Box Hoy
OCC- This always happens near the end of The Realms series. Nobody participates and it gets annoying. We three must keep it going strong. I've already deivsed the end of the series so I'll just have to get it into postition. IC- Rayne's red eyes became exposed to the light of the dim sun as he opened his eyelids. He sat up. He was on a boat. A couple men scurried around the deck. One man looked at Rayne and then hurried off to wherever he was going. He stood up only to fall and realize that his arms and legs were tied up with rope. "Damnit," he cursed. The man who had spotted Rayne was returning and with a slightly larger man who looked like a captain. Rayne eyed the captain looking figure but not taking his attention off of the other man. "So. The prisonor has awakened," he said. Rayne smiled. "Where am I," he asked? The captain did not answer put instead helped Rayne to his feet. With a quick motion of his hand three men came forward and untied Rayne. "Sorry that was for our own protection. We don't know you and we don't know what you might have done if you were to awaken untied," he said. Rayne nodded. He had to admnit that he didn't quite look like a good guy. "Capatain Locke of the Red Flag," he said. "We're on our way to the continent of Morile," he said. Rayne raised an eyebrow. "Morile? That's not familiar," he said. Locke rubbed his furry chin. "Um. This is a weird question but what world are we in," Rayne asked. Locke laughed. "You're on the planet of Mewn," he said.
Skitto
OCC: Not yet you don't! I want like 2 or 3 more pages before we do that, we should have the final book be larger than the other two. Also, Box, please PM me your idea for the ending. Better yet, PM it to everyone and ask them what they think about it, you need to get some of our opinions before you go and end the story blindly, okay? IC: Riv stood on the beach on the other side of the acidic, alien ocean, supporting his brother who was still out cold and keeping him on his feet, while it was all his mind could do to support itself. OCC: God that was short, sry it was, I'm pressed for time here.
Box Hoy
Veil staggered through the deathly hot desert. Two suns shone down on her, burning her skin and stressing her beyond imagination. After a few steps she finally fell to her knees. "God, where the fuck am I," she screamed. A tear rolled down her cheak. It fell from her chin and landed on the desert floor, and quickly evaporating. Veil cried hard now. "Why did you have to diee Toshi," she yelled. Meanwhile on the planet of Mewn. Rayne watched the water pass as he leaned up against the guard railing on the side of the dock. "Wonder when it ends," he said to himself. "When it ends," Locke said walking up. Rayne turned to him. "Are we near land yet," he asked? Locke shook his head. "Far from it." He turned and looked into the sky. "There is no land on the surface of this world," he said. Rayne didn't seem shocked. "No. All of the land is in the sky. We're in a blank area where there is no land at all. But you'll see. Once we reach the trees you'll see where all the land is," Locke said. In another universe, Hawk flew through the golden skies below Yggradisil. He smiled and continued on. His speed was mind boggeling. Finally a large black island in the sky came into his view. "Yggradisil," he said. "The barrier is gone," he said. He began to fly faster than ever. Imp
OOC: That sucks... I was hoping Arunue would be here to the end at least... *counts how many characters were not mentioned since everyone separated* IC: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As Mereduin skipped towards her house, she saw that her mom wasn't home. At this she frowned, then shrugged, then walked towards the forest with a disappointed expression on her face. She wished someone could be with her at the moment, especially her sister. Celestia, where are you? she thought. I know you can hear me! Answer me! Five minutes passed. Come on, I'm lonely! Very lonely! Another five minutes passed. Please, this can't be like when Maridra had me captive and I couldn't contact