WARNING: If you don?t know what ?R Rated? means, I would advise not reading further. If, however, you delite in such things, go right ahead!

Quick of tongue, foot, and eye. That was how we described our assassin. She was fast, she was witty, and she was what we had all placed our hopes on.

-Xavier, what is going on?-

But something went wrong. Horribly wrong. She disappeared from the small pent-house one night, and of course we assumed she was out on a mission. But she didn?t come back. Ever. We searched for her, but the pent-house was empty, and it was like no one had lived in it for about a year. Which was about as long as she had been gone.

-Rynia, get down!-

And then we found her. Dead. She was lying face-up in an ally-way, with a knife in her throat. Each of us started to be scared.

*a scream*

For the first time in our lives, we were fully scared. Who, of all people, could kill an assassin like our Rynia? No one, as far as we knew, had the required skill we deemed able to kill her.

-Rynia!!-

We?ve looked and looked. And we finally found an assassin who rivals Rynia. Three of them, in fact. They all are very good, and finally stopped our shaking fear of Rynia?s murderers.

-Tanner, they are here.-

We have their mission. Their first assignment.

-Sir.-

Kill Rynia?s killer. Rule out any competition. And do it fast.

We found her wandering the city, dressed as a teenager. She had the pepper spray in her purse, the knife next to her wrist. And we killed her. She was a danger, a threat to us. So we eliminated her.

-Get her!-

And so we sent Davis. He was professional. He was slick. But best of all, he was better. He tracked her, silently, unobtrusively, then he cornered her. And then, he killed her.

*slice*

He disappeared afterwards. We had him do a couple more jobs. And he did them well. He never could be tracked. So we had him choose a couple of people to work with. SO he chose two others.

-She?s dead.-

~*~*~*~*~

Rylia kicked away the covers in her bed at the small apartment she and her friends lived in. Across the room, in her own bed, Alina turned over, still asleep. The silver-haired assassin smiled at her sleeping face, and pulled on her clothing.

So much for all of us going out for breakfast. she thought wryly.

As Rylia pulled on her boots, James peeked in. She threw a pillow at his face, and he swiftly dodged, closing the door as he left. The pillow bounced off the door onto Alina?s face, and the female assassin jerked awake, knife in hand. She saw Rylia stifling her laughter, and glared. ?Thanks for the wake up call.? She said.

OOC: Post away!

