and all the others dissapeared from their cells. They appeared somewhere in the wild. Arunue looked to the rest of them but someone was missing. "Where's Toshi," she asked?
OCC- Nobody mess with Toshi right now. I'm still in this. I've got both Rayne and Veil.
Riv and Yeix/Rein were not taken, the part of Yeix's brain that was in control of Rein's body (Rein himself) had taken the precaution of casting a divine spell on himself and his brother called Random. Random had kept Rein and Riv constantly out of the line of fire yet not away from each other, every time that a Hawk copy found them, they would instantly poof somewhere else and kill the Hawk copy before it had a chance to telepathically tell Hawk that it had found them. It worked very well and had kept Yeix and Riv away from Hawk constantly, yet the consciousness within Yeix didn't stay, since it had almost fallen out of Yeix's mind completely, after a few such jumps, Rein's consciousness slipped until it could hold on no longer and was left in the dust next to the corpse of a Hawk copy.
On a silvery beach on the planet Hida in the Tiezek galaxy of an unknown dimension in a completely different universe from our own, 890 million light years (89 light decades), a dimension and a universe from the recreated Realm of Reality. A furry off-white creature about the size of a small butte and as hard as a bowl of hot seven grain breakfast cereal squirmed over to the beach on the end of it's journey to it's Summer vacation home. Its kind did not call the season Summer in fact, they called it Zalfartikonubratizpop in the same time as humans can say the first syllable of Summer, but that is completely irrelevant to the fact that this particular butte sized furry creature found the two beings sitting in the silver-glinting sand, picked them up and hurled them across the ocean for no apparent reason.
The unconscious Riv and the soul-less body of Rein/Yeix flew out across the greenish orange acid that filled the sea of Hida. Their trajectory began to lower them closer to the sea, until they both skimmed along the acidic sea. Riv immediately woke up with a resounding, "[CENSORED]", and started scratching the rest of the sticky acid off the grass stained white jacket on his back. Once that was accomplished, if there had been some human watching this scene, all humor would have gone out of it in the blink of an eye. Riv saw his brother, beginning to have a greenish orange tint itself, the body of Rein floated to the bottom of the alien sea, and would be separate cells then atoms before it reached the bottom. Riv saw this and immediately yelled, "Rein!" sadness wrenching his whole body into its cold, blue depths. Then love for his brother came and took Riv's consciousness out of the mind numbing sadness, dried it off, and set it back in it's rightful place. The effects of all this metaphoric imagery was that Riv stood in the air, with tears in his eyes, shook himself and zipped down to where his brother was sinking. Riv's tears became more than emotional as he submerged himself into the burning sea, he grabbed his brother and yanked him to the surface.
OCC: Hmmm, I am both funny and a master of emotions.
OCC- Change the stupid animals name. That's retarted. This isn't the hitchhikers guide. It's a bit more mature.
IC-
A bright light appeared within Hawk's throne room and then he appeared with a grin on his face. "Finally. Everything is going to plan," he said. He dropped the sphere on the ground and crushed it thus leaving the group to themselves.
"A promise is apromise. I am not liar," he said. "But you have made the biggest mistake Toshi. Arunue will never be able to stop me from getting the Robe now. And with it I can finally fulfill my goal," Hawk said.
"Now I can enter Yggraidsil," he said. He dissapeared instantly.
Meanwhile,
Rayne leaned agains't a tree pondering the question: Where was Toshi? Veil looked worried...very worried. She was sitting down with her arms around her legs.
Arunue was leaning against a tree opposite to Rayne. Everyone was quiet.
OOC: *applauds* Very nice post, Skitto! (OK, I'm overacting...) Skitto didn't name the animal; he gave summer a new name. I think it's a perfectly OK name.
IC:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
At precisely the moment when Hawk's fallen orb shattered, beams of light shot out from all directions within the cell, traveling to different parts of the universe at speeds greatly exceeding that of its substance. Some beams were grouped together--there was one group of three, two couples, and two beams were alone. In the center of the room was a beam of darkness--this was Hawk--which headed straight for Yggradisil. Hawk seemed oblivious to the directions the beams of light were heading; every bit of him was focused on his own destination. However, at one point, he took note Arunue's whereabouts, for it was her he would have to destroy in order to get the Robe.
I must isolate her, Hawk thought, ...at some point. I'll let her cry with her friends for a while, then I'll destroy her when she least expects it. Meanwhile, I have some other business to attend to.