you! Three minutes passed, and Mereduin started to cry, giving up. "Where is everybody?" she said out loud. But she didn't even realize that she was walking into the forest. In fact, she almost bumped into someone, and the moment that happened, she smiled broadly. "Symoni?" Meanwhile, Celestia and Asunan walked through the jungle, which grew darker and darker, with scattered lights all over the place. "These lights sure are bright..." Celestia complained. "Sure doesn't feel like a dream, though we technically are in the dream world..." Asunan commented. Suddenly, all grew dark. The two tried to look around, but they didn't see anything. "If we can't rely on our eyes to see..." Celestia muttered. She and Asunan closed their eyes in unison, then grew still, silencing their voices and thoughts. They soon found out that they were in some sort of room, a dark room, sort of like a temple. There was a chair at the far end, and nothing else. "Where are we?" Asunan wondered. "That's a wonderful question," said a voice from the chair. Both girls sensed something else--someone was in the chair, and he got up and walked towards them. Suddenly, red lights turned on. "Recognize me?" said the voice as Celestia and Asunan opened their eyes. "Hawk!" they shouted together. But the next thing they knew, the total darkness came again, and the floor of the room seemed to drop out from below them, causing them to fall through a bottomless pit. "Have a nice fall," Hawk called from above. Finally, Celestia and Asunan stopped falling only to find themselves lying on a bed in a hotel room. They both opened their eyes and got up. "Well, I guess this was a dream," Asunan realized. "But it was weird," Celestia added. "Hawk was there. We never saw him before in a dream, did we? So how can we... wait, Mereduin?" A vision came to Celestia then--Mereduin was back near her home, and she had just found Symoni. "Mereduin?" Asunan asked. "I just got this thought--she's in the forest..." "Mystic Star Forest, the one near my home," Celestia interrupted. "It's on the planet Natali. Symoni's with her." The two got up and looked outside the window to find out that the sun had just come up. OOC: Hawk only appeared in the dream; I'm completely aware that he's actualy in Yggradisil... Box Hoy
Toshi opened his eyes. Three hooded men hovered over him. Their faces hidden under the hoods of their cloaks. Toshi looked around. He was laying on his back on some sort of large cliff. All around the cliff were white and black clouds. Toshi stood. "Um. Where am I," he questioned. The men were silent for a few moments. "You are no longer existent. You play no part in the universe any more. This is your final resting place," said one of the men. Toshi sat down. "How do I get back," he asked? The men chuckled to themselves. "There is no way to return to existence once you are taken out of it," they said. "Damnit. I have to help my friends. There's got to be a way," he yelled. The men turned away from Toshi. "Who are you guys anyway," Toshi asked? The men stopped. "We are nothing more than simple beings like yourself," the last man to talk said. They walked down the cliff. Toshi sighed. "So I've got to spend eternity in this place," he said. He looked out over the cliff. The clouds touched the cliff. "I wonder what happens if I go past those clouds," he said. "Well. I don't exsit anymore. Guess there's no point in not trying," he said. Toshi backed up a bit and then ran towars the cliff. He jumped off. The air swished past Toshi's face. He reached the clouds. The white mist covered Toshi and to his surprise it was quite warm. He continued down. The clouds went for a while. Finally he passed them. He gasped as he saw an enitre world before his own eyes. He watched all the glowing lights. Towers and large buildings came into his view. The land came towards Toshi fast. He flipped and landed on his feet. He looked around. Large blue towers surrounded him. Black hooded figures strode all around. OCC-Again nobody mess with Toshi at the moment. I've got a good story worked up for him right now.