OOC: WOOPY! ^_______^
~~~
James smiled as he leaned on the wall outside Rylia's room. The day seemed to be going well so far. He'd already had to dodge one projectile and stuck his head inside a girl's room. And people thought the life of an assassine was always dark. "Ohh, my Ryyyliaaa..." he taunted her in a sing-song voice, his Russian accent standing out a bit.
She came out of the door, fully clothed and smirking. "Ah, there's my-" James was cut off as another pillow struck him in the face. Flirting with assassins was dangerous. He grabbed the pillow and sighed, "So what's the agenda today Rylia?" he tossed the pillow back playfully.
"As soon as Alina gets up we'll all go for some breakfast." Rylia threw the pillow back into her and Alina's room, leaning on the wall next to James.
James sighed again, "Hm... you must really like me."
Rylia seemed taken aback, "Why is that?"
"Well, you've already thrown somethign at me twice today..."
Seeing that there was no danger around, Alina, or "Peace, as her enemies called her, put up the knife. She smiled and looked at the pillow on the ground. She could guess what had happened. James' wake up calls had become a daily routine by now, and they were always met the same way. Alina got out of bed, found her favorite silver outfit, and got dressed. She walked out to the hall where she found Rylia and James.
"Good morning, guys. Are you ready?"
They both nodded.
"Yep, let's go." Rylia replied.
OOC: I am going to have Melia speak once awhile in german, so the english will be right next to it in blue.
IC:
"Ein was für reizender Morgen! Fast so reizend wie ich." What a lovely morning! Almost as lovely as me. Melia spoke outloud to herself while veiwing herself in the mirror. She placed a pale pink lipstick on and took another look. "Vollkommen! Als immer." Perfect! As always. She walked over to her coatrack and place her form fitting yellow trenchcoat. She opened the door to her pent house apartment and walked out.
A slight breeze blowed her flowing black hair. She walked down the sidewalk like she owned it. Melia glided like she was a queen surveying her subjets on a stroll, not a woman just going to get so breakfest. She stop infront of a little cafe called "Beauty Moon".
"Guter Morgen der Geliebte zu Ihnen! Wie gehen Sie heute?" Mistress good morning to you! How are you today? A young man of about 19 stood at the front door. She gave a slight bow to Melia.
She didn't even seem to notice but just spoke on "Fein möchte ich meinen normalen Sitz." Fine, I would like my normal seat. The young man lead the way to a small area with flower all around a table. The table sat two and looked out onto a small garden with a stream. The young man pulled out her seat and Melia sat down. He gave another quick bow and left.
"Good Morning Ma'am! I'm Chris and i'm your sever today. Can I start you off with a drink?" A slim young boy came to take Melia order.
She glared at the young man and grew angry. "You are suppose to be speaking in German, boy. Second you may never ever adress me as Ma'am. Even must address me as Mistress." With each word she spoke her voice grew louder and louder.
"I am sorry MIstress, I am new here and didn't know. PLease forgive me." He look like a mouse being corner by a cat. He trembled and shook and her gaze.
"MIstress Melia, please forgive the boy. It was my fault i hadn't teached the boy." A plumped man came running over to the table. His face casted signs of worry.
"I will just this once but don't ever let it happen again. I will also Gespräch talk in english this once." she was very annoyed by this and everyone could tell by the look on her face. She only spoke English to a few people. One being her fellow assassians and the other was men she was picking for her future husbands.
"Well thank you Mistress. Please let your meal be on us today. Can i get you your usual." The plumped man spoke quickly.
"Yes" Melia waved her hand for them to leave her and not botherr her further. She took her compact out of her pocket and opened it. She stared at herself in the mirror and turned her head back and forth to make sure she was perfect. She closed the compact and look out the window.
Rylia and the other two exited the house, and they all piled in the small Chevy Cavalier. Rylia started the car, and they drove across town to Waffle House. Sitting at a small window table, Rylia ordered a coffee, and blueberry waffles.
The trio shared the waffles, and soon they were talking in low voices. ?Kayin wants us in the office in half an hour.? James said in a casual undertone. Rylia swallowed, and sipped her coffee. ?What for?? James shrugged. ?He didn?t say.?
Imi was awake already; she watched the streets filling up with the businessmen and cafe goers from her window on the third floor of an expensive apartment block.
Her blue hair blew in the slight breeze and her greens eyes caught the morning sun. Her flat mate, Razor, snored and turned in his bed, getting tangled up in the sheets again. Imi sighed and walked into his room, she sat down on the side of his bed and prodded him in the ribs,
"Lazy ass, I'm going for breakfast, I might not be back until late.....do the washing up, or else."