One of the couples of light beams did a strange thing--both beams separated into red and blue beams, one per beam. The red beams darted towards a small, rocky planet while the blue beams darted upward, shortly disappearing into pinwheel-shaped portals.

One of the isolated beams, meanwhile, headed for a big, bright aqua star. Orbiting it were three planets, and nearby the system was a small, red star with another planet orbiting it. The beam reached that last planet, which was called Natali, and landed in the center of a village near a forest. When the beam landed, it morphed to take on a human shape, eventually materializing into the soul Hawk imprisoned into the beam. Eventually, Mereduin emerged from the light, surrounded by a glittery sparkle of the remains of the light. All around her, people stared, speechless, confused. After noticing this, Mereduin just blushed, and there was a long silence.
"Aren't you the one in the cottage near the forest?" a man suddenly blurted out.
The cottage near the forest? Mereduin thought. ...Are they talking about where I live? But the only people who would know that are in the village of...
"...Yes," Mereduin slowly answered. "...Am I in Wallydee, just to be curious?"
"No other," the same man answered. Wallydee was the village near Mereduin's home.
I haven;t been here in a long time! Mereduin thought. She immediately smiled and started skipping towards her home. But as soon as she left the vilage, she started to think about Celestia, then Asunan, then the rest of the group.
"Where are my friends?" she asked quietly to herself as she then walked, feeling sad at that time.

On a small, faraway rocky planet, the two red beams from before hit a building in a fairly large city. The building turned out to be a hotel, and the red beams entered, turning into a blob of red light as it entered the lobby. At the counter, the blob morphed, and a cute-looking cat's head jutted out of it and spoke.
"May I have a room for thirteen?"
"Thirteen?!" exclaimed the clerk.
"...I'll eventually need..." said the cat, "I would like to reserve four rooms for three, plus a single room. I'll need one room for two right now, though. I'd like to reserve the others for, oh, about a month or so."
"OK, do you have enough money for..." As soon as the clerk spoke, several coins made of a strange purple gem flew out of the red blob and landed on the counter. The clerk just muttered a faint "Oh." After a pause, she asked, "OK, for whom should the rooms be?" The cat then told the clerk a list of names, correcting some spelling mistakes.
"No, that one's easy--just take the word 'celestial' and drop the L!"
The clerk nervously gave the cat a key.
"The rooms you reserved are rooms 514 to 517 on the fifth floor, and room 601 on the top floor. Sorry, that's the closest single room to the others..."
With that, the cat head sank back into the blob, which turned back into a beam with a key on the end. As soon as it reached the door with a number 106, which was on the first floor, it threw the key into the lock and opened the door to the hotel room. The beam separated into two, and the door slammed and locked behind them. The two beams turned into orbs of red light on the two beds, and they eventually morphed into the sleeping bodies of Celestia and Asunan.

Meanwhile, in another world, which was a jungle with many different types of animals, mostly hybrid animals like fish dragons and humanlike creatures such as mermaids and harpies. But the interesting things in the jungle were two glowing blue spheres, which landed in a giant bird's nest and morphed into Celestia and Asunan, but these two were wide awake. As soon as they realized where they were, they looked at each other and hopped out of the nest, taking a look around.
"Where are we?" Asunan asked, seeming in a panic. Celestia seemed confused.
"Not any place I recognize," Celestia answered. She and Asunan started walking around until they found themselves in the dark part of the jungle, where no light shone from above the canopy of trees. This didn't worry the two, but what interested them was a tree with some sort of screen on it. On it were Celestia and Asunan, but the two were asleep in a hotel room. The two looked at each other, shrugged, then turned back to the tree.
"Is that us?" Celestia asked.
"But..." Asunan stammered, "we're here! How can we be there?"
"Unless..." Celestia muttered, "unless... we're in the world of dreams! This whole jungle must be a dream, and the real us are in there."
"But then, why were we put here?"
"Everyone has dreams," Celestia grumbled. Asunan giggled.
"Yeah, and only little kids have dreams like this!"
"Unless Hawk wanted us here. I remember, once I had a vision of a region that was quite similar to the jungle we're in, but it was... I think it was... the entrance to Hawk's lair."
"How can that be?" Asunan wondered. "Hawk's in Yggradisil; he can't be waiting for us in his lair!"
"But he..." However, as soon as Asunan's words sank further into Celestia's mind, there was silence. The two stopped, trying to figure out the situation.

OOC: I hope the others will post soon, because only Box Hoy, Skitto, and I posted recently... I'm anxious to find out where the others are, excluding Riv, Yeix/Rein, Arunue, Veil, and Rayne, of course...