Box Hoy
OCC- You're not leaving us yet! I'm not finishing without you Arunue! But yes. We're nearing the end. IC- Toshi began to walk. The hooded figures seemed to not notice him at all. He watched them closely. The buildings were so large. Toshi walked the streets of this mysterious world in confusion. Finally he sat down against one of the buildings. Hooded beings continued to strode by. Toshi closed his eyes. "What the hell is this place. Who are these people," he said to himself. Pictures of his friends began to flow through his mind. A tear formed in his eye. "I miss you guys," he said. They were his closest friends. He opened his eyes. A small hooded figure stood above him. "Hello," it said. Toshi was taken aback from his presence for a second. "Why are you crying," it said. Toshi realized a couple of tears had rolled down his cheek. He rubbed them away. "No reason," he answered. "Who are you," Toshi asked standing up. "What is who," the hooded figure said. Toshi raised an eyebrow. "What's your name," he asked? "Name," the thing questioned? It shook it's head and walked off. Toshi watched it leave. "What's wrong with it," he said. Toshi began to walk again. Sadness seemed to plague this world. He reached a unique looking building. Hooded people walked in and out of the building. Toshi decided to see what it was. He entered the building. Everything became white. Everyone dissapeared. Toshi looked around. It was everywhere except one place. A black dot floated in mid air. Toshi approached the black dot. He touched it. It became a book. He turned a couple of pages. Text was being written as he turned the pages. It was a very small text. "You've finally made it," said a voice from behind Toshi. He turned to see a man with spiked silver hair and a black coat. His pants hidden by the coat. "Welcome to Yggradisil," he said. Toshi nearly fell over. "I-i'm in Yggradisil," he said. The man nodded. Meanwhile aboard the Red Flag, Rayne paced back and forth. He was thinking. "What in the hell happened to get me here," continued to pass through his mind. Something caught his eye as the ship was turning. He squinted to see it. It was barely visible. An enormeous tree in the distance. The clouds had built over the day so he couldn't see the top. Locke walked up to Rayne. "That's the tree of the god, Lash," he said. "We'll be heading there to trade and restock our inventory. You can go there if you wish," Locke said. Rayne nodded. "I'll check it out," he said. Imp
OOC: I agree with you. Arunue, you don't have to leave if you don't want to. We're not forcing you to. Please, stay--you play a very important role in this RPG! Gee, it's hard to post something in this situation when I only control three minor characters... Yaaayy, I finally get the point of Yggradisil... IC: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Toshi's gone..." Celestia said casually, in a somber way. Next to her, Asunan looked down at the windowsill with a lonely expression on her face. "Without him," Celestia continued, "what will become of us?" "If he's dead," Asunan answered, "we can try and contact him with the power of necro..." "That won't work," Celestia interrupted. "That would only work if he still had an ounce of existence in him, which he doesn't. There's a difference between dead and nonexistent." Asunan muttered a confused "Oh." There was a pause. "So then," Celestia added, changing the subject, "what do we do now?" "Shouldn't we be keeping in touch with your sister?" Asunan suggested. Celestia nodded. "Good idea." Back in the forest, Mereduin and Symoni sat against two trees that were a foot apart, tired and bored at the same time. The only thing that woke the two of them up was the start of the telepathic conversation... Hey there Mereduin. The first signal came from Celestia. Symoni, are you and Mereduin all right? Next was Asunan. Thoughts were exchanged for a few more moments. It turned out that all four of them were OK yet fairly lonesome because of the group's separation. You two know what to do if you need us, Celestia reminded Mereduin and Symoni. Of course, Mereduin thought, winking at Symoni reassuringly. Symoni slowly nodded. Right... Celestia and Asunan walked out of the hotel they were in and enjoyed the fresh morning breeze and the stunningly beautiful sunrise. As the two walked in the direction of the sun, Asunan seemed to get a certain reminding thought in her mind... "Yggradisil..." she said aloud. "What about it?" Celestia wondered. "Wait..." Asunan moved into a deeper state of thought. "Let me speed up your thinking for you," Celestia suggested. Within less than a second of thought probing, she continued, "M-hm, Hawk's there, I know that. Wait... I think I know..." "Me too!" Asunan declared, sounding excited. The two jumped up and faced each other. "Hawk doesn't really exist, right?" Celestia said, sounding as excited as