With that she got up and left for her room to get dressed into her usual clothes, a tank top and baggy black jeans hiding most of black ankle boots.
She walked into the corridor and grabbed her leather coat, she shouted to razor once one as she opened the door,
"Damien said that he?s coming over as well!"
She heard her friend fall out of bed in a startled rush, his shouts of profanity brought a smile to the usually serious girls face and she shut the door behind her, heading for a cafe 10 minutes walk away.
OOC That's all I got now....and Razor is gay (aw) just in case there was any doubt :sweat:
"Give me another one...to go." Kayin said to the barteneder. "I have a meeting to attend shortly." Kayin grabbed his drink and got out of his seat. He pulled a twenty out of his pocket and slammed it on the counter, "Keep the change..."
"Sure thing Mr. Cloud. Have a good meeting, sir," replied the bartender.
"Right." Kayin said waving. Why did I have to hire not one but two women? Just got to remember: it's strickly business... Kayin thought to himself as he began walking back to his office taking his drink straight to his head.
Kayin shortly arrived at his office. He tossed the bottle in a recycling can and sat at his desk. They should be here in two to five minutes... Kayin pulled out the folders on each client and began reading their information:
Name: Lynn ?Rylia? Jacobson, Alias/Callname: Quicksilver/Rylia, Age: 18, Gender: Female, Weapon(s): Twin throwing knives, a Colt(gun), and a 5? chain;
Name: James Rillick, Call-name/alias: Silence, Age: 19, Gender: male, Weapon(s): A Desert Eagle handgun, a long knife, and various grenades;
Name: Alina "Peace" Trimmer, Alias/Callname: Broken Peace, Age: 19, Gender: Female, Weapon(s): a Scythe, two H&K's, (also a gun,) and a blowgun
"They should do fine..." Kayin said to himself. "Wonder where the hell Garett is? He said he'd already be here..."
Kayin's door burst open suddenly as Garett strolled in.
"Hunny I'm here! Hahahaha!" Taking a quick look around he took on a puzzled face.
"Aren't they suppose to be here by now?"
"Yes, they are...and you were planning on calling me hunny if front of them weren't you?" Kayin replied getting a little frustrated.
"Oh you know I would too Kayin."
"Yeah I told you not around girls you know how i get..." Was Kayins half serious relpy.
"Ok ok..I'll tone it down for you...So...do you think they can pull this off Kayin?" Taking a seat on the black leather couch.
"Let's hope so Garett...but their information seems reliable and promising."
((OOC: How's that? Keji If you're a bit confused just take a look at the recruitement thread...and if you're not cosher with it just pm me. This is cool since i know a little german myself!))
James leaned back in his seat, finishing off the last of his waffles. "We should go, we're probably late." Rylia sighed and finished hers as well. "Alright, let's get going." She left some money on teh table and the three of them got up.
As they walked out to the car, James looked up at the sky, "What job is this? 23, 33? I can't remember anymore." Alina thought for a moment, "35 I think." James looked back down in time to avoid running into their car. "Ah... knew it was an odd number."
Rylia was driving again, and Alina was in the passenger seat, leaving James in the back. They arrived at Kayin's office twenty minutes later, just waking up from the usual morning grog.
As they walked into his office, Kayin glared at them for being late. However, all three instinctively turned their heads to Garett, trained to notice things they didn't expect. Seeing they were in no immediate danger (duh) they turned to Kayin once again. He seemed uneasy with two women looking at him, but kept his composure. James noticed and resisted snickering.
Kayin looked at his clients then to Garett, then returned his focus to them, Just got to remember...it's strictly business...He thought to himself to remain focused, "Would anyone like to explain why you three are late?" Kayin said half-smiling.
"I guess we lost track of time when we went to eat breakfast, Kayin," James answered.
Kayin looked at his files, "You must be James." James nodded, "Listen, I'll let you three off easy this time. Next time, however, I'm deducting from your pay." Kayin said to his new employees smiling.
"We understand, sir." Rylia smiled. She saw Kayin become uneasy. "Sir, why did you call us hear?"
Kayin regained his composure and went back through the files, "I assume you're Rylia," she nodded, "Well, Rylia, my associate and I obviously have a job for you to do."
"What is this job exactly, Kayin?" Alina asked.
Damn...Something's wrong with me...I'm really having a hard time with women... Kayin thought, "Why me?" Kayin accidently said aloud, "Ahem, I was getting to that miss Alina..." Kayin replied. "We need you to find one of our employee's assassins..."
Kayin seemed to pause a moment trying to find his composure once again. Oh geez here he goes again he's starting to drown...better step in.
"Right!, The murder occured several weeks ago..."
Garett's comment was so sudden that the assasins practically jumped then turned to hear him out.