Asunan. "Yeah, that's true..." "And," "Wait," Asunan stopped her. "When I transformed, do you remember? I think I told you... when Katea die... er... disappeared, she transformed me somehow... For a moment, I think I saw in another world, a world full of strange people who didn't know names or who people were. It was like... I didn't exist, like I had..." "Stop right there!" Celestia interrupted. "Didn't exist? Didn't exist? You see?" At this point, she was jumping up and down with her hands on Asunan's shoulders. "Just think about it, Hawk doesn't exist, you didn't exist at the time, Toshi doesn't exist because Hawk got rid of him..." "Of course," Asunan added. "Yggradisil is the place of non-existent beings! Why didn't we know that before?" "You weren't there." "I wasn't?!" "I don't think you can cease to exist then start existing again. Just like the fact that you can't come back from the dead. Once you're gone, you're gone." "Or..." Asunan started thinking deeply again. "Or, do I not exist? Am I just a copy in this world? Am I not... here?" "What are you talking about? You exist; you can be sensed without use of the sixth sense, you breathe, you eat, for heaven's sake, you're alive and existent in this realm! Just like me!" "Then how come... How come we could see Hawk? How come we could be touched by Hawk? How could Hawk affect this world if he doesn't exist?" "Hm..." Celestia started to think as deeply as Asunan did before. "Good question," they said in unison. "Darn, I can't think this through," Celestia grumbled. "My mind's just racing about, and... well..." Asunan stood there with her arms folded and thoughts jumbled or interfering with each other. OOC: I could go on and on, but I'll post that later... Box Hoy
The man with silver hair smirked. "We've been waiting for you, for over a century. For this day to come," he said. Toshi looked weirdly at the man. "Um...why," he asked? "We've live in fear constantly of the prophecy," the man said. Toshi scratched the back of his head. The man walked past Toshi to the book. "This book contains every detail of history from the beginning. We of Yggradisil have been protecting it for all the ages. If it's pages are destroyed than all of time will be no more," he said. Toshi shook his head. "Um. Would you mind telling me you're name," he asked? The man turned to him. "It is Dyne. I am the ultamite guaridan of this book," he said. Toshi watched Dyne close the book. "What is the prophecy that you people are so fearful of," Toshi asked? Dyne sighed. "Two beings are to come into Yggradisil. One is of light and the other of the dark. It does not say who comes first. But if the dark being came first than the universe would be doomed. But if the ligh one came first than he would help defend the book from when the evil one came," Dyne said. Toshi smiled. "How'd you know I was the light being," he asked? "I could tell from looking that your intentions were not evil," he said. "But the intentions of the others who have came here were different. Although they have not been able to get past the doors to this building they have caused alot of trouble," he said. Toshi instantly knew who Dyne was talking about. Uni, Ios, Shakia, Morak, and Rimnil. "Can I help you fight them," he asked. Dyne smiled. "Many would appreciate it if you would. Although the beings who reside in this world seem empty they are full of thought," he said. Toshi nodded. "Guess I'm going to have a little fun while I'm in this world," he said. Skitto
On the peak of the highest mountain in the densest forest on the new Earth sat Riv, kneeling next to a long rectangular patch of recently dug up dirt. Riv sat crying over this hole, and its occupant was six feet under the peaceful grass of the hill. The tall rectangular rock, cut by Lemaria into this unnatural shape, below the charred image of a cross, peace symbol and a flame, were enscribed the words "Here lies Rein, the resourceful god of fire and peace through war." Riv wiped his eyes and stood above his brother's grave, bowed low, and walked away, wanting to look back, yet knowing he couldn't let himself. He then, promptly, allowed himself a slight backward glance to say, "Rest in peace, brother, I will try to control my anger as you had tried to tell me... goodbye Rein." Just then he lost control of himself and dropped to the ground from grief, and lemaria came out of its bindings on his waist and fell to the ground. In that instant, he was Izzy again. "What the--?" he said, looking at his black and red coat and clothes with confusion, then he had a revelation, "The sword!" Izzy picked up Lemaria and was instantly Riv, white clothes and all, "Well, I guess I've got to not do that again." Riv walked halfway to the sunset, glanced back once more, this time with some confusion, and leapt into the sky, headed towards the the strongest life signal from his friends, which happened to be a hotel on the eastern seaboard of the most populated country on the planet, Finalga, the new Earth's equivalent of the US, and in its most crowded city, New Optik. Imp
OOC: Just a warning: I may not be able to post often because of school, but I'll try. IC: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "No, Asunan," Celestia explained, "you DO exist here. Maybe you just... saw visions of Yggradisil. You weren't actually there, were you?" Asunan shook her head. "Then that explains it," Celestia continued. "It surely is possible for us to see visions of these places. We did see Toshi, didn't we?" Asunan started to nod, but she noticed a sad, empty feeling from afar. "Rein..." "Oh..." Celestia realized. Both of them frowned and looked down. "Wait, Asunan! Behind you!" Celestia declared. Asunan turned around to find Riv standing there some twenty feet away from them, walking toward them. Riv didn't seem that happy, though. "Hey there, Celestia, Asunan..." Riv greeted without much excitement. "Don't worry, we know the news," Asunan reassured. "But at least he exists!" "Sort of," Celestia added. "Oh, quit being blunt!" Asunan whispered sharply to Celestia. Celestia merely sighed. "We've had many casualties," Celestia said calmly, "and we're at the point where we should save our worries and sadness for later, if not never." "Hey," Asunan said brightly, "I quickly got over the loss of one of my friends! You met Katea once, didn't you?" Riv shrugged, but the name sort of rang a bell. "Oh," Celestia added, changing the subject, "we just found out, Toshi and Hawk are both in Yggradisil somewhere. Toshi's guarding this book that is a history of time." "And Hawk," Asunan added, "well, he just arrived there and seems to be looking for something. I can't quite figure out what yet..." Celestia giggled. "What are you giggling about?" Asunan shouted. "I bet you don't know either!" "He's most likely looking for the thing Toshi's guarding," Celestia answered. "Remember, he's the leader of the Dark. Asunan, you can't rely solely on intuition--logic accounts for the rest of fate." Asunan blushed. The three started to walk somewhere, to nowhere in particular. Skyscrapers passed them by in a fairly populated city, and the group was passing by a large fountain in the center of the road, with a hidden statue in the center. Some of the group glimpsed at the fountain for a second, then turned away immediately. But Riv turned back to it when he thought he saw Rein in there. "Just an illusion, or his ghost," Celestia reassured. "A mere memory," Asunan added. She knew perfectly well that ghosts were just memories and hallucinations, and could not physically affect the real world in any way. Riv slowly turned away from the fountain and walked on with Celestia and Asunan. "Wasn't Mereduin with you?" Riv suddenly asked, trying to overcome his sadness. "She's near her home," Celestia answered, "and mine... Symoni's with her." "You know?" Asunan suggested. "Shouldn't our next mission be to find the rest of the group, then travel to Yggradisil together?" "Two things," Riv answered before Celestia could say anything. "First of all, isn't Yggradisil only accessible for those who don't exist? And second, how are we going to find the rest of the group?" "We know where to find them, as always," Celestia reassured him. "And third, we should probably focus on how to get to Yggradisil first, or how to get Hawk out of there and confront him one last time. Or, we can find a way to make Toshi exist again, even though that might be impossible..." Again, the group fell deep in thought, including Riv. OOC: *checks length of post* All right, I won't go on though I would like to... but that would make my post very long! Kieko
OOC: I'll try to post more. But read my profile and you'll see why I haven't. __________________________ ?Yay!? Kieko said as she ran out of the woods. ?Finally. I didn?t know how much more of the forest I could stand.? Arunue said, walking behind Kieko and stepping out into the dimming sunlight. ?It?s close to sunset, Kieko. We should stop here.? Kieko flopped down on the soft sand of the beach they had just stepped onto. She then immediately decided not to do anymore flopping. ?Sure.? She said, rubbing her back. Arunue sat down next to her, surveying the landscape. Her eyes fell upon a skyline just to the left of them. It had just a few yards of trees between them and the city. ?Hey, Kieko.? She said, looking down at the girl who was now trying to go to sleep. ?Hm?? She said sleepily. ?Lets go to the city and sleep there.? Arunue said, but Kieko was already asleep, so she laid down as well and fell asleep to the soft sound of the waves crashing against the sand. __________________________ Arunue woke up to the soft touch of sand. But Kieko just rolled over lazily. ?Five more minutes?? She whined. At this point, Arunue abandoned her method of shaking Kieko and stood up. Thinking to herself for a moment, she swung back her foot and kicked Kieko as hard as she could in the back. Kieko tumbled a little ways, landing on her stomach. She laid with her face down in the sand for a moment or two before getting up and brushing herself off angrily. ?What was that for!?? She said straightening up. ?What have I done to you!?? ?Nothing. Box Hoy