"Another hired professional eliminated her for reasons of which are not yet clear. We are now in need of you three to gather information on this murder and ultimately, put HER assasin out of commision."
Kayin seeing a pause took the oppertunity to continue.
"My assosiate is correct...this is a very delicate matter so the utmost caution must be carried out. We are not yet sure of the motives or the employers of the said assasin. Do you have any questions so far?"
((OOC: ahhh moving right along..I believe that's the gist of it, right Delirium...If not you can fix it up in your next post...))
Drumming her fingers on the table she watched the stream out the window. A waitress brought her over a cup of tea and left. Grabbing three sugar packets and poured them into her tea. Melia took up her spoon stirred it and placed the spoon back on her napkin. . "Wo sind sie?" Where are they? She hefted a sigh.
A few minutes later she watched as Imi walked through the door of the Café. Coming over she sat down across from Melia. ?Good morning Melia.?
Melia looked away from the window , ?Good Morning.? She looked at her fellow assassin. ?We are just waiting for Ryutaro to get here.?
OOC: ^_^ Very nice! BTW, I will play the ?bad? guys employers, so no worries.
Rylia watched her employers from under half-closed lids. ?No questions so far, sirs,? she said in a soft, barely audible voice. She brushed her hair out of her eyes absently, listening.
Kayin looked from her, to Alina, to James, then back to her. Even though she was youngest, she seemed to be in charge of the trio.
Garett took out some type of remote, and the lights went out. He then pressed another button, and a screen came up on the wall. Rylia, fingers laced together and in her lap, turned her chair to watch. Suddenly, as the image came up, her eyes widened.
?Oh мой бог?[Oh my god?]? Rylia breathed, leaning forward. In front of them was a map of the whole city. ?Мои друзья, мы спотыкались на?[My friends, what have we stumbled upon?]? She asked James and Alina in Russian.
James glanced at her. Neither showed any ill feelings, and nervousness. ?Не больше чем мы можем отрегулировать, я надеемся. [Not more than we can handle, I hope.]? Kayin looked back and forth between them, obviously confused.
Rylia shook her head. ?Its nothing, Kayin.? She smiled wanly. ?Just amazed. Now, what is that blank spot? You have most of the buildings labled, except for these.? She pointed to one in the center, a large office building, three near the rim of the city, and three scattered about.
Alina giggled at Kayin's confusion. She didn't reallly know how to speak Russian either, but she was able to guess the conversation that was going on by what Rylia had taught her. Kayin pointed to the buildings that Rylia had asked about.
"We don't know what these are or who they belong to. It's your mission to find out. Any other questions?" Kayin asked as he eyed the three assassins.
"If there are no further questions, you have your instructions." Kayin said after not hearing any response. "We will remain in contact. You know where to reach my associate or myself. If you can't reach us, we're probably trying to reach you." Kayin looked at his employees and then to Garett. "You're on your own time from now to 12 PM, which gives you about 4 and 1/2 hours of leisure time. If you need me I'll be at my office for the next hour and after that I can be reached at home. Garett, why don't you take a break? I'll cover for you."
"Sure, but I'll be right back anyways." Garett replied smiling and left.
"Well, I'm not holding you up, unless you three have more questions." Kayin said still uncomfortable with Rylia and Alina in the room. Kayin turned his chair slightly away from them.
"Why are you so nervous? It's not like we're after you." Rylia said.
"I'd be less nervous if you were trying to kill me." Kayin replied smiling nervously.
"That could be simulated if necessary..." Alina said jokingly.
"He should be fine...just let him get used to being around you." James suggested ready to laugh at Kayin's disposition.
 • 3 weeks later...
Rylia smiled. ?Would it help if we wore large baggy clothing?? She asked. She was certainly aware of her assets.
Kayin struggled to control a blush. The female assassin stood up, and Alina and James followed suit. ?We?ll contact you when we know anything. They started towards the door with one glance at the map, and when Kayin blinked, they were gone.
Out in the hall?
Rylia leaned on the wall, and looked at her friends. ?How about we start with finding out who those buildings belong to, hmm??
OOC: Thanks for reviving this RP sis.
IC: "God, I'm glad that's over...I couldn't hold on to my composure much longer. I guess I better get to work as well." Kayin said to himself. He turned on the computer at his desk. He logged onto the internet and began researching on the unmapped area in hopes of finding any information. He had searched many times before...and once again he finds nothing..."Crap! I'm still comin up with nothing! They've gotta be hiding something..."
Garrett returns to Kayin's office, "I got you a drink while I was out, K.C." Garrett hands him the bottle and notices the search engine on the screen. "So no luck today, either."
Kayin opens the bottle and takes a quick swig, "No...not today...it may be up to those three to find out who owns those buildings...It's impossible for someone not to own them...I notice the lights on in one of the top floor rooms every night I walk past."
James leaned on Rylia's shoulder as she leaned on the wall. "How about we start with the one on West Ady?" West Ady was a street not far from where they were. "Besides, I need some more coffee..."
"Oh shut it James," Rylia said, standing up and causing James to faulter, "You're awake enough already."
"If you say so," James feigned yawning. Both Rylia and Alina rolled their eyes and continued down the hall.
Rylia put a hand on her hip, and cocked her head. ?Despite your joking disposition, мой любовник, your idea was a good one. We should start there.? She looked a Peace, who was chuckling.
?Come on, you two sad excuses for assassins.? James put on a look of mock indignance, and Peace just laughed. They made their way out of the building, and Rylia said, ?I?ll see what I can do. I look most like a teenager out of the three of us ? Peace, your outfits even more revealing than mine ? so I?ll go up and knock. You two stay in the shadows.?
She went up to the first building ?unidentified?, and knocked. She dropped her eyes to the cracking concrete steps, but no one answered. She waited, and no answer. So she went backa round the corner. ?Nothing. Guys-? James put a hand on her mouth, and pointed up. There were lights on in the top level.
OOC: Yeah, we do need to get it going, again. I'm not sure if my character had a grappling hook, but pretend that she does, okay?
The three were absolutely silent, ducking through the dark corridors. Peace crouched and peered around a corner, giving Rylia and James the signal that it was clear. It seemed all the floors but the top one were completely empty. At least they hoped so. They found an old building map hanging on the wall with a convenient 'You are Here' dot marking their position.
"How do they know?" James said in feign awe. Rylia rolled her eyes and walked in the direction the stairs. Peace faked sighing and wagged a fingure at James as if to say, 'tsk tsk'.
The found the stairs, witch had a dim light showing at the top floor- two floor above them. Rylia, the first to approach them, peeked up the miidle, making sure it was empty. She nodded to Peace and James, starting to climb the generic concrete stairwell.
"Hey, if they turn out to be terrorists, can I use this?" James asked, tossing a grenade up and down.
Garett shifted in his chair. Then scratched his sides mindlessly.
"Hmmm I noticed that as well...SO?...YOu want to go to the bar and talk about them?" A little smile escaping his lips.
"Them!?...What are you talking about?" He was obviously trying to dodge the subject. he had a worried face as he responded.
"Oh come on Kayin, I've known you since we were youngins...I know about your fear of women. I mean you cut a pretty ugly picture of man hood just before. Well anyway I'm heading to the bar, to both drink and to hopfully find out some information on those buildings."
"Alright Garett!...I'll go. Just let me close up here first."
kayin took about ten minutes shutting down his computer then locking up his office. The two headed to their usual bar. As was expected everyone greeted them as they walked in. Garett and Kayin sat down, ordered a round of regulars then started asking around.
Kayin looked around the bar, sitting at one of the tables in the corner across from Garrett. They hadn't got any information about those buildings and they'd been there for some time now. They had just now sat down after going around for a while asking about the buildings. Most of the answers were that they didn't know or the person they asked was drunk. Kayin was getting pissed, "Garrett I swear if I don't get some info on that building I'm gonna put hole in this wall..." He was also just starting to feel the alcohol's effects.
Garrett saw that he was starting to become upset and he calmed him down before he really did punch a hole in the wall. "Kayin, there will be other nights...plus we've got three of the best people on it so calm down. For now have some coffee before the alcohol really kicks in...and maybe you can talk to..."
"Don't even say it Garrett..." Kayin interrupted. "The answer will be no...But I will order some coffee. Kaori, one coffee please, black." Kayin said.
"I'll be right there with you, Mr. Cloud." the waitress answered.
"Kayin, how come you weren't nervous talkin to her?" Garrett asked.
"That's because she's basically family to me. I feel like that about all the employees here." Kayin answered.
The waitress brought Kayin his coffee, "Here you go, Kayin...one black coffee. Anything for you Garrett?" She asked.
"Just another regular would be fine, Kaori." Garrett answered and she left to get his drink. He returned his attention to Kayin. "Yeah, we do come here enough." They both laughed.
"I'm glad we found this place. All the other bars around here aren't anywhere near as good as this one..." Kayin said still laughing. Kayin stops laughing. He pulls his cell phone out of his pocket and calls his employees. "How is the progress you three?" He asked quietly.