Toshi walked out the door of the building to find himself in a city hovering over clouds. "Within the room of history time passes faster. Already the people of this city have found a way to lift the city and the ground under it from the surface," Dyne said following him out. Toshi walked into the city followed by Dyne. "So you say that a couple of people are troubeling the residents of this world," Toshi said. Dyne nodded. Toshi withdrew his sword. "I've got to find them then," Toshi said. "And fight them." Dyne nodded. "Undoubtedly the dark one will find his henchmen and continue after you and...the book," Dyne said. The wind blew hard up here in the atmosphere of this world. "This world is endless. No one ever can escape unless they can travel through the darkness back to the plane of existence," Dyne said. "Heh heh heh. So he finally made it up here. Hawk's business is going to get a hell of a lot harder now that Toshi is here to protect that book," Shakia said. He was hiding behind a wall where he could see Toshi and Dyne walking through the city. His red hair blew everywhere in the wind. "I'll have to help my master and stop Toshi," Shakia said. Toshi stopped in the middle of the dirty street that were walking down. "I sense something," he said. Dyne looked to Toshi. "What is it," he asked? Toshi turned to see Shakia a couple of yards behind him. "I can't let you stop Hawk from fulfilling his goal," Shakia said. A red beam went flying out of his hand at Toshi. Imp
"It's decided," Celestia, Riv, and Asunan said at once. Then, they said three different things at the same time... "We find the rest of the group," said Asunan. "We travel to Yggradisil," said Riv. "We wait for Toshi to come back from Yggradisil," said Celestia. "That's impossible!" all three blurteed in unison again. "No it's not!" they all retaliated, each looking at a different group member. Celestia stared at Asunan, Asunan at Riv, and Riv at Celestia. "We have to make some sort of compromise," Celestia commented under her breath, while Riv and Asunan were arguing, "or someone has to suffer..." "Hey!" Asunan blurted. "Why don't we do all three?" After this, there was a long silence. "...In what order?" Riv asked in an uninterested tone. "Well," Asunan strained her mind to come up with a solution, "we... could find the group first, then go..." "Oh, so you have to be first!" Riv interrupted. "Break it up!" Celestia nearly shouted, almost having to use her powers to separate the two. "Consider this: why don't we..." She paused to look at Riv, and instanty knew what he was thinking. "No, Riv, I'm not trying to be selfish, I hope... OK. I just noticed something in Yggradisil; I found out from Toshi. There's a way out of Yggradisil, but I don't know how dangerous it is. Plus, if he leaves, he'll leave the book unprotected." At this point, Riv was about to interrupt when Celestia stared at him as if she wanted to continue. "I know, that was your consideration all along. My mistake. So, I sympathize with Riv; we must all travel to Yggradisil together. Hawk won't leave unless he finds the book. Toshi won't leave the book unprotected. So, there's no way to get either of them out of there. I think we should contact everyone else instead of physically searching for them..." With this she winked at Asunan. "We can tell them all to meet at Yggradisil, and there we can stop Hawk once and for all." "But," Asunan asked, "how will we get to Yggradisil?" She had a tone of worry in her voice. "Probably," Riv commented, "the same way, roughly, as Hawk sent Toshi there. Sadly, I think the only way there is to be nonexistent." He said this almost with a tone of hope and triumph. "Oh, you just want to be with Rein," Celestia joked. "No, I sort of buy it," Asunan realized. "Oh, you just want to be with Katea," Celestia joked. But, somehow, saying that name sparked something in her mind. Asunan, Celestia thought, show me... everything you know about when you went to Krii. Everything about what you and Katea did there, and Riv too... Replay it in your mind! Celestia saw it all--Riv's frustration blowing up the island, Asunan and Katea embracing each other after years of separation, Katea sacrificing herself to help Asunan, so she thought... "I think," Riv sugested, "that Rein and Katea are both in Yggradisil at this moment! All we have to do is contact them somehow, and Toshi as well, so they can both help us get there!" "We just have to be nonexistent for a while..." Celestia said with a heavy sigh. "everyone will..."
Skitto
Then Riv remembered something, "Hey!" he said with hope, "Odin is still alive! Maybe he could tell us how to contact my brother and Katea in Yggdrasil!" (OCC: That is its actuall spelling.) Everyone stood up and looked at Riv, "Well, what are we waiting for!?! Let's go find him!" Though Asunan's outburst reflected what was in the hearts of the other two, their minds instantly told them that it wouldn't be that easy. Riv smirked at their sudden joy, then sorrow, "Aren't you forgetting something?" The others looked at him in puzzlement, Riv continued, "I recently unlocked some of the hidden powers that Lemaria posesses, and can you guess what one of them is?" The others expressed that they did not, "A mental global positioning system," he paused as the silence grew deeper, "that means that I can find out exactly where I am in relationship to exactly where I want to be, I can find Odin in just a minute if we have the time." Instead of an answer, Riv got two greatful hugs simultaneously from Celestia and Asunan that immediately toppled him over. Riv stood up slowly, he felt like he had been hit by an over zealous train, the other two helped him up, "We can go to Yggdrasil after all!" Celestia said as Riv sat down on one of the beds in the room. "We have hope is what we have," said Riv as he rubbed his aft end, getting one of his "wisdom" moods, "now are we gonna do this, or just sit here talking for another hour like those Japanese cartoons?" As if wanting to add a bit of comedy, Asunan thrust out her hand in a peace sign and said in a cute little voice, "Yeah! Let's go get him!" Riv took Lemaria from its sheath. One minute later, the group headed east on the four legged Lemaria transport and hoped that Riv was really as confident as he sounded.
Box Hoy
Toshi crossed his arms in front of his face. The red beam sailed through the air and collided with him. The burning pressure against him was too much. Toshi went flying into a stone building. The red beam was still crushing him. Shakia let the beam go. Toshi slowly stood up. "You're weak," Shakia yelled. Toshi looked up at him. "Prove it," he said. Suddenly Toshi dissapeared. Shakia flinched. "What the..." Toshi reappeared with his sword drawn behind Shakia. "Goodbye," he said. Shakia turned. Toshi swung. Shakia's head fell to the ground. Blood spilled. His body went limp and slowly dropped. Dyne looked to Toshi with horror. "The dark one," he said. Toshi looked confused than realized. He turned. Hawk had reached Yggradisil. He stood in the pile of blood that was once Shakia's. His black hair blew around in the wind. His face stared down upon Toshi. "Are you ready," he asked. Toshi recovered and took in the question. "Yes," he said. Hawk quickly withdrew a blade. It was a red and had flames around the hilt. Toshi ran towards Hawk and Hawk ran towards Toshi. The two locked blades. "I'm your equivelent now Hawk. I understand you. You will never harm this universe again. Even if I must sacrifice what little existence this world offers me," Toshi yelled. Hawk smirked. "You know nothing. The end of all existence begins with this world. I have reached it. You cannot stop me." Toshi drew back and readied himself for the oncoming attack. Hawk smirked. he rushed towards Toshi. His feet seemed to glide across the ground. Toshi started blocking his attacks. They were extremely fast. "You don't know what you're up against," Hawk yelled. Toshi ducked under a swing of Hawk's blade and came behind him. He made a quick swing of his blade. Hawk turned with lighting speed and stopped the blade with his bare hands. Toshi took his sword back and kicked Hawk into a building. The wall broke through and Hawk landed in the bricks. Toshi surveyed the mess. Hawk stood slowly. His dark cloak wished behind him as he walked directly at Toshi. The two locked blades again. "You won't make it through this battle Hawk. I can make sure of that," Toshi said. It was Hawk's turn to draw back. Toshi ran and jumped off the side of a wall towards Hawk. Toshi swung his blade at Hawk. Hawk put his hand out before Toshi and the warrior went flying. He landed hard on his back. Hawk's sinister laugh came from behind Toshi. Hawk slowly approached Toshi. His blade was ready to end this battle. Toshi opened his eyes. The pain of the fall drifted. Toshi pushed forward. His sword had been knocked out of his hands. "You're weaponless young warrior. Give up. How can you win against me," Hawk said. Toshi looked at Hawk. "You're not all powerful Hawk. Everything comes to an end. Even you. And at my hands that shall occur," Toshi yelled. He ran at Hawk and swung his fist at Hawk's face. Hawk grabbed his arm and swung Toshi to the ground. Hawk moved quickly. He thrusted the palm of his hand downwards. Hawk teleopathiclly lifted Toshi from the ground into the air. "The end of this struggle has come into my grasp," Hawk said. "You're end has come as well." He dropped Toshi to the ground. Hawk pulled sleeves of his cloak upwards. On both forearms a set of tattoo's lay. Toshi marveled at them. "The Robe," he said. "But how did you..." Hawk pushed both hands towards Toshi. "Ending your existence in this world will end it forever. Ending Yggradisil, the land of the universe, will end the true universe forever. And finally there will be no more pain," Hawk said. "Is that what you're trying to do. Trying to end the pain of all!" Toshi yelled. His eyes burned with anger. "Without life what is there Hawk. Is there you. Is there me. Is there the paradise that you are seeking without pain." "With paradise comes pain. No matter where you go. There is always pain. There is always conflict," Hawk said. "But when there is nothing there is no pain," Hawk said. Toshi noticed his sword laying next to a building. He closed his eyes. "In this world. I can do whatever I feel. It is the world that harbors all the realms abilities. So feel this Hawk," Toshi said. Toshi lifted the sword with his mind. Hawk looked at it. It flew through the air and started swinging at Hawk. His blocked with all his power. Toshi stood and rushed Hawk. The tyrant couldn't block two attackers. Hawk fell to the ground. The sword came into Toshi's grasp. He thrusted the blade downward. Hawk met the point of the blade with his own. Electricity started jumping from the two fighters. It began to create a sphere around them. Toshi concentrated. He pulled up on his blade than spun. His sword was held outwards. It smashed into Hawk's blade broke it in half. Hawk looked shocked. Toshi came down again and thrust the blade at Hawk. The seering metal drove into Hawk's chest. He looked at it and than Toshi. Toshi looked into the eyes of his enemy. "The fight is now over," Toshi said. He grabbed his blade and turned. Blood dripped for the end of the blade. Hawk clapsed the blade. "No. You're not done fighting me," he yelled. "I am all powerful," he yelled. He struggled to stand up. Toshi continued to walk. The cloaked figures began to swarm around Hawk. His eyes burned with hatred. Hawk smirked. Suddenly the cloaked figures stopped. Hawk closed his eyes. Light started to flow from the bodies of the cloaked ones to Hawk. Their cloaks dropped to the ground. Hawk put his hands togethor. The tattoos on his arms glowed. Toshi stopped and turned. "Why are you still fighting Hawk," he said. The light flowed around Hawk. It started to burn away at his body. "No longer shall I wait for this," Hawk yelled. The skin of Hawk fell to the ground. Floating in mid air was a glowing ball. "DIE" it yelled. The light swarmed around it and then created flow of energy. It was directed at Toshi. The symbols on Hawk's arms appeared above the floating ball. It fired off. Toshi was hit by the beam. The swarming light started melt away at him. Toshi screamed out. But not words of agony. "Never," he yelled. The beam began to flow the other way reflecting off of Toshi's crossed arms. On his arms lay the tattoos of the Robe. "It is done." The ball that was Hawk seemed to explode. It melted away into nothing. Toshi fell to his knees. He looked at the last remenants of the light lingering in air. *** Toshi awoke with a start. He was in Arunue's apartment laying next to Veil in the bed. All the other warriors lay around in the room as well. "Whoa. We're back," he said. Arunue opened her eyes. She noticed Toshi getting up and heading outside. She wandered out onto the deck where Toshi stood. "It's over Arunue. We did it. It's all over," he said. She smiled. The sun rose slowly onto the new age of peace. The End
